Who like's to be pressured when your making a decision? These people treated mewith respect and caring. I was in and out of the dealership 5 times over the course of theyear and they always took there time and were not pushy. I would recommend them andTed Cyrsky in particular to anyone looking to buy. Also, I would recommend Subaruto anybody looking for a new vehicle - it's a great car!!!

I was down-sizing from a large vehicle and looked at a number of small SUV's: Honda, Ford, Toyota and Mazda. I wanted a car that had blind-side metering, audible back-up notification, and auto braking. I am a somewhat demanding customer, I research everything before I buy. I found all in the Subaru Forester which has a superior rating from the Insurance Safety organization. I hope at some point the car will get Apple's car-play, but it syncs with what I need for now. .My salesman, Randy Pesikey was polite and took his time in showing me the features of the car - it was by far the best demonstration of a vehicle by any sales person of the other cars I drove including another Subaru dealer. Rich Robichaud, his manager, answered a number of questions. I also met the owner of the company who sat down and answered every one of my additional questions about future service. As noted, this was a great experience. I highly recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill and Randy as a sales professional.

I recently visited Subaru of Cherry Hill in hopes of finding a new car. My experience there was excellent. During my first visit, I test drove the Subaru Forester and negotiated a good price. I decided to sit on the price and shop around but ultimately came back in hopes leasing a Subaru Outback. Subaru provided me with a great price with fair negotiation.The team at Subaru was very friendly and did not apply any aggressive pressure. The process felt very natural as they answered any questions I had and were willing to work with me in order to meet in the middle. I would recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill to anyone looking for a car.

I was still researching my options at the time. I wanted a vehicle that felt more like a car than a truck. The SUVs I had considered rode and handled more like trucks. I also wanted back seats that were comfortable for adults, because my sons have grown up. I test drove a Subaru Outback. It handled well, had a smooth ride, and the back seats were comfortable and spacious. I also loved the safety features, including blind-spot detection, smart cruise control, and automatic braking to avoid collision while backing up. There was no high pressure sales pitch. When I finally made my decision, the staff were all very pleasant, friendly, and proficient in getting me into my new Outback. I'm very pleased with both the experience and my new car. Thanks!

I recently went back to Subaru of Cherry Hill to turn in my 2014 Forrester for the 2017 Forrester. My experience could not have been better. I was greeted warmly by a sales manager who said he would locate my sales person to help me turn in my old car and re-lease a new car. Once my salesman arrived, he was his usual polite, engaging, professional guy. He showed me options for my vehicle and once I decided, he took the lead contacting my insurance company, transferring tags, taking care of the turn-in paper work, and then ultimately taking me to my new car. He even stuck around to show me some of the newest features until the New Vehicle Instruction dude showed up to really show me all the bells and whistles.I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received at the dealership. In fact, I drive 2 hours to lease my cars through Subaru of Cherry Hill! And it's always been well worth the drive!

After going to nearby dealerships to buy a car, I was about to give up. The lack of professionalism and transparent greed was predictable and laughable. You can tell from the facilities alone what makes an acceptable dealership. Cherry Hill Subaru was perfectly welcoming and Peter was a consummate professional. Although the process of buying a car is interminable, he made it as tolerable as possible. It would have been nice if the dealership would have given us a lunch break as our experience lasted over five hours. I love the car itself (I got a Crosstrek that arrived in America the night before) and am relieved that the dealership will help arrange maintenance through the service department.

The lease was expiring on my 2013 Subaru Forester. I did quite a bit of research on the Forester, including other dealerships, Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, and TrueCar.com.. But I had leased my Forester from Cherry Hill Subaru before and I felt comfortable in returning there. My experience was a happy one. My salesman, Ted, was most helpful and knowledgable, and surprised me with a reasonable price on a 2017 Forester. He made me very happy. After the car was made ready for me, Steve took on the task of explaining how everything works on the car. He was thorough and careful in his explanation. He let me know that I could contact him anytime with whatever questions I might have. I have already taken him up on his offer, quite successfully. I love this Subaru Forester. It is quiet and comfortable and is a smooth ride. The interior is beautiful and the sound system is wonderful. Thank you, Cherry Hill Subaru! You have made me very happy.

Jason met my wife and myself at the dealership front door. He inquired about on interests in visiting Cherry Hill Subaru and prompted guided us to his Sales Booth. We focuses on the Outback Premier model and he smoothly guided us through the key features including Subaru's well known relationship with Consumers Reports. Then we got to the specifics regarding a new car sale - Outback models, color schemes, MSRP vehicle pricing, factory incentives, tour of vehicle (Inside and outside) and the all important Test Drive. Within 1 1/2 hours , we had consummated a purchase agreement for a new Outback in our preference of color - our first Subaru product.Throughout the process, Jason was truly professional, quick to answer our questions, and quick to get the managers approval of the figures Jason had worked up. He also contacted our Auto Insurer and gave the rep the required info needed for the transfer of insurance coverage. One could not have expected more from an Auto Sales Rep in consummating what is normally a complex business transaction. I had a very experience at Cherry Hill Subaru; I visited in late April and spoke with Damon and took a test drive, there was no pressure to buy and I appreciated Damon's laid back and friendly demeanor. I returned in June when there were more incentives. I would have liked the 0% rate for 5 years (like other car dealerships) instead of the 3 years that was offered by Subaru. However, I worked with Sivon Pichoto (very helpful and patient) over the internet. I secured a lease agreement which fit my budget. It got a little confusing with filling out of the lease agreement and insurance stuff. ( 2 small criticisms NJ insurance companies have a different collision deductible and all sales people need to emphasize that no matter what your insurance company recommends; you have to insist on a$500.00 (collision deductible) also, the last 3#s of vehicle identification number were transposed so, the VIN# was not correct. It was a little annoying to have to go back to my insurance company and get it corrected.. Jeremy A was very personable and helpful and got me up to speed with using my hands free phone stuff. Loved the $50.00 gas card! I love my Subaru Impreza. I have recommended your dealership and have given the names of all the people I dealt with.

