They don't say it's going to take days to fix something that only takes that day to fix, just to get extra car rental from me. And they aren't over priced like some Honda dealerships I've been to. I was greater the moment I arrived by Steve with a smile. He asked what he could do for me and I told him I needed an oil change. No problem he said when would you like it done? Are you waiting for it? I told him that I didn't need it until the afternoon. I was asked if I needed a ride? I politely declined. I received a call in a timely manner that it was ready. They reviewed my oil change and had recommended I get some things fixed. Overall it was a Great experience! Thank you Steve for the excellent Service!

Paul Miller knew that we were looking for a new Pilot, but we were specific about the model and color. He kept in touch with us for months to make sure that we were still interested, and as soon as he knew that "our" car was on the way, he called. I wavered about buying, since I had lost my husband in March, but decided to go ahead, since we had already planned to make the purchase. It was an easy transaction and Paul was most helpful in orienting me to the car.

The service staff are always friendly and efficient. They give accurate time estimates, and speak to me about any other issues they find on my CRV, and I love the car wash done at the end of the service. I am still waiting to hear about a coupon I printed off of the Honda Service Rewards web site for 10% off all future oil and filter changes. The staff had not seen this coupon and did not know if they could honor it, although they did give me the 10% off on this service visit.

I started out looking for a used CRV on Craigslist,, Sterling Honda had a used one on the lot so Colton and I took it for a test drive. I also used the internet to inquire about a CRV in Portland at Ron Tonkin Honda, They quoted me a price so I drove all the way down there and wasted my time, they were not honest, I left there very disappointed to say the least. Then Colton called and asked me about where I was in my search for a car, He took some information from me again and called back with a car to take a look at,, I really like the car but it wasn't the color I was interested in so it didn't excite me, but in the end, He sold me the color of car I wanted and with all the things I wanted in a car and more,, for a price I was happy with. This is what 10 years of reaching for your goal looks like. When Paoblo made the goal of getting his Silverado, we were broker then broke and I thought he was crazy. Paoblo has put me having a nicer vehicle over his want of this truck so the kids and I could be safer and not have to worry about breaking down yet again. When we had a cushion saved up and was able to get his truck, he bought our son a truck instead. Again putting us before himself. Paoblo works so incredably hard to provide the best life possible for us. Its time that he did something for himself even if his wife kinda forced him to do it. This truck is so much more then a truck. Its a celebration of hard work and dedication from a amazing man. Never ever give up on goals no matter how far away they seem.As far as Omar goes, he was amazing again. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from him and he continues to blow my mind away with how thoughtful he is. He really works above and beyond what the typical salesman does. Only Stirling Honda would give us that deal. Since then we have purchased 2 more Honda's a 2001 CR-V and a 2008 Pilot both of which we still own. Our GMC of 12 years (purchased at Stirling GMC/Honda) was in the service department for a couple of days. We were given a loaner car to drive. It happened to be a red 2015 Honda CVR-EXL. After driving it for a couple of days, I thought it might be nice to have one! Thinking perhaps one similar to the loaner, we started looking at the remaining new 2015 Honda CVR-EXL's left on the lot. Omar Juarez came out in the misty rain to help us find the perfect one! Best salesman ever! First question he asked me was what color I wanted! Perfect question because its a make or break question for me! Not normally a "brown car person", I approached the Kona Brown with metallic, a very nice dark rich color, with black leather interior. My husband also liked it. Turns out, it was loaded! Next started the dreaded negations started and then stalled! In the end, we came to terms. I was happy, my husband was happy I was happy. Omar was happy and Josh Wright was glad I was happy. And that is how the little brown Honda came home with me!

I had to have the airbags repaired in my 2005 Honda Civic due to a recall. They projected it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to repair. They fixed both the driver and passenger bags in 1hr 15 minutes AND they washed the car! The waiting area was comfortable and the staff were all friendly. Very pleased with the service we received from this dealership.

The sales manager worked very hard to find the car that I wanted and came to terms on my trade and the 39 mo lease that I eventually signed. I am delighted with my new Obsidian Blue Pearl 2016 Accord Sport with Sensing and would recommend this store and Honda to anyone. I had some internet offers that the dealership was able to match and allowed me to purchase locally and no real hassles with my trade. Especially pleasant was Sabreena Galloway, while being relatively green in car sales, worked very hard to earn my business. Being 72, this is probably the last car I will buy and the Sensing system works as advertised. No regrets in this corner but did suffer some separation anxiety from my 09 CRV as it was the best car I have ever owned.

