Everyone at the dealership was helpful. I got the car scheduled when I wanted to, the work was done and done correctly, the service advisor called to check on one issue and we found a good solution. The car was ready when I got off work, no problems with paying and picking up the keys as the woman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.

My check engine light came on and I wanted it checked out. They informed me my gas tank was too full to run a test and to bring my vehicle back when the gas was almost gone to complete the test. I will try to bring it back, but I am going on a long distance trip next week and will be gone for two weeks.

I called for an appointment and was put on the schedule for the very next day. I dropped the car off that morning, caught a ride to work with the shuttle and actually got to work early!! The shuttle driver, Don, called me and set up a ride back to the dealership at lunch time, delaying his own lunch to get me there when it suited me. My car was ready, I paid, picked up my car and got back to work in no time at all. Great service by all involved.

The repair work was completed in a timely manner. I am a bit disappointed in the fact that my bill was almost $700 for the repairs. When I arrived home that same day there was a flyer from Ford for some coupons which I would have been happy to have used towards this repair. My repair consisted of an oil change, tire rotation, replace brake pads and rotors. The coupons I received were for $20 off a brake repair and 15% off of a maintenance request. I am wondering if there is any way that I may be refunded the amount that the coupons would have been worth had I had them when I dropped my vehicle off that same day? I can provide you with the coupons. I would appreciate your assistance with my request. Thank you.

My vehicle was being serviced because I reported the headlights did not work. The service people worked diligently but could not find the cause. I was consulted with frequently and on one occasion I was asked if the parking lights turned on automatically. I said nothing on the vehicle worked automatically. After sitting for a while I realized there was something that did when I had the snowplow attached to the vehicle. The is a separate light switch on the dash that turns the plows lights on and the vehicle lights off. I reported this and that was the problem. My daughter had used the vehicle and turned the switch on. I was very embarrassed for not having thought to check that. The service staff was understanding and I really appreciated that. Of course my error was a little costly for me, but I can live with that. Thanks guys, you did a great job.

This was the 3rd and 4th car that we have purchased from State College Ford. I was very happy with the service from our salesperson and the finance person. They have helped me before and it is always nice to do business with people you know who go out of their way to help you. I have had good experiences with the service department and will have both cars serviced there as well. My wife and I like having this dealership close to our home and like dealing with people that treat you like a friend and valued customer. I would like to add that the guys in the parts department were very helpful and got the accessories we wanted for our new cars.

John Morris at State College Ford is my new metric for all future car dealerships. He provided my wife and I the exact features we were looking for in a car and it was below the expected price. He's an intense listener that appears to have the ability to find anything. Even A year after purchasing our car I approached the service desk for regular maintenance (oil change) and the manager comes out of his office and says "Hi Sean". He knew my name. A classy place that takes care of its customers.
