I recently had my vehicle serviced for a known timing chain issue and had an excellent experience with Tyler, my service advisor. From the start he was very friendly and helpful in getting my car set up for an inspection and diagnosis. Unfortunately the cost of the repair is quite high and I was no longer in warranty, but Tyler advocated for me since this was a known issue and was able to negotiate the cost down by 40%. I couldn't recommend Tyler enough if you're ever looking to get your car serviced by BMW Steven Creek.

This was my quickest car buying experience ever. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday, went home to do some more thinking, then got a call on Sunday with a "deal" that we couldn't refuse. Working with Manual was pleasant. He is very respectful to listening to what we wanted out of our next vehicle. He showed us a couple of different models when we finally settled on two vehicles. On the day of purchase, he had our car washed and detailed. And since our turn around time was so quick, he invited me back to meet with him to get dedicated time to learn about my vehicle's features.

Stevens Creek BMW did an excellent job in the entire the purchase process. Alec Kisin made the process of ordering and customizing my BMW X3. All of the options were explained to me well. Alec kept me informed on the build status. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Alec gave me the info required to complete the purchase. The paperwork was ready when I arrived. I got to test drive my new car. Finance made the finance process seamless. I would highly recommend Stevens Creek BMW.

Since I was an out of state buyer and a car enthusiast, I required very specific information and Staff at this dealership never hesitated to provide any and all information I asked for. This review deals with my leasing/buying experience around 2018 (I hope this is not true now in 2021). I was interested to lease a vehicle at this location, but I was never offered a test drive even after having a confirmed appointment twice. The reasons provided were not convincing even after I expressed a lot of interest.
