I wouldn't buy here ever again. I bought a 2011 ford flex was told it was in great condition, I didn't have to worry about anything about this car, put more than i wanted down on it and then 2 months later it wont turn on. Called Steve to see if he could help me out, tells me he would help with the parts and I pay labor, next day he doesn't answer any of my calls

Literally the absolute WORST dealer in town!!!!!! I went to purchase a 2006 Lexus IS 350 from them. Upon test driving it the car DEFINITELY needed some work done. I informed them of the issues that I knew were wrong with it and they “PROMISED” to fix those things before purchasing. Well we told them we had to think about it and left. The salesman then calls me OVER and OVER again for about a week when we finally decide to go buy the car. At this point the issues STILL have not been fixed so it was in our contract that they would fix the problems. Extremely long story short after having to go back and forth with them several times and them having my car for weeks at a time for the entire two months that I owned it. The car still wasn’t fixed correctly and all the dash lights were on. Extremely frustrated we go to take the car back YET again when the car loses traction (due to the traction light being on) was involved in an accident which caused the car to be totaled. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere like I should have!

Last Monday we bought a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. We had Idany as our sales guy! He was awesome, took care of everything quickly, and really worked with all of our needs. Right after we purchased the SUV we has some complications with it causing it to me repairs ASAP. They took care of it right away for us, no questions asked, and all seems to be good. I was really worried because I have seen some horror stories in the past with used car dealer ships, but I recommend this lot hands down! They have made us very happy, and we love our SUV! I wasn't even prepared to buy a new car, just to look but I drove away in a great car! I received great customer service! They stayed late to help finish paperwork and when I had a concern they were quick to fix it. I highly recommend.

I had been searching for a long time for a Hummer H3, and finally found the one I wanted here. The process was simple. I drove it, loved it, he ran my credit while I went to lunch, and by the time I came back I was ready to drive my new baby home! Thank you guys for my truck!! I have been looking everywhere for my F-250, Drove to LA drove to sacramento and nothing jumped out! Finally on cars.com I found my truck! HAd the miles I wanted, lift I wanted wheels and tires where brand new!! Visited the dealership on Saturday in search of my first SUV. (Test drove Saturday, purchased Tuesday morning!) This dealer had a wide selection, but one SUV in particular jumped right out at me. It was a high mileage vehicle, but in great condition. The dealer had no problem with allowing my mechanic to come to test the systems on the truck and everything checked out great! The staff has authority to negotiate price and payments, so buying is easy. I am a single mom and felt absolutely NONE of the intimidation I felt while shopping at large dealerships. The staff here is definitely more concerned with the happiness of the customer than the number of sales they make. There are no stuffed shirts here in suits and ties, just a great bunch of real people trying their best to get you into the vehicle you WANT to drive. I love my new SUV! Thank you to everyone for a stress-free car buying experience!
