Stillwell Ford Lincoln's new facility set the stage for a great car buying experience. Traded a 2010 MKT for a 2016 MKX. In the process, our salesman Rob Sayles took a lot of time to show us various options on Lincoln's and also showed us some Ford SUV 's we never considered going in. The vehicle we ended up getting had all the options we wanted and he found it for us in one day. Great sales person and great dealership to deal with.

I explained I live in a different state and email communication was best. They would not honor that and thus refused to talk price. Absolutely the worst dealing I have ever had. Stillwell Ford in Hillsdale, MI is a GREAT dealership. I ended up buying a 2014 Ford Raptor from Rob Sayles, a great salesman. Stillwell Ford and their staff made the truck buying process very easy, as I had to fly in from out of the area to pick up the vehicle. One of their staff, Kenny, met me at Detroit airport and drove me back to the dealership where my new vehicle awaited. The service staff who detailed the vehicle and inspected it were great, and I had no problems on the 600 mile return trip. I purchased the truck with a minimum deposit and had them assist me with out of state paperwork, which had a new title processed very efficiently. I would recommend Stillwell Ford to anyone for their car buying experience.

prior to coming to Stillwell we went to 2 other ford dealerships looking for a used ford flex and had very bad experiences. Stillwell was the complete opposite. We live in the Lansing area and its well worth the drive. the dealership in Okemos tried to lowball us on our trade in and had extra fees that just didn't sit well with me. Just purchased my second Ford truck from Stillwell Ford in Hillsdale. The transaction was done for the most part over the phone with Chad Gibler as the sales agent. The exact truck I wanted was a 250 Ford which was not on the lot at the time of my first phone call but was there within 1 day. After some negotiation we agreed to the deal and set up a time to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new truck. Two days later I arrived and was pleasantly surprised to see my truck waiting for me at the front door and the paperwork was completed except for my signature in a few places. I don't know how you can beat that but what I do know is I live over 30 miles away and pass near to two other dealerships to get to Stillwell. I believe a visit to their location or web site or perhaps just a phone call may be in your best buying interest.

Our original experience was wonderful, they brought back the car we wanted from auction. Well after we drove home, 2 days later the car wouldnt start, it required a new battery, within 2 weeks we needed wheel barrings, 2 weeks and we live too far away to bring back to Stillwell when the wheels were close to falling off, we had our car fixed locally due to the saftey of deiving back to Hillsdale and now Stillwell refuses to pay for the repairs. What it boils down to is they sold us a car they knew was unsafe, knew it needed a battery and knew it had bad wheel barrings because they took it to the auction and did not inform us when we bought it! And our sales man and managers were very rude!

Went to Stillwell Ford to see Josh Jackson who sold my son a truck. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy new or used. Josh was super. He showed me the differences I would be getting between the two. Ended up buying a used super duty lariat. Couldn't ask for a better salesman or dealership. When we went with my son, Josh spent over 5 hours showing him trucks and discussing finances. The finance dept. was lightning fast getting all the paperwork and loans finalized.

I love my Explorer, but I'm not to happy with the fact that I have to fight to get my rim replaced when I bought the extra insurance to cover everything. I had the molding replaced on the windows and some how it wasn't done right so I have to go back to the dealer when the molding comes in to have it replaced again.

