I recently purchased a 2015 F-150 from this dealer. Originally they did not have what I was looking for but after working with one of their sales ladies and looking at various inventory in the area, I found the truck I wanted at another dealers lot (this was at 7pm from my house mind you). Texting back/forth with the sales person she informed me she wasn't able to verify if the truck was available (dealers were all closing soon). By 9:30 the next morning she text me back saying the truck is available and she's working on securing it for me and having it delivered to her lot. By 12pm I was at the dealership looking at the truck I wanted (and having my trade-in appraised). 45 minutes later I was out the door heading back to work (while they ran my credit/processed paperwork/got the truck ready). Came back at 5:30pm to finish, was out the door being shown how to operate my new truck by 6pm. Smoooth as glass transaction. Sales person did all the work for me and worked around my schedule. They were even able to secure financing right in line with others.The only downside I'd say is the person handling the trade-in values. Granted this is probably where most dealerships get bad marks, because the guy handling trade-ins always wants to beat you up on the price. That was the part I did not like and felt like I was taking advantage of. But it is what it is. You never get what you want for a trade in at the dealer so it is what it is. Still a nice guy though. He's just doing his job, can't really blame him for that. That's how he makes a living and puts food on the table. But still... that part is NEVER fun.I'll buy my next truck from them all right.

Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning with a list of services. Spoke to rep around 2 and he had a list of other things needed, I said okay and might get the car back four days later. It is a work truck and asked if it could be soon as possible. I have gps on the truck so I know everywhere it goes and start stops. Truck was in shop for 4 hrs on a Thursday the day I dropped off and 8 hours on Friday with a test drive. No call on Saturday it was done I called Monday morning and was told it still needed a test drive. Went to pick it up mechanic logged in 20.5 hrs when the truck was only worked on for a max of 12 hrs. Invoice was even written up by 4 pm on Friday, lost two extra days of work and was over charged on hrs and two items I did not ask for and they did not even look at my front brakes which are squeaking even more. Horrible service will not go back.

Recently brought my 2002 Ford F150 to Stevens Ford for service. Even though I had a "service contract" with an outside agency (Don't Buy Superior Protection Plan through First Automotive Service Corp) , the service department at Stevens treated me like I bought my truck from them brand new! From the service manager, Harold, to the service rep, Manny, right to the service technician Paul, all remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the months long struggle for repair approval (which I didn't get). My advice, NEVER BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH A USED VEHICLE, but do bring your vehicle to Stevens Ford for service!!! Stevens is Top Notch!!!

After we decided to lease a Ford Escape we were put into the customer lounge to wait to pay and deal with insurance company. The wait in the lounge was long however, Luis was nice enough to come over and check on us periodically. We had to go home and pick up our son and come back since it was getting late. The staff there were very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated that!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Stevens Ford. They were the only dealer on Long Island that had exactly what we wanted. Keith the sales person was great. He responded to my emails quickly. I had all the information about the car that I requested and the price was set (x-plan) before we set foot in the showroom. When we got there, the car was at the front door all ready to go for a test drive. Once we decided to take the car, it was detailed while we filled out the paperwork. We were in and out in two hours. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others. It's just too bad that we live too far away to use their service department.

Had the displeasure of trying to buy a New Ford Expedition Platinum from this dealership.After negotiating the price of a 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum and the trade in value of my 2012 Expedition the salesman, Tom Montalbano, gave me me an offer written on the back of his business card for a total price $34,493.12. My wife and I informed him we would think about it and come back after lunch.After returning we offered him $34,000 which he refused, we than asked him to split the difference and we would pay $34,250 to which he said he would speak to his manager.After coming back from speaking to his manager he comes back with a number of $35,600 over $1100 from his written offer.When we refused and began to walk away he became aggressive and started shouting and my wife and I stating "we are looking to steal a car" from them. My wife showed the manager the written numbers provided to us a few hours earlier and the only response we received from him was his asking his salesman to lower his voice and nodding us towards the door. The manner is which we were treated with two children accompanying us was not only unprofessional but rude. Stay away for this dealer for they will surely attempt to scam you.

