I was really impressed at the outcome of the deal that was given us. We went in to see if we could get a used vechile. Well the salesperson took us too see several cars. We chose one to our liking. This was taken a while to go through, so we asked if we could go and have supper (we were meeting someone) so they let us go. Told us we would be contacted on the outcome of the vechile. Just as we were leaving the restaurant I got a call from the dealership. They said we could not get a used vehicle, was disspointed, BUT they were willing to put us in a new one. I was shocked. What??? did I hear back them right? As we got to the dealership, they showed us the car we could get. I was in aww. This has never happened to me before. I was stunned, in disbelief, thinking this was all a joke, well it wasn't it really happened. I am now the only owner of my silver VW Passat. Driving it home seemed as if I was in a dream. I woke up the next morning to see if I really had a new vehicle sitting in my driveway. Yep! I did. It was an awesome, unbelievable mind blowing day. So happy with the purchase of my new car. Thank you Voltswagon Street of Amarillo Texas. Very very satisfied and happy.

I love my Volkswagen Passat and Robert Moore is a great Car salesman the best experience I have ever had at a dealership they treated us like family and and worked really hard to get us the best deal they possibly could and went above and beyond and the service dept fixed or other Volkswagen while we were waiting an excellent time and affordable

I'm am an 'ol guy, bought over a hundred vehicles in my life here on Earth. First time I have ever thought that a dealership actually tried! They still take a lot of time, but that must be expected. But to not be badgered, well that's something very different. To not spend endless time engaged in a back and forth battle over price, payment, and the rest of the negotiations that used to be part of the "GAME", was relaxing! Sales team, Great! Financing, Great! Management, Great! Thanksgiving Dinner, Great!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, MY Street VW!!! Micah Barfield is an AWESOME Sales Rep. She is unobtrusive, patient, and a generally congenial person. This is an honest, courteous, exciting and proactive car dealership. Now, I won't even think of going to another dealership (except for maybe BMW, AUDI, or Mercedes) and if we move from Amarillo, TX then, no matter where we are in the continental US, I will travel back to Street VW to purchase my next VW.

This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Our salesperson, Kimberly Tollett, was the best- so nice, so knowledgeable, so great in every way. Shane and Micah were awesome as well. Everyone at Street VW is so friendly and helpful and we just love our new car. This facility is top-notch in every way and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great car buying experience!

I live 350 miles away from Amarllo Tx and when I call and talked to Shane the New car Rep. I knew that was the place to Buy my new car. He was very helpful and understanding of my needs found my car and We went to pickup our new car.when we got there we were taken around to meet Shane and the new car very Friendly atmosphere and everyone was very helpful we had Special people explain the different things about the car and differently was a Great Experience. My next car is from Street Volkswagen...

I was introduced to Street VW salesman Danny Tipton through a co-worker who had a positive car buying experience with him. I liked him the moment that I met him, and 2 weeks later, my wife and I went to Street VW to find a used SUV. Danny let us walk the lot to look over the selection of vehicles and we drove a few different ones to see what we liked. He did not push us in any direction, and he did not try to pressure us to make a purchase that day. In fact, once we settled on the SUV that we thought we would like, he told us, "Rather than make a decision today, take it for the weekend and drive it like you would your own vehicle. Bring it back on Monday, and if you decide this is not the one for you, I'll show you some other vehicles that might be better for you." The following Monday I returned the SUV and we discussed some of the issues with the vehicle that I wanted addressed before the purchase. Danny talked these things over with his manager and they agreed to fix these things to my satisfaction and we settled on a fair price. The whole process of working with Danny and purchasing from Street VW really is how car shopping ought to be -- a positive, non-agressive, and hassle free experience. Danny exemplifies what Customer Service / Satisfaction is all about, and I will recommend him to anyone who is looking to work with a great guy / salesman while shopping for the next car.

Sales person allowed me to look and test drive by myself several models and different year variations of the GTI to ensure that I see and feel the difference in the models. This allowed me to determine which model MK VI vs MK VII chassie that suited my taste without any pressure. Facility was new and very clean, but it could have been little cooler inside. I was offered beverages on several occasions while test driving and while processing the deal. The final paperwork was accomplished in less than 1 hour and I left with a clean car and a full tank of gas.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Me and my fiancee purchaed a SUV from Street. These people are for real. No high pressure and they work to make sure you are getting the car you want. I cannot say enough about our salesman "TIM" and the Finance Manger. I have had some very bad car buying experiences but this one made me a believer again - all car dealers are not the same. If you are in the market for a used or new car I would highly recommend you not buy elsewhere until you check Street Volkswagen out first and I promise you will not be disappointed. I bought a used 2015 Ford Explorer that only had 10,000 miles. I got the best deal in town and trust me I made sure of it. Good, honest people -

I just recently traded in my truck at Street Volkswagen for a 2015 VW Passat TSI. Brad Paschal was the salesman that I worked with and he was extremely helpful. I have never had a better car buying experience then the one I experienced at Street Volkswagen! I would recommend it to anyone!