Given the fact that there are several Subaru dealers in the Delaware Valley, all of which sell Subarus built in the same factory, then what is the logic in choosing one dealer over the others? For me, it was a combination of a) best price, b) availability of exactly the car features that I wanted, and c) the professionalism of the staff at the dealership. Luckily for me, my ultimate decision was made easy by virtue of the fact that Subaru of Cherry Hill excelled (and indeed was first) in all three categories. I have already recommended to several friends that they check out this dealership for the great way they treat prospective buyers: they explain things thoroughly, clearly and intelligently; they are very adept at figuring out what one needs and how to put you into the right car; and they are very friendly and helpful in the little ways that make a difference, such as offering to fetch me from Pennsylvania when my new Forester was ready for delivery. Good job, guys! I'll definitely be back for another Subaru in a few years!

I was in the maket for a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5 and shopped extensively at dealers from CT, NY, NJ, and PA over a 2 month period. I ultimately chose Subaru of Cherry Hill when ready to buy because I was hugely impressed with their internet associate, Shannon Fioccio. She was prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about her products and was more than willing to find a Subie equipped just as I wished at a great price. She handed me off to sales person Mark Lawler who was equally friendly, solicitous, and knowledgable and helped to make the actual purchase and delivery experience a simple, no pressure process. The after sell and titling paperwork was likewise a pleasant, low pressure experience from Joel Gordon. I was then very grateful to have an hour long tutorial of the myriad featues of this new Outback by patient, and enthusiastic delivery specialist Steve Starner. Rich Robichaud the manager oversaw the whole process from beginning to end to ensure my buying experience went flawlessly. I can't thank the staff at Cherry Hill Subaru enough for all the help making my buying experience a low stress, hugely enjoyable experience!

Outstanding sales service. I have not used the Service department but have to assume high quality given the physical signs I saw. Sales manager and sales associates treated me fairly and honestly (as I would - or anyone would expect) but they also were very professional. The after delivery process was extremely customer service focused. Finance office was excellent as well. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.

Normally I would not bother to write a car dealership review, but with the exceptional service my wife and I received at Subaru of Cherry Hill warrants a very positive recommendation. Last year, we worked with Peter Bruvik to find the right car for my wife, which turned out to be an Outback. Peter was great, answering all our questions without any pressure or games. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. We had such a good experience that we went back when my old lease was up. I got started on the Internet with information on the Legacy I was interested in. Peter then helped me find just the right Legacy to fit my tastes and budget. When he had to leave in the middle of our appointment to take his son to the emergency room, his colleagues jumped right in to help complete our lease. Great teamwork, great people & great cars!

We purchased our Subaru last month and had a great experience. We needed to buy a car that day and luckily they had one on the lot that was a match for us. They worked some numbers using a Truecar.com quote for a higher model which was not low enough for us, but they were eventually willing to match a quote we received from another dealer for the same model on the lot. The finance guy was a bit pushy with the service plans but they always are. They were able to get the car erady for delivery in a matter of hours. Donovan was knowledgable and friendly - if I wanted another Subaru I would definitely go back.

Damon worked so hard for me to get the lease on the Crosstrek. Communicating with Damon was a breeze. He kept on updating me thru texts and phone calls. Even after I have the car already, Damon is still updating me about the status of my order (accessories for the Crosstrek). Talked with Tom too and he also explained very well how can I come up with a lease. If you want the best salesman in this dealership, just ask for Damon! Buying or leasing a car will be a breeze if you're with Damon.

Initial experience was a good one with Randy. Test drove one of the vehicles. All was good until Tom Cassidy took over for finances. All of a sudden, the sales rep disappears and the finance man appears to talk price, payments, etc. The switch happens so fast. - one minute the sales rep is across from the customer and then all of a sudden, someone else is in his place. The payments were a little too much so Mr. Cassidy suggested a lease which this customer was not interested in. It was then suggested two more times with details of how it works for family, friends, etc. When a customer says over and over they are not interested in a lease, they are probably NOT interested. It got to be uncomfortable so this young customer got up to leave. At that point, there were some remarks made by Mr. Cassidy that were overheard and not necessary. He should have known better.

Mark was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman. I drove two versions of the 2016 Impreza, got to understand the positive aspects of Eye-Sight system, and compare the suspension feel on different wheel sized models, on a very familiar series of ramps located a bit out of the normal test ride zone. It made all the difference in choosing the right car, made for an informative conversation for both of us - and I think Mark got a fun ride - and I'm glad to be back in a Subaru. Thanks Mark !

This was the very first car I ever bought (I am sixty years old), and the entire staff went out of their way to make it a very easy and pleasant and experience. They took their time with me so that I was very sure that I was buying the right car (although it was hard to pick the color!); and the car I have is perfect for me. I felt like the entire team was very effective at working together and working on their specialties, like test drive, finance, detailing, and education. The parts and service departments were super nice, too. (I am sorry I don't remember everyone's names, but everyone was super helpful and friendly.) A super big "thank you"! I recently purchased a Subaru Legacy from Cherry Hill Subaru. From the moment that I walked into the dealership I felt like I was part of their family. In addition to being friendly they were very easy to deal with. As I can be indecisive when it comes to car buying, they were patient with me as we test drove several vehicles. I have to say that I was sold on the Legacy due to the eye sight technology and features that were pre loaded on the vehicle. Loved the Outback also, but since it was a bigger vehicle, I opted for the Legacy. From start to finish they treated me with the utmost respect and as though I was the most important person in their world. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were and continue to be. Highly recommend Subaru's (my first one) and this dealership! Worth the trip!