My sales agent Lew was awesome He was honest and very trustworthy I must say. As a person that does not trust sales people since I always feel they are take advantage of people. This experience with Lew changed my thoughts. He spent days with me until I decided which vehicle I want and never complained. I even picked out a car and walked out that day not purchasing it and ask to give me time and he did . I was not pushed or did I feel rushed. Everything I was told I got no hideen anything I was amazed. I must also say the Dave the floor manager was also so helped spent time as well with me and explained everything as well as taking my calls to ask how I use the automatic start and what type of gas do I used. I am sure they smiled at that one. I never purchased a new car myself and I love my Fusion hybrid thanks to Lew and Steves ford for making this experience the best for me

Provide me a good estimate for the service to be completed and advised me of the area I could wait in. Wait area is clean, comfy, had things to keep us entertained. I left and they stated they would call should the car be ready prior to my arrival back.Work was done on time, all actions completed and paperwork ready for me to go.The whole Stevens team excel in the are of customer experience. The number one reason I do business with them is the way they take care of the customer in all departments.Highly recommend them!!!

I had a 9:15am appointment for an oil change on a recently purchased Escape which I worked out 2 years of oil changes into the contract. At 12:15 my car still wasn't even in the garage. What the xxxx are appointments for??? The response I got from them was that my car was scheduled as a "drop-off". Where do you guys get off thinking you can hold onto people's cars all day??? I dropped the car off 5 minutes before it was scheduled for service and 3 hours later it was still parked in the same place. I do not have an entire saturday to be without a car ever. Your scheduling system is horrible and I already regret buying a ford. It's like you are stealing from customers who work servicing into their contracts.

Our salesman Tom Montalbano very informative. We are very pleased with our leased 2016 Ford Explorer. The only thing that could improve is the time it always takes when the salesman goes to the manager if your term request changes. It seems at every dealership this is the case, need to be a quicker process from beginning to end I was at the dealership for over 5 hours.

I recently tried to purchase a F 250 xl, they did not have what i wanted on the lot. They found a truck in Riverhead they were going to try and secure for me so i gave them a deposit on THAT truck. It ended up the truck wasn't available so did they offer me my deposit back no! They dragged me around trying to put me in something that they couldn't find. I was there first thing Saturday morning and by Monday afternoon I was done with the BS. I got a call from Dave whoever his name is after I cancelled my order and he turned it around on me telling me he would have never have taken my deposit if he knew my time frame of needing a truck. REALLY!!! I gave you a deposit for a truck you said you could get!!!! I didn't ask you to run around for me and find me a truck that was a week out! NEVER AGAIN! FIRST TIME LAST TIME AT STEVENS 112

Fusion energi. Sales service was very good. Made to feel welcome and comfortable. Right smount of pressure that did not put us off and made us come back. Team worked with us to get us what we wanted in car and pulled from another dealer rather than trying to force us into car already on lot. The only problem we had was we saw several different models and tested several others and never got into the exact one so we were expecting certain options that were not present in the final car on the contract. Thats when they tried to work with us to find car with options we expected. Overall experience was good except that I wanted a chrysler 300 and the sales team convinced me on the ford fusion energi.

I came in for an oil change and ended up staying for all the fluids to be drained, new filters, new fluids put in, etc. It took much longer than anticipated but people were friendly. However for some reason now my miles per gal. has dropped from 28.7 to 26.7. I don't understand how that happened. Would like feedback on this.

I purchased a 2014 Fusion hybrid SE with all the safety features. I'm quite pleased with the car -- the 40 mpg fuel economy, and the impressive adaptive cruise control and other safety features. I could not find any of the price numbers that were on the original window sticker, and it was quite unclear how the various discounts and the taxes were applied. I strongly recommend a new, carefully itemized, contract form.In the end your finance officer and one of the agency managers explained things clearly enough -- based on a detailed spread-sheet that I prepared for myself -- that I ended up satisfied with the original agreement.

