The biggest surprise was when engine light came we called to make an appointment, like in a day or two. No, the first times open will be two weeks from now. so we were given a time & a day.. They were very nice on the phone. also very good at the service center. they took us right then , they also said it will be ready in 45 minutes . And it was ready on time . thanks we were treated as if we were only people there.

I had such high hopes for this company as we are moving into the area and we wanted to shop local. My husband has been searching for a vehicle for sometime. Although the specific truck was higher than we would have liked, we finally decided to buy it given the current demand for vehicles. He had been dealing with Chris for a couple hours throughout the morning. He put in a non-refundable $1000 deposit to Chris who was "sitting in the vehicle" at the time he gave him his deposit, perfectly aware that no other buyers were interested in it. My husband told him we would be paying cash and he was heading out. One hour later my husband was on the road to St. George (a 4 and a half hour drive from our home) with our daughter in tow to drive the other car back home. He received a short text telling him that the truck was sold to a different party. We literally dropped everything to get out there after we were guaranteed that the truck was ours. Maybe we would have been more highly considered had we told them we were financing. It was shady and left me feeling sick to my stomach. I would never give my business to a company that seems so incredibly lacking in integrity and morals. A deposit is NOT a guarantee! Maybe if it had been a different associate, things would have been different. However, looking through the reviews maybe not.

I mentioned I needed to be somewhere in a short period of time, they first said 1 hour but it was done in about 20 minutes, also done with a smile, that is what I call GREAT SERVICE thanks!! First, let me just say how much I HATE car shopping!!! I loathe pushy salesmen and the endless task of looking at different cars. Thanks to the fact that the Stephen Wade dealerships all have website. We were able to look at their inventory online. Thus, skipping the endless walking of the lots! After perusing the websites when it was convenient for us, we called to make sure that it was still available. The lady I spoke with said that it will definitely be there for us to look at and test drive when we come in. When we went in, they had sold the car we were interested in. Luckily, they had a similar car and were willing to give us the same incentives as the car we originally wanted. We worked with Brad Moon. He was very friendly and definitely not pushy! Which was a really nice! Unfortunately, it took a very long time to actually buy the car! We arrived just after 9am and left with our new car around 12:30. And after having our car for a couple days, we noticed that the tint on all the windows had air bubbles all over. We currently have it scheduled to be fixed. Overall, these guys are good to work with. But, there is always room for improvement!

The trim panel containing the seat switches at the left side of driver seat had deteriorated to what I suspect is a design flaw on the Malibu. Your service dept replaced that and so far, it is great. Your service people are kind and the waiting area is superb... with TV, computers, tables, refreshments.... definitely creates a comfortable (and soothing) area to help take care of car repair woes). We had a great experience! The gentleman who helped us came out of his office after he noticed the long line of customers waiting and took us to his office. We had a recall and needed the oil changed and our air conditioning was acting up. He looked up our info and let us know that our warranty had expired. Bummer. But he said he would take care of the air conditioning for us even though our warranty had expired. (That never happens but here it did.) that was a great surprise for me being a carpooling mom in the heat of St. George!! Thanks again we'll be back!!

I know your service writhers are busy to get every one taken care off.. What i did notice is they are not to friendly when talking with you. Seems getting a smile out of them is hard.My 2010 corvette was in for service last week, ask to have the tec check my right rear tire because it was always loosing air.. When i got home and checked the tire pressure it was up to 48 lbs. That is not good..

When I make the appointment, everything is nice....no problem...etc.When I arrive...it seems no one seems to know...I am told it will be ready at a certain time, which I try to always not be rushed or pushy...but this last time when I said I needed my car by noon, brought it in at 9:30...told it would only take 45 minutes...I said I would drop it off and return any time it was ready but I needed it by noon...did not receive a call back...I called at 11:45 and was told it just went for a courtesy wash (which I did ask for) and should be ready when I arrived. I arrived at 12 and did not get my car until 12:30 (when I had another appointment). The service was for an oil change which was still under my warrantee. Nothing was wrong with car (except is was dirty...I had just returned from a trip to Oregon and back). The slowness and seeming inefficiency have occurred each time I come in. Perhaps it is just in your communication style that we are not understanding one another. I like my car though it has some features that I do not like and wish could be changed BUT they would have to be with a different year car!!!! One you have not made yet.

