Folks at Stoneham Ford Quick lane are always timely and professional, nice facilities to hang out in while vehicle is being serviced. Thanks for your excellent service. Only complaint I would have is that on one of my last repairs they had to replace a switch in the ceiling of my truck but when truck was returned there was a bit of a greasy thumb print on the headliner that I could not get out and the headliner isn't fitted as nicely around the switch/sun glass assembly as it was before it went in.

Everything done improved the way my car runs. The issues I had were all taken care of except for one. I asked that they reset the error message I've been getting about tire issues; the issues are corrected but the message is still there.

Paulo drove my car to find a squeak I was hearing but could not at first hear it. He then worked on my car, doing the oil change and other work. Then, he drove the car again, heard the squeak, and made the necessary repair. This proves that Paulo is thorough and careful with his work. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

I had a charging system/battery problem. I went in Quick Lane and within less than 15 minutes the tech informed me that he found that the charging system was OK and my battery was bad.The tech replaced the battery and I was on my way.As always, best service anywhere.

The worst. service I ever have. I drop off my car at 8:45 AM. I wait till 4 PM I call to ask if my car was ready to be picked up and they told me they haven't being able to bring my car Inside to check it. I wait for another two hours nobody call me so I called back the dealership. they told me they still haven't look my car yet. At 6:45 PM I went to pick up my car Was not fixed. I waisted my whole day for nothing. stay away from this place.very unprofessional and rude stuff.

My experience was great! Great team work. I was only disappointed with the quality of Ford brakes and by the fact that I had to replace them so soon. I leased a Ford Explorer in June 2014 and it had only 17.000 miles on it. Having to spend $ 500 on brakes on a new leased car was really disappointing.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I noticed the 2013 Escape online first and had gone in to talk with the salesmen about the vehicle. They weren't pushy and let me take a test drive. I fell in love with the vehicle and ended up purchasing it after seeing some numbers. All of the employees, were great and very helpful and very friendly as well. Only thing I even forgot about because I was so excited was my discount coupon for my oil change. This was my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Stoneham Ford. I have purchased a Ford vehicle from a Texas dealership when I resided there. Ford is my prime choice. The fusion was a great vehicle. The reason I traded it in was to return to being a truck owner. I missed that and the F150, even a base model is a great ride. I am completely happy (even if it has been only 1 week)with my purchase and the price. The dealership is exactly what I want from one. No thrills, down to earth people and no pressure. Purchased my '13 F150 in August. No issues until recently heard a hum in the tire. Called and made an appt for next day. Excellent night drop option so I did not have to sit in morning traffic. Had my wheel barring replaced and truck back that day! Also oil change and tire rotation while they had it so I didn't have to in a couple weeks. Saved me lots of time! Thanks

The Mercury Milan was at your shop two times this week.1) For an oil /filter change - came away without two tire valve stem covers. Did not notice the missing items for a few days. The service was great ,but the price for an oil change was kind of stiff.2) This visit was for a Ford Motors Recall Item. The Service Dept. handled this extremely well, considering that I did not inform them in advance that I would need a ride home. They managed to work out this situation very well.Had me on my way home with the Recall taken care of ,in short order.

In writing this letter I am hoping to save another family from the financial hardship that my family has suffered due to a enormous mistake the quick lube made I brought my ford excursion to the quick lube back in November 2015 for an oil change and filter changes within a few weeks I noticed a change in the way my truck drove on the highway once I got to 55 it would sort of struggle and buck so off to the mechanic turbo shortly after moreProblems I don't know the technicial terms now I am a mom of five children so needless to say without a car is crazy now I take it to the mechanic has it for days tellsme he found out the problem my truck which should have 4 gallons of oil in it has 8 gallons huh? Replaced high pressure oil pump and a couple of other parts she runs fine for a week or so and now she sits in my driveway cause I can no longer to afford to put money they into her I am saddened because I approach the quick lube manger and presented he with some invoice and he said he will see what he can do apparently nothing. How can this be my truck my only means of transportion is not drive able and I am not one to usually complain but your quick lube is 100 percent at fault sorry to be rude but I am frustrated when every dollars counts in life this set back is major I know this probably not gonna make a difference but I just had to put my frustration out there Tracey Cassidy

The only complaint I have is that the Tire pressure warning light is still on after they checked the tires and said everything was fine. They said that I need to schedule a service appointment and bring it back to get the problem fixed. I will do this next month when I have more time. The Customer Service rep did keep me informed about what was happening and explained the delay which was beyond their control. I am happy about being kept informed during the whole visit.

