This place is fraudulent and should be reported and put out of business. Everything they did was wrong! DO NOT BUT FEOM THIS car lot!!! Freddy is a fraud. On the drive home there were 6 warning codes/ lights that came up on the dashboard and now the car needs over 2300 dollars worth of work. We told our salesman and he wouldn’t take the car back. Even Our mechanics looked at it and said that there was NO WAY that they didn’t know there were issues with this car. This place is a fraud. The only way it has good reviews is because of workers and family members. You will be out thousands of dollars if you trust them.

Drove over four hours to look at a motorcycle that the owner of this business (Luiz Eduardo Martelotte) had posted on Facebook marketplace for $10,900 (it was his own personal bike he was selling). Prior to driving all that way, I reached out to Luiz only to be told that he did not speak English but it was a private sale being done thru the dealership and would have someone else contact me. One of his employees reached out and quoted my husband and I a price of $11,000 out the door which included tax, tag, title & dealership fees. I explained to the employee that I was under the impression that the owner was selling the bike privately so if I had to pay dealer fees, I was not interested. I was assured that even though it was being done through the dealership, I would not pay dealer fees- $11k was for all. Arrived at the dealership at 10 AM the next day (after driving four hours!!) only to be told that the bike was not there and they didn’t know when the owner was going to get there with the bike. Ended up driving 20 minutes across town with six dollars in toll fees to the owners house to look at the bike. Owner could’ve cared less that we were there and gave us a rude look and barely a ‘hi’ and that was all we interacted with him. The bike was a piece of junk with dents and scratches and tears in the seat, rode hard and didn’t look anything like in the pictures. After riding the bike a few times, the young man who was the translator between my husband and I and the owner told us that the price would be $12,000. When questioned about the $11,000 that we were quoted out the door, he said that the owner had changed his mind and now it would be $12,000!! This bike wasn’t even worth the asking price of $10,900 and then they were adding on more fees. He said that with the base price plus all the other stuff that the state required, it was $12k. I explained that I understood the tax, tag and title transfer but that was not what we had agreed on and was the seller going to go down in price to reach the $11,000 and was told no. If this is how they treat someone who came to buy a motorcycle that was personal property of the owner, I can only imagine what shady stuff they do at the shop. Moral of this story, don’t trust the reviews or the owner or employees at this place- go somewhere else!!

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased a used vehicle from them 5 days ago. Was unable to test drive because it was on empty, only had 15-20 miles of gas left. They said it would be fine since the vehicle came with a 6 month warranty (no mention that it was a very limited powertrain only warranty). Check their website to confirm this misrepresentation. I purchased the vehicle, got gas and was on the highway for less than 20 miles when warning lights began to appear. There is no way that these issues were unknown to the dealership. More likely they reset the code and made it impossible to take a test drive long enough to figure things out. I now have an estime for over $2500 to fix everything and of course the warrantly says the issues are not covered. This was fraud plain and simple. I asked the dealership to undo the transaction and they refused. Lied and said the paperwork with the state (title, etc..) could not be undone. Tomorrow I will be forced to start fixing the vehicle and my only real recourse is notifying any one and everyone of these fraudsters.
