The staff is always friendly in both sales and service, I would never go anywhere else. Customer service is a top priority for them in all departments. I would highly recommend them!

When we purchased our new Subaru, after negotiating the price and waiting for the car to come in, this dealership upped the price by $1500, a bait and switch. We should have walked away then. But we bought the car anyway, and also an extended service contract, of which Subaru of Bend did not come through on their end, and took $1500 from us and refused to reimburse us as verbally promised. The service department also told us that there were things wrong with our car which were not true. Beware of this dealership. They are unethical, will lie to your face, and have a longstanding reputation as such in this town. The owner, Matt Thomas will lie to your face and look you in the eye.

Our salesman Joshua went above and beyond to make sure we got the car and deal we wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgable when answering all of our questions and concerns. Overall a haggle and worry free deal. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

We're happy with the car and the deal. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and interested but not pushy.We had negotiated this new car purchase from 200 miles away as this dealer had the only car in the state equipped exactly as we wanted When we, as promised, arrived in Bend the car had 230 miles on it and was very dirty inside and out. That was a real downer for someone expecting a shiny new car. The staff cleaned it up nicely for us (poor job on the windows) and after a test drive we did the paperwork and headed home to the Oregon Coast. There were some financial loose ends in our favor and the dealership failed to overnight a check to us as promised, and failed to return several subsequent phone calls we made. That was very frustrating and gave us the impression, because we were 200 miles from Bend, that the dealership thought we could safely be ignored. We did eventually receive the check. Thayne, our salesman, made a nice follow up call, who referred a warranty question to a colleague who hasn't returned our call.But all's well that ends well, and despite some rough spots, I would recommend Suburu of Bend.

Entered the dealership, salesman engaged to answer questions, patiently waited while I looked around. Talked about golf a bit, and oh yes, cars, specifically Subarus. I would describe myself as the customer who knows precisely what he is looking for, and they happened to have a used Outback that fit my specs. Dealing was straightforward. Set price, customer counteroffer, revise price, customer revises counteroffer, accepted! Not the stereotypical used car buying experience.

This is my first Subaru! I was encouraged to get a Subaru by a variety of friends and of course the fact that dogs loves Subarus! I recommend Cheryl Suganuma with the internet department. Cheryl is delightful to work with and I was pleased with the information available and the treatment i received. i look forward to years of good relationships with this dealer and the people there!

My wife and I have just purchased our 2nd Outback from Subaru of Bend. We moved to this area from Portland a couple years ago and have been using this service center exclusively since then. I haven't needed service yet on our new car but every time I had our '12 in they were always prompt and friendly. They even noticed a manufacturing flaw in one of the side mirrors glass before we took delivery of our new Outback and had ordered the replacement part before it was even a hassle for me. They strive to go above and beyond and do what it takes to get the job done, I've always felt that customer satisfaction was a high priority for them. They'll be taking care of all the service needs for our new car for years to come. Check them out.

My wife and I are very indecisive and changed our mind on car color 3 times. But Evelyn did not mind all, she helped us get the color we wanted and was really helpful in the trade-in process. We special ordered a 15 Subaru Outback Limited using the Costco car program. We were told it would take 9-12 weeks and it arrived in 8. We ordered it with Chery's help in their internet dept and she was upfront and honest on every aspect. Jeff Mayernik was our salesperson and spent several hours with us when the car came in to explain every part of the car to us and set everything up as we wanted. We got the exact car we wanted at the price quoted without hassle from two very excellent people at the dealership. We were very happy with our experience there.

I sent my daughter to Subaru Dealer to get a oil change. My daughter explained to me that they were all very nice and helpful however after She got the oil change she walked out with a estimate of between $1500 -$2000 of repairs that needed to be done. Because there had not been any issues with the car previously. We decided to take it for a second opinion. The 2nd mechanic said that there wasn't anything wrong with it. I wrote a review previously explaining how upset I was about feeling like my daughter was taken advantage of. I want to say that right after the review was seen. Sam he immediately contacted my daughter to talk to her about the visit and what could be done. After speaking with her he also asked to speak with me so that he could make sure he explained things to me as well. I really appreciate the fact that Sam took the time to follow up with both my daughter and myself. I think it shows good character that Sam was wanting to find a resolution to the problem. Thank you for understanding how we felt and helping my daughter.Thank you for the follow up and help!!!

Went in for an oil change.Mr. Hartman recommended $800 of unnecessary repairs. This confirmed by another automotive service who diagnosed and repaired the issue for $65.