Though I was there for just a routine oil change and inspection, I was treated with respect and concern. The staff did their best to make this as painless as possible by offering a courtesy shuttle, snacks and/or a comfortable area to wait. The "job" took a bit longer than I had planned but that was due to the courtesy car wash for whick I was thankful Good job! and I will see you next time I need service or a replacement vehicle next year. I was driving through on my way back to Canada. I had some issues with my Corvette that I wanted looked at along with an oil change. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. They were performing the oil change and notice my front tires were in a dangerous state from an alignment issue. The guys were able to replace the tires and get me back on the road. Amazing service! Russ one of your service employees, has always gone way out to try and help solve the problems with my cruze. If everyone cared like Russ does it would be a perfect dealership! Since I bought it new it has had a problem going dead and witnesses that nothing was left on, and witnesses that I had to have it jumped many times in the first year and a half of buying the car. Russ made sure and would have the car for 2 to 4 days but, it would not duplicate the problem. He made sure the numerous times I brought it in, he was as determined as if it was his own car to solve the problem. I was wondering if GM had a cruze that had the same problem? My Auto was brought to the service department for a ten o'clock appointment. Les wrote up my request for an oil change and tire rotation. He asked if there were any problems or other issues telling me they would perform a service inspection for any potential problems at no cost. From the moment I stepped into the dealership and asked for help with a used or new Suburban, R.K. Hazen was a joy to work with. We started looking for a used Suburban and quickly realized that the features my wife wanted were only available on a 2015 model. And the supply of used 2015 vehicles was limited. We searched together online for an available used or new vehicle that met our needs and could not find one within 500 miles. I told him "I'll think about it" and he made sure I had his cell number and encouraged me to call back directly. I went home and did an independent search on multiple websites and also could not find the vehicle we wanted. I called R.K. the next morning and we looked at ordering a new Suburban outfitted the way we wanted. We negotiated a trade-in price for my old vehicle and a bottom-line price for the new one. I met with the business manager and declined all the add-ons and made financial arrangements. That whole process is always painful, but this was less painful than most. We had major problems getting Onstar and SiriusXM accounts updated properly with the trade. As far as I can tell, that was GM's issue and not the dealership. My wife and I have worked with Stephen Wade dealerships twice in the past with our vehicles. They are a "dealership" with all the warts and frustrations that come with that overhead. But we have felt we were treated fairly and in good faith and this time was no exception. And R.K. was a delight to work with. This is our 4th Suburban/Yukon XL and it is a delight to drive!

I had an appointment at 8am to have some work done on some recalls on my 2013 Chevy Cruze. The service department took my car right in. The service advisor Dave said it would only take a few hours. I was from out of state, and asked Dave if they had a shuttle service, and he said yes. The shuttle took me and my wife to a nearby restaurant to have breakfast. We made it back to the dealership in about an hour and a half and the car was finished. The work was done quickly and the service department staff, including the shuttle driver were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Stephen Wade Auto Center for any service needs done on a car.

Karen met us on the lot before we even got out of our car. It was raining and a very cold day but she didn't care. She wanted to help us. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything but what I asked for. When I told her I wanted to look at other makes and models she graciously said that would be fine, handed us her card and said she would be there until 8:00 pm if we decided to come back. We did go back. She offered to let us see all the cars that were the model we had selected which was a Chevy Cruz. Funny thing happened. The other models were located on an adjacent lot up the hill and I asked to ride up to the lot in the demo Chevy Malibu that was sitting close to the door of the show room outside. She agreed and I fell in love with the car. I am a firm believer in when you find the right anything, you know it and I knew I had found my car. She didn't run back and forth from us to the office manager haggling over a price. She told us about the rebated and the price and the papers were prepared for our signature. She gave us a thank you gift and we received detailed instruction on how to operate all the feature on the car. She also followed up the next day to see how we like the car and answered a question I had.The whole purchasing process, once I had chosen a car, only took about and hour. This was by far to easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had.Thank you Karen and Tyler of Steven Wade for you fine service.

I was at your dealership for a recall on the emissions system by appointment. I requested a complimentary car wash and tire check while there. The service tech at the check in desk discouraged the car wash by telling me it would take several hours wait if I persisted with the request and less than an hour for the recall repair. I do realize that the dealship could have been busy but I do not believe that having it washed would have required that length of a wait. The tires were checked however and were deemed ok. Other than the disappointment about the car wash, the service on the car went well as far as I can see. Hopefully the "repair" will not affect the mileage or performance of the car. I have been very pleased with the Equinox and when it comes time to replace it in a year or so, I will probably purchase another.

