The process was generally good and the salesman was very helpful and honest. The manager offered a decent deal so I stayed and let them sell me the car. I kinda gave in at the end but I think it was their openness during the process.

Service and salesmanship were excellent. I can only remember my salesman by "T" but he was excellent. I was pressed for time and he made sure I made a scheduled appointment but yet was thorough in explaining things. Anything he missed was my fault.

I thought everyone, especially Tevita, (not sure of spelling), was very cordial and went out of their way to accommodate me. The salespeople all looked very professional and acted in the like manner. Having been in sales myself I know how important this is. They all make you feel special and that is refreshing in this day and age.

I put most in the comment section so please see that section. Overall a comfortable, enjoyable and thorough experience. Torre Stradwick was informative, interested and considerate; knows his stuff. David Kotovsky had a comfortable relationship with his sales staff and made sure all "T's" were crossed with a dash of humor.

To restate what was said on the previous page..... I chose to buy another Hyundai and to buy it at Straub because I had previously owned a Santa Fe and had always had it serviced at Straub except for one occasion. I was always treated well at Straub. The one time I needed emergency service for a failed sensor was in Iowa City, Iowa and the dealership there was great. They not only fixed the car promptly to get me on my way, they gave me directions for a quicker way to reach my daughter's home in Chanhassen, Mn. So, I can only say that Hyundai not only treats me well at home but also when I'm away from home.

Everyone was really nice and accomidating. The lease went smoothly and we were able to drive home in our new Sonata that same day. We love the car and teh gas mileage. This is our 3rd Hyundai lease vehicle.

I needed to obtain another vehicle because my lease was coming to an end (and was trying to save a few dollars a month) and they were trying to move a vehicle and make a few more dollars a month. Its really that simple. I ended up with a larger monthly payment than the prior lease which was disheartening but I guess that's the reality when your lease comes to an end. You can either turn the car in, "with a turn in the car fee", and still need to go somewhere and get another car. Or you can re-lease and hope for the best.

Since my last Sonata was 10 years old, my new one has lots of technology that is new to me. I was impressed with how patient the salesman, Evan, was in taking the time to make sure I understood how everything worked. The three men who handled this new purchase, Evan, Dave, and Mike, were all very courteous and helpful----excellent examples of good salesmanship! I have enjoyed dealing with Straub for over 10 years and will most likely continue to deal with them for many more.

I felt my wife and I were dealt with in a positive and professional manner. Our salesperson was excellent and would certainly work with him again. The sales manager was extremely helpful and was easy to work with. I would definitely deal with both of them again in the future. They were always courteous and honest in working with us. Evan was patient and explained all the vehicles features to me and later to my wife, which was greatly appreciated. There never was any pressure on us to buy something we did not want, which made it a pleasant experience.
