I began taking my vehicle to Steinle Family dealership for service about a year ago. I have always been greeted and dealt with in a friendly professional manner. As a female unfamiliar with cars, I appreciated the way I was dealt with and had things explained to me in a manner I could understand. Service was always prompt and priced competitively with the previous dealership I used. Steinle's correctly repaired a couple of ongoing issues that the previous dealer could not. When It was time to purchase a new vehicle, I decided I would give them a chance to earn my business. I appreciated their low-pressure, friendly and professional sales staff. This is the first car I have purchased on my own and can truly say the sales staff made the process easy and satisfying. I am so excited with my new car and with the deal I got at Steinle's. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for a positive experience.

Made a deal on a car, was given a price over the phone for the out the door price, called back a day later to do papers and was told if I want that car still it was going to be another $800.00. Not a good way to run a business.

After searching for months for the right vehicle. I found exactly what I was looking for at Steinle Family. Each time I called Joe our salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I felt I had enough information to make the 250 mile trip from South Bend. I was not disappointed. The vehicle was in excellent condition with low mileage. The entire staff was knowledgeable and my wife and I felt we had found new friends. When a slight concern arose after owning the trailblazer for two months, the manager Gary handled everything to my extreme pleasure. I will highly recommend the Steinle Family Dealership to my friends and family. We will be back for future business and service the Steinle Dealership provides, it is well worth the trip. I called about a used 2014 used vehicle. Asked if it had a smoke odor. They said "no". I asked a few other questions about vehicle too. I then described my trade-in, the good and BAD. They said it's value was $XXXX. So I drive 5 hrs (one way). When I got there, I went and got in the used vehicle I was interested in. It might not of had a smoke odor, but it reeked of something. You COULD NOT miss the stench. Needless to say, I wasn't interested. Before I left, I asked what type of value they put on my car. Guess what, it was $1500 less than what they quoted over the phone. The reasons they gave for the lower value were the SAME as I told them was wrong with my car over the phone. If you have to drive any distance, DO NOT waste your time. They do not value your time. Guess they thought if I drove that far, I'd buy. They thought wrong. My saleman's name was Todd.

Horrible experience!! They blatantly lied and misled you to get you in the door (even had written proof of the lie) . 2 sales people(sales manager and salesman named Efrain... Efrain was the one who lied outright) tried to take advantage of the situation (possibly because I'm a female) and they thought that a weasel-ly approach would end in a sale!! Do NOT go here if you want a good deal on a car!!!!! I cannot stress this enough!! Otherwise happy car shopping:)! I hope this review will save you time and money in the end!!!
