So I 1st rated them a 5🌟due to the customer service and how fast I got in for a service appointment. Now I've been going here for about 2 years for service on my Jeep Patriot like oil change, brakes, etc. and the service has always been great and my pick time is always on point when they say. They got a team ready to drop u off and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. The team is always friendly and great. So I'm going to still keep it at a 5🌟 and will continue to take my vehicle to get service there. When you go in the service department ask for John he is great and helpful he made the process easy. Good dude👍

Dodge Charger has been my dream car and Stewart was the First dealership i ever stepped in the USA. Guess what, i am not at all happy with the representatives over there. First visit - They did let me test drive the car and they did offer me a decent deal, which was great. But then they try to pressurise you to buy the car immediately like not willing to give time to think. Second Visit - Once they offered me a deal i happen to go again there like the day after. Took the test drive again, The representative was not willing to help me with the process and not willing clarify doubts... like i could feel the person being irritated. After my test drive the sales representative asks me to work with his manager and he is not ready to give me the deal anymore saying why did you not take the deal the other day and he is only willing to reduce pennies. Like seriously, you expect me to buy a expensive car like in minutes.. They just say i sold two cars yesterday and try to make you feel guilty. Any person buying their first car need to be prepared emotionally, physically and financially. If a dealership is unable to understand what the client wants and just care to sell their car, i will never step in their office again. Not willing to call any names of the representative, but if at all they offer me a deal i would not prefer to get the car from them instead i would work with another dealership without any deal. Thanks for ruining my first experience of my dream car.

Came here for scheduled maintenance service. The lady on the phone wouldn’t give me a price, she just went ahead and scheduled it. I came and waited 15 mins. Some part such as fuel cap door broke, and they said it's not covered by basic warranty . My speed meter was inaccurate, she say it will cost additional $200 for diagnostic even though the vehicle is less than 2 years old. Basically they refuse any warranty and up charge you everything. Up til then, she still would not provide me the cost, until she has my car and key, after you are finally held hostage, that’s when she gave me the cost. The 30k maintenance service came to $1500. I called other places and 30k maintenance were quoted around $300. They up charge me $1200. Avoid this place, it's a totally scam, absolutely unethical business practice. I guess when you have car salesman also running service, you can’t expect honesty. Oil change, fluid change & tire rotation for $1500.

Had a fantastic experience here. Found a new Promaster Van advertised online for a great price on the dealer’s website. I emailed the dealer and asked for the out-the-door price. James emailed me back immediately with an out-the-door price which was free from the BS markups that dealers often tack onto the final price. I came in the same day and bought it on the spot for the same price that James had given me. Easy, honest and a real pleasure to deal with James and Hafed, the financing guru. Thanks guys!

Levan helped me out at Stewart Jeep. He was great, he had a great amount of knowledge about jeeps and helped me buy a gladiator. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I’m thrilled with my new Jeep and had a great experience with Levan. He helped make the process straight forward and simple.
