Found my car on cars.com, the car was listed exactly as it is. Had many pictures of the automobile. When I emailed the dealer he got right back to me to make an appoitment to see car. The service was impeccable. Customer service was excellent. Friendly, professional, very knowlegable . Made the experience buying a car enjoyable. No gimmicks, no bull. Was really impressed.

i new what i was buying ! and i wanted to see if dave, at star auto would disclose all the info on my 2014 jeep. and he did. which made me comfortable making this purchase . i called a couple of weeks later with some minor concerns , and dave told me not to worry you have a 6 month warranty. who gives you 6 months on a used car? i will buy again. and I'm sending my kids

Dave sold me an awesome 2008 altima with everything in it for a song. Three months after I bought it it was totalled and the insurance would not pay it off because it was an insurance restructured title. I called Dave and he walked me through the process and I actually made $300. Awesome. I went right back to him and bought a 2010 altima, again for a sensational price and I have put 166 850 miles on the car in three years. It has never seen the inside of a garage for repairs. Yes folks that salmon 60000 miles a year. Dave was straight about the restructured title and 100% honest about everything. I will be back this fall for my next work car from Dave. Maybe we go to a slightly higher end car. Dave hats off to you bud. You do your community a service and as a sales rep I appreciate your honesty in a world full of dishonesty. Oh by the way, he even drove me to triple a to get my loan and save 10%. The bumblebee version of the check camera was awesome.

2011 BMW 328i

I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i from Dave and he really understands what customer service is all about. I went down to see the car a couple of times and both visits down to Whitman, Dave stayed about an hour late for me because I was coming from a long distance after work in the evening. He is truly a "family" guy and was completely honest with every question I asked, even if it were to put me purchasing the vehicle at risk. This is what you NEED to look for when you purchase a vehicle, is someone you can trust. I was able to gain Dave's trust not too long after visiting to see the car. I waited about 6 months to see if anything went wrong with the car, and it was exactly what he said it was, while being completely honest with every part of the car. How do I know he was completely honest? Well, I brought the vehicle to a BMW dealership, and they said everything he said. When I was looking to purchase this vehicle, I went to about seven other car dealerships, and each salesman was your classic "used car salesman." This is absolutely not the case with Dave. He is a straight up honest, family man who will be 100% honest with every car he owns that he sells. I will be going back to Dave sometime in the future to purchase another and I would not go anywhere else. Phenomenal service all around!!!

I bought a Jeep from Dave (not your typical used car dealer) at Star Auto Sales. At first I thought the price was an error as it was the most reasonably priced Wrangler I have seen. **BUYER BEWARE** as was stated in another review (and was the case with my experience) some of the cars are insurance writeoffs. I was told that this Jeep was a writeoff but, as long as it's in excellent working condition and there are no problems with the vehicle a writeoff is just my good fortune. I'm not one that believes a "fixed" car is a bad one. I live in a world based in reality and, even though the title may not be "clean", a good car is a good car. I checked mine out thoroughly - it starts and stops like a regular car, the transmission and 4X4 work just fine, the radio, heat, A/C, windows and top all work just fine. I am happy with my purchase and am sure, as long as the nature of the vehicle is disclosed up front, others will be happy as well.

I went and looked at this car, I did NOT buy it. It has no MFG warranty because it has a "reconstructed" title because the car was bought after a failed insurance fraud of water being in the car shorting out the ECU when put the "problem" was removed fuse's. From the insurance company. Now the guy DID tell me this himself however I question the long term affects of his cars due to these type of stories are told.

We stopped in to take a look at a Maxima We had senn advertised on Cars.com and thought it's price was to good to be true. So we went down to Star Auto Sales and met with Dave, We found the Car to be in as good of condition as it was described online and the buying process was extremly pressure free.We have baught several cars over the years, and have never been more happier with our Experience Over at Star Auto Sales.
