I’ve used several service centers and I’ve used Mercedes new car dealerships. I have to say Jon and Steven are by far THE VERY BEST AROUND! We have 4 Mercedes Benz vehicles...my wife and 3 daughters...and we take them all to Star European! If you want Mercedes Benz knowledge, honesty and fair pricing this is the place to go!!!

Visited this shop first time on 3/20/21 and was very satisfied with the service and value of work performed. Spencer was kind and it was a pleasure to meet Bella the shop dog. Will be back for a full brake job soon.

sometimes in life mere words just cannot describe an incredible experience i have never experienced service anywhere like i do at Star John Fred and John's son all over the top in making the service for my 2002 E 320 wagon amazing as if it was a model 20 yrs newer and i always get a loaner car i mean its incredible and i bring the loaner to a hand car wash place where its like a mini detail i treat the loaner as it if were my own and it is until i pick up my wagon its a great place

Great shop, The service for my Mercedes is as good as I would get at an official Benz dealer and much more affordable. The work was done right the first time and it was completed when promised. Nice loaners too.

Five years ago I found a Mercedes 300SDL at Star European. I called the dealer and the car was ready for a test drive when I arrived. Owner John Urness gave me the keys, some instruction on diesels and let me go. I wanted the car but there was an issue with the air conditioning. John's son Steve completely re-wired the entire system at no extra charge from the agreed price. It still blows ice cold! The car currently has over 303,000 miles on it and is still the best car I ever owned. A big part of that is from the excellent service I receive at Star European. I always get a free loaner and spend hundreds less than at any other Mercedes dealer. Little wonder I travel from Elk Grove to Yorkville (82 miles round trip) for service. The Urness family and all their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and almost brand new. It's been the best experience I have ever had owning a car. I highly recommend Star Mercedes to you.
