Carrie was great to work with. By far the best sales person we've worked with since we've been buying vehicles at Lust, and we've now had 4 new vehicles in the last few years. I would recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a vehicle. Kevin was also great to work with, always has been. There was another gentleman that we signed the papers with, I can't remember his name off the top of my head - but he was excellent as well. We ended up working with 3 of your staff members, all excellent. Thank you very much! Also a big thank you to the guys that got the DVD player installed so quickly so we could take our new ride home, very impressed!

We had Mike Hottman as our salesman from Steven Lust Automotive, over the years of buying vehicles from different dealerships and working with other sales people, he is best that we have dealt with, not pushy or over the top sales pitch, just a very easy guy to deal with, we will be back to Seven Lust Automotive to work with Mike and Ron the finance guy in the future. The dealership looked after the car recently after there had been damage incurred. They called to update me since it did take some time to have the parts come in and also it seems at this time of year they were busy. An incidental finding regarding the oil tank with a leak was noted by them while the vehicle was at the dealership. They fixed this issue while it was at the shop during the same time. I appreciated it since it is a 2014 vehicle and they corrected things without me even being aware yet that this has been a new development for the type of car.I have always been happy with the service thus far and this is just another example. Thank you

Everything was good. The only problem we had was getting the mud flaps on, due to the wrong ones delivered and then getting the vehicle in to check the doors. Everyone was beer accommodating.
