Overall had a very positive experience during my purchase. I had concluded my research a few nights prior to my purchase and immediately knew that the Hyundai Accent was the automobile for me. I was picked up from the Bart station by Burt early on the day of my purchase, and was driven to the dealership, not many dealerships would do this for a perspective buyer. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Moe and Andre, both of these gentlemen greeted me with professionalism and ensured my experience was a positive one. Finance Manger James, expedited the finance process, fast talker and very knowledgeable. All in all 10 our of 10 ranking from me to Stockton Hyundai !

I have hard a few "1st's" at this dealership, 1) having them renegotiate a signed sales contract five days later as they could not deliver what they promised, like that is my problem! But it is, as CA state laws state that I, as buyer, cannot return car or void sale, but as seller they have an undefined amount of time to renegotiate or cancel as signed sales agreement. Is this a Fair Play Market? I do not think so. 2) had to bring a car in for service a week after buying for seat belt repair, never had to do anything like that before on a new car. 3) They kept my new car in the shop for 6 days! I have never had to have a car overnight in a shop 4) Work schedule to be completed on Thursday was not completed until the following Monday, causing me to not have my car for another day. 5) They never called rental car company to confirm my 1 day rental was in fact a 6 day rental by time I returned it. Yet again, causing me to waste more time and another example of them not doing what they said they would. 6) And to top it all off, I am here giving a 2nd review as my first one was denied from lack or having 25 words, I call BS as I carefully counted the words and reference the previous section where I gave a lengthy reply and they are just making sure negative reviews never make it to the internet. So here I am wasting more time, as I have never had a survey reply of; "thanks but sorry we have deleted your review!" Really! Manipulation of customer content in order to mislead people when reading online reviews. 7) gave them 2 stars, as I did get a good price, but at this time I have to ask myself if it was worth it. I have several more years of maintenance at this shop, will cross my fingers that their customer service improves.

I've been very happy with the service I've received and will continue to do business there. One particular moment stands out best, it was my test drive in the Genesis ultimate package!! Brian was totally fine with me ripping down the freeway (legal speeds of course) I instantly feel in love with the sports car! Hyundai of Stockton is such a great place, the best buying experience of my life, I needed a new car, for a very long time, and kept putting it off because I was dreading the whole car buying experience, the "hours" it takes. I am so glad that we chose Hyundai of Stockton, from the very start it was a great experience. We were greeted promptly and courteously, told the salesman whom we had made an appointment with, and he quickly let Carlos know that we were there. We started out test driving the Elantra, very nice car, but I have grandchildren (car seats) , so after that my Husband asked if there were any 2016 Tucsons? Carlos promptly showed us the Tucsons available, withina 45 mminutes, we were shaking hands on the final deal. I couldn't be Happier, the Tucson is the best car I have ever owned. Usually a car that size has a lot of road noise, but not the Tucson, it literally feels like , what I imagine riding on a cloud would feel like.

My wife is very happy with the new Tucson. Drives great with many comforts. She feels safer in this car then her Ford pickup. Smooth ride and provides excellent safety benefits. Just need to figure out how to sign up to blue link. Very difficult to set up passwords etc. I still have not been able to sign up for blue link with my one year old Sonata, even with phone calls.

I was a first time car buyer, and Andrew made the stress of picking out the right car for me go away. Once we took a test drive in the car and Andrew was talking about all the great features I knew I had to have it. When inside working on a loan Andrew kept things very professional and when I got approved I got to ring this gaint bell. I thought that was a great little touch. When I got to the man I did all my paperwork singing with (I forget his name but I know he's Italian) he made everything so simple! He pointed out everything that was printed on the papers I was signing and I didn't feel like they were trying to hide anything from me. I couldn't imagine a better first time car buying experience.

Stockton Hyundai is seriously the place to buy people! Joey Veltri is THE best. Number one, he is always honest. He never makes you feel like you HAVE to buy something you don't want or need. He understands your needs (no matter how impossible, unreachable, or difficult) and he makes them happen! This has been my second time purchasing a car at Stockton Hyundai and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. The staff at Stockton Hyundai are really wonderful and always help you with whatever you need. Andrew Mateo also assisted me with my purchase. He has the upmost patience and respect for potential car buyers. I know I was that "difficult customer" and he didn't make me feel that way at all. He understood all of my needs and knew that I wasn't going to walk out of there with something I did not 100% want. He even brought dinner back to the dealership for my boyfriend and I while we did all of the financing paperwork because it was already very late. I can honestly say I walked out of this dealership with what I wanted, and I did not feel like I had been "had." I LOVE THIS PLACE. And as long as Joey Veltri is employed here, I will always return as a loyal Hyundai Customer.

