Hello, this is a warning to anyone shopping for cars at Stewart’s Chevrolet and GMC. I just purchased a full-time four-wheel-drive SUV from them. Two tires needed to be replaced by the dealer. The issue is that the replacement tires are a different manufacturer, with different tread pattern from the rears. The new tires are over 1/4” taller. On a full time four-wheel-drive vehicle the tires need to rotate at the same time or it can destroy the transfer case. In addition the different size tires put the steering wheel off by 10° due to the computer system noticing the difference. I went to a specialist mechanic who attempted a zero point calibration but was unable to. He stated without a doubt that the different size tires will cause mechanical damage and will not allow for a zero point calibration. When I contacted the dealer they said I got a good deal and they wouldn’t replace the tires with the correct size. It is unacceptable and terrible practice to knowingly put something on that can cause mechanical failure. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and leaving reviews to warn others.

Darren at services is great at her job. aside from her co workers. showed great care, timely updates and got it done for me honestly if I simply didn't deal with the other people at chevy here I would of put 5 stars. thanks for the quick service and shout out to the invisible mechanics that did the work for me.

Some millennial got all bent out of shape when I accidentally cut him off and threw a bottle into my window after passing me all crazy and stopping in front of this dealership the guy was a black male in his mid twenties with cubic zirconium stones in his ears nose and on each of his teeth he looked like a total goofball. He was driving a brand new black Lexus sedan and this dealership couldn’t help me by looking at their security cameras to get the guys temporary license plate number. New window cost me about $150.

Honestly one of the worst dealerships based on my personal experience. I have purchased 1 truck from this location and it was the big mistake of my life; Putnam Chevrolet and winters Chevrolet is much better. I am shocked that this dealership is still in business.

Service on my Cadillac. There open on Saturday which is great. The service agent had wonderful hospitality and was excellent in customer service. Greeted us at the car, friendly, nice. As my husband and I were leaving. I was admiring this corvettes in the showroom. One of the sale guys offer me to get car. He then started it up for me. I felt like a teenager again. They were were all great. After that we left when home got a call 1hr &1/2 later my Cadillac was ready for pick-up.
