I bought a 2011 Honda CR-V from the Murfreesboro location in May of 2021.. while the staff was nice, the car is not. Within a week of having the car it was losing power while driving and having all sorts of issues. 2 months later and I am left without a car to drive.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. The sales girl seemed to have no sense. The owner was snappy when asked simple questions. I bought a truck from here a month ago. Biggest waste of money by far. The brakes had no life on them all the way around. Not only was it unsafe but when I mentioned something about it, I was told their mechanic went over it. I ended up having to put brakes on it because their "mechanic " obviously isn't a mechanic or at least shouldn't be considered one. I thought when you " go through a vehicle thoroughly", that you at least check the brakes to make sure it is safe for your customers. On top of all that I had a ball joint snap on me while I was driving it. I know it was a used vehicle, but come on now how hard is it to check these things before you sell it?! I work with mechanics on a daily for car lots and I will say, at least they have the sense to change the oil, do brakes all the way around, replace batteries, and make sure the vehicle is safe! Not only that, but when I went to pick it up its like I was rushed to get out of there. Poor customer service, also when I test drove it and asked if I can take it to my mechanic to just look at it that was an immediate no or else warranty would be voided 😂 I regret buying it, I've learned my lesson. I hope no one else makes that same mistake, I know I'll be warning anybody that asks about car lots.
