We have bought 2 cars from Stephens family. It is literally a Mom and Pop and Son shop. It is not easy to get to currently with major bridge work but it is worth a find If you are lookng for a late model pre owned vehicle. We just bought our second car from them from Stephens in the last 6 months. Jeff runs the sales side mostly and he always has great inventory of nice late model high end vehicles. We bought a nice Lexus RX from them or my wife and recently bought a 2007 Honda Accord for my son. Both cars were in very good shape and got for a very fair price. They help with financing and we have used them for service as well on my wife's car a few times the last six months. First oil change is on them!!!The only issue is the bridge over Beaver and interstate is closed. It makes it a lil more challenging to find but it is located on SE side of Johnston just east of Merle Hay. They have been around for over 25 years and there is a reason. They are good fair people.

I just bought a Jeep Commander from Jeff at Stephens and I could be more happy about the service that I received. We regularly have our Volvo serviced at Stephens and this was our first experience buying a vehicle from them and the staff made it very easy. They are great to work with and we will continue to be customers!

I purchased a 2002 Lexus from Jeff today. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire time. Every vehicle that I looked at was in excellent condition. Each vehicle that I looked at was thoroughly detailed and maintained. I picked this vehicle after looking through and comparing several internet sites. The information was accurate and the pictures clearly represented the vehicle that I selected. The prices matched the book value of the vehicle and the paperwork was simple and took a very few minutes to complete! He also found financing at a better rate than that of our normal bank and he worked with us and our specific financial needs. Thanks Jeff!!! We are very pleased!

I bought a f150 from Jeff he could not of been more helpful! Looked at the truck in the morning and drove it home that afternoon!!! Has been a great truck! Jeff was going to change the door code for me in the truck and I didn't get around to getting it there. When I stopped in today looking for a car for my daughter he said just call and he would take care of it! My wife is also looking for car now that I've brought it up and she wants to get there as soon as possible!i if we weren't leaving town she would be there tomorrow! Stephens auto is like buying a car from a friend!!!

My wife and I's experience with Stephens Automotive has gone above & beyond our expectations. Their honest & accurate representation of the vehicle's condition was greatly appreciated. Anytime you travel a great distance to look at a pre-owned vehicle, you wonder what you are going to find when you get there. Our 2 1/2 hour drive was not a disappointment. I just bought a used pick up truck from Stephens. From my initial inquiry to signing the paperwork the whole experience was pleasant. Jeff and everyone else there that I interacted with were polite, patient and kind. They were very easy gong about test drives... even when I wanted to test out more than just one truck. In many ways it felt more like buying from a friend than a car dealer I'd never met before. (But, I'm new in town, and I had never met Jeff before.) Jeff went out of his way to make it easy for me to buy the truck. I got a great Ford F-150 in great shape for a really good price. I couldn't be happier.

I just bought a Ford F150 from Jeff and frankly it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Not only was it fast and easy, but they're not the kind of business to jerk you around. If you want to purchase a vehicle and not feel like you're talking to cliche used car salesmen, then work with these folks and walk away like you were treated fairly. I still believe that when you do the right thing for people, the sale is easier and they'll tell their friends and family. I am a fan!

I have been a customer of Stephens Automotive since around 1994 for all of my vehicle needs. I am currently driving my sixth vehicle purchased from them and only use Stephens Automotive for any services required. They are always very pleasant and great to deal with and make sure to answer any of my questions or concerns. Ive been very happy with each of the used vehicles Ive purchased from them over the years and feel I was given fair trade-in values. I agree with another reviewer that the used vehicles I purchased were lower than the other dealers in the area. I always recommend their Service and Sales to family and friends.

Contacted dealer on their webstie and they never responded to me. Checked back in a few days and the car was already sold. You would assume the dealer would let a prospective customer know this and offer to find another vehicle. Poor internet sales and customer service.

We were looking for a minivan and found one at Stephens. I don't like to haggle and beat around the bush for pricing, trade in, etc. The trade-in price of our vehicle was a little low, but I feel the price of the van was also low compared to the big chain dealers, so a fair trade off. We would go back for another used vehicle.

Wonderful experience with Stephens Auto. Very friendly and easy to work with. Was looking at two trucks on cars.com. walked onto the lot and was tossed the keys to both for a test drive. purchased one of the trucks soon after. Truck has been perfect since and i took advantage of a courtesy oil change from the dealer after purchase. Will definitely look for my next truck from Stephens.

I purchased an older 01 Sienna from them about 7 years ago. I drove down from Minneapolis and the minivan was available. We purchased on the spot and I've had it ever since. The price was really good and the car had low miles. I've had zero issues with the car and I've been very happy with the qualify of the toyota.

I did dealer chat with these people. I was asking questions about a vehicle I was interested in and he actually told me they were busy so if I had anymore questions I should stop in and see them. I live several hours away and wanted to see if the car was worth my time but apparently they don't want to sell their cars very badly. RUDE and dismissive! I would never buy a car from this dealership!!!
