That includes checking out my new ride and giving it a test drive. James, my dealer, was very professional but also laid back which made buying my truck a fun experience. I would buy from them again.

We can not Express how grateful we are for this ford service center. We purchased a vehicle in el Reno on April 28th and within the first few days we realized there was something wrong with the transmission. I took it in to the ford house and after many battles with the car dealership and the warranty company Gregg from the service center finally got us a properly working transmission. The warrant company was very difficult to work with and Gregg did nothing but fight for us to be properly taken care of!! Thank you so much for all your help. I know where we are going for now on !!! Buying and service 💯

I took my SUV to the Quick Lube for an oil change with no appointment. I was in and out in about an hour. Very friendly folks. I will be back.
