Service personnel were great as usual. I was astounded at the price increase. July 2020 the price was a total of 36.33, today was 52.38.! I personally have purchased 5 automobiles from Star since 1987 and this is the thanks I get for my loyalty?

After spending half a day at another car dealership (Not Star Chevrolet) and leaving tired and confused. The next day it was refreshing to end up at by far the best dealership around. When we walked in we knew then we came to the right place. The staff was amazing. They listened to what we wanted to see and had every car pulled up ready to jump in and drive. We literally jumped out of one and into another. When we decided on our purchase they answered all our questions and concerns about the vechicle and financing. We even saved money! This will now be the place for any of our vechicle needs.

The service was pleasant. The gentleman who sold us our vehicle was pleasant. The financial department leader Mitchell was extremely helpful, thorough, and friendly. The gentleman who sold us our vehicle did lack communication with us at times, but ensured upon our arrival that the experience was enjoyable and pain free. I am disappointed that our vehicle was not detailed and cleaned to a professional level as advertised and told to us it would be. For the amount of money invested in a vehicle, I believe that the utmost should be done to make everything easier and more enjoyable for the purchaser, and having to clean your car yourself the day after you purchase it doesn’t seem professional. Otherwise the experience was enjoyable.

I called to make sure vehicle i was interested in was still avail. Brandi told me it was and had it out front waiting for me. Took for short test drive and removed convertible top (jeep). The looked at my trade in, gave a good trade price and basically deal was done. They all were very helpful.
