Mr. Bill Saunders and the team at Stokes-Trainor were very helpful and full of information about the cars I was looking at. When I finally decided on the one I wanted to purchase they were courteous and were not pushy in any way and as a lady that means a lot when you are treated with respect and not asked "Do you want to check with your husband about this purchase". I will definitely refer my family and friends to Stokes-Trainor for their future vehicle purchases!

I cannot speak more highly of Stokes-Trainor Chevrolet! Marcie from the sales team went above and beyond in assisting us with our purchase - she was knowledgeable, prompt, kind, and helpful. The entire staff was courteous and never pressured us throughout the entire process. Well worth the drive from Charlotte!

Sales Guy was nice! I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord from you guys on 05/29/2021. I went by the DMV first and they advised me that there was no vehicle registered under my name for the vehicle in question. So I emailed my Sales Rep Mr. Bill. After no reply, I decided to give him a call the following day. He wasn't sure why I hadn't received my tag but he would make sure someone contacted me. The young lady that returned the call stated that your company does not have the title for the Honda because they paid the wrong payoff amount. She also informed me that the title was still in Texas and once the 2nd check for the remaining pay off amount was expedited, it would still be another 24 days to process the title and registration in my name. My question, why was this car up for sale without your dealership having the title in office and how were you legally able to have me sign paperwork and pull it off the lot? Is it after I cross that driveway it’s my problem now? What if this causes issues with my insurance?! Until I get a title, not only is my car not registered but I'm riding around with an expired 45 day tag and no paperwork except for the paperwork explaining how much my payments will be. What would happen if I was to get stopped by the cops? Regardless if your business office says they will pay for the ticket (which I’m still wondering how it’s so easy for them to tell me this not once but twice, I cannot help but feel like this is commonly done at your facility) I'm not able to take off from work to go to court nor pay for the ticket. THIS IS MY MAIN FORM OF TRANSPORTATION!!! This is very stressful, frustrating, and over all embarrassing especially if I get pulled over. I purchased this car as a gift to myself and I'm regretting this purchase. I have yet to hear from someone from your company since 7/13, that's why I decided to email you! I'm not sure what else to do other than to return the car and get reimbursed for the first payment and the down payment along with the three months of insurance I paid prior during my time I purchased this car. I have never experienced this issue with buying a car. It's making me anxious every time I drive it and I see this as being very unprofessional. I’ve given this more than enough time, if there is no resolution, then I will take another course of action.