Shopping for a small SUV, we considered a Subaru Outback or Forester and visited Cherry Hill Subaru for a test drive. Steve Brady was our contact. He facilitated the test drives and answered all of our questions. At no time was there any sales pressure and he was respectful in that other manufacturers were also being considered.I was interested in test driving a Forester XT. Another Subaru dealership had a used model on the lot. After the test drive, decision was made to purchase an XT. We reached out to Steve Brady again with questions on TruCar pricing and Cherry Hill Subaru, which is not listed as a participating TruCar dealership. Steve informed they would honor the pricing. I provided a custom build from the Subaru website, Steve confirmed the pricing. Again, Steve responded quickly with the requested information, without sales pressure. The decision was made to go ahead with Steve and order a custom build Forester XT Premium. All information was accurate and provided up front. There were no hidden costs. Randy was awesome. Took the car for a drive and lowered the price of the car just enough to make me buy it. I was happy with my experience there except for their service department which is terrible. I almost get the feeling that once they sell the car every experience you get is terrible. Maybe it's just my luck. All the sale staff and financial staff were friendly and were good at explaining everything.

Had a great experience with Peter Bruvik from the sales staff. We had decided NOT to go to Subaru of Cherry Hill because we thought that we couldn't get a good deal there. We ended up actually buying our Outback from them. Having had bad experiences with salesmen from other dealerships, working with Peter was just the opposite. He was low-keyed, no pressure and took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we needed. Very promptly got back to us on all of our questions. A whole lot of auto salesmen talk the talk, but Peter really walks the talk. Would highly recommend him to any person looking for a new Subaru. And we also got the best deal from Cherry Hill. Steve Sarner was also extremely helpful in walking us through all of the controls on the new car. Highly recommend him also.

That's right, I never drove the car, never saw the car , never meet the SCH folks except for the specs and communicates that They had online....that's how comfortable I was dealing with this dealer. When I saw the car online, I em them 500 bucks downpay. The car was enroute so I waited a couple weeks. It went this easy....I get a call that it was in and ready. The next day I meet with Ted Cyrsky late at night, 630 pm, dutifully fulfilling the paperwork and financials within two hours. Outside he shows me the car's basics, I inspect it for the first time and then drive away......to Nevada!.. the next morning...that's trust.

We took our time and was encouraged to take our time. Our salesman, Peter Bruvik, worked very hard to first understand what specific features and functions we were seeking in a car and this set the tone for what vehicles we test drove. One week after our initial visit with Peter, we were convinced to no longer play games with other dealers, and buy from Subaru of Cherry Hill. We drove away with a new car on our second visit and have no regrets whatsoever. The rest is history. We rated this experience excellent because it far exceeded our expectations.

My car salesman, Jay C., was excellent. He was understanding and did everything possible to work within my budget. The finance guy was condescending; however, and looked at his watch as it was nearing closing time by that point. While I greatly appreciate the efforts, I did not appreciate the haste and attitude from finance. I have purchased two other vehicles from big dealerships, including Miller Subaru (they did not have any used Imprezas at the time hence Cherry Hill Subaru; however, I had an all around excellent experience with them, including finance) Overall Jay was excellent and I received the car I wanted (a used Impreza) for a good price. They worked with my budget and the car salesman was respectful, understanding, and not pushy, so overall I would recommend this dealership.

Peter Bruvik and the rest of the Subaru of Cherry Hill sales team are top notch. I hadn't bought myself a new car in over 15 years and was a sitting duck when I walked in there. Peter got me the car I wanted and worked it to be within my budget with absolutely no hassle at all. The test drive was simply a formality when he handed me the keys but Peter never took my sale for granted. He treated me like a VIP and took care of everything I needed. Once the details were agreed and it was time to put pen to paper, Peter introduced me to Joel Gordon. Joel was fantastic. The paperwork process was simple and easy to understand. He was even nice enough to get me a set of all weather floor mats at the last minute. It's the little things that count and this team knows it. On top of all of this I have a car that I couldn't be happier with. Not only will I be back to Cherry Hill when the time comes for my next new car but I plan on bringing the rest of my family back as well. If you want to buy a Subaru, then look no further. Ask for Randy at Subaru of Cherry Hill. He is friendly without being pushy. He knows the brand and can answer any questions you have regarding the different makes, models and packages. In a brief period, he knew the car that I would like to drive best and worked with me to get the car that I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The service after the sale has been outstanding. Within 2 months of getting my Outback, I accidentally spilled milk on the passenger seat and carpet. Wow, that is a bad smell. I cleaned it myself twice but without luck. The service department returned my car to that "new car" smell. I'm forever grateful! I look forward to many years of service at Subaru of Cherry Hill.

Salesman and manager were very helpful at selling car. I feel we got a good deal. But the service department and its pricing are horrible. They gouge you on little simple maintenance items like rotating and balancing your tires. We thought we had paid for both but then found out they didn't balance tires when we got a bad vibration. After this happened, I called and asked to speak to manager. New salesman (original was gone) said he would have him call but never happened. Tried twice. Also 35,000 maintenance is $600. but this is only for filters and a look over of car. Ridiculous for a car that cost $23,000

Our salesman Mark Lawler demonstrated professionalism and knowledge and a true enthusiasm for his Subaru product and made my daughter's first purchase great. Even an hour after closing Mark was so energetic and excited about reviewing the car. He was thorough and patient. I would recommend him for salesman of the month for sure. We recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Outlook from Subaru of Cherry Hill. I originally worked with Sivon Pichoto from their Internet Dept and later with Nick Staffieri, when I visited the dealership to see and test drive the cars. Both Sivon and Nick were very professional and helpful. Both did follow-ups but neither pressured me into anything, something I would have not appreciated. Instead, they and their managment and business personnel were very supportive and willing to take their time to answer all our questions. Their goal seemed to be to make sure we knew what Subaru had to offer in terms of good quality vehicles and helped us understand various features, including many safety features. They also were able to positively address any concerns I had over previous internet comments I had read, none of which were an issue once I was presented with the details. For example, I had read where the standard engine may be underpowered. A discussion on the engine perfomance (e.g. gas milage) coupled with a test drive including some highway convinced me there was plenty of power for my needs. Subaru of Cheery Hill had very competitive pricing. Go prepared with your own internet research and you will get a good deal. I had gotten prices from 3 other dealers and only one other was close to Cherry Hill's pricing. Delivery of the car was also a very smooth, process with the delivery person going through our car's many features. I would highly recommend giving Subaru of Cherry Hill an opportunity to gain your business.This may sound like an ad for Subaru of Cherry Hill, but be assured I do not work for them and did not know anyone there before we decided to consider a Subaru for our next car (our trade in was a Lexus). Was the best buying experience I have ever had. Previous car died and had to get another quickly. Found the car I wanted on line. Jay Cafaro, Used Car Sales Specialist, was quick to answer all my questions and arrange financing. There was no high pressure and every detail was explained in full. I found this dealership to be honest and trustworthy. There were absolutely 'no hidden charges'.Definately would recommend buying a car here.