This is the second vehicle purchased from Stillwell Ford. Both times we have dealt with Jeremy Taylor and for a good reason. He is very helpful and understands our needs and wants. My wife feels very comfortable with the dealership and with knowing that Jeremy is there to help her if the need would arise. We have experienced excellent service from the service area as well. And, as recent as today, we have our F-150 Lariat in the body shop for damage repair after hitting a deer on our way home from Florida. The experience with the body shop so far has been up to the same standard as the rest of the facility. I bought a used 2010 f150 from this dealer. When I purchased it I was told by the salesman that they did a full inspection on the truck and if a part had 50 percent life or less they replaced it. When I got the truck home I checked the air filter and found it to be plugged solid with dirt and debris. So this was a sigh that they didn't do a very good inspection but I replaced it and let it go. A few weeks later I discovered that the emergency brake didn't work so I brought the truck to my local Ford dealer ( Stillwell Ford is a 2+ hour drive from my house) to have the emergency brake looked at. This dealer told me that this wouldn't be covered under my warranty because someone had removed all the hardware from the emergency brake. So I call Stillwell cause they obviously dropped the ball on there inspection by missing this, because this is a safety issue. I talked to the service manager Justin and he said if my dealer sends them a price they will give them a PO to fix the issue. So my dealer took a complete inventory of parts including pictures of the issue and sent them a estimate. $445.00 Soon after i get a call from my dealer telling me that Stillwell wont pay to fix this problem. This is where it starts getting interesting. So I call back Justin and leave a voicemail. No response so the next day I call back and ask to talk to the highest person in charge. I get the sales manager. I tell him what's going on and what Justin had told me and he says that there policy is they never pay another dealer to fix thing for them and that I must drive my vehicle to them. I very frustrated tell him this is there mistake and I will not drive there and back on my time and gas when they didn't inspect the truck properly in the first place. After telling him I will get a lawyer I finally got them to agree to pick up the truck fix it and drop it back off. I scheduled it for a pick up about 2 weeks after this conversation and specificly ask him if they could pick it up fix it and return it in one day. I was assured they could. I scheduled it for a Friday for I am a business owner and use the truck for work and Fridays are the easiest day to schedule a down day. Friday arrives they come at 11:30 Am and pick up the truck. Friday evening comes no truck no phone call. Saturday morning no truck no call. I call them get receptionist she says service is closed she will have someone call. 2 hours later Tyler calls says my truck is at the shop this is all he knows, he says he will go in and see what he can find out and call back 2 hours later he calls back and says they never even brought the truck in to look at it. He said he took it apart and they have to order the parts won't be done till next week. The reason I scheduled the truck in 2 weeks after the original conversation was so they had time to order the parts. He says we didn't know what parts well my local dealer sent them a list and pictures on the original estimate. Bad excuse again. Monday morning I get a voicemail from the receptionist the truck won't be done till Wednesday. This is not acceptable. I call back and ask to speak to The owner Mr. Stillwell. He is not avaliable so I asked to speak to next in charge they put me thru to Chris. I start to explain to him my situation and he starts to laugh so I ask what is so funny he says I am here with 2 reps from Ford motor company and the receptionist sent you thru as a blind call. So I continued to explain my situation than he said he would look into it and call me back. 4 hours later he called back and said Tuesday would be the best he could do. I now have to cancel 2 days worth of scheduled work because of their many mistakes and poor organization. Tuesday comes and my truck is returned. I kept track they picked my truck up with just over a half tank of gas drove it 263 miles to the dealer a, do back to fix their mistake and returned it with the fuel light on. To me this is bad customer service to the extreme. Very unhappy as there customer and I know it isn't Fords fault but it make Ford as a whole look bad to have a dealer with this poor of customer service.

They even have a price reference to see that the prices are fair. No haggling makes the buying process that much less stressful.Its a bit of a drive, but they have their inventory listed online, so you can make selections before you go.

I found the car we were looking for on cars.com. I called the dealership and spoke with Rob Sayles. Rob went out of his way to explain all the details about the used vehicle. He also sent me numerous pictures of the vehicle. After seeing the pictures and speaking with Rob again I felt like it was worth the trip to check the vehicle out. My husband and I were looking for a specific truck (Ford F-150). We were looking online and had visited several dealerships. When we went to look at the other dealerships, we were disappointed because the trucks were not in as good shape as the salesman told us over the phone. That was not the case of Stillwell Ford Lincoln. Our salesman was Jeremy and he told us he would stay there until we could get there since it was about an hour drive. He was very helpful. He told us the truck was in good shape and it was. It was the best price we could find around. It was newer than the other trucks we were looking at with less mileage and about the same price. Recently purchsed my third vehicle from this dealership. I'd been waiting for the release of the Lincoln MKC, and my salesman did a great job of keeping me posted. When they had one on-site, he contacted me so I could go in and see it up close. Once I'd decided what I wanted, he worked nonstop to find an MKC with the exact features and colors I'd specified. The color proved hard to locate, but at no time did he try to pressure me into taking another color. (I've had that happen before.) The whole process went smoothly, and I was completely satisfied with my experience at Stillwell.