The only issue I had was that I had made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. My car was not gotten to until the next day. I should have received a phone call stating that the service department was busy and to drop off my car the next day. Other than that I am satisfied with the work performed.

I sent an email inquiring about this vehicle, I receive a call immediately from a sales person Bobby, this guy is very profesional, polite and friendly, it seems he really knows what's he doing. I decide to visit them and have a road test, I felt in love with his vehicle. What amaze me is the quick of the whole deal, even when my credit is not good they were able to get me a decent loan and after spending only a couple of hours there, I was able to drive home a new car!! I scheduled a service visit to help find the source of an engine knock and dropped off my MKX the evening before. Unfortunately, the day of the appointment a significant snow storm hit and the service team wasn't able to test drive the vehicle. They did research the reported issue and determined that it was a historically known problem with MKX engines. We picked up the vehicle that afternoon and since then, have not observed the knock further. We will return if the reported problem returns.

the expirence was decent compared to other places. after taking me car off the lot and after the sales men said he personally had everyone check the car out i found that the exhaust was broken and i had to come back 3 days later so they could replace the whole thing. Than while driving one day i noticed the radio sounded funny so i looked thru the setting to adjust the bass and such and noticed that the speakers were put to only play on the left side of the car. when i readjusted it i found out that the speakers on the drivers side are either blown or about to go. when we questioned the salesmen all he said was that it was looked at by a mechanic who i have a relationship with and he never did.

My 2014 Escape was in for its first routine maintenance. After 1 hr., 20 minutes (not bad I think) the service writer who was helping me briefly interrupted a conversation with another customer to tell me my car was ready. However, it soon became apparent that the other customer (quite a talker) would delay my picking up my car, whereupon the service writer tossed me my keys and said he would mail the paperwork. He did so, the paperwork arriving 2 days later. I liked the way the situation was handled.

The 2012 MKZ would not start. I called Roadside Serviceto charge the battery which failed. Then after calling Roadside Service once again the car was towed to Stevens Ford that same day. Stevens Ford called me at 10:00 AM letting me know that they were replacing the battery and would be calling me when it was finished. I had not heard anything by 1:00PM so my husband took me to the dealer. The service rep. seemed confused but did ell me that the car was done and I could take it home, but the paperwork would be mailed to me. I left with my car and am awaiting the paperwork.

My experience at Stevens Ford was absolutely excellent. The salesman was Bobby (Robert Friere). Very pleasant, very informative, very helpful, very courteous. I HATE HATE salesmen pressuring me into a purchase. I simply get totally turned off and walk out the door. I currently drive a 2006 Fusion and loved it so much that I didn't not want to give it up. Since I was very happy with my car I decided to possibly purchase a 2015 Fusion. I actually was considering a Buick Enclave if I didn't get the Fusion. But when I went to Stevens u was quite impressed with Bobby's manner that I felt very comfortable. I test drove the Fusion, a 2012 Explorer and the 2015 Explorer. Had I felt pressure I was ready to check out Buick. Long story, short, I purchased the 2015 Explorer. Have shared my experience with others and impressed others about the manner in which my husband and I were treated at Stevens Ford. Every person the I had any contact with the two days that I visited this dealership was top-notch. Friendly and courteous.

A new employee accidentally scheduled us for a Saturday 7:30am appointment at Stevens Ford in Patchogue, NY a couple weeks ago, but the dealership opens at 8:00am on Saturdays. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Manny Silva, who explained the mix up, apologized and graciously welcomed us inside and made us coffee. He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make up for this mix up. The car was serviced very quickly and we were on our way. I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion from this dealership and it is really what a dealership should be. Declan Carroll is the salesman I dealt with for the 2012 Fusion and he was so helpful and kind - the opposite of the pushy car salesman we are all too used to. I always get my car serviced there, with The Works every 6 months and will definitely be buying my next Ford from Stevens.

Service Consultant Tyrone Goodie was excellent in providing the information on what was being done and why it was needed. He called to advise me of another issue that came up during the service process (fan belt). Additionally, during my last service I had new tires installed and somehow during that process a regular lug nut was substituted for one of my crome lug nuts and the "Lincoln" disk in the center of one of my wheels was missing. He has ordered the replacements parts for me. Thanks for the excellent service.

