Truly one of my best, possibly THE best, ca r buying experiences to date. Personable, no-pressure staff, all of whom knew their product and actually seemed to like their job. I've been around long enough to remember when families would return to the same car dealer for decades, and this is the first store I've encountered in CA that had that feel. Special shout out to Bob, Alex, and Red. Thanks, guys!

This is a really great dealership with an amazing staff. The salesman that helped me was bang and he was very helpful and kind. When I asked him questions about the car he would actually hear me out and look to see what I was talking about before answering. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically asking for bang to help you guys out!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a salesman. He was not pushy, matter a fact he listened to everything that we wanted in our vehicle and he delivered. Bob was a great person to deal with. Great Job to bob and all the staff.

Excellent sales and finance team at this dealership. Alex on the sales team was friendly, forthcoming, easy to work with, and not pushy at all. The entire buying process with Alex - from online enquiry to email follow-ups to on-site visit at the dealership was simple & efficient. Kevin on the finance team was professional and cordial too. Thanks guys and keep up the good show!

I came here back in January 2016 in get a new car to drive Uber. The sales person Ms. Taraneka was not only helpful but she knew her stuff. Being a Volvo owner, I would have never thought of driving a VW! Not only has the car been great on gas and for my Uber business, the service department has treated me like family. Moe and Brain along with the other staff have made my VW experience rewarding. ^5 to Stevens Creek Volkswagen!!

Thank you Joe for the quick and professional service I received. I did not have a lot of time and needed to get my oil changed. Joe, the Service Manager took care of me the minute I drove up. He explained the process and I was in and out within 25 minutes. He really won my business that day and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family who need any type of service performed. Thank again!!

Made an appointment with Danny to look at a car I was interested in. Danny really helped me on identifying what car was perfect for me. After picking out my car came the part I was dreading the most, NEGOTIATING! But to my surprise Danny & Mike the manager made it the easiest process. They really worked hard on getting me the best deal possible. As if my experience wasn't already exceeded, when I went into finance for Kevin he made the process easy, fast, fun & just an overall great experience. Thanks Stevens Creek VW for helping me purchase my first car & definitely not my last with you guys.

We went out to get a new car today after our 13 year old Audi A6 became too much of a hassle to repair, and within three hours of searching for a new car with good gas mileage we came upon the Volkswagen Jetta SE. We had excellent service from both Sebastien and Red, who were very efficient salesmen. We are very excited to be leasing this new car and were thrilled with the three year lease deal. Overall we would highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership to anyone looking to lease or buy a new Volkswagen.

Buying a new car is always stressful and being a first time buyer I was quite nervous. But Larry Smith(MY amazing Car Sales Rep) soon set me at ease with his easy going personality and vast amount of knowledge on each car. He worked with me and found out my needs and wants and was able to suggestion a car that fit my budget and my specific needs for a car. We landed on the 2014 Golf and I couldn't be happier. Larry made this decision stress free and fun! I can't wait to recommend Larry to my friends and family because I could not be happier with his attention to detail and the time he spent with me. Thank you Larry!

I cannot afford a new car and I was having a real hard time finding a good used car here in the valley that did not have a lot of miles. So I turned to cars.com once again for help on my second car and found just what I was looking for at Stevens Creek Volkswagen! Great used car, fast courteous service, and they do whatever they can to get you in the car you need! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From my experience, buying car was never a pleasant experience with all the haggling, arguing, and sales tricks. Easily, you can spend the entire day at the dealership and walked out frustrated and exhausted sometimes without the car that you want. But OMGmy recent experience at the Stevens Creeks VW was a total surprise! The experience with Stevens Creek VW was impressive from the beginning to the end of the buying process. It took around 3 hours from walking into the dealership to driving out with my new car!! Super efficient! Both Frank Spagnola and Greg Kimberley are awesome!! Highly recommended to do business with both of them at Stevens Creek VW. Below are some detail on my experience to share with the readers!I contacted a number of local dealerships for a 2013 VW GTI for the last few weeks. I was deciding between the Wolfsburg and Driver's Edition and received quotes from 5 dealerships. All the quotes were pretty competitive so the question was which dealership should I go to. I had numerous email exchange with Frank Spagnola at Stevens Creek VW and was impressed by his quick and non-pushy responses. His assistance Rachel in fact called me to follow up on the progress and both the email and phone conversation were very professional. In addition, as I heard numerous horror stories about bad VW dealerships and had experienced myself in a while back, I decided to do a little research across all the dealerships. I like the reviews on Stevens Creek VW, especially from numerous feedbacks on Frank. So I decided to go in and gave it a shot.Frank was going to be away so he informed me that Greg Kimberly would take over and help me with my needs at the dealership. I was a bit concerned as I had no experience with Greg and had no idea how he handled customers!! A quick research on the internet made me at ease - There are great reviews on how Greg treats his clients. When I arrived at the dealership, Greg greeted me with a friendly smile and warm handshake. We found the vehicle that I wanted and proceeded to do a test drive. Greg pretty much left us alone to experience the test drive with zero pressure. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just feel the ride and come back to the dealership when you are done! Of course, I loved the ride!! :) When we returned to the dealership, it's the moment of truth - Negotiation. To my surprise, the process was very smooth! They honored the quote from Frank over our email exchange. When I showed them the competitor's quote, Greg pointed out the slight differences in the option. But, in the end, Greg were able to pull it off and match the quote without pressure and all the haggle. Very professional!! After we shook hand on the final number and got done with all the financing detail, Greg had my new GTI filled up and patiently walked through all the features in the car with me. We walked in right before noon and walked out with my new baby around 2:30pm. Efficient and no time wasted on arguing and haggling!!If you want a VW hazzle-free car buying experience, I would highly recommend Stevens Creek VW dealership and ask for Frank and Greg.Happy Driving!