I picked up my leased 2016 Ford Fusion yesterday. This is the first time I have leased a vehicle and the first time I have "owned" a Ford. The leasing process was seamless. When I picked up the car, it had been sleeting and snowing most of the day. As I pulled into the Stoneham Ford parking lot, there was one beautiful gleaming new car with not one bit of snow on it and it was mine! (Thank you Mike G:)I only drove home to Wilmington and to the T in Malden this morning (both in the dark) so have not yet fully enjoyed all the amenities of the Fusion. I am looking forward to New Year's Day when I can sit in my driveway and "navigate"!Mike G was most excellent! He is knowledgeable and friendly, yet professional.Thank you!Susan Meuse p.s. My son, who is the person in charge of the care & service of my 2010 Ford Escape, took my vehicle in for a repair of a Federal Guarantee of 80,000 miles or 8 yrs. on the catalytic converter and connections. My vehicle was at 72,390. According to my son, Stoneham Ford did a great job on this repair.It was also recommended to either replace or repair the following:1)Replace Battery: Testing as a poor charge.2)Repair/Replace Front Crossover Bars3)Replace Automatic Transmission fluid for testing dark in colorMy son went to another CAE automotive repair service:1)The battery tested fine and fully charged2)The crossover bars tested fine and were not recommended for replacement3)The automatic transmission fluid was considered dark in color, however, could safely wait until the recommended change from Ford at 75,000 miles.My son did replace the transmission fluid, only as a difference of having to do it in anticipation of more inclement weather by the time it will have reached 75,000 miles. A personal choice, not a recommended one.My son has found that Stoneham Ford has fallen into a habit of recommending service which is truly not required or needed. This was the reputation of Tom Ford in Wakefield, of which many employees transferred to Stoneham Ford when Tom Ford closed. He has no proof that the service management team are the same people, however according to his dealings, they smack of the same style. He left Tom Ford for that reason. My son was very happy with Stoneham Ford, from who he purchased a Ford Crown Victoria in 2000. However, recently in the past year of 2015, He has found their service department lacking in truly helpful customer service. He went there for an estimate to repair my A.C. system. Their recommendation was to replace 3 components in order to make the repair of which they would not guarantee a successful repair. The other CAE automotive service completed a successful repair WITHOUT replacing those same 3 components. Other than a make good on a recall or replace/repair of a guaranteed product, and thanks to my son looking out for my vehicle's welfare, I cannot recommend this dealership for their repair service in general.

I didn't need a F350 or diesel this time, as I am only doing consultant work in the industry, hence I purchased a F250 gas 4WD w/plow. The work was performed on time and as necessary for the recalled rear axle on my 2002 Windstar. I think you're better than my local gas station mechanic, because you identified repairs and told me in advance. I also think you probably cost more, but it's probably worth it. Recommending doesn't always convince others; products and brands have to earn their reputations. Solid rear axles were obsolete 40 years ago.

Great customer service. There seemed to be some disconnect between the service dept. and rental dept. Although I received an e-mail acknowledging the rental vehicle, when my wife dropped the car off with service, they had no understanding that a rental was part of the request. It slowed the drop off a little, but not a huge deal.

Embarrassing trade in offers. 8 thousand dollars lower than I received for my vehicle from a ford dealer. And 7 thousand lower than I was offered from another dealer. to be exact. High vehicle pricing (3 thousand more than 2 other dealers for same vehicle). Almost insulting the way you are talked to in sales department. I was told there was no way I was offered the amount I got for my vehicle and no way I was getting new vehicle for stated price. I was insulted that stoneham ford wanted 11 thousand dollars more for same vehicle when. All was said and done. Sales manager told me to go buy elsewhere if I was getting such a good deal. So I did. And so did my girlfriend. And we are happy with our new 2015 fords. But more so happy we did not desl with stoneham. Friends. Family. Coworkers and customers of mine will now be going elsewhere.

ford escape was in for a recall, and because my check engine light was going on an off for several months, I asked for that to be checked and it was fixed which I was pleased with. I only have a complaint about not being picked up at my work at the end of the day. I asked for that, and when I called about 4:30 I was told that their were no drivers available. I had to scurry and ask a co-worker to drive me there.

Patrick is an excellent, low key salesman. He knows the product well and helps by answering questions, rather than talking. Doug is a no-nonsense manager. He also knows the product but he offers a no-haggle approach, resulting in a lower stress experience. For a service department at a dealership this place is fine. I normally take my car to a great mechanic I know but there is some stuff he can't do so I go to Stoneham. Like all dealerships they sometimes try to sell you stuff you don't quite need, but they are efficient, prices are not awful and their work is good. Given a choice I would never take my car to a dealership but what with the computers and such sometimes I have to and would recommend these guys when needed.

Went in for a routine oil change, staff was very friendly and helpful.I was told that I neede to fill my window washer fluid, in which I was left confussed. I thought they would check all fluids and top them off. They did put air in my tires, how ever I was left spending over $50.00, and still need to put washer fluid in myself ???? Otherwise it was a great,and quick experience.

