I needed a new vehicle. I wanted a small SUV. Tested a Toyota Rav4 down the street. It was nice. But for the same price, liked the CR-V Honda better. Loan approved and the paperwork ready quickly. Then my salesman Alec and his manager drove my car home for me while I drove my new Honda. Done and done.

our experience was excellent. we called early Tuesday morning to look at a car that same morning. our sales person Alex was great to work with. the dealership was able to work with us on the price/fees/etc. to meet our budget after some negotiation. We were very happy that we were able to get the vehicle that we did at a price that we were happy with. The vehicle was in very good condition compared to those that we saw at smaller dealerships and from private sellers. it was the first time that I have bought a vehicle through a dealership, and it exceeded my expectations.

I made a long distance trip to Stockton 12 to purchase a used car. Unfortunately, the car was not what I expected. I had a meeting the the sales manager who tried to provide a workable solution, but the car was simply in too bad of shape. I later wrote a letter to the General Manager, Shane Parrish. He graciously provided me with reimbursement for my travel. Even though I feel that I was not given good info about the vehicle from the beginning, the dealership showed an attitude of very good customer service. For that, I commend them.

Devin has helped me several times. I find him very knowledgeable and friendly. He communicates issues and status in a timely manner. I look for him when I drive in. I have never been disappointed with the service at Stockton 12 Honda. There service is reasonably priced, quick and I've never had problems with it after I leave. I highly recommend them.

I bought a used car from themy. The next morning when I started my car there was a really bad rattling sound. I took it back to them and told them what was happening they took back to the car matinace shop and fix it right away. They didn't give me any problems and they were nice and they didn't charge me. Because of this one act alone I would go back to them for every car I buy. Because I know that they will never sell me a bad car.

Sonny currtis is an amazing sales person he did not make me feel pressured in any way and he was 100 % honest with me (unlike a guy at another car dealership) and the next day my car had a small problem with it so I brought it back in and they fixed it no problem. Glen Stone was kind, considerate, knowledgeable about everything. He programmed multiple settings for me that I probably would not be able to accomplish without someone else helping me if he had not done it. He got the best offer for my trade in after trying to get more for it 3 times. He spent approx 4 hours with me answering questions (multiple times because I am a slow learner) and was very patient. Went to purchase a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring Coupe. We knew exactly which model, exterior color and interior type we wanted. Stockton 12 didn't have one in stock and we told salesman Davin that we didn't mind ordering the one we wanted even if it took a month or so. After apparently speaking with the sales manager, Davin came back and said they found one at Larry H Miller Honda in Murray Utah. He said they could pick it up and would be ready for us that evening. We felt if this was just what we wanted this would save us the extra hassle of ordering. Davin told us we needed to sign all the paper work before they could pick up the car. We made the mistake of taking him at his word and signed all the papers including a mileage statement that showed the mileage to be 15 miles. We picked up the car that evening and noticed the mileage was actually 250 miles. We weren't happy with that and wondered why it had so many miles. We also discovered someone had entered all their information in the blue-tooth audio system. About a week later when we were washing the car we discovered there was a paint repair on the right rear fender and a small dent on top of the right front fender. This car is pearl white and is very difficult to see imperfections. Taking all this into consideration, we determined this car must have been a salesman's demo. We contacted Monica (the customer relations manager) about this problem and she said she would consult with the GM (Shane Parrish). She got back to us a few days later and told us Shane had said he would give us one extra years free maintenance (which would be three oil changes-about $75 value). We told her this wasn't sufficient and she said she would turn it over to Shane to deal with it. We waited a week to hear back Shane never called so we called him. We couldn't reach him so we left a message. We waited another week, but he never returned our call. Evidently he has no interest in treating his customers fairly. At no time during our talks did Monica or Shane ever deny they sold us a demo, instead of a new unused car. We felt they should either give us a truly new car or at least compensate us for the difference in value. We will never use this dealer again and would advise everyone to deal with someone else. We even had purchased one year of maintenance, however, we are not going to use it since we can't trust this dealer.We thought that a dealer associated with John Stockton and/or the Larry Miller family would be honest, but I guess we were wrong.

They are great at selling you a car but anything other then that and they are TERRIBLE! They will sell you a free service package, and promise you won't have to worry about a thing for the next five years. I took my car in to have the oil changed and asked them to look it over and make sure the car is ok. They took all day and said the car was fine, less then two weeks later my battery died and I was left stranded. I had to pay for tow truck to their service department where they said the battery had been dying for a long time and someone should have caught it. (I had just given them the perfect opportunity too!) While they were fixing my car, they proceeded to fix it with out asking me if that was what I wanted or telling me the price. At that point I just had to pay for the work that had been done. They never called me, I had to call them to ask what was going on with my car. When I asked for the price they quoted me one thing but then tried to charge me double when it came time to actually pay, once again they never told me what they were charging me they just wanted my credit card information. I also cannot get my car title from them. I have called multiple times and Stockton 12 claims they have nothing to do with it and can't help me, when I call Honda financial services they will tell me they sent the title out, and offer to send me a paper saying the car has been paid off and that I will then have to go to the DMV to get a new title. I asked if they would please put a tracker on the paper stating I have paid the car off and they told me no they couldn't do that. My car has been paid off for 2 months and I still don't have this resolved. So glad I have a visit to the DMV to look forward to, if I ever get the paper they promised to send.

Let me start by saying the reason I gave them a 1 star was because I could not give less. We thought we had made a good deal when we traded our Ford Escape for an Accord. The sales person was okay but liked to play good guy/ bad guy with his manager. Then when we got in with the finance guy, John Chuidian beware this guy, he should be selling snake oil. We started out with our trade and financing 17,769.23 and when John finished with his fast talk and numbers game we left financing 25,548.23,this guy is slick. We contacted the dealership within a few days of realizing what John had done and he sent us a form to take off some of the charges but still has not rewritten the contract so as it stands right now we will still have to pay the 25,548.23 and not have the items we were charged for. Stay clear of this dealer, there are plenty of other honest places to buy your car.

I was extremely pleased with my Salesman Carson Caldwell. He was attentive and listened to what I wanted and mindful to my budget and overall goals in a vehicle. I first visit in fall 2015 and test drove 3 different vehicle however I wasn't ready to buy at that time. I was only shopping for what I wanted. When the vehicle I wanted came into you facility Carson called me and I was able to come in that day and make the purchase. I am so please and happy with my purchase. And though the car was not detailed as promised when I came to pick it up, the next day. Carson offered to return the car for the detailing at a later day. When I walked in the first thing I liked was there weren't five salesmen running to get to me. I was greeted by a down to earth, very calm and non pushy salesman,Quin. He asked what I was interested in and took my list and walked me straight to the car I ended up buying. He was kind and so considerate. My daughter went into Stockton 12 Auto and asked this salesman Greg Henrie if she could test drive a Kia Soul he said that was fine but that he would have to go with her. While they were test driving the car she asked if she could take it to her Mom,s., because she was the one that was looking for a car. Because her husband was a quadriplegic and that she could not leave him to go to dealership. So he let me take a test drive. I fell in love with the car. He took my old car in on a trade and then I did the application on line for the car. Greg was so nice he went back to the dealership to do the paperwork for the car. He was so nice to my daughter when she took my car back. He did all the paperwork and brought it back out to my house for me to sign I have never had such great customer service. God Bless you Greg. Highly recommend Stockton 12 Auto to all my family and friends.

Had to have 2015 CR-V serviced for vibration issues. Fix seems to be working. Bought the vehicle late in year and this was a widely known issue by that time. Would have appreciated if the dealership and sales staff was more forth coming at time of sale, I would have still bought the vehicle if they told me that some CR-Vs were experience a vibration issue at idle and a fix is in place. Had to find out on my own, which made me feel that they (dealership) was more interested in the sale than the customer. I was also surprised that when I spoke to the service manager on the phone, they seemed to be completely oblivious to the problem but yet Honda had announced in the middle of 2015 that they acknowledged there was a problem!!!

We had two old recalls to be dealt with and a possible rear wheel bearing issue so not a little job. They were able to schedule us within a few days, got all the work done in one day and provided a shuttle service. Very pleasant to deal with. Hope we don't have to come back soon but will recommend them to others.

I went to Stockton 12 Honda because my favorite server at our local restaurant told me her hubby sells cars. From the moment we walked in the door we felt special. We were immediately welcomed by the receptionist and she paged Alex Schneider to help us. It was so relaxing there, and the dealership is clean and bright! We didn't feel pressured or anything. Alex took his time and went over all the different models and options with us. He gave us a tour around the parts and service area. The prices were great, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Honda Civic! We have an appointment to get a heated seat installed this week. They even gave me red roses! Wow, I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime, but by far the most relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience EVER! We will send everyone we know there!

I bought my wife a new RED Civic EX for Christmas. We are planning several long distance trips in 2016 and needed new wheels. This Civic fit the bill perfectly. It's new styling is eye-catching. Our sales person, Shoaib Khan, was a great reference in choosing our car. He is very knowable in every facet of the Hondas. I want to emphasize that the was no pressure in our dealings with him. I had a 2012 Honda Accord, which I purchased from Stockton 12, that had been stolen. After it was found, I had it taken to Stockton 12 from the impound lot, since that is where I had always taken it for service. The service department at Stockton 12, dropped the ball and didn't return my call to let me know what was happening with my car, for several days. I finally went to the dealership, service department. Once I was there, the service people were very helpful. I never did talk to the original service person. I finally saw my car and decided to trade it in for a new car. The guy who stole it had been living in it, ugh. My experience with buying my new car was excellent. My wishes were met and my needs discussed and fulfilled. I have been in a few times since and everyone has treated me wonderfully. I am really enjoying my new car.

Due to my previous experiences with car salesmen, I wasn't expecting anything but high pressure sales, which I typically walk away from. On the contrary, Glenn didn't even try to steer me towards the more expensive model which I chose. He gave good explanations to my questions, didn't try to sell me unnecessary add-ons and was extremely helpful during all aspects of the experience . I also enjoyed working with Scott and felt that the service contract he offered was fair.