My service advisor was top notch. Quick in and out. I know it wasn't a big issue, but it was handled as if it was. Would recommend the service group at Wade Cadillac for all service. If the front end of the business was as good and efficient as the back end Wade Cadillac would be the only dealership to buy my next Cadillac.

This one just feels old or dark or something.The one item of complaint that may actually stop me from returning is how aggressive they are in asking for surveys and online reviews. Once is more than enough I get enough spam without my Chevy dealership doing it as well.

We went in for typical oil change. After the maintenance this dealership washed our car, as well as "buffed out" some unsightly scrapes on the driver's side rear bumper (someone had backed out of a parking stall next to us and scraped our white car with black paint). Stephen Wade, without any charge, buffed out the black scrapes!!! That's what I call service...

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is nice and clean. I didn't give five stars because it always seems to take forever, unlike Grease Monkey or Jiffy Lube. I like the previous location better; because, when they were finished with my vehicle I couldn't see where they parked it, so a guy went and got it for me. I wasn't prepared to give him a tip, but he kept lingering like he expected one for driving my vehicle 50 feet.

The sales and finance staff were excellent. The service staff was less than stellar on our first visit to have a bed liner installed. However, they did a much better job on our second service trip to have a replacement bed liner installed. The improved performance was mainly due to Mitch Hancock becoming personally involved, and Mike of service becoming much more involved to see that the job was completed in a timely manner.

We had a problem with the transmission shift handle. It came totally loose and my wife was unable to even put the car in to park as the handle had come completely out. I was able to get it back in to place and get it in to gear and drive it to your service department. It was right at the end of the day. The service writer took it and would have it looked at the following morning. It ended up being a loose screw and the repair took only about an hour on a Saturday morning. This was great as wee needed it for a planned trip. Thanks to your staff for helping us during this holiday time. Stephen Wade Dealerships will always be recommended by myself and my family.

I wanted to trade up to a bigger pick-up truck so that I would have that capability to tow equipment and Stephan Wade gave me a really great deal on a trade-in for a new 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The vehicle has performed above expectations and the diesel engine has been very efficient at an average of around 18 MPG so-far. What really impressed me, though has been the level of personal attention from the sales and service staff and their brand new showroom and state-of-the-art maintenance facilities. I was off the lot with the vehicle in less than an hour and a service appointment a week or two later to program an extra remote was handled entirely at our convenience. The sales and service staff are all friendly and work fast to get you on your way. A complimentary shuttle was on hand to take us to a restaurant across the highway while our truck was in the shop and pick us up when we were done. I have to say that there is no dealer in the area better equipped to take care of our vehicle needs.

Buying our 2015 Traverse was a great experience. The salesman who helped us was very patient. We were not 100% sold on what car we were going to get. He rounded up all the cars on our list so we could drive them all. He even drove to another dealership to get a car so we could drive it.Agreeing on numbers was really easy. The manager pulled a few things together and explained our options honestly and directly. They helped us stay in our budget and get a brand new 2015 with 46 miles on it instead of the used cars we were looking at. The finance guy was fantastic as well. Everyone their made us feel like old friends or family. That's why I have already referred my family. We will be buying all our future cars here.

Stephen Wade airs a commercial in which they say, "You have it made at Stephen Wade." What they claim is true. The sales staff is courteous and well informed. They are never pushy, but simply allow the quality of their cars to do "all the talking." I love their service department. They are always prompt, do excellent work, and their prices beat those offered by independent garage shops. Stephen Wade is a model of how a car dealership should provide sales and service.

Bought a new 2014 Camaro and included the rally stripe package as part of the sale. The stripes were crooked and needed to be removed and reinstalled. The General Sales Manager (GSM) wasn't very interested in helping, after putting me off for two weeks he just wanted to refund what I paid for them and wasn't interested in correcting the issue. I don't want my money back I want the stripes! I ended up having to resolve it myself and convince the GSM to issue a PO to a local shop. One other thing, they have this antitheft program they call AutoShield. Apparently it's window etching and a policy, really I think it's a rip-off and they charge $300-$500 for this and no option to decline. I asked for some kind of documentation and they gave me nothing. Very unhappy with my buying experience with these guys and I will never buy anything from them again.