My experience from start to finish was excellent. My sales person was knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He guided me through the features of the vehicle I purchased. He helped me set up my radio stations and my phone. He personally delivered my driver's license to my home because I accidentally left it at the dealership. This is my 4th Subaru and this purchasing experience has been the best.

I really enjoyed working with Donovan. He was patient w/ all of my questions and did not pressure me to talk about pricing until after I had settled on a car that I liked. He also didn't try to sell me on one car over another or certain trim levels (I was vacillating between 3 different cars). There was no hassle or spiel. Even after I bought the car, Donovan has gone above and beyond responding to my texts with questions about how to do xyz in the car. Overall, it was a great experience!

We were very pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the buying process we experienced at Subaru of Cherry Hill.Our experience began with an email inquirey regarding a Forester in their inventory. We quickly received an email response with information on the car along with a quoted price. When we visited the dealership to speak to a salesman, in person, we were absolutely amazed that he was completely focused on providing us with a car that we wanted. He was so knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles that he answered all of our questions objectively and never tried to sell us anything we were not interested in buying.Our experience with the Sales Dept continued when we discussed financial matters with the Business Manager and later with the Service Advisor.Subaru of Cherry Hill's entire approach to selling a car was customer focused and was very much appreciated by us the customer.

This was my first time buying a car and I was very nervous. There's a lot of talk about how dealerships are a hassle and the sales people are like sharks so, needless-to-say, I was hesitant and nervous about this experience. I went to Subaru of Cherry Hill with a car in mind and Randy was the first sales person I spoke to. From my first visit he was polite, answered any and all of my questions thoroughly, let me take the car on a test drive, and didn't pressure me at all. I told him that I was a nervous person, wasn't buying that day, and wasn't 100% sure about what I wanted. I asked that he not send me a bunch of emails or call me a lot after I left and he respected my request... even after I came back a month or so later and test drove the car again. I ended up going back to the dealership about 8 months later and purchased the car. Randy was exceptional. I have and will continue to recommend Randy to people looking for a Subaru.

My wife was involved in a serious front end motor vehicle and her Subaru Impreza kept her safe. The car was totaled and there was no doubt that we would be replacing it with another Subaru Impreza. We had leased the first Impreza from Subaru of Cherry Hill and had a great experience with the dealership and salesman, so went back to Subaru of Cherry Hill to get our new Impreza. Our previour salesman had left the dealership, so we dealt with John, who was very helpful. They found the car that we were looking for and gave us a fair deal.

Went into the dealership because the car i want was there but when they said a set price and apr, the next week i came in to get the car with the dealt, the sale rep wasnt there so another person took over and had to restart but gave me totally different numbers. As a company once a price is said from one sales rep, it should be honored, but all they can say is it cant happen and didnt care. Basically they are so unprofessional and they don't honor their deals and staff are unhelpful.

Went to another dealership in Lakewood for an Outback. The experience was horrible , pushy and empty promises. I went to Cherry Hill on Sunday and saw the vehicle I wanted with all the bells and whistles. Once I entered the dealership I immediately saw the difference!, Pete was the Sales person who helped me to get the Outback I wanted and a fair price on my trade in. He was more than professional , he was extremely informative. Jim in finance was also very helpful at explaining the extended warranties and made the process easy. The very low interest rate was much lower than the dealership in Lakewood . Another reason not to go there and stick to a sure thing. I hope that anyone considering buying a new or used car looks first at Cherry Hill Subaru . I understand why it has a 5 star 100%rating !

Steve Brady was hands down the best salesman we've ever dealt with during our recent purchase of a 2015 Forester XT. His no-pressure attitude was unprecedented in our car-buying experience. He kept searching for the right exterior/interior combo until he finally found the right match (at another dealership), then picked up the car for us. His knowledge of the product was terrific. Though we also looked at less expensive models, there was never any pressure regarding which car to choose. He facilitated the overnighting of documents to our son who is out of state so that we could pick the car up by a certain date. Would recommend him to everyone. This was the first brand new car purchase my husband and I ever made and it was such a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and really willing to work with us to make a deal that we were comfortable with. Even after the transaction was complete and we went back in for our tags/registration, everyone continued to treat us like part of the Subaru family (everyone we encountered instantly recognized us and asked us if we were loving the new car). It felt like a very personalized experience. Nick Staffieri, our sales consultant, was very upbeat and knew his stuff and we felt very comfortable working (and chatting!) with him. Rich, his manager was also a great guy and really helped everything come together on the deal. We are definitely glad we picked Subaru for our first new car and especially happy that we ended up at the Cherry Hill Subaru dealership.

From the moment I first walked into Cherry Hill Subaru and Randy introduced himself, I knew I was in good hands. He went over in detail the attributes of the Legacy I was interested in and then explained how a lease worked. On the second visit I took a test drive and then we talked price. He came up with a figure and when I left I did tell him that I would have to visit at least one more Subaru dealership. He said he understood but asked to checked back with him The second dealership, of course, came up with a better deal. As promised, I went back to Randy who matched the deal. At this point I could have gone back to the other dealership to play the "pit Cherry Hill vs Kennedy" game but I was impressed Randy's attitude that I decided to just go with Cherry Hill. The rest of the leasing experience was just easy. Everyone else I dealt with was pleasant and extremely helpful. I would recommend Randy and Cherry Hill Subaru to anyone interested in a Subaru.