We were pleasantly surprised the dealership had some many options to choose from. Many dealerships at this time of year do not have a wide selection of inventory of the current year model. The sales reps were positive and very helpful. The only downside was a cold wind which you have no control over.

I love this dealership they make the dreaded car purchasing process the easiest and most enjoyable experience you can have while shopping for a new car. Their staff always goes above and beyond and in my experience they have always done more than they have had to with my family and I. I am very pleased with the service of every car we have ever purchased here, we have purchased 5 cars with them, 3 Accords and 2 Pilots. Every time we leave with a smile. They never pressure you and they make sure you drive off with what you wanted and not a lesser version just to make a sale, and when you call they always follow up with you before the end of the day. The service department has been great and make it easy to drop it off and get everything taken car of, and our family loves the parts department, we have accessories for every car and they always get us what we want and it comes in timely and always call. I have never had a complaint with this dealership they make it so easy to be happy when you leave and to stay happy and not feel you made a mistake. I want to personally thank the sales guy we have used on the last several cars Mat Richards, he is awesome and the greatest guy, also Ryan Mayne, Craig Tuft, and finance guy John Chuidian, they have all made our car purchases easy and have gone out of their way to make the best deal and finding the car we have wanted even if they personally did not have it on their lot. Their goal is to exceed expectations and they have 5 times for us!

Was there first of all to get another car serviced. They were very busy and seemed to be somewhat unorganized in there processing from past visits. As I was waiting I was looking as used and new cars as we have been in before and I was curious. Travis who has helped us in the past wasn't in until later so I left and ate lunch and came back. Travis and Alex both helped me and they were great with getting me good numbers quickly. They are great to work with.

I had the most positive experience ever when i bought my 2012 PIlot from Stockton 3 years ago. I hate buying cars usually, it is a nightmare of pushy and frankly dishonest people sometimes, but at Stockton we felt that the saleman Travis was very honest, easy to deal with, and never pushy. The whole buying experience was the best we've ever had. And we have been very happy with their service department since then for any needs we have had. They are courteous, fast, explain everything very carfefully. I won't go to any other Honda dealer!

We enjoyed our visit. We came in specifically wanting a civic. C.j. Was right up front and ready to show us multiple models. The finance associate (John?) was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. We had a great experience overall. Our only complaint would be how long the whole thing took. We knew what we wanted, were pre approved through our credit union, and only test drove 4 cars but we were there about 4 hours. It was a lot of waiting around (but even during the waiting part, they were friendly)

We've owned our Honda for over 2 years- the car has been great, but Stockton has not. We purchased their added warranty (a several thousand dollar cost) at closing and we worked hard during closing to do our due diligence on what we were getting into. We posed multiple hypotheticals during closing to determine what would and would not be covered. Unfortunately, Stockton has not kept it's word. A couple of our hypothetical situations have occurred during our ownership and Stockton has not held up their end of the agreement. When I confront them they always shove me off saying they will "look into it" or "talk to someone else and get back to me". I have called several times to follow up only to get the run-around. I would buy a Honda again, but not from Stockton.

I thought the experience was overall pretty good. Our sales rep did a fantastic job and was very impressive. The financing took a long time (part of this was just because it was late and we were tired) but we were able to work out a warranty extension that made sense. I thought the vehicle could have been a little cleaner and more finely detailed but it was pretty good. There were a few things that stood out that I would have expected to be cleaner.

I would have liked to have been informed that the oil needed would be twice as much as usual before I'd stated paperwork. I still would have made the deal but I want to know all costs upfront. I asked my salesmen if we could get it fixed and he pretty much said they wont work on cars after you have signed. It wasn't until after I went and left reviews of my experience that they offered to get it taken care of and correct the alignment. So i go to get the alignment sorted out and they fixed that but it still pulled to the right and they said that it was because the tires were damaged due to the alignment being off. I called the manager there and told him what the situation was and he said that all they could do is give me a discount but that I would have to buy new tires myself. Instead of doing right by the customer, they will just hope that you go away. Im not a vengeful person, but i wanted to buy a car that was working as it should and they aren't willing to correct problems that they had no problem selling to me.

I visited 7 dealerships in my search for a hybrid vehicle. Stockton 12 was my only negative experience. When the salesperson asked if he could help, I told him immediately that I wanted to look at hybrid vehicles. I made it clear that I was shopping around for a hybrid and had no intention of purchasing a car that day. He dragged us into the dealership and tried to get me to give him the keys to my car so someone could assess it's value for a trade-in. After wasting my time for about a half hour, he finally disappeared for a few minutes (I thought to get a key.) and then took us out to the lot. (At every other dealership I visited I was in a car within 5-10 minutes.) He walked us around the car for 5-10 minutes, and when I finally climbed in and asked how to start it, he said he didn't have a key. At that point I left.I am still getting calls, text messages, and emails from Stockton 12. I would strongly caution single women to avoid this place. I had a male friend who is knowledgeable about cars with me, and I still felt like the salesperson was trying to take advantage of me. If you are looking for a Honda, I would recommend the Bountiful dealership.

I bought an 06 Acura TL from Alex there and everything seemed to go fine. We took the test drive and looked at a few other cars but decided we liked the TL and my wife and I were very happy with the deal that we got. We signed everything and were on our way home when I noticed that the car had a little pull to the right and that the alignment was off.I shot Alex a text the next day to see if we could get that tweaked and I pretty much got the answer "It's yours now and we're not doing anything with it". He told me that if there was anything wrong with it in the ensuing days that I could come to him and he could see what we could do for me. APPARENTLY they will say anything to get a sale done and then they just back away without any help.Thats just bad business if you ask me. Beware of what Alex tells you and beware of buying a used car from Stockton 12 Honda!!

Walked in only wanting to get an idea for cars in our price range. We kept being shown cars way above our price range and we kept saying no but he didn't listen. Then when we finally found a car that was a MAYBE the salesman pressured us so much into buying it. They lowered the price quite a bit and it seemed like a great deal. When I took the car out for a drive one of the belts in the vent made a rattling noise that didn't stop. We signed a document that said they would fix that for us, but was never given that signed paperwork. When I tried to go in to get it fixed they wouldn't do anything, and said they had no paperwork for it. And I have had the car for one month and had to buy a new battery and the heat rarely ever works, and they never fixed the vent. Overall... if I hadn't signed up to use their services for oil changes... I would NEVER step foot in that place again. FIVE HOURS we were at this dealership. Should have just kept my trade in and fixed the transmission myself never would have had all the issues I have with this car.

Was greeted by our salesman in the lot. Great Guy, he did not make me feel pressured at all. Only concern was the actual amount of time spent waiting for the car while it was being detailed. We ended up spending over 5 hours at the dealership that day and only test drove the car I purchased.

I have never liked the car buying experience. I don't like the pressure tactics or the bait and switch. I don't like going into a little room where they try to "up sell" and tack on a bunch of extras for a bunch of dollars.. even after you and the salesman have decided on a final price. Someday I hope we get to a point where you can walk in and have the best price possible is listed right on the car.... Out the door price. nothing more...nothing less.But, after buying cars for over 40 years... this experience was the best I have had to date. Thank you CJ for doing everything you could to expedite my experience.

We went into this dealership to look at a new CRV. We had the intention of buying a vehicle soon and wanted to make an informed decision before purchasing. We worked with a salesman that was very polite and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend on a vehicle and then we asked to see numbers on what they could do for us. Our sales rep seemed concerned that we would not commit to buying anything until seeing numbers after we explained everything. Then another floor manager came out and asked the same questions that our salesman asked (which seemed very redundant). Then he insisted on an answer as to why we would not commit to buying a vehicle. I told him I wanted to see numbers before I could make a decision. He persisted asking why we would not buy a vehicle if they met our numbers. After that floor manager tried several times to get our commitment to buy a car if they met our numbers I chose to walk out because of frustration. This was a very pressured sales approach. I would never make a purchase as large as a car without seeing fully what I was committing to. They wanted me to commit to something without knowing what I was committing too. I train sales professionals everyday for work and have been very successful. This was the most pressured sales approach I have ever seen. Unfortunately for this dealership I will take my business to one of their local competitors. Hopefully you use this review to help train your staff to avoid pressured sales and listen to the customer, because no one listened to our needs and what we wanted as a customer.

Everyone I worked with was very helpful. Both dean feltenbarger and Ryan maybe listened attentively and answered all my questions. This resulted in me getting a brand new crv for the same as I was paying for my previous vehicle. We will be back to get a civic in the summer!

I am a veteran Honda owner. When I purchased my Redondo Red EX in 2006 I believed that would be my final car which I would drive until I could no longer operate a motor vehicle :) However I moved to Utah in September and decided an AWD vehicle would be a good investment, of course this new car would be a Honda. I had driven a friend's CR-V previously so I read reviews online and determined I would look at the 2015 models. My experience at Stockton 12 Honda was the bonus to owning yet another Honda. Jason and Duane listened to what I had to say about my needs in a vehicle then answered all questions I had about this new car. Jason and Duane also spent a good amount of time going through the features of the car so I felt very confident when I left the car lot.The price was fair and I didn't feel pressured into add-ons although I did select only the ones I wanted.I will gladly recommend Stockton 12 Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hands doing! Took unpaid time off work, half my day, to come in and see what they could do for me. They expressed that they work with those with bad credit. I went in with minimal expectations: a car with less than 100k miles, less than $15k and a payment of $400 or less. I also stated that I had next to nothing for a down payment ($200) The salesman said, 'we can work with you, we're here to help you'. They offered me an SUV with 113k miles and payment was to be $450. We signed papers and said they'd call me in a couple of days. They never called. I called 4 days later and they said they were working on it and would call me the next week. Never called, I called back and spoke to financing and he was under the impression that I had the car IN MY POSSESSION!! I said, 'no we don't have it.' He then said he would call me back. A 2nd salesman called and stated we needed another $1500 to get approved and the car was ours. I told him I would have to review it and get back to him. The next day, the xxxx finance guy calls and says we need $3000 and had NO IDEA a salesman called and said otherwise. They reel you in, then they tell you what you deserve. And its never what you wanted, its what they want you to have. They have no idea what they are doing. Its pathetic and all they care about.. IS THE SALE!!!!!!!!!

