Terrible customer service. Just read the reviews online. They sell you a car, don't tell you about any issues, and offer no help when you have issues. I would never buy a car from this place.

Over the years I have purchased fifteen vehicles both new and used. I have always been treated with utmost respect and kindness by mechanics, salespersons office staff and store owners. Everyone here at Stykemain Chevrolet, Paulding is very helpful and courteous. They were a delight to buy my vehicle from and give me great follow-up service. I would recommend them highly and will always buy here in the future. They treated me with respect while other dealerships I went to tended to ignore woman buying new cars,

Shopped online for a vehicle. Found a car in our price range. Right year, right mileage. Contacted dealer online to find out about a test drive/getting the vehicle to our mechanic (miles were high for the year). Wanted to get it looked at to be safe prior to purchasing. We were told we had to sign a purchasing agreement prior to doing so (another dealer in the same town said we could do that as part of our test drive). Had a rough estimated test drive set up by the CSR (was never connected to sales staff) and she said she would let me know if the vehicle sold so we wouldn't waste our trip out (45 minute drive to dealership). Vehicle sold 1 day prior to the original appointment - told them we wouldn't be out. Next day, salesman called to confirm our appointment. Mentioned wrong vehicle and wrong time on call. Emailed CSR that we don't need the appointment and we wouldn't be there. Seems that no one in the dealership communicates with each other regarding appointments. They didn't recommend any other vehicles or test drives - just left us in the dark.

Overall experience was excellent. All sales and related personnel were courteous, professional and helpful. I had a tour of the facility which was interesting and helpful for future needs. I was shown all of the vehicle features and operation process. I feel I received a fair trade in value for my old truck and the new purchase was also fair. I purchased a new 2015 Silverado standard cab pickup. There was no pressure to purchase. My first contact was on a Saturday and on Monday morning I called the dealership to complete the purchase. It was ready for pickup that afternoon. In about an hour I was on my way back home with the new truck.A couple days later I received a follow up call from the sales person. I have an appointment in place for the first oil change.The experience was wonderful and will definitely return for vehicle future needs.

This is my second new car in 4 months. that should soeak for it self. Good people from the owner to thst sale people. My truck was cleaned parked inside on a rainy day waiting for me to complete the papaer work.