When I chose a Subaru for my first new car purchase I really did my homework and looked at all the options there were. I went to three different Subaru dealerships and cherry hill Subaru was the first and I felt more than welcomed and services while I was there. The two other dealerships didn't meet my expectations, but Cherry Hill Subaru was more than helpful and it felt like a trustworthy and honest place to buy a car from. Randy Pesikey was an incredible salesman. He looked me straight in the eyes the whole time and never backed down or tiptoed around a question. He answered every question I had and handled everything I threw at him. He eased all my apprehensions about buying a new car and really made it simple and easy. He is highly recommended in my opinion because the service he offers will make anyone's car buying experience enjoyable.

I actually did everything over the phone prior to closing the deal. Once I got there they didn't overlook anything. Took car for test drive then they explained every feature and how to use it on the 2015 Subaru Legacy. They have it down to a science. Drove 2 hours away to buy car and left very happy and satisfied. It was my first time financing a vehicle and I'm so happy I did it threw them because Kurt explained every little detail of the finance and explained to me his best practices for monthly payments. From the original meet with Terry, to the"the take the car for a test ride in the snow storm" you won't be disappointed to the feeling of a no pressure sale.. Kudos to Terry and the others for making the choice easy.. I could have went to another dealer to shop around, but just chose to stick with these guys.. So much I can't wait to replace our other vehicle and hope to get the same feeling again.

I found Dominic to be a warm, friendly salesperson. He was patient as my boyfriend and I asked him questions, and made me feel comfortable while test-driving one of their cars. I went in with the idea I wanted a Venetian Red Pearl Forester. After looking at the other cars, I fell in love with the Quartz Blue Pearl Forester. Unfortunately, other people were looking at it, too, and it slipped out of my hands, because they bought it. I settled for the red car, but didn't realize the only check I had, a starter check, wouldn't be accepted. They let me take it home and pay for it the next day, but in talking to my sister the night I'd brought it home, she told me I should ask them to order another blue one. I'd filled out the paperwork, by the way, but just hadn't paid yet. I was going to ask Dominic about getting a blue one, but never saw him. My boyfriend told me before we'd left not to go for the blue one, but I really wish I had. That's the one thing that is niggling me. I love the red, but not as much as the blue. I wish they'd told me that I could have still gotten a blue one, even if I had to wait for it. (I'm new to buying cars, in case you hadn't figured that out.)As I said, the sales guy was very nice. After talking to some people, I found I probably could have gotten a better deal, although the one I got wasn't bad, as far as I know. The guy in Finances who had me sign all the paperwork and rejected my check was a bit rude (not because he rejected the check, but telling me, "Prove it!" after I told him I had the money; he'd just had me sign a paper that promised my check was good. This wasn't the only reason I felt he was rude, but it's the main one). Overall, I'd still recommend them, because the salesperson and others in the office were extremely nice, and the price wasn't bad.

I had a '96 Legacy Wagon that I loved, but after 7 years of ownership, I was kinda ready for something somewhat newer (and a bit smaller). One night, out of curiosity, I went to the dealership to gawk at the new Hybrid. For the past 20 years, all I've driven is old, used cars, and I proudly told people I would NEVER buy a new car, so I didn't go with the intention of buying a new one, but I like to keep up on the new car news. That's the night my fiance and I met Mark Lawler. He took his time with us and showed us all the oohh's and aahh's of the hybrid as we chatted about cars, in general. He was so friendly, patient, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, and there was something about his energy that really "jived" with ours. They weren't very busy that night, so we spent a considerable amount of time chatting. By the end of the evening, I was starting to consider a new Impreza, and a few days later, I realized that I couldn't get the thought out of my head. Whaaat-whaaat?? I started to seriously consider it and, one very snowy day, I visited another dealership, talked with another dealer, and had the exact OPPOSITE experience as I had had with Mark. Even though I was the only customer for miles, (it was seriously "crickets" in there), they couldn't show me the features I was interested in, they had all their facts wrong (I do my research!) and the guy certainly did not jive at all with me. I took a test-drive, but left underwhelmed on the whole experience. I had assumed all dealers/-ships were like Mark & Cherry Hill, but this other Subaru dealer was quite different, in all the worst ways. It actually made me change my mind about buying a new car. I went home, disappointed, and my search for a used Subaru continued.A few weeks later, unsuccessful with my search and still thinking fondly about my initial interaction with Mark, I decided to return to Cherry Hill Subaru just to see what they had going on. I had ZERO intention of buying a car that afternoon (didn't bring checkbook or anything). Still, the guys were friendly upon my walking into the door (even after I told them I was just here to look) and I was lucky that Mark was available (especially since it was supposed to be his day off!). He was really only there for something else, but still, took the time and we chatted a bit. I told him I wasn't looking to buy that day, but I couldn't get the Impreza out of my mind and wanted to do a "non-snowy" test drive to see how I felt. I told him I could come back on a work day, but he happily offered to go for a drive then and so Mark, my mom, and I all hopped into one brand-new hatchback (there were only two on the lot that day!). He was patient and calm as I drove us through rush-hour traffic (and even to get gas, upon my insistence). After taking the long way back (so I could get a feel for various roads, speeds, turns, etc), my mom left to go to work. I stayed to go over more specifics, and my love for the Impreza grew. I started spouting color preferences, features, trim-lines and Mark was right there with me the whole time, guiding me by knowing what went with what, and what things didn't (things like roof rails, GPS, moonroof, all have specific configurations and combinations, set by Subaru). He patiently let me push more buttons, walk around the car, ask questions, and basically, fed my hunger for facts.Mark never once pressured me or made me feel like I was taking up his "precious" time by asking all these crazy questions and mulling things over to my preference. He was patient and kind and simply shared my enthusiasm for the brand. As the evening went on, I realized that I was ready and decided to make the leap into new-car ownership. I ran down my list of "must-haves" and Mark informed me that we'd have to order the car because of that specific configuration and it could take up to 3 months to deliver (they make the Imprezas in Japan). He also gave me the option of taking one of the two they had there at the dealership. Neither fit my exact configuration, but one was only off by the exterior color and a few minor extra accessories. It was blue and I'd read that white was a safer color, so in my mind, that was the way to go (even though I'm not particularly fond of white cars). Again, Mark was patient as I took my time considering the blue one, walking around it a few times, and even drove it into the showroom, so I could see it in the light (it was now late at night and dark outside). I got the feeling that if I changed my mind at any moment, Mark would still be kind and understanding, with that warm smile on his face. Fortunately for both of us, I didn't. In fact, I decided on that blue one. That beautiful, brand-new (it only had 9 miles when I did the test-drive), shiny, loaded, blue one. Mark was ready and confidently and still, patiently, led me through the sea of paperwork and financial decisions that go along with leasing a new car. I had done some previous research on leasing and learned that it wasn't a horrible financial decision for cars that keep their value (which Subarus certainly do) and since I couldn't afford to buy the car at that time, leasing was my choice.After we wrapped up with his part of "the deal", he escorted me into another room where I did the "heavy paperwork" with another gentleman. Even though it was now very late, they were both patient with me as I completed the process. They were, after all, making a sale; but still, I never felt anything but appreciation, kindness, and support as I signed document after document.As it turns out, my mom, dad, and fiancee were all close to the dealership, and wrapping up work for the night, so they headed over to meet me and got to be part of the process as I bought my first new car! Once all the papers were signed, Mark handed me my new keys (yay!) and I headed out the door to hop in my new blue 'Ru! As if mother nature was showing her support for my decision, I came out to find that the slightest snowfall had started while I was inside. It looked like someone had sprinkled my car with sparkling powered sugar, and my soon-to-be hubby even traced a big heart in the snow on my hood! It was like a magical Disney moment! And, hey, I had just committed to spending a whole lotta money for the next few years, so I was happy to have the surreal (albeit, corny) ending... or, was it just the beginning of my love affair with my awesome new car?!?!UPDATE: nine months later - I still have my Legacy Wagon (running better than ever for my new hubby) and I'm still loving my new Impreza! Several months after my purchase, I went in for an oil change before a big trip and I stopped over to see Mark. He greeted me with a friendly smile and even asked questions about stuff I'd forgotten we talked about! This whole thing has been such a wonderful experience, I wish I'd done it sooner!! And, about the car...I gotta be honest, initially I was pretty sure I was going to turn it in after my lease was over, but I'm kinda falling for my awesome Impreza and can't imagine parting with it! They really DO have that LOVE thing down!

