I went in for service and a recall. Needed oil change, tire repair, recall on ABS. Douglas greeted me and took care of me. He was exceptional - polite, efficient, and kept me posted on the timeline. He went above and beyond to make my waiting time and experience comfortable and pleasant. He was cheerful and professional. He made me feel like a VIP!

Leased the vehicle a couple months ago. I was promised free maintenance on my vehicle since it was 0 miles for 2 years. Recently had it serviced and they were not able to uphold their end of the deal. I was very upset. They do not do what is right for the customer. Sales representative scheduled our first service literally a month after we had gotten the car, she did this knowing the car would not need to be serviced, and since they were not planning on keeping their promise in regards to free maintenance, knowing i would get charged. This behavior enrages me and is disgusting. They do their best to coerce good reviews out of you, even having a sales rep tell you what to answer even if you don’t agree. They also force you to leave a 5 star review in google. However when it comes to owning up to their promises, they are quick to point out, none of it is in writing and their word means. You should literally have a professional camera crew recording your whole buying process in order to hold them accountable. Worst dealer ever.

I recently went there for oil change and tire rotation and I must say, my experience has been superior. My advisor, Karim, was super sweet and even offered me their current deals. He kept me informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything. Although it did take a while for them to have my car ready, but I will definitely be returning and referring because of his service.

Recently had mechanical issues with a truck. The service representative Nicholas O. was awesome. He was very professional and informative about my situation. I decided it was more beneficial to me to trade my truck in for something new. The sales rep. Marc G. Was awesome. Listened to what I needed and wanted, showed me my options and I was in and out same. No high pressure sales tactics just good ole fashion listening and showing me what I wanted to see. I highly recommend this Nissan dealership above any of the others I have dealt with.