He even gave me wise advice which resulted in a better financial outcome - this was to wait to make my purchase. What sales person tells you to wait? They usually just want to get you into a loan and out the door, so they can earn their commission. I did not feel like a commission here; Josh seems to understand that they way to longevity in sales is to first offer the very best customer service available. We recently purchased a Mercury Mariner from this dealership. My sister and I have both purchased prior through Jim Cole and I decided that for my brother it would be smart to once again go back. Found Stillwell on a whim while looking for a new car about 2 years ago. Connected with Christopher Finch Jr in new car sales. He took the time to crunch some numbers over the phone. I lived over an hour away. The next day I was picking up my Fusion. In/out and paperwork; maybe an hour at most. Quick, thorough, and friendly! Since then, we've leased 3 other vehicles from Stillwell & Christopher. We're getting ready to lease two more vehicles in the next 6 months for the family. They're getting our business, no doubt. The whole staff is great; from finance, to sales, and service. They didn't try and sell me anything other then the car I wanted and did a very good job. When we went to close on the car they were ready and it was a quick and good experience. I spent quite a bit of time researching the vehicle I wanted and had settled on 2, at two different dealers. I also visited several other dealers as I was looking. I was a little hesitant buying from dealer so far away (over an hour), but the response and service I received from Roger and Stillwell Ford was night-and-day different from all other dealers. Roger and Stillwell made the whole process go smoothly, from initial inquiry through to completion of the sale, all within a week. The lightly used truck was in excellent shape and was obviously prepped and detailed for a quick sale. I would not hesitate to buy again from them and would definitely recommend them to friends; I would even make the hour + drive to purchase there again rather than from any of the many dealers within a mile of my house! In closing, we felt we got the exact truck we wanted for slightly less that what we had been planning to spend, from a dealership that still seems to care about treating their customers right. The truck has been performing flawlessly for the 2-3 weeks we've owned it. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I am a Montana resident who was visiting Jonesville Michigan the 3rd week of May. During that time Jonesville was celebrating Riverfest an annual event that includes vendors, canoe races, and a car show. While attending the car show I saw a "tricked out" 2014 Roush Ford F150 crew cab 4 wheel drive truck. It was owned by Stillwell Ford who had their salesman Rob Sayles there providing information on the vehicles. I spent a considerable amount of time talking with Rob about the truck's features and listening to the truck run. He asked me if I wanted to stop by on Monday and test drive it. I told him I was visiting from Montana and he said that wasn't a problem if I was interested in the truck, as they (Stillwell Ford) could ship trucks anywhere. I met Rob at the dealership on Monday and drove the Roush Ford truck. It was fantanstic, a truck on "steroids". I asked Rob to give me his best price on the truck delivered to Montana, and we made the deal with my purchase of the truck that day. I had to fly out Tuesday morning so Rob said he would handle all of the details such as the spray in bedliner, all weather mats, etc. and ship the truck to me. While I have not received the truck yet (in transit) Rob Sayles and Stillwell Ford have been very attentive in making sure I know the status of my truck. They have stayed in constant communication with me. I look forward to receiving my truck soon! My overall experience with Rob and Stillwell has been fantanstic and I plan on stopping in and visiting Rob and the dealership the next time I am in Jonesville.