The day I visited the dealership in Cherry Hill, I had no plans to purchase a car that day, I was just looking. Rich Robichaud approached me while I was looking at a 2013 Impreza in the showroom. I was not interested in a dark color car but this was unique and the white leather interior with heated seats was impressive. Rich told me that he could give me a good price and that it was a beautiful car. He had me in a test drive within minutes. opening up the show room doors. I know Subaru has a great reputation and as I drove it I fell in love with the cars looks, interior and out, the features and the drive. I was definately at the right place, right time. He was wonderful, smart but not pushy. Dave Marnell took over with all the buying details and he made the experience very pleasant. One more mention, Terry Gilligan spent the time I needed to understand the technology of the car. A great guy and a true gentlemen. From first prompt contact via phone to driving home my vehicle the experience was a pleasure. I drove 2.5 hours each way to purchase my car and it was worth every mile. The dealership is clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else offered me even though the purchase price was set. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle to replace one that had become a financial burden on us (V8, Expensive to fill/maintain). We were interested in the Forester, so we made an appointment to test drive one. After winding up in traffic on the way down, Tara and the staff at Subaru of Cherry Hill responded quickly and pleasantly to our notification of a late arrival. When we finally got there, Nick Staffieri was waiting and ready to help us. He took the time to help us understand all the features of the Forester, our first Subaru. He has owned three Subarus himself, which helped us get a great concept of the owner loyalty the Subaru name is known for. After deciding upon the Forester for purchase, Nick walked us through the whole process making sure we understood everything along the way. We received what I consider to be an excellent purchase price and trade in value. The staff was so friendly and patient. I would gladly do business with the kind folks at Subaru of Cherry Hill again, and will be purchasing my next Subaru there!

My sales associate, Terry Gilligan, was warm and gracious, and really put no pressure on me to buy. I had a monthly budget that I did not want to exceed in making payments. Terry helped me to find a car that I could afford and did not try to coerce me into getting a higher priced model. In fact, I walked in wanting to find a Forester in my price range. Terry politely explained that my budget would not work for a Forester but that it would for an Imprezza. Still, he let me test drive both vehicles. I was so glad that I did because in the test drive I discovered that I really Loved the way the Imprezza handles. While I did give up the size of the Forester, I have a car that I am comfortably affording and peace of mind about my whole leasing experience. I would come back to this dealership and to this salesman again and I absolutely recommend the dealership, the sales associate, and the car based upon my experience.