I bought a brand new escape in March of 2014. 6 weeks later, my car broke down on the side of the road in Queens. It was towed (at my expense and then it took 3 months to get reimbursed from ford) to the dealership. It took 5 days and roughly 20 phone calls to figure out what was wrong with my car. They wanted to return it to me after 12 hours saying that everything was fine. I insisted they keep it and fought with several managers until getting a loaner on their dime. Now, 6 months later I am dealing with a titling issue. I have made about 10 phone calls to various ford people including corporate. I have been trying to get my car titled for 3 months and no one has been helpful with this experience. I will never be again be doing business with ford or this dealership.

As always, the service was horrible. That is why I always bypass three other FORD dealerships in order to have you service my cars. As always, Harold, Martin and, Tyrone were friendly, professional, courteous and, helpful.The TV on the other hand, only gave me bad news and weather. It is a good thing that the coffee and doughnuts made up for it. Or, were they there just to keep me from complaining? Afterward, both cars complained to me that the won-ton soup was too salty and, the eggrolls were greasy.

Sales person listened to what I wanted found it out of state and had it shipped in. Im very happy with the truck I received and the finance agent was very informative and not pushy when it came to extras.

I brought my car in for service on multiple recalls and a safety inspection. Everything was in place for my when I arrived. My paperwork was processed quickly and Hertz was on their way to bring me to my loaner car. Throughout the process I was helped by Manny Silva, who has restored my faith in the service industry! His service was impeccable and he kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my vehicle. Many times a dealership only hears when things go negatively for the customer and I think it is very important to mention the positive. We stopped in one Sunday, just to look at the Fusion, to compare it to the VW we currently had. Our lease was expiring and we were set on another CC, until Keith Schlichting showed us the Fusion Titanium. my car was towed from my driveway to stevens ford. someone bumped the right front fender on my car before i had a battery problem. Before stevens touched my car they called me about the fender to make sure i knew and to ask if the tow company caused the hit. i told them it was already dinged before that pickup. and so they then checked to see what the car problem was. they called me as soon as they knew it was a bad battery. my wife picked up the car 123 easy that night and its fine now. communication is not a problem with stevens dealership

Carl is a good, patient man. He worked with me as I decided on which car I wanted, and didn't show a trace of annoyance as I kept changing my mind. I was shopping for a used car, but ended up buying a new car. My loan was processed expediently, and I was able to leave with my brand new car that day. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly. I brought my car in a week later to have remote start installed, and that left me a little disappointed. While it was a relatively quick process, I was given no instruction on how it works. I figured out how to start it, but I've no idea how to turn it off, or even how long it runs for before it automatically turns off.

In 2011 I purchased a Navigator L from Stevens Ford, after looking around at other dealerships. I felt most comfortable there. My salesman Bobby Freire was excellent, as was his manager David Benstock and the finance lady, Lisa Pulcrano. They all worked with me in a professional manner. For the last three years I've had my regular maintenance and some other services done there. They've always been prompt and professional. The service department is also very professional and the service was exceptional. They provided me with a loaner or helped me get one. I couldn't be happier with Steven's Ford. Everyone there is always polite and professional. The place is immaculate and even the cleaning lady is always smiling. In fact, I was so happy and satisfied with them that I just went back and bought a new 2014 Navigator from my same salesman Bobby, and again worked with his manager David and the finance lady Lisa. It was a pleasure doing business with all of them again, and I am sure I will do more business with them in the future. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

2013 F150 Plat is the 2nd new vehicle purchased at Steven's. 1st F150, 2001 Lariat, was completely dealer maintained. Sold with 225k+ miles. Nothing is ever a problem at service department. Sales was extremely competitive (I did my homework prior to purchase). Perform complete quality maintenance and the vehicles run like new for a very long time.