When I was looking to purchase a used car, I turned to the internet to search the inventory at dealerships. When I saw the car at Stillwell Ford, I thought I'd inquire about it even though the dealership is 150 miles away. I figured that if this turns out to be the car I get, I will have to take a day off work so I can drive to the dealership. I was completely shocked when my sales representative, Jim Cole, told me they could deliver the car right to my driveway and I could even sign the paperwork right at my kitchen table! I had Jim run my information to begin the purchasing process, but kept expecting him to call me back and tell me that they could not deliver the car due to the distance. I was utterly surprised when Jim called me and asked me when I would like my car delivered! I set up the delivery 4:00pm and the car was delivered at exactly 4pm! I signed the paperwork at my kitchen table, gave the porter my trade in car keys and he drove off leaving me with my new car. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! As far as I'm concerned, Jim Cole and Stillwell Ford has my business for any future car purchases! He was honest about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing as well as its history. Christopher was looking out for me and what was in my best interest. For example, he compared interest rates for loans to get me the best deal. Not once did I feel pressure from him or anyone else on the sales team to make the purchase. Salesman cocky and arrogant. Argues with you and has no business being in the sales field. Told me there was no reason to align a vehicle when it had new tires put on it. Has no clue. Truck was detailed poorly and he said it was because they were in a hurry and they would fix it. Still dirty at pick up and now had a dent! Argued with kid (salesman) and he finally agreed to fix the dent that wasn't there before. Ugghh. Was told I would get 3 free oil changes. Drove 30 miles to get my oil change only to be told they couldn't get me in for 4 days! What dealer does not do oil changes without an appointment? This one!!! Called owner and he did not offer any kind of compinsation. Was told I would recieve a free gift in mail. Never recieved anything. Do yourself a favor this is not a professional group. It is very poorly ran.

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. The main reason I keep coming back is my awesome salesman. Jeremy Taylor is very helpful. We had a 2013 ford escape and there were a few ( to many) recalls on it. It did get frustrating, but Jeremy was always right there making sure I still had a vehicle to drive. Every problem was fixed correctly the first time by the service department. Then this pass January my vehicle got totaled. It was still very cold out and I was in NO mood to be looking for another vehicle. I told Jeremy what I was looking for in a vehicle and he found three for me to choose from. I found a gently used 2009 Chevy Malibu, at Stillwell Ford, of all places!!! I used Cars.com to narrow my search, and called Stillwell's Used Car Dept, to get more details. I spoke with a salesman named Josh. He was very helpful, kind & polite over the phone. The dealership was 50+ miles away from my home, and as I am disabled due to a back injury, I was worried the car would sell before I could get there to look at it. (The 3 prior Malibu's I found, sold in the time it took me to find them) Josh informed me that if I was interested, he could bring the car to me. So we figured out a price that worked for both of us. I put down a $200 deposit over the phone, with my credit card. The car was driven to my home for the test drive. I was happy with the car so I gave a cashiers check for the balance (minus deposit) Josh made a sometimes difficult process VERY easy. He called a few days after the sale, to follow up, and see how I liked the car. I was very happy with the overall experience, and the customer service.

We found the car online and drove from northern Chicago suburbs because it was a great car at a great price. Once there, a test drive and inspection revealed the car to be exactly as advertised, no surprises. Even though the facility is under construction and everyone is working in temporary quarters, Jim took us smoothly through the process of loan and purchase. Chris handled the all the paperwork in a snap and we were on our way home with a great car for our son. I love the fact that Stillwell's puts it all in black and white with a complete break down of the purchase. It leaves no doubt on where your money is going. DeWayne Eck had everything ready to go at closing and was very pleasant to work with. He doesn't pressure you into buying everything under the sun. He tells you what's available and leaves it at that. We haven't really dealt with the service department personally, but we have absolutely no complaints and they have been servicing our vehicles for the past several years. We have and will continue to recommend Stillwell Ford to friends and family!! They truly live by the saying, "Everything we do is driven by you"

This was the best car buying experience I have had. The dealership was very fair in the 2013 Taurus pricing and very fair in pricing my trade in 2011 Taurus with 65K miles. The F/I section was not high pressure and I obtained a better finance rate that I had from my own credit union...Over the past 45 years I have purchased many vehicles and some from neighbors, some from friends and some from fraternity brothers but this was the very best buying experience. I would highly recommend Christopher Finch II.