I recently got into a car weather related accident and took a day to shop around multiple dealerships and check out different brands of cars. Subaru was highly rated by consumer reports for safety, so I stopped in. Immediately, Randy Pesikey made me feel comfortable. His knowledge and personality is fantastic. I really appreciated his non pressure sales. I knew what I wanted and he didnt push me over with something I didnt want. I got exactly what I wanted and even more. He went out of his way to find the exact color I wanted and even gave me a rental for the night until it was available. What a great experience. He was no nonsense, straight to the point, and I never ever got that doubtful feeling you get with some salespersons. I give Randy Pesikey an outstanding 5 out of 5 stars, A+, Grade A service. Terry Gilligan was knowledge about the product personable and patiently willing to answer our questions about all aspects of the car. We explained our daily routines and habits to Terry and he matched us up with the Subaru that met our needs. He took us out for test drive and fully explained the cars features. Upon delivery of the car Terry again took his time reviewing the cars technology and offered to assist us if we had questions in the future. Overall Terry was helpful engaging and respectful. While in the process of shopping for a new 2014 WRX STi which I bought from Subaru of Cherry Hill, I visited a couple of dealerships within NJ and S.O.C.H by far gave me the best impression in terms of quality and hospitality. The dealership was very welcoming and pleasing and gave me the impression that I needed to buy my car from this dealership, no questions asked. In addition, my sales person, Terry Gilligan, was awesome. Didn't sugarcoat anything or sell me things I didn't need. He was honest, respectful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the line of cars Subaru had to offer for 2014. It was easy and convenient for me to contact Terry at the dealership. Adding to the convenience, I was also able to call/text Terry personally on his cell phone and get prompt responses back. I was really glad to have bought from S.O.C.H and had the opportunity to deal with Terry. To add-on, I thought once I finalized the sale with Terry, I wouldn't be hearing from either Terry or the dealership post sale, but to my surprise, that didn't happen and I got a personal phone call from Terry a couple days later to check up on me and the new WRX STi and see how things were holding up. To sum things up, these guys are awesome in what they do and excellent in how they treat/deal with customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone handsdown!

Overall good experience at the dealership. Nick was super friendly, very knowledgable (believe he was a mechanic before being a salesperson, so knew his stuff for sure), and helped us out with a bunch of follow up on car availability, etc. The dealership itself was fine, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Both times we went in we had a hard time actually getting a salesperson, not necessarily a knock on them, I think mostly they we're just very busy. But you might have an easier time going at off hours. Pricing seemed competitive and they really worked with us to come up with a price we agreed upon. Overall I would recommend this dealership for sure, and would definitely recommend talking to Nick, he was delightful to deal with.

I especially appreciated the ability to text and email with terry and rich regarding the arrival of the wrx sti I was interested in (in route online) at s.o.c.h. Response was prompt and courteous. Upon arriving I felt like I was hanging out with the guys, talking about family, money and marriage. In total my purchase decision took me 1 1/2 years talking with over 10 dealerships in a 50 mile radius, most of which either did not return my emails/calls or never had the vehicle I was interested in to begin with (but it appeared on their website). I told "z" at my first visit over a year ago I was buying a wrx sti, just didn't know what dealership would get my business. I am a long time Subaru owner. Upon moving to the Philadelphia area I began servicing my car at Cherry Hill Subaru. It's close proximity made it very convenient. I was disappointed many times with the service center so when I planned to purchase a new car it was not my intent necessarily to buy from this dealer. My car, pushing 200,000 miles needed replaced. My plan was to purchase something new before having to renew the inspection... get new tires, brakes, etc.. During one of my multiple visits to Subaru over a two-month period I met Matt Collins who was excellent. I spoke to him about our time frame and he was really good about giving my wife and I space to make a new car decision. He didn't harass us with phone calls. He also agreed to match any price we could find at another dealer - and they did. I would highly recommend Matt.

I ended up buying from CH Subaru because they gave me the best price. The low price was my priority and, since I was looking at a popular 2014 model with options, I could have bought it anywhere. But, in addition to the low price, CH really stepped up when they noticed the accent pin-striping on the car I wanted and had delivered from a different dealership was sub-par - it was a thin stripe of black tape..could have been electrical tape. At CH's insistence, they removed that and put on their two tone pin stripping. It really is a much nicer look. I would recommend CH Subaru and Matt Collins as a salesman.

Mark was always prepared with feature and benefit details and well as big picture comparisons for safety, value, and service. I received comperhensive car comparisons, test drive comparisons, and I was offered an oppertuntiy to take my selected vehcle home for an overnight evaluation. This allowed my wife the oppertunity to test drive when she came home from work, late that night. This provided the two of us the oppertunity to fully embrace our choice as a couple. An automobile is a large family purchase.

I was looking for a Ranger pick up & they had one on Cars.com. I checked it out from the pictures & it looked good, I contacted them several times through e mail & used car salesperson Jay responded to my enquires promptly and asked questions to why I was interested in the model I was looking at. I went to the dealership and was greeted promptly and politely. Jay gave me as much time I needed to look the truck over and let me take it on as long of a test ride as I wanted. They helped me choose the best car for my driving habits and helped me select the best lease option based on my needs, etc. Terry Gilligan did an outstanding job of acquainting me with the features of the Forester I leased and continued to follow-up with me over the next 2 weeks to make sure I did not have any additional questions. He even spoke directly with my son about programming the blue-tooth feature when my son was trying to load his i-phone into the system! (a far better method than trying to read the owners manual!!)I would highly recommend both Subaru of Cherry Hill and Terry GIlligan as a sales person. I had a wonderful experience with Subaru of Cherry Hill. Buying a new Forester here was amazingly STRESS-FREE! I would highly recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill and especially my salesperson, Craig Kupper.My salesperson Craig was very knowledgeable and a big help in deciding on which vehicle best fit my needs (husband with limited mobility and the need to carry a wheelchair and other assist equipment in cargo area). He knew about features on the other vehicles (competitors) that I was considering, and explained how the Forester would be a better choice. He was completely correct.I started out looking at recent-model used vehicles; Craig mentioned that the redesigned 2014 Forester had a larger cargo space and got better gas mileage (two of my most important considerations). The 2014 Forester also has large doors with good headroom, which would be helpful to my husband in getting in and out of the vehicle.Craig was attentive and supportive without being at all pushy.Craig treated me with respect, as did all my contacts at Subaru of Cherry Hill. The other contacts include another salesman, Randy, (who briefly filled in for Craig when I stopped back in for a second test drive and Craig was delivering a car to another customer), the finance manager, the owner/manager, and the business manager who handled the purchase paperwork. They clearly see customer service as a team effort; I think the customer service here is exceptional.My experience at Subaru of Cherry Hill is so different from other Subaru dealers. Yes, I confess, I did check out a couple other local dealerships (but I always knew I was going to buy from Cherry Hill). One had the stereotype of a pushy salesman and manager asking for a deposit to hold the car with the color I liked as I tried to leave, and the other dealership told me they had specific Forester models (which they did not) just to get me to come in to the dealership. That second dealership is still hassling me with emails and phone calls.I know people read on-line reviews to get info. I cant say emphatically enough that Cherry Hill Subaru will change your idea of what dealing with a car dealership feels like.And I totally love my new 2014 Subaru Forester!

