Purchased a GL 350 from Star Motors end of Sep 2016 . This Car was our first Mercedes and obviously we were wary of dealerships after reading reviews about how dealers have hidden fees, overcharge on interest rates etc.I must say however our experience at Star Motors was pretty painless bordering on Pleasant! The car was priced reasonably at par with KBB , Neil the owner went through with the various features on the car, even managed to give a modest discount - although not as much we hoped for :) ! also gave a fair value for my trade in. They got the paperwork done quickly and even accommodated our request to schedule delivery on a Sunday since we were driving in from NJ. Special thanks to the support staff especially Jake and Chrissy who are very professional , diligent and courteous. Jake managed to get us a good interest rate on the loan also got the spare key shipped out to us quickly. Chrissy got the registration paperwork mailed out also faxed over a missing document in record time when we were at the DMV for registration.All in all , we had a very smooth transaction at Star Motors, the minor hiccups were addressed promptly and efficiently by Neil and his team.We would not hesitate to recommend them as I am sure you will have a similar positive experience like us! Only feedback for Neil is to try and smile more - he seems stressed out most of the time!! :)

I bought a used 2012 E-350. It was advertised as having park assist; Neil exclaimed that it had park assist, but "he didn't know how it worked." In hindsight, this should have been a red flag. It wasn't a red flag to me because this was my first Benz purchase. The car only had one key and he promised two. As a matter of fact, there was a point in negotiation where he didn't want to come down lower on the price because he would have to pay for an additional key. He sent the key with the car (I live out of state) and it turned out to be a random key-- it wasn't made for the car I purchased. The dealership also promised to touch up blemishes on the car; that was not upheld. Around a month or more later, they sent a small bottle of touch up paint (the same time they sent the key), but that was after I had been calling incessantly for the key and paint. Long story short-- this dealership is riddled with horrible integrity. The only thing they followed through on was that the E-350 needed an engine fan, which they fixed.

We recently purchased a used BMW Z4 roadster from this dealer. After looking for some time for a low-mileage car with the right features, we found what looked like a great one in their online ad. On the phone Neil was so helpful that we decided to drive almost 300 miles to check it out and found his description to be perfectly accurate. The car is great for a very fair price, and the buying experience was surprisingly enjoyable. They even were very helpful with our out-of-state paperwork. This is not at all your typical car dealer; they truly enjoy cars as shown by all the classic cars under renovation in the shop.

I was lucky to find Star Motors as I was driving through Western Ny and had trouble with my tire pressure, only to find out that my rim had cracked. The group at Star Motors was so helpful and ordered the part right away, even drove me to the airport so I could rent a car and continue on my trip. They were beyond professional and took great care of my car. They have beautifully restored classic cars on their lot and this was truly a great experience for me overall! I hope to visit them again!

I purchased an 03' Mercedes C230 Kompressor. Paid a great price for it and it only has 60,000 miles. The ride is smooth and the car has many impressive features. This company made the payment and license and registration process easy and went went really smooth. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on a mercedes.

I have purchased several cars from Neil at Star Motors and have always found him very professional and fair. I like his facilities which are spotless and all of his employees are very knowledgeable. Just about all of his employees call me by my first name which makes me very comfortable, When I need maintenance I always get a car to drive or an offer to take me somewhere, Any maintenance is explained in detail before it is performed and my car always comes back clean. I have recommended Star Motors to several friends and I know they have purchased cars and had the same experience that I have. I will never purchase a car from anyone else again!

Purchased 2 vehicles, Dodge Ram truck and Mercedes GLK350. Was looking for new truck and Sales team presented a perfect 2010 4x4 ram, was as clean as I could find. Great ride and very good price. My wife saw the new truck and we went down and the owner met us out front , it didn't take long for her to sit in a 2011 GLK350 and say" this is mine!" We went inside and closed the deal. Never been happier , we bring our vehicles for maintenance and we are treated like family at STAR Motors. Professionals all the way. The showroom is loaded with collector type old Mercedes limos and such. Its a walk thru history. This is not just a parking lot with cars for sale, its a true passion. PS. I gave the facilities 4 stars vs 5 , the coffee machine while you wait for repairs could use an upgrade. Otherwise the place is polished.

Simply, the best. My 2014 E 350 is the second Mercedes I purchased from Neil. It is the best car I have owned, bar none, and I have driven some very luxurious rides. Star Motors has always treated me in the best way possible, even though I had some difficulty with my 08 E350. The work was covered with the extended warranty both at home and a thousand miles away. The 08 was also involved in a hit and run accident and the work was performed by Star Motors to my satisfaction. In all cases, a loaner car was provided by Neil, and I was completely satisfied with the service. I will definetly purchase another car from Star Motors.