I used Cars.com to select the Passat that I wanted and sent the information request to Stevens Creek Volkswagen. I was contacted and we set an appointment to look at the car. The test drive was great. The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The price was right and they were very fair with the price for my trade in.

I was looking for a Volvo Used Car for my 16 year old daughters first car, Stevens Creek had one for sale. I asked them over the phone to bring to up the street to the Volvo Dealer to check out for me. Smythe Volvo wrote a report and it helped in my purchase of the car. The Dealership was friendly and has contacted me multiple times to make sure we were happy and to offer their services.

Bought a used Toyota Camry from them and the experience was simply amazing. Greg Kimberly at sales and Red Andres at finance proved to be the best folks I interacted with for a long time. I am happy with my purchase and will surely recommend this dealer.

I bought my Jetta brand new and was so happy with the car (and VW service/ warranty), I decided to upgrade to something a little larger. I went to a few dealerships and was not very happy with the customer service I received. But, from the moment I started getting quotes from Stevens Creek WV (quotes generated from Cars.com) I knew that the salesperson I was dealing with was going to treat me much better. I highly recommend Greg Kimberly and the staff at Stevens Creek VW. Even after the purchase, they really take care of you to make sure your a happy customer. Since buying a car is a larger purchase, I really appreciated that. I certainly will be getting my car serviced at this location and am loving my new car!

I recently bought a used car. Sales agent was approachable and helpful at the beginning of the process. But not quite knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy which it was not a Volkswagen. During the financing process, they tried to get me the best interest rate because of my credit score; however, I needed to buy car insurance in order to have the low interest rate. The finance agent didn't return my email message when I asked him to lower interest and drop the car insurance. I had to call the sales agent to find out what was going on. After they told me no to my request, I tried to negotiate a lower price to buy the car cash. There was a minimal price reduction, and they were still pushing for a car insurance which I didn't buy. After the seller knew I was buying the car cash, he didn't make any attempt to see if I had any other questions. The car has a recall; it could get ignited and seller didn't know (that was what he said) nor even recommended to take the car to its dealership to be checked. The car wasn't ready to take it home and forget about the bad experience at the agency: car needed the radio set up, fix a windshield wiper mist, the owner's manual had to be ordered. When buying a used car, find out: 1. How many car keys you are getting: extra copies are expensive $65.00 for valet keys plus programming $90.00. 2. The gas tank is full or half full at the time you're driving the car off the dealership (Volks sells used car with half tank; I wasn't told by the seller). 2. Ask for the buyers guide at the time of the selling point. 3. Ask how long will take to get the registration sticker if needed, and look for two plates (back and front) in your car. 4. Negotiate for full tank of gas and/or valet key 5. Make sure the car has the owner's manual; requested in case it's missing. On top of all other things you need to search and find out about your prospective car, don't forget this little details.

Just wanted to share this with everyone, so I wanted to share here as well...Okay.. who really wants to go to a Car Dealership and go through the hassles.??? Oh yeah but I have no choice since I have bad credit and it's my first car too...I was really impressed with this dealership, especially with Frank and Raja. They both were very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.Thank you again to all that helped us as we are very excited and happy about our new car and the deal we received. !!

