Always helpful and friendly. The only suggestion that I have is that you have one or two days a week that had later hours for oil changes. The last appointment time is 4:30pm and for those working, that is difficult to make it.Thank you

Best all around buying experience ever! Between the saleslady Kelli Kreglow-Stephens, and GM, Gary Bolen, I was shown every detail of the car and how everything worked. They treated me like a friend. I love my new Malibu. I can not say enough about the excellent service and honesty of these people. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

This is the 2nd time you have asked for this survey and the 2nd time I have complied. I bought the car on the 4th and it is now the 7th and I have only driven it 2 days. I am very pleased with the service I receive at Steve Austin's. I always have my oil changed there and any body work I need done. For this problem, my appointment was for Thursday morning. They called me at 9:00 AM that morning to say it was already fixed. Plus my car was still under warranty so I was not charged. Everyone at Steve Austin's is always very helpful and pleasant.

was a tad bit of confusion at first but WAS resolved by professionals and my service was completed in a very timely way . These guys do the job to a TEE . Its worth passing up a 15.00 express place and driving 50 miles for a sound piece of mind for an oilchange

We were out just looking at cars. We stopped at Steve Austin's looking at cars we like Buick I got one their before in 2009 was treated very good so we came back and Mr. Dave Woods met us out in the car lot asking us a question was very nice he never tried to push a car on us he explained about leasing or buying he said it was up to us. He also had another gentleman explain leasing can't remember his name but he was drives 6s sprint car, he was also very nice and helpful. So at the end of things we leased the car and we realy do like it, and Mr. Woods took picture of us with the new car an we would recommend Steve Austin's again and tell them to talk to Dave Woods. The vehicle that I was driving, a 2006 HHR, was beginning to have repair issues and I was concerned about driving it. I discussed this with Steve Austin, Ron Foreman and others at Steve Austin's and was shown some vehicle options. I selected the Terrain based on their recommendation as well as reviews that I read. I was guided by my driving pattern in terms as mileage and passengers. I am very pleased with my purchased and again, a very happy Steve Austin's customer.

I stopped by the dealership to do comparison shopping on 3 different Makes of SUV's. I explained to the salesman, Fred Whitehill that I wanted to look at his Chevy and GMC SUV's but that I would also be going to a Ford dealership. Mr. Whitehill was very accommodating. Even though it was freezing cold outside we looked and test drove different models. He answered all our questions and followed up with a phone call. I have been singing his praises to friends and family. If you are looking for a Chevy or GMC, do yourself a favor and go see Fred Whitehall at Steve Austin's Auto Group!

Found used Saab convert on line at Austin's dealership. Drove there, checked car out and did not buy. Sales staff were courteous and thorough, but the car had window malfunction and the final straw was "no power passenger seat" (which we thought the Sabb had as standard). Nice dealership, sales staff and good experience...just not the car for us.
