Went to buy a car from them... I chose a car... They ran my credit.. everything went through according to my bank .. they realize I'm sure the vehicle they were selling me was worth more then what I was paying for it... so they decided not to sell it... The executive manager calls me and makes up all these excuses as to why they can't sell me the car... rude as hell... Wouldn't let me ask questions.... Then tells me to go somewhere else....if you do decide to go there, Kyle was awesome.. he was the only good experience there.

We were traveling to Litchfield from Nashville, TN and began having some trouble with our Equinox on the way there. A quick stop at an auto parts store diagnosed the issue and assured us it was safe to keep driving to our destination. A family member suggested we call Steve Schmitt Chevrolet and ask if they might be able to do the repair. We were only in town for one night. We arrived in Litchfield at 3 pm and went straight to their service department. Wondering about renting a car, trying to get home the following day-it was upsetting. The good folks at Steve Schmitt not only fixed our car, we were out of there in 2 hours and they also found another issue and fixed that too. Everyone was cheerful, kind and efficient. Highly recommend!!

This service department is top notch. I was an out of town customer that broke down in town. Ray and his crew treated us like family and resolved the issue so we could get home. These people are great!!