I would give this dealership zero stars but the program forces me to choose at least one. I recently leased or thought I had leased a new CC. I submitted a credit application one week prior to heading over to the dealership to look at the car. They said I was approved and sent me home with lease contract, and my new car. Two weeks goes by and I recieve a generic looking letter in the mail stating that they cannot find financing and I must return the vehicle. So I call the finance manager who lies to me and says that he never said the car was mine! Why would my name be on the registration of a car that isn't mine? He then goes on to say that if I want to buy a different car, or agree to a different down payment he can draw up a new financing contract. I thought they couldn't get financing for me, sounds like they are trying to make more money out of the deal. I am returning the now used car to them and will take my business to a legitimate dealership. I would recommend that everyone stay away from the crooks at this dealership. Bad business is not a good thing to practice in a slow economy, when plenty of other places are hungry for a sale.

Summary: The sales supervisor was extremely rude. I hope they don't sell a single car through this time of recession. The first salesperson was nice enough. He showed us two cars. After the 2nd, when we told the salesperson we were not buying a car that day, he called his supervisor to make some pressure on us.We then saw two more cars I was interested in. While I was sitting in the last one, I asked if he had a DVD so I could see how the navigation system worked. Te sales supervisor said it was something they don't have available until I buy the car. I said I was surprised and that it was a turn off for me not being able to test this feature. Turns out I had a good reason for wanting to do this (my BMW 3 series nav system feels sluggish / unresponsive, so I wanted to see how this one worked). It doesn't matter, because the sales supervisor didn't give me a chance to explain, he said something along the line of "being insulted" and walked away from us to enter the store basically leaving us at the door. We obviously walked away after this.I've never seen such a lack of touch in any car dealer, and I've seen quite a few dealers. The worse of this experience was the feeling of discomfort it left on us for the next few hours. I really was the one feeling insulted.

I'm editing this review to bring the history of our new car purchase up-to-date. The '07 Rabbit we drove off the lot only 45 days ago has already been back to the dealership twice for battery issues. When we first bought the car, the morons running this place took us for a test drive in a Rabbit with a dead battery. How'd that happen? Well, as we perused the lot looking for one to test drive, our "salesperson" couldn't get a certain gray Rabbit (that looks just like ours) to start. After we went inside to run numbers, he came back with a gray Rabbit, running and waiting. Turns out they just jump started the thing we originally passed up...and we eventually bought it. He didn't bother telling us we had the car with the dead battery. So guess what? One week later we're stranded because the friggin' battery took a dump. After an aggravating run around and some calls to the dealership, we got the car jumped and drove it back there. We called them on their BS regarding the battery and the floor manager agreed to have it replaced. I'm no mechanic, but I do know that a battery that won't hold a charge for more than a week is trouble waiting to happen. So two days later we pick it up. Roughly three weeks go by...dead battery AGAIN!. Hmm. A bad alternator on a brand new car? I doubt it. My guess is that they charged up the ruined battery and gave it back to us. Again, we're left stranded. Again, we give up part of our weekend to get the damn thing back to the dealership. THIS time, we drive it over to drop off and the sales manager says he can't give us a loaner. This is after our salesperson told us we would get one for all our troubles. So, believe it or not, here we are, stranded at the dealership and they could care less. I could understand NOT giving us a loaner if this wasn't a brand new car. But c'mon! We paid for an extended warranty. We even brought a relative in on the same day to buy a Rabbit, too. And this is how they take care of the customer?! I've already written a letter to VW America in hopes that they will do something about all of this.Understand that these people don't care about customer relations or return buyers -- it's all about the sale and commission. Once you sign your life away they will make you jump through hoops to resolve any issues your new car may have.

Was mistreated at other VW dealership. At first didn't know that they had VW dealership at Stevens Creek Blvd. Even though they operate from the trailers, everyone is very good. One of the salesman said he was the Product Specialist did an outstanding job. They know their product in and out. I was overwhelmed by the info given by him. They were very patience. They gave me an interest rate as low as 6.9% which is unbelievable. The other VW dealership tried rip me off by giving me 10%.. Great job by everyone. Definitely will recommend my friends and relatives.

I wish I read the other review before I bought my car from them. They sold me a certified car which caused all bunch of problems. And they don't take any responsibility for it. I had to take it to the service department and I had to pay for the rental. It seems nobody really holds them accountable for certifying the car. VW says 112 points and my car did not have many of them. Now, it makes rattling sounds and these guys say that it is an old car, of course it will do... But when selling it it was a certified !!! car... Stay away from them.

These Guys are Wolves in Sheep's clothing. Watch out for them<br>They PRETEND that they're different from other dealers AND bad mouth other dealers. <br>They use standard use car dealer tricks:<br>1) Sales guys will offer you things then will later deny that he did.<br>2) Manager will say "my sales guy made a mistake"<br>3) Finance guy will make you think you're getting the same deal<br> by playing with the numbers: They tried to hide the increase in sales price by offerning me a lower APR. (which was probably inflated in the first place)<br><br>DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.<br> <br><br>