The sales staff was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They listened to my needs and wants. They stayed within my budget. There was minimal financial sparring. They even synced my phone to the car and showed me how to set my radio presets. The entire process only took 2 hours! I love my cute new red Honda Fit!

After being rear-ended at a stoplight I was forced into the search for a replacement car, and after doing some research I had my eye on a Honda CRV. I dropped by Stockton to Malone (now Stockton #12?) Honda in Sandy to check out the CRV. I met a very nice and very helpful salesman named Sean Sandberg - a great guy! After spending some time with him test driving etc. I was impressed with the car, but decided to wait a week until the new model year came out to see if the new model year would be a better option.Sean called me a week later to tell me they had the new model year in the color I wanted IN STOCK! So I went over to check it out. Sean was busy with another customer, so I worked with a gentleman of Pakistani heritage (maybe Sarif?) and he was great as well. I checked it out, drove it, and loved it! Then I went through the usual hassle of negotiating a price, and we came to terms after some back and forth. Then I was handed off to the guy in the business office to finish the paperwork, and the nightmare began.After going through paperwork and signing all kinds of stuff, listening to endless pitches for upgrades, extended warrantees, etc. he shows me the final summary and it included add-ons I didn't want and didn't agree to. I pointed it out and told him there must be a mistake because I didn't want or agree to that stuff, and he'd have to take it off.He then claimed that "every car" gets those things, and I had no choice, I had to pay for those add-ons. I told him that I understood that most people may want those, but I don't, and he needed to take it off. He then went off in a huff to talk to "the boss" and returned again to say that I had to pay for those items, including the $300 VTR ( $300 charge to have the VIN number entered into a database) because they "can't discount the car any more". And he wasn't nice about it.I pointed out the line on the summary sheet that had the agreed-upon price of the car, and said that I was fully willing to pay the negotiated price for the car! And the number was right there, and correct! But I didn't want the *additional* stuff they had added on, and that I wouldn't allow them to dishonestly slip in stuff at the end that I didn't want or agree to. He wouldn't budge, so I asked for my down payment check back, and decided to leave. Who wants to do business with a dealership that isn't ethical and honest, and tries to slip extra charges on? Not me!On the way out, Sean (the nice salesman) saw me and the look on my face and came over to see what was wrong. I explained that the guy was trying to add on this stuff and so I was leaving. Then the "boss" came over and I explained *AGAIN* to him that I was fine paying the price we agreed for the car, but I wasn't fine with the add ons.By then some other people in the showroom could hear the conversation and he said that he "couldn't discount the car any more" and I told him for the millionth time that I was FINE with the agreed-upon price for the car, but I wasn't fine with them slipping in additional stuff. He just kept repeating over and over that he couldn't discount the car any more, and it became obvious that he was just putting on a show for the rest of the customers in the showroom and trying to convince them I was just trying to chisel a better deal. Apparently there was another customer interested in that particular car, so perhaps he was trying to find an excuse to torpedo my deal and sell to someone else for more. I demanded my down payment be returned, and just walked out since the guy was clearly not interested in listening or selling the car for the agreed upon price.Sean the salesman called the following Monday to apologize and see if there was anything they could do to earn my business back, and indicated that he spoke to the general manager and it was silly to lose a customer over the VTR fee - I genuinely felt sorry for him because he was great and it was the stupid "boss" who insisted on adding on the additional charges and ruined the sale.I suppose they probably charged the extras to the next guy who came along and got a few hundred bucks more for that car, but ironically they lost a sale completely - not just for *this* car, but also the rest of my life! If you read this, Mr. General Manager, take note: You lost a lot more than a few hundred bucks in stupid add-on charges, and you need to change the way customers are treated at your dealership. But also please note, the salesmen Sean Sandberg and the other guy were both great. They closed a sale - it took the boss to blow it up!Oh, and I went down the road to Larry H. Miller dealership and was able to get a much better deal without getting ripped off! I will start my search at LHM from now on, and suggest the rest of Utah do the same!

I knew it would be an all-day event, but it just flew by.We had only intended to purchase a new vehicle for my wife...but when I saw the 2015 Accord...WOW! So we purchased it also. Me and my husband went in on Friday to get a vehicle between our salesman and Brandon in financing they said they had found financing for us for the car we wanted so we were there for 4 hours signing paperwork and everything else. We came back the next day to pick up the vehicle everything was fine. We received a phone call Wednesday saying they didn't find financing for that vehicle and we need to return or pay someone to come get it. Also we need to pay for mileage and detailing! Purchased Honda from M. Shane Cook at Stockton 12 Honda on June 28, 2014. Working with Shane was great. Sales manager very slow on the numbers. This has the fifth Honda my wife ad I have purchased from this dealership. My wife and I should have walked in and 30 minute had a deal done not four hours. Trade a 2012 Honda civic coupe like new with just over 5000 miles on it. We do like the new Honda Accord and on the road it gets 39 plus MPG. Nice ride also. Again Thank You M. Shane Cook!!

I just leased my 2nd CRV from Stockton Honda. My first experience 2 years ago was amazing and I did not hesitate for a second going back to Stockton for my next car.First, I love my CRV...it is a good looking car, lots of features and good gas mileage. Second, the customer service at Stockton is like none other and I am always treated like I'm the only customer they have. From their sales people, to finance, general management and service team, they know their products and their business. I have always been treated fairly and with excellent customer service. Not sure how you managed to have ALL your employees under one roof with exquisite customer service skills but you have, ( they could give lessons to most other service industries ) ! To sum up, I have had my car for a week now. I love, love, love it ! The burgundy color is stunning and I have received many compliments.Several folks have asked where I got my car, and of course I tell them Stockton! Thanks for a great vehicle and terrific customer service~

We went to Stockton 12 Honda to buy our first new Honda. We've had 5 but they were all used. We've been so happy with Hondas that when we decided to get a new one we went to Stockton 12. We went there because that is where I have bought parts for my old Hondas for years and the Parts guys are so good and work with me so well. We (my wife) pretty much knew what she wanted so it was a matter of a couple of test drives. They had the exact Pilot we were looking for. Lonnie and C.J. helped us out and jumped through a bunch of hoops to help us get financed and we drove home in our new Honda Pilot and absolutely could not be happier. They did a great job and worked hard for us and were helpful and great to work with through the whole process. The next time we buy another Honda, I guarantee it wil be from Stockton 12 Honda!

I called to schedule my regular oil change for my Honda and was talked into the 3 for $75 deal for oil changes. So I purchased 3 oil changes-of course pre-paid was mandatory. I used one oil change and then in May my car was totaled when I was rear ended in an accident. I took my daughter's Honda in to change the oil and asked to transfer my remaining two oil changes to her Honda. Devin, the service tech was so rude. He said I had to purchase a new Honda in order to transfer the remaining oil changes. When I told him I didn't have the money to spend $25,000 to redeem $50 for two oil changes he simply said, well that is your choice. I was so mad I asked for the manager's name. I then called Christy, the service manager and she basically told me I purchased the oil changes but they belonged to my 2010 Honda which was now totaled and parked at some junk yard by the insurance. Although my daughter's Honda was a 1998 and used cheaper oil, unless I purchased a new Honda I was out of luck. They couldn't refund my money either because the deal was made through an outside financial entity. So, here I was still working through the sting of an accident and all of the frustration of insurance companies and Stockton 12 telling me that even though I signed no contract explaining to me that the 3 oil changes I bought belonged to my car, not me and because some idiot rear ended me I lost the money and the oil changes. This is poor customer service and false advertising. There should be a huge disclaimer attached to their deal for oil changes, explaining all of the restrictions. Plus they need to train their service technicians in how to treat people who work hard for their money with respect. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. We will never give Stockton Honda another dime.

7/16/2014 ZERO if I could, I will never go there again. Made an appointment for a used car buyers inspection for the 16th for a 2013 Honda ridgeline. I asked what was included ie. do they check the frame for damage and ABS or electronic codes for the engine etc. The lady who made the appt for me said yes they check that. She said it is the same inspection we do when we buy a used vehicle or trade in. I also asked how long does it take for the inspection, I was told an hour and 1/2 to two hours. I thought great, they are thorough, and it sounded like a good expense of $111 dollars before I buy the car. I parked outside and walked in to the service bay and of the 7 people in there it took them a good few minutes of me standing there before anyone said "can I help you"? There are no signs of where to check in or who to talk to. The guy who checked me in finally was nice and wrote the vin and mileage down and put info into the computer. I asked him what was checked in the buyers inspection, he said all the stuff we check when we buy a car, so I asked specifically about the ABS and electronic codes and air bags and frame damage etc because there was a DRL light on the dash. I thought there was a problem because the Daytime Running Lights were not on. He said let me check if there are any recalls for that, he said no. I asked will they check that specifically and plug in to get the problem codes, he said yes. Having received the "yes, they will check that" answer I went to the waiting room. 25 min later, Randy calls me and says we are done. I thought that was fast, too fast. I walked out to the service area and the first thing they do is grab your credit card even before he would answer any questions. They push so fast to get you out of there Randy said everything passed, here are your keys and there is your car. I had to stop him and ask him if he checked the spare to see if the jack and lug wrench and such were there, he didn't know he had to look at the pass/fail sheet to see and said it doesn't look like we check that and he was gone. So i drive the 30 miles back to the dealers and notice the Running Lights are not on and the DRL light is still on the dash. I look over the pass/fail sheet and under TECHNICIAN: there is "no name on file". The section, Equipment: has exterior lights - PASS. I called to talk to Randy he said he would have to ask the tech who worked on it. Except there is no name on file. He called me back and said that if it was made in Canada VS the US then blah blah blah I don't even know where Roseville is, I said California. He said something like the tech honestly doesn't remember the DRL light on the dash. I said it is an exterior light and you put PASS on it except they are not working and I even told the check in guy about the DRL code before you saw it. He said you guys did electronic code check. I repeated myself saying it is not working and you put "PASS" on the sheet. I said I wonder what else "FAILED" that you "PASSED" because you obviously didn't check it. Then he got short with me and said that is not one of the things we check. I knew I was getting nowhere with him and they didn't do even the obvious visual checks even after I told them about it. They were not thorough, they were not honest, then they blew me off when I had proof that they didn't do what they said.