I have had 2 recalls processed by Stoneham Ford; a power steering recall and a throttle body recall. In both cases, I was not charged and the car was fixed the same day. This was very important to me since I previously owned a Buick and when the Buick dealership broke a part while accessing the recalled part, they insisted that I pay for it. For the throttle body recall, it actually had to be fixed a second time and at the moment, the car is shifting better than it did when I first purchased the car with 19K miles on it. If the service I received for the recalls is any indication of their regular maintenance service, I highly recommend them for work that needs to be done at a dealership.The only constructive feedback is regarding the parking lot. It's pretty cluttered, but it may have been due to recent changes to the building structure.

I use the Quick Lane for my routine oil changes, tire rotations, and mileage maintenance. The mechanic techs are always friendly and respectful. They are also hard workers to get the customers in and out. I have been to other places where I have a timed appointment for my service and I am waiting longer to have my car brought into the bay than being 5 cars deep in the Quick Lane. I also appreciate not being sold on parts or services that I do not need as a way to get more money out of me. Thank you for continuing to be awesome at Stoneham Ford.

I had never been to the dealership. I was in for an oil change and a sticker for my 2001 Sable (which I consider my baby). I was a "little" anxious. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, from the tech who changed my oil, the gentleman at the counter at the express lane, the person at the parts counter, the person at the service desk and the gentleman who did the sticker. Third time my car has been there to be repaired for the same issue with the transmission and the car hesitating - stuttering at low speeds. I have gone less than 4,000 miles since the last repait - no reflection on Stoneham Ford but Ford Motor Company needs to figure out a permanent fix for this. My car is a 2012 and I have a little over 17,000 miles on it.What happened to someone bringing your car around for you when you go to pick it up? I wandered around the back lot and had to hit my alarm button to find the car - not cool guys!

The only I can think of for improvement is that since the staff did not allow me to test drive the car as I only have a foreign license, I asked to have one of staff drive around so I could have some feeling as a passenger. However, the journey was short and my request to drive on highway was rejected.

This was our first experience with buying a car at Stoneham Ford and it surpassed our expectations. Our salesman, Mike Giangrande, was very accommodating in assisting with our inspecting the various models available. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the differences in option packages. When I picked up the car Mike gave a thorough explanation of all the features available on our new Explorer XLT which helped get us started. Simple oil change - fast and efficient service.Unfortunatly the service department is only open for basic services like oil changes during weekend hours. I'll need to ask questions about service departments activities and hours evenings and weekends at my next dealership before purchasing my next new vechile.When I needed recall items and warranty repairs done at this dealership, they did not have loaner cars available and I am outside the radius that they will give you a ride to and from work so my option was to take time off my job and sit in their waiting area.

My lock on the drivers side got jammed and I couldn't get out of my car without opening it from the outside. When I went to Ford they were wonderful. They told me that they would look at it and see if it could be fixed so I wouldn't need to make a service appointment. It was fixed in twenty minutes and everyone was so kind. The brake warning lights were lit on the dash after my brake job and I told them and they figured out the problem and fixed it. There was a bad ABS sensor and they changed the drum. Not as Quick as I would have liked the Quick Lane to be but better SAFE than sorry. Good job Quick Lane.

From the minute I walked in and was great by George and then met Wayne to the day I picked up my new Flex everyone was great. Wayne did everything he could to find the color I wanted and then helped me the day of pick up to learn a lot about the functions of the vehicle and even synced my phone for me. George was great during the final purchase as well telling me all the options but not trying to push me in to purchasing anything if I did not want to.

Great customer service! Very pleasant people. I bought my car from a different Ford dealer and anytime I have had to call for service there, they are very rude. So nice to have a positive experience at Stoneham. I will always call you for service. One thing I was disappointed in both times was the rental car. I got the same one both times and it smells of stale cigarette smoke. I think the rental you get should be equal to the car you drive and I drive an Escape because I don't like being that low in a car. I asked for this appointment well in advance so a comparable car should have been available. Would have given a 10 if I had gotten a different rental.

The staff was extemely courteaous and helpful. The condition with our 2012 Ford Focus was with our transmission. The car has a six speed automatic where there was a technical service bulletin issued. Unfortunately, the condition still exist after the transmission was re-programmed.

