Always a great place to get my car serviced. Service representative Amanda very knowledgeable and friendly. Just an update, Each time I go to the Stateline service department I have a great experience. Everyone treats me great, very concerned about being polite. The car is always clean when I pick it up. They are very helpful about applying service department discounts, if you ask. I recommend The Stateline Service department.

Bought my 2021 Ram Rebel from them at a good, fair price. excellent vehicle. They accommodated my trade in of a 2016 Audi SQ5 at a fair offer. A few bumps along the way due to my salesman not following through on switching out my aftermarket cold air intake from my trade-in, which I would lose $250 bucks. 2 Sales Managers stepped in and did a proper job correcting my issues without hesitation.

Allison and Chad are amazing. I was able to order my dream Jeep with their help and advice. Not only were they attentive and kind throughout the process, but patient and informative. All my newbie Jeep questions were answered quickly and with detail. The best part is my brand new Jeep was delivered almost a month earlier than expected. I love the professionalism and honest experience they both brought forth!

Darius and his co workers were amazing! He worked for my wife and I non stop and never pushed us to buy. He gave us the time to discuss different vehicles and helped us with every question we had. Charles provided the absolute best service experience that I’ve ever had at a car dealership. First, he was very patient with me. Sometimes if I don’t know a timeline or I’m waiting on information, I check in aquifer often. Sometimes, this can be a turn-off, however, Charles recognized my communication style and was able to readily adapt. He continued to be attentive and managed my expectations when he learned more of my “need to know” style. He was able to be an advocate for me from a past service experience, which totally changed my perception of the dealership and solidified my loyalty to Stateline Jeep. Not to mention, my car was washed after the service, and as I was waiting he also treated me to a Cherry Coke Zero, which is my absolute favorite. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, when all of the details were ironed out, he took the time to chat with me and we were able to connect on a personal level. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Stateline and then continuing the relationship with their service department. Ask for Charles.