When my repairs were proving to be more costly than I anticipated, I inquired about and was given an opportunity to apply for an interest free credit card which makes the payment more bearable. I was having issues and brought my Edge into the service dept. It was a Saturday and Manny took care of me. He very friendly, helpful and made sure everything was addressed and taken care of. Chris was the mechanic. He was also kind and helpful. He listened to my concerns and addressed all issues. They were both great to work with.

The service was good but I am unhappy about the promised rebate for the Works which was printed on my receipt for September 6, 2014, and explained to me by your serviceman. There was also a large pile of cards on the desk about it that day I thought saying that it ended at the end of September. When I went on line to register for this, it did not work. Ford's 800 number could not explain it. When I called your service department, they told me that the program had expire on Aug 31, and that it was a mistake that I was promised the $10 rebate. This is very poor customer relations. I feel that you should honor this and I should still get the $10.

I think you service department is out standing also .your service manager..Is very caring and helpful a pleasure to do buisness with.. my only problem you need more deisel machanics .I cant waite days for my truck because you only have 2 on staff and if ones sick your down to one.I would also like to mention when i bought my truck your finace girl tryed to hustel us.i told her on phone i had great credit and could get a loan for 2 .5 percent she said no problem she would match it..when i was in her office she told me just sign here ..i looked over paper work and she had 6 percent..her answer when she got caught well how did you think we were giving you 10,000 off the truck..i told her to keep the truck after 3 hrs of negotiation she switched it to 2.5 ..she also talked me into extended warranty witch she said was 80,000 miles ..which i dident check ..after bringing truck in for repair at 60,100 miles i came to light again i was taken ..these are the reasons why people hate car dealers shady deals like this one satified customer will tell 5 people a story like this reaches thosands Just be honest

I took my fusion in for an oil change. They said 45 mins and it was. Staff was very nice and the waiting area had TV an coffee, very relaxing. Every time I deal with Stevens Ford it's perfect and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car.

I made an appointment online a few weeks ago--giving all of the information needed regarding the service to be done to my vehicle. I also indicated that I would be waiting for the vehicle while it was being serviced. I thought the ease of making the appointment was great and I was informed via email that I even had someone who would be managing my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that this service would take hours, and was advised that I should not wait. Because I was already there, and had no one to pick me up, I rescheduled my appointment. (Why didnt my appointment manager inform me of this before I arrived? In fact, I never heard from her at all.) The man helping me was all too disinterested in assisting me...and I don't even know his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag and he didn't offer it. I rescheduled for 6/4 at 8am--the only day I had available this week, and one of the choices given to me for when a loaner car was available. I showed up on time for my 8am appointment this morning, and again, no one seemed too interested in helping me. When I was finally spoken with, I was informed that the appointment was scheduled for 6/5 and that I was a day early. I explained that I would not have made the appointment for 6/5 as I had a standing commitment for that day. The employee shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing he could do. I ultimately canceled the appointment and will find somewhere else to go. Both experiences were disappointing, at best, and I will not give this establishment another opportunity to inconvenience me or display their incompetence to me.

Told them to change the spark plugs and they didnt.all the did was charge 100 bucks for using there machine for code history and tell me that the engine needed replaced for 8k and said next.went and got another opinion they said they never replaced my plugs and repair would be 2200 not 8k so beware they want to rip you off