I bought a 2010 ford mustang saleen at a out of state dealer and took it to Stoneham Ford because it was closer to home I took it in for a clutch issue the car would not go into gear. Made ann appointment with service the car sat outside for a week I made serval calls then they finally called me back I was told they needed $4,500 before even taking a look how can you assume that without taking it apart ! I know it's not covered under warranty I did some research with friend online and we found that ford was having issues with the shear pins . I brought it to there attention they still wanted to charge me $4,500 I contacted a ford motor company rep the rep. Told me all was covered by ford no charge. But Stoneham ford still wanted to charge me ???? After 3 weeks of back and fourth on the phone it was finally done from what I see the owner , service manager were trying to screw me seeing that ford covered it....we all know dealers don't like warranty work!!! Finally was told car was ready got a call saying car wasn't right ? After they installed a slave cylinder , brake booster and finally car was ready I got the impression that this dealer wasn't experienced to deal with this. picked up that night car was filthy the shifter boot had a tear must have done it when trans removed and firewall was scratched there was grease etc. all over car interior this is coming from a guy that loves his cars I'm disappointed on how this was handled. Thankfully I found the story about the shear pins I can only imagine how others that don't know how to deal with these issues and how extra money this dealer is making $$$$$$ P.S. This is the first review ever in my life and I've owned allot of vehicles !!!! I do believe in second changes I brought the same car back for heat exchange door noise I was told they ordered the parts etc. car sat for a week again this is where I've never heard of a service manager calling customer back and saying that there not qualified to do the work!!! I thought he was kidding but he wasn't. Went to pick up the car there's a scratch on the fender and I did a walk thru with service I'm not a picky guy but you should get it back the way it was left there Steve informed me it would be fixed. 3 hrs later I get a call from him saying the owner wouldn't fix it ??? I'm very disappointed on the outcome I'm sick to my stomach that a dealer would treat a customer like this. I'm very well known in the car business I'm a very loyal customer. I feel very bad that it came to this !! My husband bought his F150 from Rich Silvestri about a year ago and had nothing but great things to say about how personable and knowledgeable he was so when it was time for me to get into a new car we called Rich. I had my doubts, all Salesmen are created equal. We called on Saturday to let him know we were on our way down to look at the Escape Titanium. When we arrived he had the car out front running with the air conditioner on as it was a hot and humid day. We got in the car and my best experience started. Rich was all about my comfort. No pressure. This car is packed with every bell and whistle I could imagine and he knew them all. He was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel like this experience was all about me. Needless to say, today is Monday and my new car is in my driveway. This isn't about just buying a car, it's about the way I was treated by Rich and the whole Stoneham Ford Family. Thank you.

I went in to Stoneham Ford after visiting / talking with several other dealerships and it's no surprise that I had to look no further. I had spoken with Lisa Canha via email during the day and she was incredibly personable and responsive to my inquiries. My contact with her is what initially made me decide to go into Stoneham Ford. When I went in, I started speaking with Rich Silvestri. I told him I was interested in the Fiesta and he quickly got everything together so that I could go on a test drive. During the drive, he made sure to explain all the features of the car and helped to make me feel comfortable. Some of the other dealerships I went to made me feel like I was a walking dollar sign, but the staff at Stoneham Ford treated me like a person. Rich took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me that he was willing to help me find the right car. He was friendly and not at all pushy like other dealers I had met. Gerry Carson also helped me through the purchasing process and was great to work with! I'm loving my new car.

Just picked up my brand new Explorer yesterday. Stoneham Ford and more specifically, RICH SILVESTRI, were outstanding to deal with. We just picked up our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Let me just say that it is because of the friendly, no pressure environment of our salesman Rich Silvestri, that we are repeat buyers. We were interested in the Explorer and the Escape, and Rich was more than patient in explaining features of both vehicles. Rich allowed us to go test drive both cars ourselves, and suggested both highway and local roads. When we returned, Rich greeted us in the parking lot and went over any questions we had, even though the dealership closed at 5pm, he stayed with us until 5:30! Much appreciated Rich. Prior to this recent purchase, i had never purchased a new car before. The newest car i had ever owned was a '99 For Taurus, which broke down, after many dependable years, last Friday. I began my Car search on Sunday, and that is when it ended, at Stoneham ford. My experience was great right from the start. I looked at a few cars online before coming into the dealership, but i still wasn't sure what i wanted. My salesman, Rich Silvestri, really helped make the experience great. He was very friendly and willing to help. What i really like is that he did not push me towards anything, every choice made was my own, he provided the information and guidance to make the right choice for me. The test drives were great because they almost didn't even feel like a test drives, more like a casual Sunday afternoon drives. Rich really seemed like he knew what he was doing because he was able to make the drives calm and fun, and yet still use the drive to inform me about the cars' features and allow me to get a good feel for the car. The price was great, and what was also great about it was that Manager George Benn was able to sit down with me to discuss the different financing options. He did not try to push any kind of payment on me, instead he showed me all my options and how each of them totaled. I was very nervous going in, but very excited by the time i had left. I had the keys to a brand new car less than a week after my old one broke down, and it was because of Rich Silvestri and everyone else at Stoneham Ford.

I just picked up my brand new car from Stoneham Form yesterday. I had a great experience there I went in on Saturday after spending the morning unsuccessfully shopping for a car, and Rich Silvestri started our process of looking at a Ford Focus. He's a great salesman, and at no point did I feel pressured or like I was being taken for a ride. There is a real family feel to Stoneham Ford too. They were great working with us for the price, and gave me a good deal for my trade in. I had to wait for my insurance to be able to pick up my car, but when I went back yesterday, everything was ready. Rich even turned up the seat warmers, which was great with all the snow. He walked me through everything in the car, and even helped me sync my phone to the car. Ford offers great services and is very friendly, I'd definitely go back!

