Upon entering the car lot we were met by Mark Shultz who asked if he could be of service. My wife and I had been to the lot on a Sunday afternoon searching for a new or newer used vehicle for our daughter. Mark was quick to assist us and put us on a very nice Mustang that our daughter had mentioned was on her list of vehicles she would like to have. The entire experience with Stanley personnel and especially Mark was a great experience. I will be back when my wife and I are ready to make our next new car purchase.

This is the 2nd truck I bought from Mark Whiteside at Stanley Ford in Mcgregor and I highly recommend anyone wanting a car, truck or SUV to see him. He will give you the best deal around!

The staff here were very helpful especially Brad Young and Adam Crow. They worked hard in order to find us the best deal on a new vehicle.Brad was very detailed in educating us on each vehicle that we were interested in, also while working with him we did not feel pressured at all which was nice. Adam was very informative, and gave us great advice and reasonable options. After being to several dealerships, this dealership will be the number one go to for any future car purchases.

I was extremely impressed with the warm and friendly atmosphere and treatment afforded me when i went to look at buying a new truck. Even though there was not a huge selection to choose from, and extremely enthusiastic and friendly sales person directed me to a unit that had come in some hors before and that he had just learnt about. The modest ,knowledgeable seller quickly convinced me and presto, I was the proud owner of a great truck doing a good "deal". Thanks Kyle

We found all aspects of the purchase experience to be fully satisfactory. From salesman to management all parties were helpful and professional. The salesman was well informed about the various vehicles and very helpful with the introduction to the many features. I have found friendly associates, comfortable waiting area and excellent vehicle service. I especially have high praise for Mark Whiteside, the associate I have enjoyed dealing with in the purchase of several vehicles. Mark is patient, listens to the customer, answers questions, willingly shows vehicles customers ask about. Upon purchasing, Mark voluntarily explains and demonstrates the various features as well as offering to fasten the tags. I have really enjoyed dealing with Mark as I am sure many others have.

I had been looking around to buy a new car for months! I got my new car at the Ford in McGregor need less to say thats the first and last time I ever step foot in that Dealership again! THEY MADE MY FIRST CAR experience awful!My car is a 2011 Mercury Millan and a month after I got it my balljoints messed up i went back to ford to see if they could help me out! They told me i didn't have warranty so they could not help me with anything. And john who is the most rudest person I have ever done business with told me that I should have got insurance LET ME REMIND YOU ITS A 2011 CAR! I DIDNT THINK IT WAS GOING TO BREAK DOWN THE VERY NEXT MONTH AFTER I GOT IT!!!!! A couple of months after something from my engine Broke and I had a lifetime warranty on my engine. Of course they find a excuse to not cover my car! They have the worst customer-driven service ever they are rude! I will never buy anything from them and none of my family and friends will either after they seen all the things i have been threw with that dealership!!!! NEVER AGAIN! I DO NOT recommend THIS PLACE!

Stanley Ford in Mcgregor is top notch. My salesman was Mark Whiteside who was very friendly and did not pressure me and my wife like other places I went to. The manager was willing to work with me in person, unlike other places. I will tell my family and friends to go there.

My truck was getting terrible gas mileage and I went to a couple of dealerships and all the salesman tried to sell me that ecoboost engine truck and said I will get better gas mileage. I went to Stanley Ford in McGregor and met a great guy named Mark Whiteside and after talking to me he said to get great gas mileage and to stay in my budget, all I needed was a Fusion that will meet all my needs since I wasn't pulling a trailer and not hauling anything. We drove it and I new that was the car for me. I will always go back to McGregor for my service and I'm glad I went there.

I bought a F-150 before the ecoboost engine came out, and all I would hear was about how good this engine was. It seems like every week somebody was telling me how much power it had and how easy it would pull there trailer. I just had to have one. I went to other dealerships to get me a ecoboost pickup but nothing would work out for me. I was ready to give up until I went to Stanley Ford in McGregor. I did not buy right away because I wanted a blue truck and they did not have one. The manager was very nice and said no problem we can get you one here today I told him I will think about it. My salesman did not work there anymore and Mark Whiteside called and said when I was ready to let him know. The ecoboost truck is the best made and I glad I got one.

The F-150 is the best truck I have ever had. It has the best ride and has the power I need. Stanley Ford has a great staff and the salesman Mark Whiteside was the best! I already told my son and he bought a truck too.

