I PURCHASED My vehicle from this dealership. THe sales person i had was very Great but the problems I've been experiencing are almost unbelievable. I have a 2016 altima and my frint and back breaks are Gone .The frist month I had the car my winsheld cracked .and it just made me wonder if i bought a defective vehicle. There's no compassion for Me. the problems were dignososed. BUt no relief or help on their part other than i can pay 289.99 for back brake pads....seems like under 30k miles wouldn't cause my brakes to be at 0% on the front and back...even if i jammed on brakes....so I'm wondering if the car has a defect or they left the factory brakes...either way i was very unsatisfied and left on my own with a brand new car that now needs brakes and possibly rotors....someone help a brotha out. But my service experience was and has not been good at all

I went to Stone Mountain Nissan after sending a message about a car on their website. I sent the message outside of normal business hours, and was pleasantly surprised when Tim called me early the next morning. We had a brief discussion and he checked availability with a promise to call back. I went to another dealership close to home and looked at a car, and ended up leaving in disgust. Brad called me back for Tim from Stone Mountain and invited me to come up there. When I arrived, they were aware of what I wanted for a vehicle, for price, for financing, and for warranty. They met all my expectations, except for price: they charged me $500 less than I expected to pay. They gave me the 0% financing and the warranty I wanted, and the exact car I wanted. Never was I pressured to do anything which I didn't want to or wasn't comfortable with doing. They didn't just get a sale, they gained a loyal customer.

I brought my car in today for my routine service and received such excellent customer service. The entire staff was great and it was a pleasure speaking with Mr. Mike Reason.

I went to Stone Mountain Nissan after visiting another dealership which I had left in disgust. I told them what vehicle I wanted, what warranty i wanted, what I wanted to pay, and that I wanted 0% financing. They made everything happen just exactly as i asked, except the price... they actually came in 500 less than I was willing to pay. Brad and Tim are excellent guys who provided excellent service, and never pressured me to do something different from what I wanted.

When I bought my car just over 5 years ago from Tim, the whole staff was amazing and made me feel a part of the family. I've had service done there many times and have never had issues until now. I got my Rogue serviced just less than two months ago which included an outrageously priced brake job. Long story short, Mike, the service advisor, is an errogant xxx. He failed to follow my husbands instructions to call him about the car which resulted in my car being there for 2.5 days for routine maintenance and new brakes. The kicker is that he blamed it on me for not returning his calls when he was supposed call my husband since I was unavailable while at work. He also didn't quote me a price on the brakes, so it was a huge shock when we saw the bill. When we asked him about it, he started to turn the blame on me again. Almost immediately after getting my car back, my brakes started grinding when coming to a stop and it hasn't stopped (but it was doing this prior to the new brakes too). I called today to try to get a resolution, but again, Mike the errogant xxx, has no compassion or care for the inconvenience this is for me. He never once apologized that this was happening. I tried playing nice to allow him the opportunity to give me accommodations, but what was I thinking? I had to come right out and tell him I needed a loaner car while they fixed my brakes. He told me they couldn't do that for a whole bunch of reasons, but the first one being that they don't know if it's related to the service they just did. Well Einstein, I asked you to fix my brakes and you told me you did, and they're still grinding so you tell me if its related to the service? It sounds like you didn't fix the problem. Just no care or compassion. Even if he gave the same answers but acted like he cared, I'm sure I would feel very different about the whole situation. I'm ready to get rid of my Rogue and go with a different make vehicle because of the personalized horrible experience From Mike.

I picked my 2015 Nissan Versa Note one week ago. Mr. Eugene Richardson was very professional and he knew actually what he was talking about. For my car he explained everything to me. Not only he knows his job, I appreciate the follow up call. When I had called with a question he was very knowledgeable answering my questions. I give these guys a FIVE STARS RATING. I understand that everyone can't be satisfied, but if you are happy with yourself and love yourself, you to will be able to see that the people at Nissan Stone Mountain truly care and are willing to work with you and for you. Have a heart and give Nissan Stone Mountain a chance to put you in your 2015. Try them you will be running to tell your friends, family, even your enemies. May the Peace of God be with Nissan Stone Mountain.

Where to start. First off dealer sold me a vehicle that was supposed to be certified, when I had my auto mechanic check the car, so many things that were supposed to be done were not. Upon returning to the dealer they set me up with the service writer Steve, who proceeds to tell me that the vehicle was never certified. The rudeness and total unprofessionalism of this moron is not explainable with proper words. If you find yourself going to this dealer, do yourself a favor and DON'T. Everyone from service to the management are a bunch of xxx clowns.