I purchased a new F150 at a different dealer and took it to Stoneham Ford because it was closer to me home on the 26th of Dec. I took it in for a rattle in the drivers door I waited at 4 hrs. Then they tell me the body shop has to work on it but they won't be back until after the holidays so I left my number and they said "we'll give you a call in a week or two", after 3 weeks I called them so they scheduled for me to bring it in Thursday I dropped it off reset the trip odometer came back that night to pick it up noticed they put 15.1 miles on the truck it wasn't till I got home that I found the truck bed had scratches and gouges in it so immediately I called and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it so I took more time off from work to bring it in for Bob to tell me "they didn't do that and there's nothing we could do" I said how do you explain the 15.1 miles and he said we drove it around the block a couple of times, in disgust I left and went a carwash only to find out my power mirrors didn't work now it's my 4th trip and more time from work, the tech forgot to connect the mirrors back up, buy the way I never put a thing in the truck bed until I got a bed liner, I still haven't put anything in the bed until I get this resolved and it won't be through Stoneham Ford but it will be through AG's office!

Came to Stoneham Ford this past Sunday in the market for a Ford or GMC truck. The salesman I spoke with, Brian Meuse was very helpful and informative. I was looking for an F-150 Plow truck. After exploring all my options, if I go with the Ford, I will go with Stoneham Ford and will deal with Brian Meuse because of his patience and knowledge of the vehicle. We spent a great deal of time debating the Ford product. Being a small business owner, someone like Brian is the type of employee you would want working for you. Expect to get in touch with him soon after looking into other options.

I came in on Sunday looking for an F-l50 with plow or GMC. I was browsing however, Brian Meuse my salesman helped me look at different options. He pointed out pros of the Ford and I didn't feel pressured about my pros for the GMC. I told him I would get in touch with him after further research and he assured me no pressure. We had a very bad experience at York Ford and Sentry Ford. Then we went to STONEHAM FORD. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. NO high pressure sales tactics. We were greeted by Paul Bettencourt. He was extremely polite and courteous. Any questions we had on the 2013 Ford Escape, he knew. There was NO long wait and we at the dealership for 1 hour - Signed and sealed.I would highly recommend this dealership. I would highly recommend Mr. Paul Bettencourt for your next Ford Auto Purchase. In fact we bought 2 cars off of him and will be buying another very soon.

Called him on the phone, told him what I was looking for, got all the info, and made an appointment. Took the 3 hour ride to Stoneham Ford and was glad I did! Brian got me what I wanted for my trade in and saved me more $$ on extras. I was signing the paper work within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone, well worth the drive and you will save thousands of $$.

Vinnie didn't try to "sell" me on the car - we had a very frank, friendly conversation about what I was looking for and how much money I wanted to spend and he worked with me to get me a great deal on a 2012 Ford Focus. Their finance person was also amazing and made calls on my behalf to get me where I wanted to be financially with the car. Don't be like me and make this your last stop - make it your first! Service dept. is also great! So friendly!

Bought a new Edge from this dealership and was never told that it had been in an accident. Who would buy a new car that had been in an accident in the first place. When I complained to the BBB the company now claims they told me about the accident which is a lie. I wouldn't buy a quart of oil from this company and plan on telling my story to everyone I know.

