The service center is SHADY! Despite my appointment, it took 4 hours to diagnose a simple non-mechanical issue with my truck. Then they said they didn't have the parts to fix it, so I would have to come back. They disappeared after that. Every two weeks I called and left a voicemail (they almost never pick up the phone) and NEVER received a call back. I finally found another number to call and spoke with a receptionist who put Erica on the phone. She said she needed to talk with the parts department and call me back. She NEVER did. It's been weeks. I called another dealership and they looked it up in the system and said that Steven's had put it in the system that they already did the work. they are fraudulently billing Ford for warranty work they never did. So SHADY! Drive the 25 minutes to Wayne Ford, they are great.

I purchased a Genesis G70 from this dealership online and they showed me pictures of everything besides the huge gouges in the rear bumper (entire bumper will have to be repainted for a quoted $1,000+) and the front drivers wheel has horrible curb rash ($500 to replace). They were also not competent enough to simply transfer my plates from my old car to this one which cost me another $100. When I called about the damage they told me car was sold as is and they aren’t going to do anything about it even though it was a shady sales practice and super unethical. I understand buying a car online is hit or miss but not disclosing over $1,500 in damage is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for your next purchase

Great service, direct and to the point, fixed my issue earlier than they originally planned. Very professional all around. Will definitely go back for any issues I have in the future.

Run the other way from their service department. Non-responsive, don’t return phone calls. I made an appointment to service my vehicle last Friday. I was the second person in line at 7:30 AM. A half hour before close time I was told they did not have time to service my car. They held my car over the weekend promising me it would be the first to be serviced on Monday. Guess what? No phone call, did not return messages or voicemails. I even called the sales department to try to get someone to return my call. Nothing!

Worked with Juan who was very accommodating He went the extra mile to insure I got the vehicle I had been looking for and came in on his day off to finalize Stavros was also helpful in making it work Thanks again guys If I know anyone looking for will send them your way