I must say that I had a very different experience than what others have had. My sales rep Eugene was very helpful and courteous. I informed him on the phone before I drove over to the dealership that I didn't have time for the back and forth games dealerships like to play. He gave me a great deal with no haggling. I traded in my old car and they gave me a very good price. The office manager Jennifer was nice as well and gave me a prompt call back after leaving a message with some concerns I had. She cleared them right up! I am very happy with Stone Mountain Nissan and would buy another car from them.

After reading reviews, I almost abandoned my initial relationship & early negotiations. But I wasn't having a bad experience at Stone Mountain Nissan! I went there to look at preowned cars but didn't find anything that rang my bell. Ended up purchasing a 2014 Nissan Sentra for a very competitive price. Don B. was/is my representative. Very patient, low key and listened to me and what I wanted. He and Marla the sales manager worked hard to meet my needs without pressure. They were honest and upfront about everything. I never felt "taken in" or pressured to stay like some dealerships. Sam the finance manager was just the same: explained all my options and didn't pressure me to buy "extras" I didn't want. If you're thinking about a Nissan or pre-owned, ask for Don B.! He will listen to what you want, go the extra mile to help you find it and won't attempt to "handle" you. Oh, and the lifetime power train warranty is great peace of mind.

Steve was above and beyond rude during our initial conversation. After asking to speak to Steve's manager I was placed on hold for almost 4 minutes. Right around the 3 minute 43 second mark, my phone call ended. Based on the fact that I had asked to speak with a manager I can only assume I was hung up on.Once I was able to get a manager on the phone I was yelled as the manager insisted on speaking over me as I was trying to explain my problem. My conversation with the manager ended when I asked for the general manager's name.Shortly after my phone call with the service manager, Steve attempted to call me back 3 times. After being yelled at and blatantly disrespected I can promise that I will never ever return to Stone Mountain Nissan. I'm even ashamed to own a car from this dealership. After my horrible experience today I don't know that I will ever purchase another Nissan again.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We took our car in to check an engine light. When they returned it to us they did so with a different key than we gave to them. We questioned our "Service Manager" repeatedly why the key was different and he wouldn't even acknowledge that it was different. After reiterating our complaint with the someone different in the "Service Department", he immediately knew that it was a brand new key. He further discovered that they say they "lost" the key we gave them and made a new one. Our "Service Manager" knew all this at the time we picked up the vehicle and I guess thought it best to lie about it to our face and have us pay for the privilege. At the present time, the Service Manager over Stone Mountain Nissan is making us wait to see what they are willing to do to make things right. It's really no surprise. We were told we'd get a call when the car was ready. We didn't. We were told it would be ready the same day. It wasn't. We were told that it must be the same key since they tag each one as it comes in. It wasn't. Finally, we were told we'd receive a call by noon today. We weren't.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ANY COMPANY THAT REPEATEDLY FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON DELIVERING BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MULTIPLE MANAGERIAL LEVELS, AS WELL AS LIE TO YOUR FACE, DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

The car the consumer test drive is not the one that is given to you after it is all said and done. the financial salesman doesn't take the time to explain to you what is in the deal or not. I signed the bill of sale thinking I am getting everything in the car I had tested drive. Come to find out the car I ended up purchasing do not have any of the features the salesman and I had discussed and agreed upon.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP...IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT...! We purchased a brand new Altima from this dealer and it immediately started having transmission problems. After keeping the car in service for a MONTH, the service manager called us to tell us he wanted his loaner vehicle back and that NOTHING had been done yet to fix our car because he could not get parts AND the parts would not be available for yet another month. To add insult to injury, the service manager told us that the car was "drivable" after acknowledging that the defect was indeed a safety issue and that he would not allow his own family to ride in a car with the same issue. He also stated that he's had several new car customers come in recently with the same problem. So if there's a known issue with this model WHY IS THE CAR NOT ON OFFICIAL RECALL???The owner, Shawn Izadnia is a real gem...upon speaking with him, he also encouraged us to drive the car until it could be fixed so he could get his loaner car back. He told me its costing him money to have the car out for so long. As if its not costing us money to be without the car that we purchased AND are making payments on without use of the vehicle!!! Oh it gets better...Shawn also told me that he'd be willing to "trade us out of the car AT A FINANCIAL LOSS!!!." So you sell someone a bum brand new car and then give them reduced trade in value to get them out of it and sell them another car that could potentially have the same issues...is that how good business is done these days...? The next day, the general manager, Dennis Sledge, calls me back "on behalf" of the owner to apologize for our inconvenience but at the same time offered absolutely no viable resolution to the problem. My fellow consumers, PLEASE BEWARE OF STONE MOUNTAIN NISSAN! Take your money and business elsewhere and save yourselves the hassle of dealing with these crooks.

