My wife and I wanted a new 2021Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We found the car we were looking for online at Stevinson Toyota East. Parker Wilde greeted us as we came through the door. He gave us some basic information about the car including all the standard equipment that came with the vehicle and some extra items that we may want to add such as the optional cross bar for the roof rack. He asked if we wanted to take the car for a drive and took us outside to see it and explained the Hybrid functions again. Parker was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the auto and answered all our questions happily. He explained the complex workings of the hybrid engines very clearly including the three modes of driving and how to easily change from one to another. Parker was excellent in his presentation of the vehicle, the steps we needed to take in completing the transaction and the actual picking up of the new car. Parker made this entire process of buying a new car pleasant and easy. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He definitely earned 5 Stars for his work with us including follow up after the sale.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Let me start off by saying that before I decided to take my car for a service here, a mechanic that previously tried fixing my car had just changed the battery and put in new spark plugs. That was the most he could do because he said that I would need a new engine and recommended me to take it to the dealership. Since I still have extended warranty and I bought my car at Stevinson Toyota East, I decided to bring my car there. I am unable to drive my car so I had to get a tow truck deliver my car to the dealership on the day of my appointment. Before the car was being dropped off, I called the dealership letting them know of the situation and that a tow truck would be delivering my car. When the tow truck arrived to the dealership, he called me to clarify my full first and last name and confirmed with me when he dropped it off. My car was scheduled for a service on a Tuesday and I called the dealership on that Thursday to follow-up since I had not heard anything. Turns out they didn’t even know my car was there and supposedly didn’t have me in the system? I do not understand how that would happen when I had called ahead of time. Anyways, they agreed to look at it as soon as possible. They called me and said that I needed a new SUBARU BATTERY before they could proceed with anything. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SUBARU BATTERY and I had JUST changed the battery. After speaking with the manager, they agreed to use one of their batteries to diagnose my car. Then they called me telling me that they have to change the spark plugs and it would cost me $480! I then had to tell them yet again that, that was already changed and I would not pay for something that was already replaced. I also let them know that the mechanic that previously looked at it went through the same exact issues and I knew that it was not the spark plugs that needed to be changed because the same diagnostic trouble codes would keep appearing. In the end, they told me that there was nothing they could do unless I paid the money to change the spark plugs. They are impossible to work with and I ended up having another tow truck pick it up to have it fixed elsewhere. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN! Save yourself the time and money and please go elsewhere. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking to upgrade from our 2014 4Runner to a new 4Runner. We automatically knew we wanted to buy another car from Chuck. He always does a phenomenal job, finds us exactly what we want, and is timely and responsive. We went in and told him what we were looking for and within two days we had the car and bought it. He was able to let us do a lot of the paperwork and forms online so that the actual buying part didn’t take us hours and hours. We love working with Chuck and when the time comes for another car we would love to use him again!

Had Boris help us out, I got the ball rolling online and got what I figured was a too good to pass on offer for a 21 Highlander xle especially with how low inventories are everywhere. Boris wasn’t pushy and was very polite and easy to work with. Once we let him know we wanted to move forward with the purchase it was very smooth and easygoing. Car buying takes time with the amount of paperwork but they streamlined the most effective way in my opinion. Would definitely be in touch with Boris when I’m ready to upgrade my aging F-150.

Great experience at this location. Dasha was an excellent sales rep and helped me reserve the car I wanted. She was patient with my multiple check-ins as I waited impatiently for it to arrive. Dasha and Alex Rogers were very sensitive to helping us finish the paper work quickly while we dealt with a squirmy 3 year old. Very happy with their service and compassion. I felt they listened and acted in our best interests at all times. Thank you for helping me with the purchase of my first brand new car! So happy.