Hello, We have been doing business with Stoneham Ford for over twenty years and have not had any problems. We have bought 4 cars from the dealership with the most recent being 6 months ago. So most recently my son gets a flat tire and calls "AAA". The lug bolts are on so tight that they get stripped. The "AAA" person says he needs to tow it someplace. So my son calls me on the phone and asks me where he can tow it to. My son has a Mercury Grand Marquis that his Grandfather gave him with still less than 20,000 miles on it. I told my son to have the car towed to Stoneham Ford. He had a problem with his headlights and I thought maybe they could look at the headlight problem after they replace the tire. My son got the flat on a Tuesday night and the car was towed to Stoneham Ford. My wife went into Stoneham Ford Wednesday morning at about 8:00AM. OK so all that needed to be done was to replace a tire. So the car sat on the lot till Friday. Joel the service rep. told me they may get to it Monday at the earliest! We're talking about a tire here!!! I understand the car was towed in without an appointment but come on it's a tire!! Joel stated we needed a new rim and new battery and a host of other goodies. I had the car towed from Stomeham Ford to Cambridge tire. It turns out that there is no problem with the rim ($160.00) quoted by Joel. Oh it gets better. The dome light was switched on while trying to fix the flat tire so it drained the battery (Joel's price $150.00. I don't mind paying for repairs but I'm not a fool. This is disgraceful. I can't believe companies are still doing this. So if you don't want to get your flat tire fixed and want to be over charged go see Joel. I am so disappointed. I had Stoneham Ford order me an Escape Hybrid 5 years ago so they would get the business and I could have walked into York Ford and bought it on the spot.We will not be buying any cars from Stoneham Ford. this was the best sales experience i have ever had with a car dealer. (my 3rd ford car) i brought my 2006 ford fusion to stoneham for service after the dealer i bought it from screwed it up 3 times in a row. so when a major issue happened it was a no brainer for me where to bring it. unfortunately it needed a major repair almost $1000 and for a 6 year old car with 125k i found myself in the showroom that evening. that is where i met tom. i knew what i wanted and had done my homework. the whole staff was quite receptive to my no BS point of view (i have walked out of other dealers because of this) and i was offered a good price on the trade considering the current condition. they had a price, i had mine and we met in the middle. i was happy and paid a fair price and they made their money everyone was happy. simple as that. the car was not on their lot and since it was late i had to go back the following day to see it (no issue to me i went in late) tom said between 9 and 10 it would be there. he called at 10 just as promised, i happened to have a friend with me at the time (some dealers seem to hate this and i have no clue why) they greeted him professionally and all was good! (he may even buy a truck here when the time is right) i drove it, loved it and finished the paperwork. they promised me at 3:00 it would be ready. i got there at 3 and it was sitting outside waiting for me i drove away very happy in my 2012 fusion! AND they even went above and beyond by taking care of my service bill from the old car and even delivering my snow tires to me! i can't say enough about these guys, top notch! thanks again!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer. My last was a pre-owned F350 that I purchased and financed through Stoneham Ford. About a week after my purchase I noticed a small rust spot on the roof of my truck. After bringing the vehicle to Stoneham Service and having the rust spot declined to be repaired by the sales manager, I decided to contact Mr. Melkonian "owner". Weeks went by with no response so I had the roof repaired at my cost "$600". He then contacted me and requested that I send him the invoice. Now after two months of him leading me on, he has decided not to respond to any of my emails or reimburse me the cost! This is the last Sales, and Service this dealer will ever get from me! This is my second truck I have bought from Stoneham Ford. My first truck from them was through Doug Prentice, but Brian Flaherty was just as good. I plan on bringing my wife by soon to talk with Stoneham about a new vehicle for her. The truck I bought was used and is a great truck. There is a small noise with the brakes once in awhile and I told Brian and he had an appointment with a rental car for me to take care of the problem. The problem is still not fixed but they are trying to figure it out and I am sure they will, I have all the faith in them. Brian and the rest of the staff were great and are great, I would not go any where else to do business.

If you are person looking for a dealership to go to with no hassle, Stoneham Ford is definitely someplace you should visit. The sales representatives are friendly and very helpful. I didn't feel at any point that I was being rushed, pushed, or cheated. I would recommend this dealership without reservation to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

On Monday, April 25th. I walked into Stoneham Ford with the intentions of purchasing a 2011 vehicle. I had done some research on-line of the Fiesta. I liked the look of it and have driven by Stoneham Ford numerous times seeing the Fiesta's parked out front and they caught my eye. As I walked in I was greeted by Jeff Towne who welcomed me. I told him that I wanted to test drive the Fiesta sedan. Two days earlier my vehicle was totalled in an auto accident. I test drove the Fiesta sedan and liked it, however what really caught my eye was the magenta color 2011 Fiesta Hatchback SE which was parked out front. Jeff answered all of my questions and had a vivacious personality. He was courteous, professional and did not pressure me into anything. I met with Aram Mooradian who was also professional and we went over some numbers. Less than three hours later, I bought the 2011 Ford Fiesta Hatchback SE! The next day I picked up the vehicle. Jeff showed me the functions of the car, asked if I had any questions and he was extremely genuine. I haev already recommended Stoneham Ford to family, friends and co-workers and I will definitely bring them mu business again.

I wanted to try out a Fiesta for a week to see how I liked it in my day-to-day driving, and then compare it with the Focus (which had bigger rebates on it). Stoneham's rental division was fair priced and accommodating, and I rented each car. When I made my final decision, I visited 12 Ford dealerships in New England, and I ended up coming back to Stoneham for this reason: I made them an offer (on the new Fiesta and my trade), they countered, we met in the middle at an excellent price, I came in to sign the papers and was greeted by a friendly staff who had all of my paperwork ready to sign, then two days later, my car was prepped, registered, gassed, inspected and ready to go- I took delivery in 15 minutes, was given everything I needed and got a price that nobody could beat. No BS, just good customer service and a fair price for all of us. I'll be referring all my friends who are looking for a Ford to Stoneham. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I liked that they worked with me in trying to make a deal happen. They took the time to show and explain the car and had it up front and ready to go for me. They worked with me on options I needed and treated me with respect. I do recommend them and definintely working with the finance manager Aram. I would most likely buy from Stoneham Ford again and have some leads for them in the near future to give to Chris to work with. I was searching for a 2011 model equiped with particular features not available on most dealer lots. Stoneham Ford has a large selection of cars had exactly the car I wanted on the lot. I called Adam King and he answered all of my questions. If he wasn't sure of an answer, he took time to investigate and get back to me with the information. Adam was very friendly, honest, and pleasant. He made sure I understood what was available but did not try to pressure me into buying extras. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and pleasant. The deal was fair and quick with no high pressure tactics. The car was perfect and just as described, to the last detail. Adam was able to answer all my inquiries, anticipate some of my concerns and provide the answers even before I asked.