We were warmly welcomed by Christopher Finch II. He listened well to us as we tried to explain to him what we were interested in. He quickly showed us some vehicles that interested us. Then we talked to him about them and told him we wanted a few days to think it over. When we went back in a few days, he answered our questions thoroughly about the possibility of leasing a vehicle. That is what we decided to do. When we went to pick it up, he was very courteous and helpful in finishing the leasing. All the people we worked with were very polite and helpful.

After indicating interest in a vehicle by e-mail, I was contacted by the dealership the next day and they were very helpful. We then talked by phone to better identify my vehicle of interest. From my initial contact with Christopher Finch II, the Sales Consultant from Stillwell Ford explained the process of my new car purchase clearly as he continued to do for the remainder of the time I was considering buying a Ford. His manner was friendly and considerate. When I mentioned to him at one point shortly after my first few email conversations with him, that a family emergency had occurred he was thoughtful and let me know that he would wait for me to contact him. I consider this representative of a sales person and dealership who has their prospective buyers welfare as a priority rather than them making the sale. I did eventually contact him and made the decision to buy a 2014 Ford Focus SE. It was delivered to my home at which time one of their drivers explained some of the car's features. I was completely satisfied with the deal from start to finish and would recommend doing business with him and/or Stillwell Ford of Hillsdale, MI.

Overall, I was greatly impressed and overwhelmed at the level of committment Christopher and DeWayne put into helping me purchase my vehicle. I purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 XLT nice truck but when you spend over $30.000 for a truck, you kind of expect to get a owners manuel with the truck did not get one. Also this was a Saturday that I arrived I had an appointment with Josh Jackson, and either he forgot that I was coming because he was not prepared for our appointment. I was there to look at a certain truck that we discussed on the phone 3 days before, when I got there he did not even know where the truck was at come to find out it had been sold, ok I said can you show me something silimar he show me an FX4 that looked like some kid owned, mind you I am 50 and not going through my change in life I looked at him after he showed me this lifted truck and said are we on the same page because I feel you don't even remember what we talked about on the phone, he replied yes I remember Josh did show me a nice F150 XLT that I did end up buying Josh also told me that the dealership would detail this truck clean the inside and out. I got in the truck and drove it back to Jackson and I noticed that the dash still had dust on it and the carpet was not even vaccumed and the truck had not even been washed, very very unhappy with the service and i still do not have a owners manuel the dealership knows my address they could have sent me one by now.

