I took my car in for the 45000 mile maintenance and oil change and Lube the service was done promptly and professionally. It was completed on time The valet service Transported me each way so I didn't have to wait there. Service manager was very helpful And easy to work with.

I contacted the dealership, sales rep called me back timely. Asked me what I was interested in, was not pushy and even took the time to send me video of the car I had inquired about. I set up a test drive time, went thinking it was just to look at options. The entire experience was calm, pleasant and helpful. It was nice to be able to see the color options side by side , making color choices easier. Bought the car same day and glad that I did.

John Loose did a great job was a pleasure to work with! He showed us the car in detail and explained all the features. He wasn’t pushy and was super helpful moving everything over from our old car to our beautiful new Buick. He made sure we were happy and everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Very easy! I didn't make an appointment for service. I did drop it off and didn't wait but Lindsey told me how long it would be and it was done sooner than expected! No charge as it was my first service on this new car. She did a great job of letting me know the process. Thanks again!