First off, Chuck and Steve are great! They were helpful and answered our questions about the Honda Odyssey. My wife wanted Navigation and so we went with the Touring model.After signing all the paperwork and waiting for our new van to arrive, we found out that Odysseys and Pilots were going missing from the depot/rail stations and the dealerships and the dealership didn't know where our can was at despite it being "In Transit"After a few more days waiting for the van, Steve went to Ogden and got us the same vehicle and drove it down for us. We just stopped by to look at the Honda Pilots with no intention of buying a car that day. Chris approached us, asking if he could help us find what we were looking for. He was extremely friendly, made us feel comfortable right away, and was really focused on what we needed from a new car. We decided to go for a test drive. Then had them look at our current car for trade in value, talked about the options with Ryan, whose was very knowledge and made it easy for us to decide to go ahead with the purchase that day. Then John was great in the finalization of our purchased. He explained everything to us clearly, talked about the extended warranty (which we purchased) and got us in and out as fast as he possible as it was very late. I had to come back two days later to drop off extra keys and stuff for my old car and was treated with the same great service. Even though they were helping other customers and getting ready to eat lunch, they stopped what they were doing to get me what I needed so I could be on my way. They invited me to the New Owners event on the 17th and said they would call and remind me. I really felt like everyone's focus was on making sure we were happy, that our needs were met with the purchase and the financing, and that we would walk away feeling good about our experience.Rachel & Karl Zager

We do not like the phony haggling about price and add-ons that usually accompanies the purchase of a car. Our experience at Stockton 12, based on a negotiated price by Costco, was very enjoyable. Our salesman was very patient, entirely knowledgeable about cars offered, and absolutely no pressure about the car or purchase of options.The customer outreach and follow-up is unbelievable. We were pleased to find the car we wanted and to bring it home with a minimum of hassle.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from them in 9 years. Brought in an alignment issue on a very low mileage 2013 CRV that easily could have been a factory issue. They offered nothing, blamed me for the problem and punted me. A discounted/free alignment or a break on new tires might have helped, but they stiff-armed a loyal customer and blew me off. AWFUL! My next vehicle will be a Toyota and it certainly will not be purchased from anyone affiliated with them.

The process started out fine usual car buying routine. Finally they found us a car they could put us in for what the banks would allow (so chuck says). So we are really trying to make sure this is something we want to do, we ask chuck if we could go to lunch and think/talk about a pretty important decision. He gives us a 100 reasons why we can't leave till we sign the deal. So after deliberating right infront of chuck starring us down we decide to sign the deal. Here comes the bouquet of roses the whole works, we are gonna be so happy with are purchase yada yada. Then BAMMM we are told that we won't be taking the vehicle today. It has to go through the shop for 120 point inspection and detailing, even after they make you sign a paper saying you will take delivery of the vehicle if a deal is made (funny how it don't work both ways right). So disappointed to say the least we plan to make the 2 hour trip back to SLC on Monday to get our new/used vehicle. So Chuck tells us to have insurance on the vehicle and a few more pieces of information on Monday when we come. Now we wait to go back and sign the contract where we were under the assumption is was going to cosign but never was asked to sign any contract. So fast forward 2 days my girlfriend takes off work early to make the now inconvenient 2 hour trip to SLC to get are new/used vehicle. We arrive shortly after 2:30p ask for Chuck he is paged a few minuets later Chuck approches us and says "oh hi I really wished you would have called your vehicle isn't ready" come to find out it hasn't darkened to door of there shop. Now Chuck tells us that they couldn't start work on the vehicle without the 2 pieces of info from us, when Saturday he told us as we were waiting to sign the contract that it was head to the shop asap. So I ask Chuck so your tell us that we took off work and drive 2 hours out of are way to not take home a vehicle? His answer "I'm afraid so cause the vehicle needs inspected detailed. So now we are post ready to squash the whole deal and walk out. My girlfriend and I discuss it and we tell Chuck you have till 6:00p to deliver the vehicle ready to go or we are squashing the deal. Mind you just a half hour ago he has taken or check for down payment. So off Chuck goes to see what he can get done, moments later he comes back all smiles saying " I just talked to the shop manager and he is doing me a favor and has rushed your vehicle into the shop". So as we discuss what we are going to do for the next 3 hours while the run over our vehicle Chuck returns and says "I have bad news they are going to need to order a part there is no way they can have it ready tonight". I say of course not like there has even been time enough to drive it from the lot to the shop door. We say fine we squash the deal give our check back, after 10 minuets of an argument as to why he can't give it back and a small scene on the showroom floor in front of God and everybody he final walked into the sales manager's office with an attitude and returned with the check. Needless to say we will not be back to Stockton 12 Honda.

These guys have there stuff on lock. Josh was easily one of the most friendly and most helpful salesman Ive dealt with and not to mention the most relaxed and in-the-zone. He made my first time buying a car a real memorable moment for me and i thoroughly enjoyed it. He helped make sure that what i was buying was not just what i wanted but what i NEEDED. He made sure i got the best deal and John, the finance guy, was sooooo helpful in personalizing coverage options while keeping my monthly payment right where i planned it to be and made the transaction go smoothly and quickly while also being incredibly thorough and friendly. I had a pleasant experience shopping at Stockton 12 Honda. I had already tried many vehicles before trying the Honda CR-V, so I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there. Our salesman got us into several cars to try out very quickly. He seemed to know what I wanted answers to as I was test driving the vehicles. We made an appointment to return on Thursday to lease our vehicle. We were treated with respect and they made every effort to provide us snacks or drinks while we waited for approval. We were invited back for an evening with the dealership to ask questions or receive any information that we needed as well as a bottle of touch up paint. I returned to the dealership one day when I was not sure what to do about a tire sensor. They got me taken care of within 5 minutes of arriving. I received reminders about servicing the vehicle before it was time to take it in. When I did require service, they made an appointment online with me. The morning I took my car in for the service work, it was done in a prompt manner and I was on my way.. The waiting area was comfortable and refreshments were available. It has been a really good experience for me so far.

Sales manager Craig was very rude. After waiting 1 hour, I went in the sales office for price and payment and was told "that's not how we do business". He then tossed my old car keys onto the counter rudely. Bought at ken garff instead:) I feel bad because Darren, our salesman was very nice to work with. We would have bought a car from him but Craig ruined our experience and we vowed to never go back.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and took my business to the dealer that I had originally purchased my car. Sadly a mutual agreement could not be met with this dealer. I was referred to Stockton 12 through a co-worker. I met with the sales manger Ryan Mayne and his associate Steven Corley. I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and most importantly...PATIENCE! They continued to work with my as far as pricing and other financial commitments. Finally, we were able to come to an affordable payment that met MY criteria. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my overall experience and would highly recommend to a friend, family or co-worker. Went to Stockton12Honda due to a great price quote I was given by Mat Richards. It was well below what any other dealer was offering for a 2013 Accord Coupe. When I arrived, Mat was not available, I was handed to another salesperson. About 10 minutes later, I was handed off again to another salesperson, Garrick. At the time, Garrick was an awesome salesperson. He tried to get me in & out as fast as possible (it was about 7:00PM at night when I started the transaction). The first "hiccup" happened when I was told I would get 0.9 percent for 72 months. I confirmed this with Garrick 2 times before agreeing to the price. When I went to Finance, John said this was not correct and would not flat out say what the finance rate through Honda Finance was. He asked me what the lowest rate I had found was, which was 2.74 percent at my credit union. He said Honda would "probably" match that and he would go ahead & process it for that rate. Like every other Larry H. Miller Dealership, the customer survey is discussed ad nauseam, and I was told repeatedly that any response other than "completely satisfied" would reflect against Garrick, and not the person I dealt with. After I took delivery of the car, I returned approximately a week later to have the tint put on. The service advisor I dealt with was rude and acted like I was putting him out. The worst part while I was waiting for my ride (a shuttle was not offered to me), I was called a derogatory word in the parking lot by another employee. After reviewing my paperwork and e-mails from Mat, I discovered I was not given the additional $500 off I was supposed to get by financing through Honda Finance. This was my fault; I definitely should not have bought a car that late at night when I was tired. My car must have also been close to the sprinklers; half of my hood has hard water stains. I attempted to call Garrick two times after purchase, but never received a call back. John also was not honest about the benefits of the key replacement program I purchased - so much so there would be no way I would ever recoup the amount of the protection plan. I sent cancellation letters to both the dealership and the company who sells the key program. Of course, both places claimed they never received the paperwork. I would not go to the dealership again, but I purchased the prepaid maintenance program and waited too long to cancel. It's not the worst dealership, but definitely not the best.

I had front seat belts that would not latch. When I called Stockton 12 I was told they were under warranty. I needed to have them inspected before the parts could be ordered. I was disappointed that I would have to make two trips, but Randy made it as painless as possible. They also called to inform me that the passenger airbag was recalled. Thanks for catching that so I didn't have to make another trip!