I really liked the sales person that helped up. He was not pushy at all and answer all our questions. Really showed us how to operate all the features on the car to make sure we knew how to use them. Even programmed our phones to sink with the car blue tooth. The finance department was quick and got a approval from our bank so we did not have to go there and then come back. Colton was a good salesman. He was helpful, courteous and worked hard to get a deal done. Unfortunately, he has little autonomy and must talk everything with Manager which is a pain and waste of my time while he's going back and forth. Initial offers on sale and trade in were poor but through 6 rounds of back and fourth we were able to make a deal. Also, they forgot to fill up gas tank before I left Overall, positives outweighed negatives and I would recommend Colton and Sterling to friends and family

We had our minds set to buy a brand new Accord but after viewing a few cars our salesman asked us to view a certified used 2015 Honda Accord with 4000 miles. The service guys are friendly, as is the gal in the office. They're eager to help, and the mechanic has, many times, talked with me about what's going on with my car. They've given me their time to look into things even when I've caught them at a bad time, like just as they were closing. They've helped me figure out things and get those issues fixed !! I have always enjoyed working with the guys at Stirling Honda. The title says a lot about how I feel, too. I have waited many times for my service, and it never feels like it's too long to wait. I know they'll have a nicer place to wait in the future, and I'm sure they're excited about that. I like that there's a clean, spacious restroom to use, and snacks are available to purchase, if desired.

I took my car in for a battery issue that has been annoying me for a while. Steve and the crew quickly figured out the problem (corrosion inside a cable) and gave me the bad news. Then they fixed the problem, found a couple more minor things and still came in under the estimated repair cost. In a world where i don't trust many people i have come to really appreciate Steve. I definitely will keep going there as long as i see his smiling face behind the service center counter.

Initially I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle but realized it wasn't what I wanted. Omar introduced me to the 2015 Honda Crosstour and I am so glad he did. He was very patient with me as a vacillated between several cars. At one point I thought about giving up my quest but Omar worked with me to arrange for a lower down payment and pay off my trade in that was upside down in equity. Took the Crosstour cross country two days later on my vacation through 10 states. It truly is the nicest car I have ever owned. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see Omar because he is really a great guy and seems more like a friend than a salesman to me.

i was not looking forward to buying a car. I already had a trying experience with my prior car with a saleswoman at Dick Hanna's who didn't listen. I had told her I wanted a white car with light interior; she showed me black cars with dark interior. I don't like dark cars with dark interior, I feel like I am in a cave. So when I came to Stirling Honda I wasn't very friendly to the salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for expecting him to treat me like I didnt know my own mind. I was very pleasantly surprised with Paul Miller. He listened. I he showed me the car I was looking for; explaining that they didn't have one with light interior however that wouldn't be a problem because he would be able to swap a car for the one I wanted. I bought my 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with the navigation system I wanted. Since I had to wait till the next day for delivery, I was given a rental car. Paul took the extra step to make sure the rental car had light interior. Thank you Paul, I appreciate it that you listened to me. Everyone was friendly. It was a very nice experience.

My initial meeting was with Arne. I was able to test drive a 2015 CR-V and we discussed the cost and the possible trade-in of my 2006 CR-V. I wanted to think it over and scheduled a follow-up meeting a few days later. But due to a family emergency, Arne was unable to meet and asked Omar to meet with me. Omar was able answer my questions and began the search for the model and color I wanted. There was a slight delay in obtaining my vehicle because Sterling had to wait for a CR-V to arrive so they could trade for my car. It was well worth the wait! Omar did a great job going over all of the features and making sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership. He has also made a couple of follow-up calls to make sure everything is as I expected.

I love the new side camera for changing lanes---awesome new addition. Keeping the payments the same was critical getting all the bells and whistles also very important to me. Ok so I am buying a new car. I have driven that new car before and never gotten the upgrades I wanted and always regretted it. So now when I buy, I get what I want at the purchase. We were in the process of looking at the Honda Accord at Stirling Honda and perhaps at another dealership in Portland, Oregon for comparison prices. The Honda agent at Stirling was very nice and accommodating. He showed us several models of the Accord and picked out the model we would want. After sitting down with him and talking with another agent, we were made a very good offer we couldn't refuse. There was no high pressure to buy on this day, but we decided to purchase the car anyways. Stirling Honda is a fine auto dealer and we have gone to them before. This is our third Honda and we like doing business with a reputable company.

I bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado from these guys. They worked with my financial situation great and got me very favorable terms. Several months later I had an issue with my transfer case and called them on it. Instead of bringing me in and wasting my time, the service manager did some research to find that I was still under Chevy warranty and set me up with a Chevy service shop to handle it. Chevy took care of it at no cost and I was on my way. Good dealership and very hometown feel.