Drove from Toledo to Stillwell Ford, not knowing what to expect. What I found was a dealership who took time with me, was willing to work with me and treated me like family. I am extremely happy with not only the used car I purchased, I am also extremely happy with the new friends I made at Stillwell Ford, just a great group of people. I believe in loyalty, and Stillwell Ford has earned my loyalty. Of course if I was not happy with the purchase, my review would be different, but I love the car I purchased, the overall experience dealing with Stillwell Ford was absolutely worth the trip from Toledo. Jeremy Taylor was awesome! In fact, the whole dealership (including parts and services) had the best customer rapport I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!Since I live in Atlanta, I had no plans to buy a car from Stillwell Ford in Michigan. Yet, when my old car's clutch went out 60 miles from my destination of Hillsdale, I found myself making the decision to have it towed to the Ford dealership in Hillsdale. How glad I am! I was quoted a fair price on the repair and with a few misgivings (due to my ancient car), I decided to have the clutch replaced. Needless to say, prior to the clutch dying, I had already decided I would no longer put money into my 1998 Ford Contour. Truly, I had hoped my beloved car would last one more year till I finished graduate school and received my raise. My Contour had been a great car for me and had never left me stranded until this long trip. After 16 years of faithful service, I finally had to face the fact that my much-loved car might no longer be reliable due to age and mileage. In the back of my mind, I was also contemplating the Appalachian Mountains and that 12 hour trip that I still had to make in order to get home and I pondered if my car would make it home.Miraculously, the part was delayed and I thought maybe I should look at some new cars. No one suggested this to me. In fact, the dealership was out of loaner cars at the time and still graciously gave me a new car to use, while I waited for that old part to come in. Since the decision before me was enormous, I decided to pray, pray, pray! The answer was to ask the dealership if I might look at some new cars while waiting for the part.In stepped Jeremy, who was kind, courteous, quick to answer my endless questions, and never pushy. He understood my needs right away and the first car he showed me was exactly what I wanted. Of course, I already knew I wanted a Ford Focus for I am a Ford-girl through and through. That part was easy, but beyond that I had not decided what I needed in my new car, but Jeremy knew!Yet, he patiently accompanied me on 4 different test drives over 2 days with other cars. He knew the decision was difficult to make and he only wanted to be helpful regardless if I stayed with my old car or bought a new one. The whole dealership is like that. They are very trustworthy! I must say, too, that Jeremy was also genuinely happy for me in the purchase, at a time when I was still in shock from all my decision-making and my whole experience. (Did I mention the 4 hour wait for the tow truck and directing traffic that whole time off an exit ramp at a small intersection in rural Michigan? Me, who had never been stranded in her life!)It was not until the trip home that my happiness settled in! As I traveled all those miles in my new car with cruise control, I knew I was in heaven and that I would return home safely. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Stillwell Ford for kindly helping me through a very difficult time. In truth, now that I am home again in Georgia, I may even travel back to my hometown of Hillsdale, to purchase my next Ford in about 16 years! It would be nice to plan it out and see Jeremys smiling face again. He knows his cars. He knows people and I thank God that when my antique car died, Jeremy stepped in to help me let go and purchase a new, very reliable car to drive in Atlanta traffic. I love the pulse on the brakes! I reached out to Rob Grossheim to express my interest in buying a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in accordance my company's X plan partnership with Ford Motor Company. He went to work locating a SHO with the options I wanted and the color I desired. He found the car within a reasonable distance from Ken Stillwell Ford and sent his guys to pick it up. On May 23rd I took delivery of the SHO from Ken Stillwell Ford and the buying process couldn't of went any smoother. Rob greeted me at the front door, shook my hand, and immediately walked me out to show me the 2013 SHO that I was going to buy. After making sure the car was up to my standards he escorted me into the finance manager's office for financing thru Ford Credit Company. I was REALLY happy at the 0% fianancing for 60 months that I qualified for. They looked looked for a specific car for me and demanded a deposit. During the process of them locating the car I found one cheaper with less miles and more features. I informed the salesman of this and his response was, "well go buy it!!!!" and when I asked about my deposit his response was that he would give it back....I have yet to receive my deposit back. I did not appreciate the sarcasm from the salesman nor the fact he did not even attempt to discuss a different price. Now they have the car onthe lot for $500.00 less than what they were going to sell it to me for. It was a blessing in disguise not getting this car. I'm completely happy with the other one I found! Sorry I wouldn't do business with stillwell ford .

This was the first time I bought a car online with only the pictures to make a decision on. I was very apprehensive, but, worked out an arrangement to meet half the distance and if I didn't like it they would take the car back. Obviously I would have been out the time and gas for the trip, but it all worked out. There was a problem with the alignment of the trunk and the sales manager agreed to take care of it by me getting an estimate to fix. Also, the owner's manual was missing, but I have been promised one to be delivered. Overall, I am pleased with the car.

The dealer rep I talked to while I was in Fl. Was nice to talk to, but I was not ready to buy a 2012 Flex. I told him I would probaly buy a 2014 or 15 model as i only had 22000 miles on the Flex I have.

need new car fast! went in got an ok price. was told all they had to do was call other dealer & get the trade. gave downpayment, shook on deal & was told next day vehicle was already sold. I was led to beleive I would have new vehicle w/i a few days-NO luck.