This is my second review. I did a review on the purchase of my Honda a couple of days after I bought it from Chuck Davis. Things were okay then and I was very please with working with Chuck. Now that I have had some issues come up my opinion has changed. Since JANUARY 6th I could get a timely response from John, if at all, in their financial dept, on anything, and when I have, I have found much conflict in what he tells me. I finally had to make a major complaint saying I was going to file a complaint with Honda and found out at that point that the financial transactions John was telling me were in process hadn't even been started because no one could find the paper I had signed. John told me he would meet with me that day but must have forgot he had that day off and his supervisor had me sign a blank form which somehow never got where it was supposed to. I initially talked with John on Jan 6th as we had agreed and nothing had been done as of Jan 24th until I got angry about the whole fiasco. Now I find that I am having to contact them again regarding being refunded tax I paid on different items. Their credit office sent a special check on Friday the 24th, after my complaint but only for the contract money I paid, not including the tax I paid on the contracts. . When I stated that I thought the tax I paid on the contract should be refunded John told me the tax I paid will not be refunded. His explanation being that "because of the time that has passed (3 weeks) the tax has already been paid to the state so it is too late for me to get it refunded". ????? Not so says the State Tax commission! I also have unanswered questions about an amount I paid in cash that was taxed. I would also like to say that if he had processed the refund on the 6th when I called no time would have passed. Each time I spoke with him I asked if he needed me to come out and sign anything. Each time he stated no, just next time I was in would be okay but he would take care of everything. After two weeks I called and ask him to send me a copy of what he had put through and he agreed. Of course I didn't receive it, because nothing had been done, and when I hadn't received it and called again I found out the above info about my signed papers being "lost"I recommend to people you wait a couple of weeks after buying a car from Stockton12 before doing a review as this one certainly overrides my first review. My purchase experience with Chuck Davis was great but I am a little disappointed that when I left him a message regarding some issues, after this conflict started. I have not received a call back from him.The other issue that was negative that was during the test drive with Chuck the warning kept going on that tire pressure was low. Chuck gave me the explanation that during such cold weather it is not uncommon for this to happen, to which I agree. I found out three days after I had bought the car that there was a large, arrow shaped rock embedded in the tire and it had been punctured. I found this out when on the third day the tire pressure light again started to come on and this happened for the next three days. After adding air three times I was told the third time that it was losing 10 pounds overnight. I called Chuck and told him, reminding him the light and warning went on during the test drive and it was not the weather, and asking that they give me a new tire, as I bought brand new car just a week ago. He checked with his supervisor who said no but they would pay for a repair if I wanted to bring it to them to be repaired. Being this was there before I bought the car, I thought I should have a new tire, as do my friends and family,and not a tire that has been damaged on my brand new car. It was a fairly good sized puncture.So, it has taken me over three weeks without return calls with accurate information from John, to get my refunded money in process. I still need to battle out the tax issue which is over $74 and possibly another $54, which was tax included in the $854 payment, and ask for an explanation on why my tax was calculated without including the $854 cash credited towards the down payment.Three weeks of this experience has been exhausting and overall had a very negative result on the entire purchase. I am appalled at the excuses and information John has given me. He has shown my no respect with all of his explanations that are so blatantly false.

We had a productive evening the Stockon 12 Honda. We knew we wanted a Honda but weren't sure we could fit or afford an Odyssey. Travis Iacanno (sp?) greeted us warmly and answered all of our questions. He was so effective in helping to buy out our Subaru lease, that we were convinced that the new technology and room in the Odyssey would meet our family's needs and wants. Ask for Travis and you won't be disappointed. The only thing we're adding is side door molding for the narrow parking lots in the world and the inconsiderate people that park next to you. This will be a people and dog mover and no more construction equipment or trailers on the back. We will want to keep this longer than our lease, for sure!! Nice "Gas and Go" warrantee! LOVE IT

The people that helped me were all polite, professional and easy to work with. Since I already knew what I wanted in a new vehicle, they focused on making sure that I got exactly what I wanted and then they did a nice job explaining how everything worked in the new car (VCR). In discussing my trade-in (2006 Honda Pilot) they asked me what I thought was a fair price for the vehicle. I gave them an estimate and the first offer they brought back seemed fair and I was satisfied. The whole process was painless and enjoyable. The people who helped me represented Stockton 12 very well.

I've had Jeff service my car and I've had Randy service my car and I have had great experiences working with both of them. They value your time and make quality recommendations. One time I thought something was wrong with my car and had Jeff look it over. He looked it over and could not find anything wrong with it. He did not charge me a dime since he couldn't find anything wrong and did NOT try to offer an unnecessary repair. The problem seemed to resolve itself and my Honda runs great. These guys are pros. I'm happy to have my Honda serviced through Stockton 12.

The Christmas season can be hectic and as a school teacher I was suffering with a cold. I wanted to take advantage of the seasonal sales, but needed a car that would meet my financial and family needs. I didn't have much time to spend in a sales room. Of all the Honda dealers, Stockton's internet service was the most up front, efficient and competitive. The internet manager answered all my questions promptly and assigned me an individual who met my personal needs without pressuring or patronizing me. As a single woman, I have purchased several cars and tend to be very educated and successful in buying quality for a good price. Stockton supported this. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly. My individual salesman even made sure that the settings of the car were set to my liking before I left so I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring things out. This was my easiest purchase yet. I left with a bouquet of roses. I'm excited about the service contract and hope that having the car serviced will be equally rewarding.

I was greated immediately on entering the premises and was afforded the opportunity to testdrive the vehicles of my choice. After the test drive, the sales person, Charles Davis, answered my questions, and gave me space to make my decision. He followed up regularly in the weeks that followed, answered all my additional questions promptly, but did not make a pest of himself.I would be happy to deal with Stockton12 Honda and with Charles, in the future. Purchasing a new car is a difficult business, not only with the huge choice out there, but also because of the cost involved. It's our second experience trying to buy a vehicle, for my husband and I. Upon our arrival to the Stockton Honda dealer, we we were greeted by a new sales representative (whose name I didn't capture). We had asked about an advertisement we had heard on the radio and were not provided with a yes or no answer. Instead, the sales representative told us that their superiors very often don't inform the sales representatives of special offers. I became upset after hearing that, but were willing to continue with the process since my husband is in need of a vehicle. After being asked many questions, the sales rep set out in search of a vehicle based on the information we provided to him. After about 15 minutes, the sales rep returns with another sales rep, Darren Hesson. We were asked the same questions all over again by Darren. He asked us for our home address which I didn't feel comfortable providing the first time I was asked. Finally, we were taken out into the lot to look at specific vehicles. After finding out that there weren't any vehicles within the prize range we provided, I felt as if we were being kicked-out of the dealer. We decided that we would expand our price range and drove a car that my husband liked. We made an offer and waited for about 30 minutes. Darren returned with a sheet containing the marked price on the vehicle, taxes, etc. We were never provided with an answer as to whether our offer was accepted or not. I later realized it was not because somehow we ended up increasing our offer. After waiting another 15 minutes, Darren returned with a form to authorize them to check our credit. Again, we weren't told if our offer had been accepted or not. Throughout these last two conversations, we were asked about our desired monthly payment. I didn't see the connection at this point since we were majorly interested in the total cost of the vehicle and not our monthly payments. I became really frustrated after looking at the credit check form because I felt like Darren was being rude in a professional matter. He wasn't answering our questions and didn't seem very interested in helping us at all. I came out of the dealership crying and frustrated because I couldn't believe that our questions were not being answered and that we were treated like we didn't matter. It was very disappointing. Very, very rude and unprofessional.

We have taken our Civic hybrid in to the service department 3 times since we moved to Utah - once for a recalled part replacement and twice for oil changes. Each time the staff has been friendly, professional and informative. They have presented us with our service options without pushing any service/repairs on us. Love the oil change package!

The sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles features and the differences between models. The test drive was the deciding factor in determining whether we went with Toyota or Honda. The Honda has better acceleration power that was noticeable when entering the freeway. Additionally the features on the base model of the Honda were comparable to the mid-level model of the Toyota.

We visited this dealer, Stockton 12 Honda, and were able to lease a 2014 Honda at about the same price per month as our older,2009 Focus we were driving. We really enjoy our new Honda. They were a very helpful Dealer to work with. They seem to care about doing a good job for the customer. I would recommend this dealer to buy or lease from if you are in this area. John C

Last week I was in Stockton 12 Honda. I had the best experience ever. I wasn't pushed at all. I was ecpected to be pushed to be pressured like in other dealer places that I had experience, but I had the most pleasant experience. I have asked what I am looking for. They listen to me and help me to find the vehicle that I was looking for. Thank you .Good customer service that they provide is pleasant . Great service from Management(Trevor Vaseleou) and Sales Consultant(Darren Hesson). Those two men help me to made the right decision. I even receive a bouquet of roses.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Stockton 12 Honda today. My salesperson was very nice at first and showed me a couple of vehicles that I was very interested in leasing (at least one vehicle and possibly both.) I have excellent (800+) credit and I was willing to pay a large down payment (up to $6000 cash.)However, when I asked how much it would be to lease the vehicles, I was told that I could not be given that information without signing a "commitment to buy" contract. I said that I could not would not sign a contract that committed me to buy a car without knowing how much it would cost per month. However, they told me that that couldn't give me numbers until I signed the paperwork stating that I would purchase the vehicles. Is this how car dealerships do business these days? How can I commit to purchase something before I know how much it will cost? I left the dealership very confused. I am hopeful that their competitors don't do business like this.

We recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Stockton 12 Honda. This transaction represented our initial exposure to Stockton 12and it was a most pleasant experience. Stockton 12 had the car we wanted in stock. The dealership was more than fair in valuing ourtrade-in, and the sales representative, Matt Wisdom, was friendly, knowledgeable about the product he was selling, and more than willingto "go the extra mile" to make certain that we were absolutely satisfied with every aspect of our transaction. The follow-up contacts with thedealership, including the new car owner dinner and question and answer session to which we were invited, again proved unexpectedlypleasant and informative. We would have absolutely NO hesitation in going back to Stockton 12 for our next car or recommendingStockton 12 to our friends and family.

