I had a great experience with the dealership. I have terrible credit, yet Eric Driver my sales person treated me in the most professional fashion and helped me through the process. I feel like I got a good deal and the used car I selected looks even better. Glad to have air conditioning now and glad it wasn't painful. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Sterling Auto in Bryan, Texas has the worst customer service and auto repairs that I have ever had. If you send an email- you will not get a response. I have had my car in numerous times and they were unable to "duplicate customer complaint". However , I took it to another repair shop in town and they readily found and fixed the problem. When they "repair" my car it often takes a minimum of 2 visits for them to correct their errors. On the last visit they quoted me a price for a certain repair at $1300. I took it to another repair shop and got a quote of $500. Sterling had a markup of $800!!! Guess who will get my business from now on!!