I gave you my overall opinions in my earlier comments. I think the car we bought was overpriced, we didn't get enough for our trade in, and we were sort of operating in a take it or leave it environment. We were given credit for a $500 rebate from Hyundai, but I was of the impression that the rebate was probably higher than that, but that we were only given the $500 credit, and that the rest of the rebate was given to the dealer.

James the finance manager has the best personality I have come across in a long time. He was honest, real and just a fun guy to deal with. Very straight forward and honest. Great qualities all human beings should posses. Every person that my family and I met were very nice. Never pushy, but helpful. It was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have had. When the numbers had been run I was pleasantly surprised that they had already included all maintenance, Gap and the extended warranty. I always request those items and normally have to wait as they numbers are reconfigured. The whole experience was such a pleasure. I will definitely come back.

I feel like this purchase was meant to be and the car I wanted was sitting there at the price I wanted as I drove by. I just went that day to actually sit in the Tucson and feel the roominess of the car. When I realized the one I was sitting in was a limited at that price I felt I had to take it for a test drive and the rest is history. Excellent experience excellent staff!

Could have been better.. first car purchased in a dealership and they had me going up and down for a whole week and to top that off I had to pay out of my pocket for the rental car. They wanted to give me a car for no payment at all and if I wanted an suv which was what I baught I had to pay 15 dollars a day for that vehicle which made no sense at all.. but it happens once. Twice I don't think so.

my overall experience at this dealership was excellent. They worked with terrible credit involving two repos and we're still able to get me into a car. It took quite a while, but in the end I was able to drive away in a brand new car.

I started off across the street at paul blanco , they had a 3 hour wait and i had my eyes set on a hyundai anyways so i said to my mom lets just go to hyundai while we wait . We were greeted as soon as we stepped on the lot by Andre with a welcoming smile . I was super excited there was no wait . He wasn't pushy trying to sell me cars i didn't want , he asked what i wanted in a car and delivered just that . i was only there for about 3 hours which is way faster then any other time I've tried to buy . I am overall very happy with my visit .

A family friend used to work there and when I was going to buy at my job, my dad wasn't comfortable with the numbers I was given. So I had to ask CJ if it was worth it. He told me with those numbers I could get a new car. He made a call and told me to meet up with him after work to get the new car. He picked it out for me and had selected a wonderful salesman for me. Alex took me out for a test drive and was knowledgable with what my soon to be car had. The staff asked me what I'd like to do... If I wanted to drive away in my new whip and come back the next day for detail or have them keep it til the next day to detail it... The staff was super friendly. It was such a fast buying experience for me. (It'd take my dad a full day to get a car. Glad he didn't come with me and had CJ take car of me) after I bought my car I told my brother to go see them. In a few months, he'll be in to get his car there. The afterwards follow ups was super sweet and friendly. One of the BDC and Alex followed up up politely to let me know that they needed some paper works. They waited for me and didn't harass me like how other BDC/salesperson does at other places. I love my car and I'm so grateful to have done business with them!

Overall good experience. Except the vehicle was not clean when we took delivery. Due to the drought the vehicles are not cleaned regularly, which is fine, but it should be detailed when delivering to a customer. I drove 2.5 hours to this dealer since it was recommended but was asked to come back to have it cleaned!

The test drive could have been longer...perhaps use bruick's idea of 24 hours test drive....Make sure car's check notifications are clear, mats are in car, window tint without residue and not a cursory car wash.I shouldn't,'t have to be a detective and notice every little detail of what was or wasn't completed.

I was very happy overall in the beginning, my car was missing all the mats but the sales guy said no worries we can get some for you (keep in mind I purchased my call over the 4th of July weekend) I also purchased the window tinting package and the paint sealer. I got the car nice and clean, with a full tank of gas. Never was I told we will call you to schedule your appointment to have your windows tinted and your paint sealed (I live in Sacramento) I'm calling a week later to find out whats going on. I called the store got disconnected called the sales guy he said he would get back to me.. when 2 weeks later. I was very mad I decided to cancel the tint and sealant was told come in on a specific date. I go in and I was told the man that can reverse that is not in and the sales guy starts to tell me he called me numerous times, which is not true, he begins to tell me he did (basically calling me a liar) well we are now almost in September. I have yet to receive my car mats(which I was told later it would take up to 6 weeks) nor a credit on the tint and sealant. So needless to say I'm very very disappointed..the dealership came so highly recommended. I could have saved myself a lot of grief and gone to a dealer either in Sacramento or even the East Bay.
