Found the car we wanted online. Called and worked with John and Alex. They were fantastic. They helped us lock in our new car within 24 hours, and it only took that long because we slept on it. It's in transit and not on the lot yet, but they made the purchase easy and as quick as possible. Glenn assisted with the financials and he was a pleasure to work with. Wow. I've been to a dozen dealerships in the past couple weeks and this one is the best. From Matt taking care of all the questions and the sales process, and holding it for me until I could get there, to Glenn in finance, who didn't push for a hard sale on the extras, the GM, and the service manager, this is a tip notch crew and make you feel like they actually want you there to build a relationship, not just make a sale. Had the family with me and they were well taken care off throughout the process.

I just like to say that I bought my 2020 dodge challenger in May 2020 and it’s a good car and I just needed my first oil change because I don’t drive it much and it’s a shame that you buy a vehicle at Steve Jones and you have to take it to another dealership somewhere to get the oil changed. I’m not sure what the problem is there they won’t let you make an appointment but I went by just to get my oil changed and they told me that it was a 3 1/2 hour wait so I called another dealership in the area and got it changed to the very next day.

I buy and trade vehicles frequently. After a less than desirable experience at Steve Jones a few years ago, I was hesitant at first. But, they knocked it out of the park this time! Josh Mallory was the greatest salesman. No nonsense. Quick in and out in 30 minutes...trade, financing and all! I'll definitely do more business with Steve Jones!

I bought a new Ram pickup at a dealership in Kentucky. Steve Jones is the closest dealership to me so I thought I would have them do my maintenance and oil changes. They advised to get there at 7:30 in the am which I did. The person that checked me in said only one car was in ahead of me and I should be done in 45 minutes as they only had 1 mechanic. While I was waiting another person came, had there maintenance taken care of and left. After 2 hrs I went up and they said just another 15 minutes to rotate the tires. Obviously they chose to put people in front of me although I arrived first. The cost of the oil change and tire rotation $175. I won't be back.