It was quite obvious that the salesperson was not being honest and the sales manager named Dave Benstock has the most negative personality I have ever seen. They should not have people like him dealing with the general public. Out of all of the dealerships that I visited in the past several months my experience at Stevens Ford was by far the most miserable experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Stevens112 provided a good purchase experience. Most importantly their sales associate (Kathryn) had the exact car ready for test drive for a prescheduled appointment. She didn't waste my time like most dealers with an initial low trade in offer and uncompetitive purchase price, followed by the usual torturous back and forth to the manager's desk. Their price was neither the the best nor the worst and the trade offer was fair. She was helpful with a test drive and review of the vehicle features as well. After the purchase and delivery I realized that I had left something in my trade in vehicle. Kathryn was very nice about recovering it and getting it back to me right away. She really did go the extra mile for me as a customer.The dealership charged $25 extra for the two gallons of gas that Ford puts in the car at the factory. Apparently Ford doesn't provide a full tank on purchase of a new car like so many other car companies.I can recommend Stevens Ford. I traveled 30 miles to make my purchase from Stevens, even though there are many dealers much closer. It was a very worthwhile choice.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a truck here that had a sticker price of 32675.00. Ford offered rebates of 5750.00 making price of vehicle 26,925.00 plus tax. Both seller and buyer agreed to have a landscape body removed from the vehicle for an additional 1000.00 making total price 27925.00 This is the price both parties agreed upon. Day of delivery the dealer RAISED the purchase price without buyers consent to 35135.00. 2460.00 OVER sticker price and then applied the rebates of 5750.00. When I noticed the difference in price on the finance paper work the finance manager told me that the new price included the finance charge and thats why the price was higher. That made sense to me so I took delivery of the vehicle only to find out the next day upon closer review that I was scammed. When I checked my paper work they didn't even include a bill of sale which took me almost 30 days of angry phone calls and emails to obtain. When I called the general manager to give him a chance to make it right BEFORE i make a complaint he told me that I had agreed to this price, now I knew for sure he was a liar and had no integrity. I explained to him politely that people don't normally come into a dealership, look at the sticker price and ask to pay 2500.00 more than what the dealer is asking. If you read this carefully you can tell that the salesman, finance manager and general manager have a pretty good scam going because they had an answer for everything and covered for each other pretty carefully. I will be seeing them shortly in district court not small claims because at least if I can't get my money back I can make them spend theres on attorneys fees!!!! Please don't buy from here and teach these people it's not ok to STEAL!!!!

Buying a car can one of be the most stressful experiences you have to deal with. My expeience at Stevens 112 Ford has been outstanding. The culture they put into their dealership is a testament to the way things should be. There are some real winners out there selling cars (even Fords) and I use the term "winners" with the maximum amount of sarcasm possible. Everyone from the people who answer the phone at Stevens 112 Ford to Ryan (our sales guy) Dave Benstock (the sales manager) and Dennis and Jessica in leasing, have restored my faith in car dealers. The whole process ended as favorably as it began and you can be certain that I will do all future business with Stevens 112 Ford and send as many friends and colleagues there as possible.

Stevens 112 Ford has been great to work with. Our sales person, Jenny Scheele, went out of her way to find us the exact vehicles we wanted and worked diligently to ensure we received the best price. We have purchased two new vehicles from Stevens and have been pleased both times.So far service on the vehicles has been as expected with a small bit of warranty work being completed without any hassles. In one case where a mechanic made a small error they bent over backwards to correct the situation and of course with no charge to us. A nice feature of the dealership is the weekend hours in the shop.

My first dealing with Stevens Ford was back in 2004. My experiance was very good. In April of 2011 I was in the market for a new Ford truck. I talked to several Ford Dealers. Carl Mattis was extremely helpful. Not only did he manage to provide me with a reasonable price he also took my 04 in as a trade for a reasonable amount. He also introduced me to the service dept. If I had any questions about my truck purchase Carl did his best to answer. Any question he could not answer immidiately he promptly got information to give me the assurance that I was dealing with the right person at the right dealership. Incidently my reason for going to Stevens Ford in 2004 was because I met Mr. Gomes on a jobsite, he commented on my 1999 Ford Truck and said when I was ready to purchase a new truck, I should visit his Dealership.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape 1.6L EcoBoost FWD with Sync/MyFordTouch. The transaction with salesman Declan Carroll was mostly completed over the phone. I called on a Monday afternoon and asked for the best price available for the vehicle I had in mind - I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted and had a good idea of a fair price. Declan provided the bottom line price after deducting the various incentives and adding sales tax. I called Declan the next morning and we agreed on the deal. He arranged financing through my own Credit Union at the best available rate and transferred my plates from my old car (which I had just sold privately) as well as arranging for my insurance to be transferred. I visited the dealership at 3:30 Tuesday aftermnoon and completed the transaction. The car was prepped and ready to go. Declan spent considerable time showing me the vehicle controls and features and also brought in his colleague Teresa, who demonstrated the MyFordTouch computer system, which I love, by the way. The finance guy, Gene, did not waste any time trying to push me into buying a warranty I did not need, but he did give me the option, which I declined. The paperwork was correct and speedily completed.By 5PM I was on my way home - easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Two days later Declan called to check if everything was OK and insisted I call him if I ran into any problems. I would highly recommend Stevens Ford and especially Declan Carroll as your sales consultant.

