Place is clean and modern and the staff bends over backwards to help you. The issue is they don't have every model and every trim available to look at, drive or even price for you. I would give them a chance if you are in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle

When I say we were welcomed in like family, that is an understatement. Other dealers had been dickering around with me on deals for my used truck. Steet Ponte Chevrolet came back with a very reasonable offer and got the job done! Could not say enough about the excellent service that I was provided by the sales staff. My 2015 Tahoe started to run hot. I looked under the hood and the cap for the overflow was gone. I filled the overflow with antifreeze and called Steet Ponte Chevy. They immediately went into action. They looked up in the parts inventory to see if they had the part. They did not but they took the part off a new vehicle. This is what I call service. They are the BEST!!!

The staff at Steet-Ponte Chevrolet, Steve Ponte and our salesman, Dan Brown went above and beyond to satisfy us with our new car purchase. We never knew how many discounts that are available and Dan made sure to check them all. There was also an incentive because we also own a Chevy Equinox. Who knew? They were also very fair with our trade in. Really takes the headache off of selling it ourselves. Paperwork? Very smooth, they take care of everything! At pick up, Dan Brown sat in our new car with us and went over everything with us so we felt comfortable and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely do business with them again. It is nice to hear good things and also have a great experience.

To start i had an old car that was dying so my mom got a hold of these guys since she knew i was desperate in search of something better, so they told me to go in and look and see. In my opinion the guy that sold me the car was rude and rushed me into buying a car that i did not want. Then a few days later my family and i noticed that the car they just sold me was having 5 things or less wrong with it, but i feel that when you just purchase a car you should not have these problems and that their supposed to carefully check it over for you. Then about a month later i wrote a letter of complaint explaining my opionion and views on their service and telling why i was very unhappy and so the owner wanted to meet with me and see what he could do. After the meeting his son promised me that he would find me a new or even trade car but that never happened. I had poor service and sales to begin with, in my opion i would not go here and get a new or used car. They dont treat people with respect all they care about is money..I complained and they still didnt help me out, i dont knnow what more someone can do other than complain. They promised me a one year warranty and an even trade, but they never took the time to find one.