The only place I can trust in the valley which is a good thing.I'm sure everybody hates finding someone to fix their car as you are putting money in something that should just work. You can never really tell the difference when recommended replacement/service (belts, hoses, fluids etc) is done on a car. I bring all 6 of my cars here and only 1 car is a Honda. I know I won't be up-sold something that the cars don't need and I know the price will be fair. I fully trust when they recommend a service because I know there is a reason. The manager (Christie) has a great team under her as Devin and Randy have always taken care of me. I could probably write a book detailing all of my great experiences at the service department. Bottom line is I feel the service department at Stockton 12 goes above and beyond what I expect. I've been a regular customer for over 6 years.I'm a very picky person and rarely write reviews but this review is long overdue.

I went in with my son who had just graduated from college. Honda has a great college graduate program and Travis was kind enough to explain how it worked. We drove both new and used Civics. After also test driving a Toyota Corolla and a Nissan Sentra, he decided on the Honda Civic. It was a great overall experience and Travis and Steve were great to work with.

Worst auto service experience in my life. Steer clear of this place. It all started a little over a year ago, in April of 2012. My Honda Civic was lacking engine power, so I took it to Stockton Honda only because it's closest to my home in Herriman. Stockton Honda service told me that I needed the catalytic converter replaced for a total cost of $1,600. Believing that "you get what you pay for" I payed the full amount, trusting a dealership over a local mechanic. Fast forward to July 2013 and 22,000 miles later. Same problem as a year ago, and Stockton Honda now wants me to buy another Catalyitic Converter. Rick (the service representative on site) told me that he believes that my catalytic converter went bad due to "the recent addition of ethanol" to fuel pumps around the state. Obviously that didn't go over with me very well since our family has never had a catalytic converter issue with any vehicles during my lifetime, and my last Honda had over $300,000 miles without any catalytic converter issue. I ended up requesting to speak with the service department manager (I believe her name is Christie). Christie told me that her hands were tied, and that she would ask the regional service manager if Stockton Honda could replace my catalytic converter, but that he was out for the 4th of July week (understandable). Well I heard back from Christie today, and was told that the regional manager said that my catalytic converter was likely bad due to "the use of low octane fuel," and that there was nothing Stockton Honda could do. I thanked her for at least speaking to her manager about the situation. So the moral of the story here folks is that:1. Stockton Honda won't stand by their work for a major repair that i've had a little over a year.2. Stockton Honda (and their regional service manager) knows what kind of gas i'm putting in my honda (low octane). He must be a professional psychic, watching me at all times.3. Stockton Honda doesn't care about my business, nor realize the "big picture" of customer service. 4. Stockton Honda has therefore lost my business.5. I've never had a bad experience at other Honda service locations. I still believe in the Honda brand. = stay away from Stockton 12 Honda.Thank you Stockton Honda for the worst service experience of my life.Truly Yours,-The lowly customer (who obviously is using low-octane fuel).

I felt like the sales team was too pushy but yet there to answer questions quickly. We had a good selection of colors to choose from in the CRV. Alex was knowledgeable with the cars features and options available. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership in the future.

Contacted Quince to get a lease quote for an Accord 2013 to renew my 2010 Accord lease. He never called me back or answered my phone calls.Then I contacted the online web service. The person online told me he did have authority to quote. Then the Web Sales Manager contacted me by email telling me that I have to go to the dealer in order to get a quote. So what a Web Sales Manager does? I am a current Honda client with 2 leases from Honda. They have all my information and credit history to quote.Long story short, I am getting rid of the Accord and leasing a BMW 3 series for less $$, dealing with the dealer by phone or email.

I would recommend Garrick at Stockton 12 Honda. He was honest fair and really listened to my questions. With the amount of information that is available on the web these days it's really easy to tell when your get an honest response. Garrick as straight forward a salesmen I have talked to. If your looking for a Honda at least stop in and talk with them.

Do not use this dealership! Go somewhere else! These people sit and watch for vulnerable customers and love to take advantage of them! Charging outrageous fees for warranties without explaining what they are doing, then approving applications, then taking them away. Selling cars without the full history of the car being disclosed even when asked. BS work and people here. Total sharks.

Crooks that exploit vulnerable customers. They took advantage of my 62 year widowed mother. She went through USAA car purchasing service to get a no dicker pre-negotiated price. It was supposed to be a no hassle internet sale with only taxes and registration fees added to the price. USAA sent her a certificate to take to a local dealer to pick out the car. Stockton12 told her they would take the certificate and then they placed her in a room and made her feel like she could not leave until she had signed for a number of additional items, services, and warrantees that added more than two thousand additional dollars to the cost of the car. They did not let her see the contract to see the final price until after she had left the building. She arrived for her appointment with them at 5:15 PM and she did not leave until 9:30. The finance manager that applied the high pressure tactics was named Tom. She had decided before coming to the dealership that she would decline the extended warranty but Tom kept arguing with her until she signed for it. He also applied high pressure tactics to get her to sign for the other items he was hocking .The salesman Mark Harmon was pleasant and helpful when my mother was looking at the car but must have known what he was sending her into when she went into the room with Tom. They are both smarmy creeps. My mother was upset about the charges and asked to cancel them the week after the sale. They did refund the charges for the extended warranty and the prepaid oil changes but would not give a refund for other items. This is the first time my mother has purchased a new car in 14 years. She was afraid that she would be taken advantage of by car salesman so she purchased the car through USAA on the internet so she would not be subjected to high pressure tactics. Even so, Tom and Mark still managed to turn the purchase into an awful experience. Please take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2013 Pilot from Stockton 12. I worked with the internet sales team prior to traveling to the dealership. The price that we negotiated prior to my visit was the same as the price that I paid when I arrived. They did try to throw in a few extra charges (Anti-theft coverage, etc.) when they showed me the purchase agreement, but removed those charges when I told them that I would not pay for any extras. Overall, the experience was very good and I got a great price for my new Pilot.

We drove to Sandy, drove the car, got a great discount thru USNews, and signed the lease agreement. Matt was available, set everything up and took care of us. It was almost too easy. Thanks.

Upon arrival, Quin was readily available to assist me. I told him the necessities and price of vehicle I was looking for. He took me right to the car I ended up purchasing. I have been looking at other dealerships, test drove several other cars, but Quinn had it right the first time, keeping the vehicle in the price range I had suggested instead of trying to get me into a car beyond my means. The paperwork, financing, etc was painless and the process went quickly. Quinn respected my wishes not to have my credit pulled up until I was ready, which was important to me at the time. I felt Quinn listened to my needs, as I was looking for a vehicle that suited my lifestyle and budget.

We saw the exact vehicle we were looking for (color,options) online for an incredible price. We checked at a closer dealership and they could not believe the price that was listed and had a slightly used identical vehicle in stock but would not match the price even on a used car! We went in for a quick test drive--thinking that the price or mileage must be a mistake. We were delighted to find that it was indeed a brand new vehicle and were equally pleased that the salesman was shocked by the online price as well, but did not question giving it to us for that price. He even accomodated our need to leave and come back to finish the transaction in a considerate and friendly manner. We are very happy.Thank You.

It took me 7 months of searching, test driving, and researching before I found the car that I wanted. In all my experiences I had the chance to meet a wide variety of car salesman and dealers and I would say that by a landslide my experience with Matt at Stockton 12 was the best. I appreciated the great service, the kindness and attentive detail I experienced during the time I spent test driving and purchasing my car. Matt is the kind of person I would send friends and family to see to get taken care of when buying a car. The Stockton 12 staff was all friendly, accommodating and very helpful throughout the entire process!

negotiated a deal for 443 a month for 60 months. after asking to add the extended warranty and gap insurance they suddenly were able to make the loan 72 months. The extended warranty and gap were only 2200$, so an additional year of 443$ would have been 5316$, 3116$ more. Then the "bank" said only 66Months for 460$ a month. I told them too much a month and then they said well we can do it for the 443$ amount. I said no, obviously I am not getting the best deal. They snuck in additional fees and other items. I told them keep the car and they wanted to cut an even better deal. Then the sales manager came out and said it was my fault i didnt give him all the information or accurate information or whatever. Buy from here and get the lowest price and best deal these are shyster b*tches!

My mom, aunt, grandma, and I came down to Stockton 12 Honda just to look at the Honda Civics. I wasn't sure I was going to buy a car. However, Darren did a fine job selling me a 2012 Honda Civic EX (a model upgrade from the LX I was planning on buying). It was a great experience and I would recommend Stockton 12 to anyone. I felt at ease after purchasing the car and everyone was friendly.

Derron was pleasant and courteous the entire visit. We came in to buy a used car and when we couldn't find exactly what our son was looking for we were headed out the door to continue shopping. Even when we were leaving Derron was professional and pleasant. We were stopped at the door by the bouncer who suggested we take a look at leasing and so Derron bravely drove another car with our son and it only took the 2012 Civic and the right monthly payment to seal the deal. He is a very nice man and we liked working with him.

We came into the dealer and were immediately helped and shown exactly the cars we were looking at. He was very thorough in showing us all our options with the Civic models versus the Accord models and specifically with our concern of gas mileage on the 4 cylinder versus 6 cylinder.He was fast and efficient and attended to our needs and not what he wanted to sell. That was a first for us.

Worked for a full week via email to nail down all details, esp color. Once we got to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip from home) we got the stereotypical bait and switch. the car we were promised would be waiting for us was not even available. the real unfortunate thing is that no one even bothered to apologize to us for our wasted time and effort. Id recommend you go elsewhereUPDATE:Sometimes you have to stand up for yourself as a a consumer, especially when running into the same old auto dealership stereotypes. Im glad I did via this posting and social media, but I will say that I genuinely appreciate the phone calls that came from the Stockton 12 management. I think they were sincerely sorry and hoped to remedy the situation.

This was the best experience I have had when buying a new car. I had some contact with Mat Wisdom but had decided to wait until the 2013's were out and then look at the Fusion, Honda, and Altima as they were all new.Mat called me and said he could really give me a great deal on the 2012 Accord. I was interested and went to see him. Everything went well and we concluded the purchase in a couple of days. It was a good experience and I am pleased with the Accord.

