Short version: Rick was amazing to work with, and I highly, highly recommend visiting with him if you're interested in purchasing a Hyundai! Longer version: I've been looking at getting a new car for a couple of years now. I had a 2015 Subaru Legacy that just didn't have the space I needed. On a whim, my boyfriend and I decided to test drive a Tucson. Not only did we love the vehicle, but we loved the low-pressure sales environment and how transparent our sales person (Rick Porter) was. I decided to go with the Tucson but wanted a more upgraded package. There was some back and forth as they tried to find one to trade for me. (I was picky about the color and interior and so forth.) Rick was always super responsive via email and gave me quick/honest/complete answers to the large number of questions that I had. They found one that fit all my requirements much faster than I expected, and they got it in for me super quickly! When I went to purchase it, they offered financing and Brian shared some of the information there, but I already had my financing handled. He was pleasant and not pushy at all. I got my vehicle last week, and I love it! This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience that I've ever had. I highly, highly recommend Stones Hyundai & Rick. If you're looking for a simple, easy, no-pressure experience, this is the place to go.

Rick is an amazing person to work with! He never pressures you to buy anything. He listens to all your needs and wants! Plus tries to go above and beyond! Brian is also amazing! He worked so well with our financing! If you want to buy an amazing vehicle with amazing people, this is the place to go!!

The process was extremely easy and stress free. I ran into issues with my bank but they were patient and helped me out. My new Elantra is the best! Thank you for your help to everyone there; Cameron, Reid, Vince, Rick, Robbie, and Ethan!