I wanted the best deal on a F-150 and Mark Whiteside greeted me and showed me a couple of trucks that he said would be just right for me. He said he would get me the best deal possible and he did! He showed me that this place is a great place to buy and I will always go back.

Purchased a new F250 from this dealer. The facility, staff, service folks are the best. They go far beyond excellence in the car buying process and get you the best possible deal. I drove from Lake Fork to this dealership on the recommendation of my friend, approx 175 miles and my next purchase I'll make the drive again. Keep up the great job guys and gals !!

Mother's Day 2011, we went to Stanley Ford in Mcgregor, just to look at options for a new vehicle. Brad Young was our salesman. Very nice and honest man. He let me pick out the vehicle of my choice with no pressures or comments about any other makes of vehicles. i knew from that momnet, we were about to make a purchase. He did made sure that everything we needed was done and addressed. That was the best experience i had ever had in purchasing a vehile. The facility was clean, fresh snacks and drinks for the customers. I left the dealership very happy and exicited about our new purchase, Brad helped me sinc my ride and helped me put the name of my new ford into the registrar for ford. He is farmost the best salesman ive ever know.December 2012 my car started to have a studder and sounded very bad, i then called Stanley Ford in Mcgregor and was able to get my car in the service dept the following morning. This pleased me even more. The techs had my car a little over an hour and decided at that moment that my "transmission was shot" in those exact words from Sandra in service. She also said that i would need a rental. Her and Ron were looking for a rental and couldnt find one, Ron made the comment " you have seen us looking for one!" i was still very patient at that momnet, then Sandra says " you have two choice, you can rive your car home, or we will take you home, but we cant find a rental". i informed her that these options are not for me, and as i was about to say that i didnt mind waiting for one, she shifted her body to one side and made an exhausted breath of letting out air like she was fed up with a teenager! Itold her that she was rude. Then i asked her to let me speak to a MGR. i then went to Leo. i was explaining this problem to him and he wants to know what vehicle i owned ,Ron starts to tell him a different year and model! i corrected Ron and informed Leo that i wasnt leaving in my car after Sandra told me my transmission was SHOT! so, all of a sudden there was a rental in Killeen. i was then driven to killeen to pick this up. a few days llater and i received a phone call to come get my car. my husband and i went to get it, and it was dtill doing the same thing. i called back to speak to the MGR. and a man named John answered and informed me that he had paperwork stating it had been repared and he could see how upset i was and would be a whipping post for me!! i was sooooo upset now, i was shaking! i did ask for the corporate number at that time and he was hesitant on giving and then reassured ME that the call would be transferred BACK to the gm at mcgregor!So basically telling me i was wasting my time in calling anyone higher than Leo! i return a SECOND time with my car and then ask Leo to take a ride with me so i could explain my problem. He went and discovered i was telling the truth! i called several times a week to check on the status of my car, no one retutned my messages when left with sandra, Ron stated that as true. But none the less, i kept calling and spoke with Ron several times yesterday as to when in fact to come get my car. He kept saying they needed to do a test drive on it. i started calling shortly after 11 am. i waited until almost 6! i then drove to Mcgregor to see wqhat was going on, after 6 phone calls and never getting an snswer back and never informed of the problems/repairs to my car. he assured me he would call when it was ready. he left to go home. never called me, or anything. Leo and Brad were both there last night as i picked up my car. i was at the point of tears. the srevice department really need to be replaced. this has left a bad taste in my mouth. the worst part is that i had such a bad experience with the service dept, i wouldnt want to purchase another or reccommend it to anyone. clean up the service dept and we will talk.

First thing i was impressed about is all the cars were unlocked! Then the salesmen were laid back, no pressure. I took my time and got the truck i really wanted (took me a week to pick the right one for me). All the staff treated me like they knew me. This is the only Ford dealership that I'll buy from for now on.

I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime but the purchase of my 2013 Ford Explorer from Stanley Ford in McGregor was without a doubt the most exciting and fun experience I have ever had. From the first email interaction with Nathan Stanley I was assured of excellent service and knew the rest of the process would be just as good. The financing process went extremely well and quicker than any I have had in the past. Derrick Loper does a great job with the massive amounts of paperwork and makes it much easier on the buyer and you know everything is done correctly.The dealership has that wonderful home town feel to it and everyone is devoted to maintaining a high standard of customer service. So, if you need or want a new Ford I would highly recommend Stanley Ford in McGregor, Texas. You won't be sorry!p.s.
