Went in seeking to trade in a leased car. Car model I wanted wasn't available. Sales didn't make an effort to assist, offer other options to make a sale. Took my business and money somewhere else the same day. Their loss.

Service took a day longer than promised. Learned about that at 4 pm when they called to say the vehicle was not ready due to " staffing problems." In the 5-10 minutes it took to pick up the vehicle the next day, three service employees walked by with masks on their chins. Dealership has " masks required" posted all over, but employees apparently don 't care. Service area needs some supervision and direction.

Brought my car in recently and was not impressed. Im fairly knowledgealble about my vehicle so I have questions. when I asked the customer service people if I can speak quickly to the technician that performed the work they looked at me like I had two heads. Sounded like it was not possible. The customer service person asked my questions and went back to the garage to speak with the tech. he came back and said everything was fine which didnt answer any of my questions. I understand they are on a tight schedule but for what they charge us they can answer a few question it takes 2 minutes. No idea who performed the work , what materials were used, how it was done, nothing . They want you in and out as fast as possible ..
