Just left the Jack n Box on Lindbergh and Waterford in Florissant. Horrible customer service. Assuming these are their real names Tamika and Jasmine both seem to be some form of management we’re very rude and one of them even rolled her eyes at me. We went through the drive thru and my total was different from the time I left the order screen to the window to pay. I asked for a receipt after it took them 4 minutes to run my card. She said ok and closed the window. 3 minutes later the other female came and told me they were out of receipt paper and she could take a picture of my order with my phone. I told her never mind. I told her I was still waiting on my food and drink. She responded with I know and rolled her eyes. By this time I had been waiting 10 minutes for 3 jr jacks with cheese plain, order of churro and a sprite. When I finally get the food 1 of them had mayo all over it. I handed it back for it to be correct and asked for both the ladies names. When he finally returned with the correct burger he began to close the window. I had to ask again for their names. He gave me Tamika and Jasmine. I asked for the general manager’s name and he hesitated and said Ciara. My whole process took almost 20 minutes. I sure hope I don’t get any random charges on my card since it took so long just to have my order paid for and no receipt.

Melinda clark was one of the rudest most ignorant people ive ever spoke to professionally in my life. Ive ran businesses but this lady wanted to keep putting me down and being hostile about a freaking burger fast food place?? Where most the employees are druggies anyway?? She talked to me like i was just scum over a wrongful termination telling me i didnt take responsibility and was hateful from the moment i answered the phone. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT FOR WRONGFUL TERMINATION AND YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET THE WORST SURVEYS OF YOUR LIFE. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE HATEFUL HATEFUL people. Melinda clark was very unprofessional and a hateful ass.

When I talk to Miss Melinda Clark she talked as if she did not want to come to work, she talked as if she hated her job. she is one of the most rudest and Errogant person I have ever talked to when it comes to business. I put so much dedication into Missouri track LLC and they treated me as if I was nothing it’s took over a year to get a basic team leader raise. Nothings ever organized and I was wrongfully fired for something that if I press charges for, I could Sue the entire Jack In The Box Corporation for, you would think that they can I put so much complementation , into Missouri track LLC and they treated me as if I was nothing. it took over a year to get a basic team leader raise. Nothings ever organized and I was wrongfully fired for something that if I press charges for our Sue the entire Jack In The Box ( Corporation you would think that they be very complementary but total opposite I can’t sue because I was fired because in the state of Illinois you anyone can get fired for any reason but I feel discriminated and that sexual assault that happened will go right along with me. I’m not gonna stay mad because it’s unprofessional but what you guys did to me it’s unbelievable I traveled over 37 Miles to work daily sometimes I was late but overall I was a great worker. “They are struggling “a worker said when I went up there to get my car “. They are kind of desperate, you would think they would not fire anybody”. There is so much your dirt that Jack In The Box ( just throw under the rug that I witnessed my own from me working there over a year and a half, but this won’t be another rug scrape I can promise you that. I don’t want to talk to any of you guys about anything I want to talk to Terry and son Tiago myself . I went to another company and got hired after I told him everything that went down I showed them the message that I sent to Miss Melinda Clark, dm. and my entire management team . And it’s kind of unfortunate that you guys lost a such dedicated work but you guys are going to regret it that’s why nobody last there because you guys office building people are very rude especially you Melinda Clark .