Stopped in 'just looking', but after taking a test drive and talking to Jake and Mitch, decided to purchase a Cadillac SRX. Both men were professional, but used a very soft, easy-going sales style that suited us just fine. Got a decent price for trade-in, and the car was ready quickly. Jake, as a new salesman, had a couple of stumbles, but nothing serious and was quick to correct himself. The whole experience was low-key and easy. The vehicle is pretty neat, too.

The dealership was very busy when I called for service.I was given a time to come in. When I arrived they took my SRX and performed the services required and because the exterior was very splattered with red mud, I asked,if they could wash the car and with a smile they obliged. When they informed me the car was ready it looked "brand new". On a busy day your staff took the "extra mile" to make me happy. Good job. As a reward, the next day, a lady in a parking lot, asked if I owned that beautiful car, she said she needed a different car and this is what she would like, I referred her to your dealership. We had a good experience this time with Stephen Wade. Brought our 2013 Chevy Traverse in on a Safety Recall to have some parts replaced. Everything went well. We were chauffeured to Dixie Bowl so we could bowl in our league, and then were picked up a few hours later when we were finished. The chauffeur was a very nice and pleasant man. Our car was fixed and ready to go when we returned, and we were on our way home in a matter of minutes.

I have had Stephen Wade service my Tahoe Hybrid since I bought it there in 2008. I cannot recommend them more highly. Even when I have just brought my car in for a routine service, the Stephen Wade service department checks the whole vehicle. They recently found a leak in my brake fluid system that would have been a disaster if left unrepaired. I had just noticed a slight problem with my brakes on the way to get my oil changed and I hadn't asked the service representative to check the brakes at all. The service representatives always take my concerns seriously and find solutions to my problems. I have been servicing my vehicles for 40 years and I have never found a service center that is more attentive to my needs. Other dealers seem to downplay my experience since I am a woman. I never feel that way at Stephen Wade. They keep me up-to-date on the progress of my repairs and finish the repairs in a reasonable time. I would not take my Tahoe anywhere else.

We were passing through on vacation from CA to NE when our brake warning light came on in our 2014 Silverado. Even though it was shortly after the service dept should have closed, I called anyway, and surprisingly the call was answered by Les Rosenvall. I explained the problem, and he said to come in first thing the next morning. The next morning we were greeted by Les who started immediately to work on the problem. The problem was diagnosed, and within an hour or so we were back on the road. Two days later Les followed up with a call to us asking if the problem reoccurred. The quality of service at Stephen Wade is suburb, and the facilities are top-notch. We want to thank Stephen Wade Chevrolet and especially Les for helping to make our vacation one of the best.

In November 2013 we purchased our new Camaro SS; the experience was so good we returned in May 2014 and purchased our new Traverse LT. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and purchasing vehicles from this dealership has been the most pleasurable to date. The dealers are courteous and easy to deal with, they are not pushy or try to sell you something you don't want. In both cases we had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted...and they made sure we got it. In both cases, it took them longer to detail and get the vehicles ready for us then it did to close the deal and do all the paperwork...we were in and out in less then two hours. I highly recommend this dealership, especially to military (active & retired). Chevy offers some great discounts to military personnel and the dealers at Stephen Wade ensure you are aware of them and ensure they are applied to your purchase.

A very courteous and friendly sales rep (Michael) kindly showed us the many vehicles we were interested in. By the time we finally made our decision, we were really pressed for time. Rob Eames and Michael, skillfully ripped out the paper work and moved us quickly through to Cindy, who was equally capable, helpful, delightful and friendly. We were given excellent treatment, productive information and generous discounts throughout the process. We Finished up in good time and drove off smiling! The Impala is pretty great as well! RK Hazen was awesome to deal with. He did not exert undue pressure to buy a new truck, but made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and was very positive to deal with. We love RK and he was truly interested in getting us what we needed for our family. None of this, " I have 3 kids, how many do you have" sort of stuff. Just, "lets start with how many seats do you need" . He took the time to go through everything and search things out for us. He had connections to get us what we wanted at a good price and was VERY knowledgeable! Much better than our last experience 18 months ago . . . . . . We would go back to him in a heart beat