My family arrived at this dealership after several weeks of searching for a SUV, several years old with relatively low mileage. We were met by Adam who took the time to listen to us. We had narrower our search down somewhat. He promptly showed us several vehicles. After a test drive they proposed a deal that was far superior to any other we ahd found. After agreeing to the deal they handled the required paperwork quickly and without any hassle. I would recommend this dealership and especially Adam to anyone.

Stoneham Ford was the first dealship we went to while looking for a used car and to trade in our old car. We tested a Ford Escape 2008, and liked it. We really enjoyed our experience there, however went on the tiresome search elsewhere to compare deals and see other kinds of small SUVS. We should have just stayed with Stoneham Ford. Especially compared to the interior of other SUVs, we like the Escape. Moreover Vinny and Doug were genuine, personal and professional. Other dealerships we left tired and frustrated, after negotiating to no avail and couldn't escape that used cars salesman personality. After looking for another couple weeks, we walked straight back to Stoneham Ford- we never should have left in the first place! Stick with them and save yourself the time and energy. Was looking for a low priced/mileage used car in vgood/excellent condition. Salesman immediately presented just what we were looking for. Due to a previous commitment we went to a second Ford dealer. On telling them what Stonham Ford had offered us they advised us they could not come close to a deal like that. We returned to Stoneham Ford who quickly and compently completed the paperwork and delivered the vehicle.Have had previous experience with their repair dept. and definately look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future.John C

I had previously purchased a vehicle from Stoneham Ford back in 2001. It was then and was also this time a rather enjoyable experience. This time I did not "shop around" and made the only stop to Stoneham Ford. The Sales, Service and Rental departments (I needed a "loaner car" on two occasions) performed in a thorough, friendly and timely fashion. Bryan Meuse personally assumed responsibility during this effort and kept me informed as to any and all issues. In the future I would again make Stoneham Ford my first and only stop to purchase another vehicle.

I have been dealing with Stoneham Ford since 1985. I have purchased all of my cars through Chuck Beauregard. Chuck is great to work with, easy going, and puts no pressure ever on making a sale. Every outside salesman should take a lesson from Chuck. This is only one of the reasons I keep returning. The service dept. also ranks #1 in my my book. Tom Meharg is always there,and willing to help with any issues that may arise. When anyone of my cars is brought in for service, I know when I pick it up, it will be fixed, and fixed right. Alan, and all of his brothers, and his cousin Aram, are always friendly, and greet you anytime you are there. They never forget their customers. I originally stopped in to see Bryan three months ago and told him what we were interested in. He helped me then and sent me information. When it was time to buy, I returned to Stoneham Ford and talked with Bryan again. From the first time I stopped in the dealership everyone was friendly and more than willing to answer questions and discuss options. I ended up buying a 2010 F150 King Ranch and love it. The whole process was very pleasant and I didn't feel frustrated with car dealers at any point of the process. I would recommend Stoneham Ford and will continue to take my business to them in the future!

Chuck made our visit a positive experience and enabled us to make our decision to purchase the Ford Edge. When I returned to get my inspection Chuck asked me how I like driving my first SUV type of car and I told him I needed to get myself more comfortable with backing up, Chuck was nice enought to demonstate the sounds I would hear as I backed up my car and how close I was to the next vehicle which I really appreciated. We have purchased several cars from Stoneham Ford. Most recently we purchased a 2010 Ford Focus. Our salesman was Brian Flaherty. Brian listened to our requirements and, although Stoneham Ford did not have a car on the lot that met our needs, Brian was able to locate one nearby. From that point forward everything moved smoothly and quickly. We had our new car within 4 days. I appreciated the fact that there was no push to purchase a car that was on the lot. I really felt that Brian understood our situation and was very willing to work with us. We will definitely be back.

He provided excellent customer service. In addition, the finance person, John Melkonian, was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The amount of vehicles to choose from on the lot was another plus. I would definately recommend to family and friends to use Stoneham Ford.

My Husband and I bought a new Fusion at Stoneham Ford and we are so happy with our new car. Our salesperson was Bryan Meuse and he made us feel so welcome and was right there to answer any questions we had about anything. We are looking forward to many years of joy with our new car.

Dennis was extremely cooperative and patient with my "testing" of many cars. He allowed my son and grandson to help me decide on which vehicle to buy. So far I am happy with my purchase. I appreciate the fact that Stoneham Ford did all the "running" for me (insurance info, plates, etc.)