I spoke to Neal about this 2011 SL63 AMG and in about a week right before Christmas, I flew up from Naples, Florida, arrived at their location. The car was all ready and this great automobile was just like Neal said it was.. With in 3 hours Neal and his great professional staff had me on my way..(of coarse, after full payment, lol ) I drove to see my family in Westchester N.Y. Than two days later I drove this awesome car to Michigan to pick up my wife at the airport and to be with her family for Christmas. After Christmas, we drove back home to warm, sunny, Naples, Florida. What a dream ride !! This is the way used car buying is supposed to be !! I would recommend Neal for anyone in the market for a great used MB... I would not hesitate to purchase another fine MB from Star Motors !! Thanks again Neal and company !!! If I could summarize my experience with Star Motors in one word it would be: outstanding, outstanding and outstanding! The pictures and description posted online were honest and they were good enough for me to buy their Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic, but I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was even better than the pictures. It was superb! I was even more impressed by the personal touch of the customer service team at Star Motors. My wife and I flew from Texas and gave them a surprise visit at the last minute and they took care of us even outside of their working hours. Now thats what I call service! Neil, Brenda and Jake went the extra miles to make sure that I am satisfied with everything. Some of the advice given to me were priceless and I felt that they treated me as if I were family. You cant find that from just any dealers. Buying from Star Motors is the best car-buying decision I've ever made.

I recently purchased a used E class Mercedes sedan from Starr motors. My family and our friends have been dealing with Neil owner and Jake his service manager. This is the 4th vehicle that our family has purchased from them and we live over 100 miles away. These guys have been absolutely fantastic with all of our dealings with them. They have been 100% honest and transparent with all of the used vehicles we have purchased from them. All of the vehicles run absolutely perfectly and any minor repairs that they had to correct prior to purchase were done professionally and flawlessly. They are extremely helpful in obtaining financing if required. That's why my family and I will always purchase our vehicles from them now and in the future. Its very refreshing to know that in this day and age that you can deal with a HONEST USED CAR SALESMAN!

I spent 3 months researching used and CPO luxury cars. I accidentally stumbled upon Star motors' website and found great selection of Mercedes. I spoke with Neil on the phone, he was pleasant and very courteous. To accommodate my schedule, Neil even agreed to meet on a Saturday, when they are actually closed. As a first time Mercedes buyer, I was not sure what to expect. Neil provided honest and straightforward answers to many of my questions. I ended up buying a ML 350 the same day, best decision I ever made. I love the car and the "no pressure" sales approach left me a completely satisfied customer. There was a small scratch on the rear bumper of the ML 350, which Neil pointed out right away, and they fixed it for me, it looks like new and I can hardly identify the original spot - wish I had taken a picture :) I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes, to go straight to Star Motors, you will not be disappointed.

This is the second Mercedes I bought from Neil . The first one was an ml 320 which I still have and love and the last one is a GL -450 which I really love . Star motors has performed the scheduled servicing for the vehicles and does it well very professional . I travel from Sullivan county to buy cars from them and there service advisor Jake is very helpful and courteous . I braged about them so much one of my friends purchased an R-350 wagon and he lives in NYC ! These are very nice honest folks to do business with and there vehicles are exactly as the advertise them to be . Will continue to buy cars from them in the future as long as they have what I want , have them looking for a G- 500 wagon for me now .

I bought a Mercedes SLK from them. No hard sell, very easy to work with. The car was prepped and ready when I arrived. Subsequent to taking the car home, a few things showed up that needed repair and they were totally accommodating and helpful about a repair, including supplying me with a loaner while they did the work. I'd buy from them again.

The buying process through Neil was a breeze. Having no Mercedes dealer within a 100 miles, he did all of the leg work in finding the car, placing the order, and processing everything so that all I did was have to wait for it to come into his dealership. No complicated anything's I expect that all my dealings with Mr. Dubey will be as uncomplicated in the future. Nice way to buy a car.

I purchased a used ml 320 mercedes I found this dealer online I traveled 200 miles to see the vehicle it was everything Neil said and then some I have bought a lot of cars over the years and dealt with many auto dealers for repairs since working on foreign cars can be tricky .i purchased a extened warranty thru them and needed some work 6 months after I purchased it . There mechanics were excillent . Everyone at star motors is professional courtious and very down to earth I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great used vehicle that can have it serviced there by competent mechanics. I traveled over 200 miles to get to them and I do it with a smile this dealer truly is worth the trip from anywhere