I needed a break light for my 2001 Nissan Quest. Auto Zone and Advanced Auto Parts didn't what I needed. My mechanic called another Nissan dealership and was told they stopped making them. I went to Stone Mountain and Brian H(Parts Manager) so very helpful. He gave the part for free. After the part didn't work, he made a minor adjustment and everything was fine. That's why I gave them all GREATS!

I took my 2002 Nissan Frontier truck in for a diagnostic check as I do with the purchase of my used vehicles. The vehicle ran perfectly. The service adviser suggested I add a fuel flushing additive to improve performance. The vehicle ran worse. He told me to return the vehicle for further check. He suggested another dose of fuel flushing additive & recommended a replacement of the Mass air flow meter, injection wires & plugs. The vehicle actually uses a Venturi (not M.A.F.meter) & ordinary plug wires (not injection wires). Their price of the venturi was in excess of $500.00. I found it at another dealer for $400.00. I decided to remove the plug wires from the plugs. Upon inspection two of the plug wires were not attached to the plugs & the plug connectors missing. The service writer did not inform me of this condition. I called him & he confirmed that he knew the defective condition existed. He had no answer for letting me drive the vehicle away from his service department in a defective condition. After personally installing new plug wires and new plugs my truck is running like new. This dealership would not acknowledged that they did anything wrong. I am now stuck with a $400.00 Venturi that their service personel said I needed. I requested they compensate me for the venturi as I have no need for it & they would have a better chance of selling it. The unit is in the box unopened. I am unemployed and struggling economically. I definitely would not recommend taking your vehicle to this dealer's service department for an evaluation/diagnosis as their service personel or equipment appear to be below standard. When I spoke to the service Manager he did not accept the fact the service personel caused me to leave their facility with my vehicle in a defective condition.I tried to reach (Jeff) the company's customer service Manager without success. On one occasion, the owner, Tag # & phone # was incorrect on the service order attached to my bill.

My wife and I visited Stone Mtn Nissan to test drive a car they advertised online. The salesman "Winslow" was great. Knowledgeable on the product and courteous. We asked to take the car to our mechanic to have it checked out. Winslow asked the used car Manager if we could take the vehicle overnight and he would only allow us to take the vehicle if we purchased it and if it failed inspection he would give us a credit. We live in Cartersville, GA about 60 miles away. When he asked what mechanic we would take the Vehicle to I gave him the name of our personal mechanic. At that point he stated he had never heard of him. What a waste of time. I couldn't imagine purchasing a car from this dealership while this Manager is in place.

I live in the stone mountain area, so this dealership was the first place I decided to go. So I pull up and Winslow comes out, and ask how he can help me. I tell him that I was interested in a 2006-07 Maxima, with low miles, and wanted to stay around $17-$18,000(mind you I was looking at a Maxima then..sticker around $20,000+). So he said that Maxima wasnt good for me(price and miles), and was leading me to another Maxima, with high miles, and I told him that I didn't want that many miles, so he just walked off and told me "good luck", and went back to his desk. He didn't try and put me in another car or no suggestions, since I had my set price range and miles(which most shoppers do). So they will never see me again for anything dealing with my Maxima I purchased at another dealership 30 miles away, for my price range. So, thanks Winslow for the terrible service and help.

Our family has been a customer of Stone Mtn Nissan since 2005. I purchased my first new vehicle in 2005 from Brad. Also last year in 2008 we took our daughter back to the used sales department and bought her first used car from Winslow. Both events were no hassle, easy to deal with sales transactions. We made another purchase from a small town dealer in Lawrenceville, that wasn't a good deal, vehicle was a lemon. This made us realize it is better to deal with a dealership that is honest and has integrity. Be an educated customer know what you want before you go out and start looking. Have information available, this allows the sales person to know they are dealing with an educated customer. We are in the process of buying a third vehicle and we will go back to Stone Mtn Nissan for this transaction as well. Car buying is never easy, it does come with some stress, but if you look at the whole picture, what you put into it is what you get out of it. Miller FamilyLawrenceville, GA

They were great at selling the vehicle at a reasonable price; however after the sale they could careless about you. The vehicle had a scratch the day we picked it up, so they said to bring it in and they would have their repair person fix it. Well they never return your call, I am the one always have to call frequently to ever get an answer back from them. I would recommend staying away from them at all cost. I would have rather paid more to know that I would have customer service after the sale.

Pierre, and K.G. are the ony service managers I have dealt with but their service and attitudes are awesome. After have my new Xterra serviced only twice, Pierre would walk up and greet me by my first name and ask how I was doing and how was my Xterra treating me. Any problems I have had with my Xterra has been dealt with quickly and with total a professional attitude!