Devin Butters was especially helpful in the Servicing Department. We would feel confident in recommending Stockton 12 Honda to anyone. I went to your store to ask questions and check out used SUV's. Travis greated me and after looking at the SUV's I told him I wanted to know more about the Pilot. There was only two on the lot a new basic model and a 2004 with high miles. I told Travis that my in search for Pilots I had only found older models with high milage. Travis told me that Honda is having some very good incentives on new cars. He showed me around a Ridgeline tha tinterested me. Ihad to leave but brought my wife to the lot on SUnday where we whouldn't be bothered by pushy salesman. She was abviously interested in the new Pilot. On Monday I returned and was greatede by Greg. (Travis was off) Greg was friendly and refreshingly not pushy of assertive. I traded in two vehicles and together with Mr. Tuft the sales manager we arrived at a fair deal on a new Pilot that had just been delivered. The whole experience was refreshingly friendly and I felt that your employees worked as hard at making the deal as I did and thqat we all worked together. I have told several of my friends about the positive experience we had and I will continue to tell anyone else who talks about buying a car. Thank You

I was greeted immediately and paired with Quin as I had requested. He sold my husband and I a CRV a year earlier. Quin listened and was able to obtain the exact Pilot that I wanted. There were a few things that needed to be done on the Pilot before I took it home and Devon was maticulious in taking care of them (just as he is every time I take one of my cars in to be serviced). Robert Henrie did the finance paper work and we had delt with him before as well. He was wonderful! I was pleased with the final price and the way everyone worked together to ensure I had everything I needed and wanted. This is the 4th or 5th Honda we have purchased from this dealership and we intend to keep doing our business with them. I tell my friends and family about them all the time. It was great to work with Kel in buying our new pilot. He answered all of our questions well and helped me understand how to use the nav/dvd system. My husband was a little wary as we first were leaning toward the touring pilot. He thought it would be cheaper to just put a nav/dvd system in. Kel was very informative in how much a system would be to install ext. and told us the pros and cons of each system. We ended up going with the touring because of all the system does. It is a vey nice car and I love it. Kel was very helpful in resolving all of our concerns. I would be happy to refer anyone to him or this dealership. Thanks for all of the time spent with us! We were met by two very friendly employees of your dealership. We had bought our previous three cars and the last one, which we traded in, was an exceptional vehicle. The only thing we would like, would be a little longer warranty. The present warranty, if I understand the paperwork, is for 3 years, 35000 miles. We would have liked a 5 year 50,000 miles warranty, the same warranty we had on the Honda Element that we traded in. We must say that we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Everyone from my salesman, to the finance guy, to the sales manager were great. Everyone was very friendly and very capable. All of my questions were answered with efficency and confidence in the dealership and the product. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The saleman was available immediately and began assessing my needs, wants and concerns. At no time did I feel pressured to do or say anything. I felt great as I left the dealership with my new car knowing that the dealership and all of it's employee's are there now and will be in the future to assist me with any automotive service needs or repairs. It was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had due to your great staff. I really love the car and would recommend the car and your dealership to everyone.

Our family had visited other Honda dealerships in the valley and had unpleasant experiences shopping for our new Honda Pilot. We felt that many of these other prominent dealerships treated us in the stereotypical "used car" sales fashion (high pressure, gimmicks, etc.). We initially visited the Stockton 12 dealership because their inventory selection of vehicles was better than other dealerships in the valley, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. I'm 64 years old and have purchased many cars over the years. This has been the best experience in making a car purchase ever! Terry was excellent. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgable on the Honda Pilot. He gave us the grand tour of the Stockton dealership including where to bring our Pilot in for future service. Everyone we were introduced to was very friendly and helpful.

My favorite part about working with Shane and his team at Stockton 12 Honda was the atmosphere. I can't name all of the people we delt with because there were no less thn 10 of them. Everyone was friendly, sincere, and made my wife and I feel right at home. I shopped around for months beforehand so I know we got a great price. They made me feel like I was important. David provided important insights on what kind of car to choose from those varieties based upon my needs. I would have loved to know who would be qualified for the deal the dealer had advertised online. I ended up paying a lot of money because they told me I was not qualified. Had I known the requirements, I would have never gone there the first thing. Anyways, I ended up buying just to build up my credit so that I wouldn't be disappointed next time.

The service and friendliness we received was second to none. Mat was very knowledgable and willing to help in any way he could and answer any questions we had. The entire sales team did whatever they could to make us feel welcome and un-pressured and also worked with us to reach a sales agreeement that we believe was fair to both parties. I was impressed by Stockton to Malone Honda's friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I spent quite a bit of time looking at Toyoya Corolla and Hyundai Elantra. The salesman offered me a snack and a softdrink. None of the other dealerships did anything like that. That certainly adds more value to customer service. The new vehicle pricing was was fair and I was given an adequate amount on the vehicle I traded in. I WILL recommend Stockton to Malone Honda to my friends.

As I mentioned in the last survey, we had a great experience working with Quin. He was very helpful in only showing us what we were interested in and what we could afford. He was also helpful in getting the payment where we needed it to be. We couldn't be more happy with his service and also the service of the man in finance (sorry, I forgot his name). I had a question about getting something added to the back of the CRV to protect the paint from my dog jumping in and out when Quin called me yesterday to check in with us and Quin was very quick to let me know he would figure out what kind of price and discount he could get for us. We had a great time working with Quin and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him and refer him to friends and family.

Our experience was FANTASTIC! Our salesmen were not pushy, they were very good listeners and tried, then achieved everything we asked for. We had some bumps in the road - for instance when we tried to test drive some of the cars 2 of them had dead batteries and one was out of gas. They were very professional and handled the situation eloquently. We were shopping with a 3 year old who has lots of energy and doesn't sit still very well - they helped entertain him, get snacks, etc. Overall, it was just a great experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

This was such a pleasure that I never really felt the apprehension that I have always been plagued with during my 50 years of doing business with dealerships. Bruce was excellent, acting just like he was more interested in making and keeping me happy than in selling another vehicle. Tom was very friendly and well organized. The financial portion was flawless and smooth. I have dealt with Christie for years in the service department. She is an outstanding employee, friendly, extremely helpful and knows more about Honda vehicles than the guys who designed them. In addition, she is just a very, very nice person. I hate to lose her as my personal service advisor, but if you do not promote her to department head, you are going to make a huge mistake. She will remake the service department into her own image, and this will be very good for the customers and the dealership. She brooks no errors or maltreatment on the part of anyone. I would suggest that you assign Bruce to evaluate the entire sales force and anyone who does not meet his standards goes out the door. All of this from a retired plant manager with years of experience with people in sensitive and not so sensitive positions. This is our fourth car from STM, and every time we have found that the sales people are very friendly and they know all the details and the features of the vehicles we decided to purchase.This time, Quinn was so helpful and patient with our questions. He has followed up with us several times to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Each time we have been comfortable with the finance manager, and this time was no exception. In fact, Tom was the best and most efficient finance manager yet. He was thorough in his explanations and answered all our questions.Monica, the customer service manager, is an incredibly talented person who resolved an issue with our payoff to Honda. This dealership is pushy ...Glenn was all right, I guess but after 3 hours when I got up to leave he insisted it would only be another 30-45 minutes. It was almost 2 more hours. I don't like night driving, the days are short at this time of year, and I had an hour drive to get home and it got later and later.(I did eventually have to drive in the dark for half the trip).In addition I was lied to about how much the CRV can pull: the general manager told me 3500 and it is really 1500...I was about to purchase a Subaru Outback and that really can pull 3000 so would have been a factor had I been told the truth.I did buy a new crv, I guess the price was ok, nothing great as I was underpaid for my trade in, (imo) but I'd never recommend StoM as a place to do business. I pray that the car is as good as my Honda Odyssey as I keep cars at least 10 years. I asked Glenn about the light going on when I open the door as figuring out how to do that on Hondas has been a problem for me and he said just turn the light on, which was wrong...if I do that the light stays on so I have to turn it off but I know there is a way to have lights go on when you open the door and he should have answered that question correctly (I still don't know how but will eventually figure it out).Right now one of the "idiot lights" is not going off so I may have to go back for service on that...one day old...yuck

The staff (John, Kel, and Tom) are very respectful and accommodating during and after the transaction. Although it took 4 hours of hard negotiation, John was able to keep his highest level of professional attitude wherein me and my wife still felt very comfortable. We ended up with a great CRV with a "good" price because some of the accessories I would like to have didn't came through with the price I wanted, but the APR that Tom was able to get was excellent. Please continue with your professionalism and I will definitely recommend your dealership.

I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot about vehicle maintenance. But Devin did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done in order to repair the brakes. He helped me understand what was wrong, and helped me feel better about the service that needed to be done to fix the problem. Devin was the reason my experience went from something that had the potential to being bad to being a good experience.

I was able to purchase a 2010 CRV-EX on Sept. 17, 2010 at Stockton to Malone. I went through internet manager John Chuidian. Being able to get a quote first from the internet worked great for me. I was able to then meet with John C. and he was able to answer all my questions about the CRV-EX. He took great care of me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He got me the pricing I wanted and I was able to get the financing that was pleasing to me. I can't say enough how much I love my new CRV and it's become quite popular at work and I've made sure everyone knows where I purchased it and with which salesperson. John C. has followed up with me even after the sale to make sure I was still happy with my purchase which has meant a lot to me. If you had a "6 Excellent" choice I would give John C. all sixes. It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the clutch slipping and yet when my husband brought the car in they said it indeed needed to be replaced. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time.

I live in Lehi so coming up to Sandi is a little out of the way, but I've always felt it was worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. The wait is never too long and my kids love the complimentary popcorn and kid area. I appreciate the service technicians paying attention to other problems and making me aware of these issues along with offering suggestions on fixes.