I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion SE from this dealership. A refreshingly different and very good experience, unlike other dealerships I had dealt with this year. This is the type of dealership that makes you feel comfortable and at ease - no let's make a deal bs like other places. Declan Carroll is the person to see for an honest and reliable experience. He talked me through all the ins and outs and in the end gave me some extras in the car for a very good price. He followed up to make sure everything was ok a week later and is just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I went to quite a few dealerships before finally contacting Declan Carroll at Stevens and was so happy I did. I LOVE THE 2012 FORD FUSION. Ford has really impressed me with this machine - it's a beauty!

These 2 gentlemen that run the internet Sales dept, and there is no haggle pricing , got the best price the first time , shopped over 10 dealers and wasted so much time for no reason ! This is the warmest feeling most comfortable dealership I've ever visited. Both Vinny & Johnathan have been there for over 6 year's if you need a ride they will arrange it ! Anything to meet your need's . Just be sure to see either one of them for the best experience in your life ! They have even met me at my job to fix a sync issue I recently had.

I originally purchased a vehicle from Stevens back in March, *Factory order*When it arrived a few months afterwards most of the *Factory order was wrong.They reordered another one, This one arrived in October.I had the original documents that they gave me.So I knew on the first initial order what I was suppose to get.Upon the *Reorder I was assured that I would get the same price,I asked because I was getting a 2011 rather than a 2010.When it arrived in October I took delivery right away.I was really anxious for the vehicle, Three months delayed,It was rushed to the up-fitter. I lost business because I did not have this vehicle on time.I did not read all the paper work on the delivery day.They over charged me a significant difference, Which I found a month afterwards.I have relationships with other dealers. *Read my other Posts/ Comments.I have never had something like this happen to me before.A fellow colleague of mine recommended me to come here, He is actually a relative of the owner,With that in mind I was not wary of the purchase at all.I left messages, Nothing happened.I do not expect them to make it right.Shame on me for trusting them.My new FORD is great, Too bad I can not say the same about Stevens FORD of Patchogue.Make sure you read and understand your contracts/ documents clearly if you purchase a vehicle here.Good Luck...Best Regards,Makeuhighataol.com

From beginning to end Stevens Ford made my purchase of a new 2010 Ford Edge a pleasure. The staff were friendly and helpful. More specifically, Lisa in the finance department was very friendly and took a great deal of time with me as we worked together to get what I needed in order to purchase the car at a payment that I could afford. She was very knowledgeable about the additional warranties and explained all details of my purchase and financing. Jonathan spent a great deal of time showing me all the features my new Ford Edge had (even in the pouring rain). He set up my sync features for my cell phone and made sure everything worked and that I had no questions about the vehicle before I left.

Went in for an annual state inspection. I expected to need front brake pads, but did not expect to need rear wheel cylinders. The mechanic stated that it was gushing brake fluid. If there was any leaking fluid, I would have seen it on the ground where I always park my car, the brake fluid level would have been low instead of full and there would have been difficulty stopping the car. Steven's Ford/Kia also charged me for the parts and work that are covered by my extended warranty. Driving out of the lot, I noticed the car shaking whenever the brake were applied. I was told it would have to wait until a technician was in. A couple of weeks later, I dropped off the car after I was able to borrow someone elses car while mine was in the shop, even though my extended warranty guaranteed me a car to use while my car is being worked on. As expected, it was the rotors. They were not cut properly, but I had to pay about $400 to replace the rotors so the car could be driven.
