Car was not as clean as I would like it to be when I picked it up. But my sales person was phenomenal. When I started the car at the dealership, it sounded like there was a ticking. I mentioned it and was told that it was a new car and maybe it hadn't been driven enough yet to break it in. I thought this was odd. We'll see.

My experience at Sterling Hyundai was completely professional and I would highly recommend this dealership if in the market for a new Hyundai. The free oil changes and tire rotation for life is a wonderful perk and it gives the owner more of an incentive to keep his/her vehicle serviced and maintained. The product sells itself but having a knowledgeable and professional staff is icing on the cake. Kudos to Sterling Hyundai.

My wife and I have bought our last 4 cars from Sterling Hyundai in the last 3 years because they have come up with a formula which all the other dealerships should try to emulate. From the manager Mr Sammy, Mr Blake in finance and our salesman Mr Neilsen Tuttle, purchasing a car at Sterling Hyundai is a breeze. Over the last 30 years I've bought many cars from different dealerships in different states and regions and many different manufacturers, and there's not a another dealership that have reached the high standards Sterling Hyundai has. You're instantly made to feel welcome, there's no pressure to put you in a car that you don't need or want for the sake of a buck. Our salesman, Mr Tuttle has actually sat down with me and helped determine what car best matches my needs and budget, even showing us lower models even when that meant less money in his pocket. He's been a pretty big reason we shop at Sterling Hyundai and can't imagine shopping at any other automotive group. When it's comes to finance, Mr Blake has walked us through every step and made sure we understood the mounds of paper that come with a new car purchase, patiently putting it in terms we understood and answering all of our questions no matter how many times we asked the same dumb ones. Mr Sammy is a fantastic manager. We've literally never spoke with any othe dealerships managers except "congrats! Enjoy your car". Mr Sammy stopped by a number of times, making sure we had all the information we needed and questions answered. These men reflect highly on Sterling. they've bent over backwards helping us make every aspect of buying a car an enjoyable experience and have been complete professionals. These are but a few reasons we will only Shop at Sterling automotive. Last thing I want to add is we do all our service work at Sterling and have met a good number of the employees and from the front office to the guy in back detailing the cars, we've been treated with respect and professionalism from every single employee we've come into contact with. My experience was fantastic. I lost my car in the 2016 South Louisiana flood. In fact I took a boat from my home to a dry area, then a truck to the dealership. The dealership kept my car after the purchase until the water receded and I could get it home. I bought my last Hyundai at this dealership, same salesperson. I have all my service done here as well. I plan to make all future automotive purchases from this dealership. Nahja a was kind, patient, informative, answered all my questions. I had plenty of questions due to my circumstances. I was informed of all my options and price of each. I was, as always, treated with respect and I love the team at Stirling Hyundai in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Everything was great. I didn't go in intending to buy that day, but the staff was so good at finding exactly what I was looking for and worked a great deal, I couldn't walk away without purchasing! This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealership in the last 3 years and I would think other dealers would do themselves a great service by trying to copy Sterling Hyundai blueprint. I'm talking from the moment you step on the lot to a few years down the road still bringing your car in for the free oil change service, it's a smooth, no pressure atmosphere, a real break from other dealerships norm. My sales man, Neil Tuttle has always been honest, even steering me away from cars that were way above the cost of the car I came in for (I like expensive, cool cars, but my budget isn't that friendly to them lol) from the service guys, to the finance guy, hell, the manager even knows me, all really good people. There's no doubt I'll send whoever is looking for a quality, affordable car to Sterling.

I had the numbers that I was willing to work with, and had to do very little haggling. I hate to haggle. Cavell was an excellent salesman, he was not pushy in any way. I was in sales for a few years, and Cavell is the exact type of salesman I enjoy dealing with.

I travel 2 to 3 day per week on 112 miles to college. And this Hyundai Accent 2016 sedan is really a nice price and size for my needs. My wife has owned for the past 3 years a 2013 model Hyundai Accent and has encountered no problems with her car. That helped me decide that I would want to drive one. My past 12 year I drove Honda Civic model cars and would happily say this was not a huge change over from my older 2011 civic.

Athony Arceneaux and Sterling Hyundai treated me to the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone there was nice and said "hello" when they walked by. Anthony even introduced me to the general manager on the first visit which made me feel important even though Anthony knew I was not making a purchase that day. Also, every time I called him he called me back as soon as he could. I just thought the overall experience there was wonderful and that Sterling Hyundai is a very professional company. I guarantee I will go see Anthony first for my next vehicle before I look anywhere else. Decided on a 2013 loaded Hyundai Santa Fe. We needed an AWD due to frequent time out west which presented a challenge down south, but Sterling was able to find one and satisfy the perfectionist (my wife). Salesman (Neil) was very accommodating and the manager matched the lowest reasonable price quote from other dealers.