Lara searched on line on the USAA website. We also had some service done at the dealership for our CRV. We had narrowed our search to an Odyssey and Sienna and test drove both. My wife and I were very impressed with Jim Gibbs knowledge of Honda vehicles, the competition and specifically the Odyssey. He was very honest and provided a ton of information about our car and why Honda did or didn't do things and how it compared to the Sienna. We wanted a dependable, functional and safe vehicle for our family and knew the Honda was the best choice. I am totally satisfied with the service I get when I enter your dealership. I bought my car from Stocton and Malone and have done all of my service there since 2007. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and am recognized by three of the different service department people and feel like we have a good relationship with each other. They all go out of their way to listen to my concerns and to get me the best possible pricing. I also know and enjoy 3 of the shuttle drivers the last one being Tony.I have even been surprised by a couple of car washes at the completion of my service which was a very nice suprise.

2 weeks after buying our F350 we had mechanical trouble - on our way out of town, on a holiday weekend, for a family vacation. We contacted the dealership, had the truck towed in and the promise of a rental to enable us to finish the vacation. Approx. 2.5 weeks later we picked up the truck after the repairs, hooked up the camper and took the truck for a test drive. The truck started overheating when we would reach a hill (i.e. I15 at point of the mountain). Returned it to the dealership and had it back within a day. Through all of this we have been treated with courtesy and everyone has been very responsive. It's a situation that could have created a feeling tension or defensiveness, but did not. At no time did we feel a lack of support or lack of concern for the situation we were in.

I'm not competent to rate the quality of the technician's work, so I checked N/A. The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing manner. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally.I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service.

One of the service workers gave me his card and told me that I could call him for any services and he would take care of me. I really like this dealership and I would not go to any others.Every employee treated us very well and they were all very friendly! My husband and I went to the Stockton to Malone Honda dealership back in February while we were in Utah looking for houses (we moved here from Florida just a few days ago). While there, we met Alex Schneider who was beyond helpful, and very nice! He wasn't pushy at all and we instantly liked him. Therefore, we kept his card until we moved here and went back to Stockton-Malone Honda last week because of the positive experience we had already had with Alex.While there on Monday, we met John Chuidian, who was also extremely nice, energetic, and FULL of knowledge. I think he knows the Honda Pilot better than Mr. Honda, himself :) Seriously, though, he did a great job, was extremely thorough and helped answer all of our questions, and even questions we didn't know that we had. Then, when we made the decision to enter into a lease on the Pilot, they were both very helpful and made the LONG process well worth it.Overall, we have had a great experience with the dealership and would definitely return. These were the two nicest, and in our opinion, best, salesmen we have ever worked with.

We had an excellent experience with Stockton to Malone Honda. We were there for a few hours negotiating on a price. They were patient and bent over backwards to make sure we got a deal we could afford and the vehicle we really wanted. They gave us options and really explained all the choices to us. We bought a new Odyssey and we found a little scratch on the front. They came to us, brought us a rental car and took our van in to get fixed by someone who specializes in this. When we went to pick it up you couldn't tell where the scratch was and they had refilled the tank of gas. We have had numerous phone calls making sure everything is going great and answering questions we have had. We will for sure buy our next vehicle here. They are really taking care of us.

Had to return car after two weeks and stockton to malone honda breaking the contract, when we returned car they wouldnt return our down payment and want 500 dollars for mileage, deatiling and restocking fee! Car was still spotless when we took it back it hardly needed any detailing. and it was thier fault we should not have to pay a restocking fee let alone for any miles!

About 15 days after purchase I noticed that my used 2003 Odyssey wipers would not run continusely. I feel I got a California spiff job to pass safety. I took it to my mechanic to find the real cause. My wiper motor was shot. He indicated that it was extreamly unlikely it was working in the last month. The service department wanted $95.00 for a diagnostic since my machnic wasn't Honda certified. It took me an hour and 5 people to get them to cover it for no charge and to replace the motor as covered under my warranty. The service manager said it would be done by about 5pm. Since I hadn't heard anything from them and they closed at 5pm I called at 4:30 and was told it would take an extra day. When I indicated that I was told 5pm and it would have been nice to recieve a call letting me know the time would be longer, the lady told me the service manager had said hopefully it will be done about 5, but he was thinking it would be longer. So aparently I was to read his mind and know it would take 2 days. When I told her that for the future it would be nice to make sure the customer understood the time frame and a update call would be nice, she got sarcastic and said "Thanks, I'll put that in my notes."The customer interface is terrible. I was given the run-around, and the only reason I was taken care of was I refused to take no for an answer. The people were rude, and cared nothing for the customer experiance. I plan on taking it to my machnic after to ensure the work was done and done correctly. Also I would not buy a car from them again.

The service has been the worst I have ever experienced. They never call back, or give you any status on your car. We had our seats cleaned but instead of them actually cleaning them they sprayed this white crap all over the back of the car, and didn't have "time" to clean the mess so we are stuck dragging it back out there so they can clean what they cleaned already.

I would not come back to this dealership not would I recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a 2008 Accord there in May, everything was going goodexcept when we met up with the finance guy. He was rude and pushy. He was trying to add $500 extra on top of the car and when I noticed the $500 and demanded an explaination, he got real frontational stated that he did have time for me. I had to get his manager involved and spent another hour there to rewrite the paparework. Five months later, the brakes on my car is squeaky and they blame on my driving condition. The bottomline is that this place sucks and they are extremely rude when it comes to warranty work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Very Poor Customer Service. Their sales tactics are very manipulative and belittling and full of false promises about trade in values, interest rates, etc. When I purchased my car they told me they would have the gas tank filled and have my car detailed, but when I picked it up there was less than a gallon of gas in the car and the inside had sunflower seed shells all over and I could write my name in the dust on the dashboard. I wrote a letter and called about my unplesant experience and they never responded. Once they got my money, they stopped I was no longer important. My father, boss and brother all had negative experiences here as well but were smarter and bought their cars from another dealership. I wish I would have done the same.

We went to buy a Honda Fit 2008. After 3 hours of negotiation, with repeated shameful tactics like "we have to make money too" and "why can't you just accept you want too much" we agreed to a price on a base model--no extras-- to be delivered the next day. All that and we were willing to pay sticker price!! They kept adding extra fees to the sticker price once we were in the office!!! We paid a deposit and didd all the paperwork. But, the next day, they called to tell us that they would only sell us our car now for $2500 more due to fancy wheels they had put on the car. We demanded to know where was the car we had paid for and agreed to. And they acted like we had stabbed them in the back for not paying for the extras that were added and we were being unreasonable!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

The experience with the sales department was fine. I felt like we agreed on a fair price, and they worked hard to get the color I wanted. However, everything went downhill from there. During the financing portion of the transaction, the finance guy did his best to sell me on an extended warranty. In the process of considering whether or not to buy the warranty, I asked if I would be required to purchase all of the dealerships recommended services to avoid voiding the warranty. His respose was that not only was it not required, but was included within the scope of the warranty, so those services would be paid for. That seemed a little odd to me, so I asked again, and he assured me that it was all covered - "you'd be good to go". Based on his responses, we agreed to purchase the extended warranty, and were excited about not having to pay for the expensive recommended services every time we took the car in for an oil change. Later in the week, we had occasion to go by the Stockton to Malone service department, and as my wife was waiting she spoke with a service department worker who informed her that the recommended maintenance was not included in the warranty, and also confirmed that if we don't follow the recommended services, the warranty would be voided - as we had initially suspected. Obviously I was upset, so I went back to the person who sold me the warranty, and explained what I had found out. He claimed that it was a misunderstanding, and he had no idea that the recommended services even existed. He thought all you had to do was change the oil. He had been with the company for 5 year and I had a hard time believing that he didn't know about the recomended services, so I went to the manager and explained the situation. He also claimed that he didn't know that there was a recommended service plan, and then proceeded to tell me that the service department has to make money too, which they do through the recommended service plans. Once again I found it difficult to believe that he didn't know about the recommended services since the prices of each of the recommended services are displayed in big letters when you first walk into the service department. The bottom line that I wanted to know was what was required for me to do to avoid voiding the warranty. They were not able to explain, and agreed to contact the service department to figure it out. After that, I gave up on the extended warranty, and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't refund the money on the spot, but would send a request to the warranty company who would issue the refund. 2 weeks later, I received a check in the mail from Stockton to Malone for the amount of the warranty less the sales tax. I'm in the process now of trying to collect a refund of the sales tax (approximately $100) but the person who sold me the warranty will not return my calls. I've left 3 messages over the past 3 days. I will not return to this dealership.

After negotiating a firm deal (including manager approval) over the phone---and reconfirming the offer before making an appointment to buy later that night -- this dealership reneged once they got me into the showroom. During the process of breaking their word, they were rude and conniving displaying all the worst failings that plague the car buying experience. If only Karl and John knew how their good name is being besmirched. Potential buyers beware.

I bought a new 2006 Honda Accord from Stockton to Malone in June of this year. Shortly after purchasing the car, I noticed damage to the finish of the vehicle. It is now 4 months later, and the damage is still there. The dealership has worked on it for a total of 5 weeks, and it isn't repaired. They have refused to offer me a rebate on my original purchase price or allow me to trade for another vehicle. I did not get what I paid for and feel totally ripped off! Stay away from Stockton to Malone Honda!

My experience was not positive. The salesman I worked with was very nice. His sales manager, however was extremely "high pressure". After I told him what I wanted to pay for a new CR-V he showed me the invoice, wrote my offer price on the form and asked me to sign it.I was also very annoyed at the constant question "Is there any reason why you wouldn't give us a perfect service rating?"My last complaint was that after we had agreed on a price I came to find that the prices for a few of the "extras" were added to the agreed price. So be careful to look closely at what is included in the final bill.

Ben Huntsman is by far the best car salesman I've EVER met. We told him what we were looking for (a particular year and model of a used car), and he only showed us what we wanted--we weren't pressured in any way to purchase something else. We left to look at other dealerships, and when we came back, he showed us a car that had just come it that was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, it had just sold over the phone, so he tried to make things right and gave us a great price on the car we bought--no haggling.<br><br>Ben talked straight with us (hard to find in car dealers!) with no pressure at all. Plus, he totally made us feel like he was working for US, not the dealership.<br><br>The dealership itself was so down-to-earth and friendly. The service department there is wonderful as well. Highly recommended!
