If you go here, talk to Connie; she was great! I get a bit nervous walking into a dealership; but as soon as I walked through the door, she gave me a warm welcome; which made me feel a bit safer doing business here. She was a big help, through the whole buying process. Thank you so much Connie

Not a great place to look! I spoke with a nice saleswoman and told her I was looking for a second car with my poor credit I was rebuilding. After some back and forth we came to a verbal agreement on a 2500 down payment on a good car on the lot. I put down a deposit to hold the car and everything seemed fine then a few hours later I get a call saying that the down payment will now be 3800 despite already coming to an agreement on that car. I said absolutely not because that wasn't what we had already agreed upon. After this I was told to come in to get back the deposit and when I showed up to the finance office the very snippy woman told me I will not be getting my deposit back despite being literally told to come in to get it. After raising my voice and telling her that they were the ones that blew the deal they (reluctantly) refunded my deposit. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not the correct way to run a dealership. I went online to CarMax and had my new car delivered with registration and plates taken care of for a much lower down payment. This dealership is simply a waste of space. Sales woman was nice but obviously not on the same page as the airheads in the finance office.

Amazing people to deal with. I've bought two cars from them and couldn't be happier. When they buy there inventory they buy cars that are worthy and will last the customer. Price is below market.

I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR BIGGER ENOUGH FOR NY CHILDREN, I WENT TO STATE ROAD AND WAS HELPED BY LINA FERRUOLO THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, SHE MADE IT ALL POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE US WITH A HONDA ODYSEE, WHICH HAS EXTRAS SEATS FOR ALL MY CHILDREN, THRU CERTAIN DIFICULTIES WITH THE INSURNACE LINA WAS ABLE TO HELP ME GET A RESEONABLE INSURANCE AS WELL. I had a great experience here at state road auto sales. Joe Ferreira's customer service was excellent. He helped me find a nice clean used car for a reasonable price. Also he worked with me on a low down payment and a descent bi-weekly car payment that is affordable for me. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to others whom want a descent car for a good price and great customer service. If any thing was wrong his mechanic immediately checks the car and orders parts or fixes the problem doesn't wait makes sure I am safe and my car is reliable. I just want to say thank you to Joe Ferreira for his excellent customer service, not only getting me into a great looking car but a great working car.

I am very pleased with my purchase of my Lexus that I bought from Joe Ferreira. Joe took care of everything for me, I definitely recommended purchasing a car from him and ONLY him.