I spent about five months looking at cars and deciding whether I wanted to buy, lease, new, used, etc. On the day I bought my Jetta, I showed up on Street's new facility during the ribbon cutting. I started to leave, but wandered around the lot for almost an hour without being disturbed. When Kim came out, the conversation was very casual, there was no pressure to even drive a vehicle. This was probably the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've made in my life, and that is saying something since I sold new vehicles for three years. I'm glad I stopped in, met Kim and the rest of the crew and chose to do business with Joe Street and Street VW. Thanks.

First bought my son 2014 VW Jetta turbo diesel after they gave me enough for his truck. Then I sold my car for a 2012 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro. This is a great dealership top to bottom and their new facility is state of the art. The process was easily, Zack was friendly and able, and management engaged. Highly recommend these guys.

The absolute best car buying experience!! My wife and arrived to the Street VW Dealership on a hot July afternoon to look at the product line. We were met by sales professional Jonathan Ortega who was very eager to show us the VW lineup. As we looked at vehicles and deciding to test drive several, Jonathan showed us to the dealership lobby while he retrieved vehicles and brought them to the door with the AC blowing to cool the car for the test drive. It was while we were waiting inside the dealership that New Car Mgr. Shane Giese approached and greeted us, welcoming us to the dealership. Mr. Giese was very personable and made us feel at home right away. Several other staff greeted us and the overall initial in the door experance was enjoyable and relaxed. Cold drinks were offered and no one pushed or prodded us about anything. The test drive, Jonathan explained the vehicle features and was well informed and knowledgable about the vehicle. After driving several vehicles we focused in on the Jetta sport. Back inside the dealeship, no pressure and relaxed, Mgr. Giese showed us some finance options as we further discussed the vehicle. We decided to think about it and walked outside to look the vehicle over again. While talking with Jonathan, Mgr. Giese met with us again and suggested we take the car over the weekend to give us an extended time to drive the vehicle. I know by now your thinking "suckered in" not at all Mgr. Giese assured me there was no obligation to buy he just wanted us to experance the car without a salesman in the backseat. Mgr. Giese gave me his business card and cell number and told us to enjoy the vehicle. We drove the vehicle over the weekend and were so impressed that we decided to buy. We arrived to the dealership on Monday afternoon to work out the details. We were again greeted by several friendly staff members, again no pressure just a relaxed calm experance. The price, Mgr. Giese and I agreed on what I feel was a fair price with little or no real discussion at all. Mgr. Giese was very amicable and reasonable and there was no rush or pressure for me to do anything. While the paperwork was being completed we were introduced to several key people and areas of the dealership, parts, service. Everyone was friendly, personable and welcoming. Finance, met with Jeanine Clement who was professional, well informed and the paperwork was correct. Out the door, a well informed, knowledge, and patient gentleman explained and setup the vehicle fetures and then we were on our way. The entire experance was laid back and very pleasant.

My parents liked him also and will be going to him again when my little sister starts driving in a couple months. He was very helpful and I would definitely go back to him and refer my family and friends to him for their new cars as well. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 VW Passat TDI from Brad Paschal at Street VW of Amarillo. The overall experience at the Street VW shop in Amarillo was the best car buying experience we have ever had. First off Brad took care of us hand and foot from the time we pulled onto the lot until we left. The normal car lot experiences everyone one is frightened off DID NOT HAPPEN at the Street VW lot. Brad was patient and showed every car on the lot without trying to be pushy, persuasive or sale happy. He did not want us to settle on any car but only the car we wanted. Once the car was selected the excellent customer service carried over into the finance office. Once again the same type of customer service carried over. The paper work was completed correct the first go around and we were out the door and 100% satisfied. This is a place any person who is looking for a great car as well as awesome customer service needs to visit.

We bought a 1 year old Tiguan from Street VW. We got a good price. The thing that differentiates them from other dealers is the service after the sale. These folks are incredible. The service is stellar. The service department is not afraid to remedy a problem before it becomes a problem. I've gone with questions and walked away with a "solution". Often at no cost to me. They are honest, friendly and fair. Love them all. You've heard about going the extra mile ? They DO.
