David Kovalevskij definitely went above and beyond when selling the 2016 Dodge Charger to me. He explained all the involved steps and even delivered the car to me afer I got off work on a Sunday. He did an excellent job!When I initially came to the dealership, I spoke to Carlos about buying a car and then deal without David. David actually left on vacation the day after my visit and for several days, no one from dealership made an effort to keep in touch with me about the car. The dealership told me they would get the car from a different dealer and complete the transaction the next day after my initial visit. That didn't happen and I was told that it might happen two days after my visit, and that didn't happen either. I felt like someone from the dealership, preferably management should have contacted me and told me what was going on and why they couldn't make it happen.With the exception of David Kovalevskij, the communication and customer service was not great with the dealership. I've bought many, many cars before and definitely experienced better customer service.With that said, David Kovalevskij and Michael Keylin did get me a good deal on the car. I do appreciate that.

I dropped in without an appointment last Thursday and a tech John Shami took car of me.. He took care of the maintenance, oil, coolant, tire rotation etc. and told me that there where several flash updates that would be done. I told him about another issue and he made sure that got on my paperwork and he explained it to the mechanic. While doing the walk around inspection I pointed out two places "the size of a softball" that were scuffed. He said he would be right back and returned with a cloth and some buffing compound and buffed out the 2 scuffs. he had called the rental car company and they were there waiting for when I walk out the door. He kept me informed by calling me and texting me when my car was ready to pick up. He explained every thing in detail and did a great job..

The service tech, John Shami. This representative assured that i was completely satisfied with the maintenance provided. Additionally, we reviewed the plan (maximum care) which I had but was not fully comprehensive about. Though the wait time was of a few hours, he also assured to schedule me with an enterprise rental. Brought vehicle in for regular service and while there, did a transmission software update that we were not aware of in advance that is was needed. However, was in and out within one hour and a half without even making an appointment in advance. We have another make and model vehicle and had made an appointment at that dealership, for a software update on that transmission. Finally got the vehicle back 11 days later, with no explanation as to why it took so long. Now we wish that our other vehicle was a Jeep too.

PLEASE NOTE: I WENT TO THE "OTHER HALF"! STEWART CHEVROLET. I bought my 2005 slightly used CHEVROLET IMPALA in 2005. For the past ten years, Bill Hood has done outstandingly in looking after "us". Also Ed, checking me in. Dave or Will, when Bill wasn't there. Bob and Rafael, with transportation, when I needed it. The cashier (I keep forgetting her name) is very helpful, and pleasant to visit with, while waiting for my car. Derik is always equally helpful in the parts department.

My experience was the Worst I have ever had. I felt like my car was held hostage for 1 week and the service guys John Paul and Irvin had the worst customer service skills. I hated playing phone tag and constantly calling just to get info on my car!!! Slow to respond and unconcerned. WORST!!! Will NEVER do business here again.

It was fast quick and done in a few hours. I had made a apt net for the following week but was called told they could get me in on that day in the morning and have me done by noon. Overall, I liked the positive, accomodating attitude. I can be overbearing at times when I want something done and Jon and Lola were professional and very pleasant at all times. I also liked how Jon took the time to explain everything to me and he made sure that I was not charged unfairly for anything. He gave me his undivided attention from the time I walked in the door until I left. It was raining and they even parked my car in such a way that I wouldnt get wet. Now THATS customer service!!!

This was my first experience with Jeep as I brought my 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 in for quick checkup. The service professionals, including Norman Vivero were courteous, professional and had me on my way quickly. I've previously owned Mercedes, and I've always found the service experience to be painful and expensive. While I hope to not have anything go wrong with my Jeep, I look forward to working with the team again.

Took my car in because the alternator stopped working. Called the dealership 2 days before I took it in to speak to someone. No one answered the phone and no call back. So I just towed my car in. I don't know why it took so long for the part to come in. I took my car in on a Tuesday and was called to pick up on the following Tuesday.
