I visited Stone Road Auto after a search on cars.com showed they had the vehicle I was looking for. I called to arrange a test drive. There was no pressure or hassle at all. Insurance and financing (at a great rate!) were arranged and in two days I drove my "new" car home. The radio antenna was missing but Sammy said if I picked one up they would reimburse megot the check today! I will definitely consider Stone Road Auto the next time we are in the market for another used vehicle.

First of all I'm not a fan of purchasing used cars since anything can go wrong. That being said, I was looking for a 2nd family car and I read some very good reviews about Stone Rd Auto. Sammy was great to deal with. I purchased a minivan and there were a few issues (nothing Stone Road Auto was aware about). Sammy went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle I purchased was running great and that I was happy with the minivan. I give Stone Road Auto 5 Stars for Great service during and after sale. Thank you Sammy and I'm looking forward to purchasing my next car form Stone Road Auto.

The buying process was quick and easy. We had a mechanical problem that occurred after the warranty which ., in my experience, other dealers would not have helped with. There was never a moment that Sammy and the guys at stone road auto ever seemed inconvenienced or impatient with anything big or small. Sammy always made himself readily available and ready to help. They poured money into this car only wanting to make me happy. We have the utmost confidence in Sammy and stone Rd auto. We would say to anybody considering buying a vehicle here that no matter the problem big or small these guys will help you without ever making you feel unimportant. Had a mechanical problem that went on past the warranty period that stone road auto did not hv to help me with and that ,in my past experience, other dealers would not hv helped me with. Sammy is the guy that i worked with and no matter what he always went out of his way to make himself readily available and ready to help. They poured money into this vehicle only wanting to satisfy me. All in all the vehicle ended up perfect and we're very confident in dealing with stone road auto in the future. Buy from these guys with the confidence that they'll take care of any problems and be very attentive to any and all needs.

I bought a used VW Passat from this dealer. The owner was pleasant and helpful. The car's warranty had expired when we encountered a mechanical problem with the car but to our surprise the dealer's owner agreed to fix the very expensive problem at no additional charge to us!! Of course, we were very grateful!!

Me and my wife ran into this dealership as we were searching for a used Camry. We met Sammy and Okan. Both were very friendly. Sammy helped us try four Camries before making our choice. As Sammy was working on our paperwork, arranging our loan and insurance, Okan took care of the inspection. Meantime during our conversation we found out Sammy is also a book author as well. Ease of buying experience and genuine customer service was impressive. We will definitely remember you guys when it's time for our next vehicle.

Unlike the couple other we'd visited earlier, Stone Road Auto was a no pressure environment. Sammy showed us several Honda Civics. Upon us making our pick he was quick to arrange our car loan and insurance. It all went very smooth and we were able to drive our new car away from the dealership the same day. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

This is our third vehicle purchase from Stone Road Auto. This time around we were in the market for a Sonata. As we checked with them, Sammy told they had seven lease returns they directly acquired from Hyundai Corporation. The cars were very clean and the prices were lower than Hyundai dealers. We picked the black one with sunroof and navigation. Just like the last time Sammy arranged all our car loan, plates and insurance for us. It was super easy, we picked our car up the next day from the dealership. Once again Sammy lived up to our expectations. We'll sure to be back.

My first time buying a car, and it went super smooth! Sammy helped me compare two cars i had just test-driven and it really helped me make the better decision. Buying the car was so easy - everything was done right then and there, and car was ready the next day! He even called the insurance company for us to get me set up on my dad's insurance. He was saying that they buy the cars directly from certified dealers, usually cars that were loan returns, so they're able to sell them a bit cheaper because they have a constant supply.

I'd been looking around to replace my 2006 Honda Accord for a while. I noticed Stone Road Auto had five of 2010 Honda Accords and their prices were substantionally lower than the Honda dealers in town. As I went to their dealership the owner Sammy personally welcomed me and handled my transaction. The car was extremely clean inside and out, he handled my car loan the same day, even let me take my new car home that evening. He never pressured me along the way. The whole process which could be otherwise fairly stressfull progressed very smoothly. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thanks Stone Road Auto for the job well done !

We had been looking for a Camry for a while and three weeks ago Stone Road Auto's ad caught our eyes as their price was lower than the others. Upon our arrival we were pleasently surprised how clean the car was. Unlike the prior dealerships we'd visited, Sammy answered all our questions without putting any pressure on us. He even found us a great loan on the spot better than our own bank's preapproved loan. The whole process was so easy and smooth, the next day we drove our new car home.
