To be fair this was my first, and probably only visit. The good first. They got me in quickly for an oil change while I was out of my home turf. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was cordial. The bad. No one wore masks at all, and they wouldn't allow me to use Ford Pass Poibts to pay because I didn't tell them I was going to prior to the service. That is not in Ford's Pass agreement anywhere.

I purchsed a 2017 escape last July 2020. I live in Louisville KY, the dealership made the drive from Louisville worth it. All of the sales people were wonderful. I wish they were in Louisville.

My wife and I just bought a 2021 Ford ranger, we absolutely love it, I first seen it on sternbergs website, and I texted them about the truck, they were more than willing to help me out, then I went down the next day to take it for test drive and traded in my F150, and bought it the same day. Very nice people.