My experience was very good. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The negotiation for a new Ford was quick and I was able to reach a price acceptable to both the sales staff and myself. Dealer prep and vehicle delivery was on schedule and the car was delivered with a full tank of gas and was in ' perfect ' condition. The salesman was skilled in explaining the SYNC system and the other features of the car. The Ford financing options were good and we used one of the options.

I leased my second Ford Escape from Stoneham Ford in May. Need I say, I love the vehicle. The salesman, Chris, was a pleasure to work with. I originally wanted an white Escape...he did everything he could to find one for me but it wasn't meant to be. It's o.k., I really like the red one I have. It came with SYNC which is a terrific feature; every vehicle should be equipped with it. Of course, I didn't know how to set it up. Chris and Vinny did it for me. Instead of saying "read your manual" he actually made sure I was set up and able to use SYNC. Vinny should be in IT. These two men made my leasing experience a joy.Today, July 15th, I got a new phone and again couldn't set up SYNC. Went to Stoneham Ford...Chris saw me and REMEMBERED MY NAME. Again, Vinny got me set up my new phone with SYNC. I can't say enough about these two guys, they go out of their way to help you. I would recommend Stoneham Ford and these salesmen to anyone. Bryan was very helpful, and had the answers to all of our questions. if there was something he didn't know he went out of his way to get the answer for us. i would recommend him to anyone i knew looking for a ford vehicle. This has been the easiest and most pleasant vehicle shopping experience we have ever had.

From the first moment we walked into the dealership there was a feeling of low pressure and friendliness. Jeff spent a lot of time with us to help locate the right vehicle for us. I had done my homework relative to pricing and Doug, the Sales Manager was reasonable with respect to negotiating a deal that was fair for both parties. The overall experience was low stress and pleasant with respect to other dealerships I have visited. I would highly recommend Stoneham Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Vinny was extremly friendly and efficient. WE were always seen in a timley manner. It was a pleasant experience which I expected to be more complicated. Purchased a brand new truck. I was immediately helped. Sales associate did not try to upsell and he did not play any waiting games. I was given fair trade in value for my vehicle based on NADA and current market conditions. I was able to drive vehicle without sales associate so I could talk things over with wife. All associates are customer service orientated.... A no nonsense dealership!!

My experience at Stoneham Ford was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I walked in and was immediately treated with respect. There were no sales tactics, no pressure and a very easy going conversation. Chris Rivest is very professional and courteous. I didn't even have to haggle over my trade in, the agreement of the price was mutual. John M. from financing was also very nice to talk to about my financial options. I had been searching for a 2009 or 2010 Ford Escape Limited and was having no luck at all with any dealership; all any of them could tell me was that "We have none, we don't know when any more are coming and we don't even know IF any more are coming." I noticed a 2010 Escape, Limited model on the Stoneham Ford online inventory, so I inquired about it through their website. I dealt with Danielle there first, she put me in touch with Chris and he put me into that 2010 Escape. Because the vehicle had just shipped from the factory when I saw it on the website, it was a little bit of a roller coaster ride since I was trying to go through the Cash for Clunkers program. I knew we might have a problem when Chris asked me to try out a vehicle that was on the lot to ensure I would get in on the incentive - but to his credit, when I declined, he said "Then I guess we'll just have to make this deal work for you." Two weeks later, I drove out of that dealership with my brand new 2010 Ford Escape Limited and I really couldn't be happier. Thanks to Danielle, Chris, John and Doug for making it happen!

I bought a new 2009 Ford Escape from Stoneham Ford using the online Sales information and description of the vehicle. The staff worked hard at negotiating the Cash-for-Clunkers paper work maze and we were able to perform the entire process via email, fax or telephone without ever actually meeting in-person until the vehicle was delivered to me in Vermont. I went to Stoneham Ford on the recommendation of a family memeber. I dealt with Mike Warwick, the Internet Manager and it was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I like the fact that they post their prices online and everything is easy to understand. It's nice to find a dealership that doesn't play games!

Stoneham Ford was great! I took my time in the buying process to be sure the car I was buying was the right fit for me. I was never pressured in this process, which made this a stress-free experience. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, from the Sales department to the Fast lube department when it was time to come in for my first oil change. I would definitely recommend Stoneham Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

The salesman and sales manager I dealt with were great! The took the time to sit and go over all the different option on the Ford Fusion so I could make an informed decision. Their service dept. is top notch! I had a great overall experience at Stoneham Ford and would buy there again!

Bought a new Ford Fusion i4 SEL recently and found the entire buying process enjoyable and stress free. For me it was because of the sales person (Chuck Boregard).He explained the process to me in unambiguous plain terms and got all the answers to ALL my questions.This is the forth Ford I have purchased from this dealer and they have kept me coming back with their service and intergity.

Bought a brand new Mustang GT, it was never registered before. But the car was in a total wreck before, front bumper replaced, wheel replaced and bent sub-frame. The bumper and wheel was fixed, but the major damage on the frame was not. I will never buy from this chain of dealership again.