I have to comment on Emory Pierce in the service department. He has always been very courteous,honest and patient. He gave me great advise on servicing my car and is very knowledgeable. I have to say that Matt Collins is the most honest salesman I ever met. He knows all the options and tells you the truth about what you need. He knows all the facts about all the Subaru Models and the pros and cons of each. Matt took about an hour to explain how to use all the options when the car came in.

All in all a great experience. Went in, picked my car, test drove it, took care of financing and had my car in two days instead of right then because they didn't have my color. Steve the salesman lays everything on the line about expenses. I, as most purchasers may think I paid too much because I bought the service plan and the extended warranty. I complain about it now but I won't when I use it. I live part of each month in Indiana and the car will be plated there and they even took care of that for me saving me an early trip back to my home state. I just had some side molding put on to protect for dents and when I got home I noticed the one side had a flaw, it looked screwed up and it was new! Went back today and the service department is taking care of me(Emery). In my short time of dealing with Subaru of Cherry Hill I have not had one bad experience. I will get the car serviced there also. I hope the Subaru, my first will be more dependable than the GMC truck I drove before hand, nothing but problems for the 10 years I have owned it. When you go into the dealer, ask for Steve Starner and you won't be disappointed. I must add that Tom, Don and Summer all were of a great help. It was great talking to Craig also. All very friendly there, a great full service auto provider.

I've been researching on a "family" car/SUV after my wife and I had a second child to upgrade from a mid-size car. After many hours of viewing professional and independent video reviews on minivans, SUVs, crossovers, I've learned about the Subaru Forester and Outback. Since I knew Cherry Hill Subaru dealership was the closest one from my home, I've figure this would be first place to stop by for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership at the opening time, Craig was the first sales person to greet me and assisted me on answering all of questions I had. Craig was very objective and provided me with fair comparison between Forester and Outback. He wasn't pushing for a particular model, but he was there to answer my questions. After three separate test drives, Forester to Outback, and to another Outback, I've managed to find the Outback I wanted (I actually search the model I wanted online prior to visiting). As expected, I did go though a negotiation session on prices for the new car, my trade-in value, and financing deal, but at the end I ended up purchasing the car with my personal goals being met. I've had good experiences with other dealerships like Cherry Hill Nissan and Burns Hyundai, but Cherry Hill Subaru certainly exceeded by expectations.

The initial contact with Cherry Hill Subaru was through its website. I was able to quickly locate a specific vehicle of interest. The dealership was quick to respond to my email and set up a meeting with one of the sales associates for later the same day. The initial meeting with Randy Pesikey was cordial. Randy allowed me to immediately take a test drive after a brief overview of the vehicle. I appreciated the trust that was demonstrated by offering this immediate test drive. The website's photos and descriptions were accurate. There was very little negotiation with the selling price of the used vehicle or the trade-in value determined for my previous car offered. I had researched the value of the car I wanted and the value of the car I wished to trade. Since these two values were within the range that I had expected, we quickly moved to completing the necessary paperwork. Randy was helpful in explaining the documentation, offering guidance with warranty options, and reviewing the terms of the loan. Randy and other dealership staff members were also helpful in accommodating my two children, who can be a bit "fidgety" when bored. The entire experience was positive and smooth. I would recommend to anyone, searching for a Subaru, to give this dealership a look.

Needed to purchase a new car quickly. Cherry HIll Subaru had what I needed in stock at an acceptable price. Matt was courteous and friendly and he got us through the process quickly. This is my 6th Subaru since 1980 and my second from Cherry Hill Subaru. I would recommend Subaru and the dealership to everyone.

Nick at Cherry Hill Subaru was very successful in getting me to buy my first new car in 14 years, which is speaks a lot to his salesmanship and the willingness of the dealership to accommodate my requests. Among other things, the dealership was able to match a very good offer I received from another Subaru dealership down at the Shore on a 2014 Forester. The Forester was delivered as ordered, without any hassles or excessive up-selling on maintenance plans or accessories, which wouldn't have worked on me anyway because I always decline such add-ons. Nick was good enough to deliver my new Forester to my home and to do a refresher at that time on the car's features, without even being asked. I was pleased to learn that Cherry Hill Subaru is not affiliated in any way with the neighboring Triplex dealership, which has a less than stellar reputation with some of my neighbors.I would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Hill Subaru for the purchase of a new car. I've not yet used them for maintenance, so I'll have to report back later on what I experience in that arena.John, Haddonfield, NJ

We were looking for our first ever car, and Rich helped us navigate the options without pushing us towards anything we did not need. We expected the process to take several weeks, but we were able to complete the transaction in just a couple of days due to Rich's attention to our needs and guidance through the various issues we needed to complete (insurance, financing, etc). Hopefully Rich will still be at Cherry Hill Subaru when we buy our next one in 10 years. ;)

Working with the Cherry Hill Subaru staff was such a pleasure! The purchase of my first Subaru became a nearly painless experience. Matt Collins is a well informed consultant. My first contact with him was online; I had many questions about the vehicle. Matt answered each one thoroughly and was transparent in his pricing quotes for each item ( I wanted to know about EVERY charge). No matter how often I raised questions and concerns, Matt graciously and carefully addressed them. He went out of his way to earn my business, both in his professional courtesies but also in the way he made sure that I was comfortable with the dealership and the services I might need there. Z offered a warm welcome to his dealership, Emery explained the workings of the service department and things I might want to consider there. Jim completed the paperwork with great patience as I read and questioned all the entries. In all, all my interactions ( with Matt, especially) made me feel that my business is valued, that my time and money concerns are respected and that I will be a welcomed member of the Cherry Hill Subaru owner group!I highly recommend that others do business with Matt Collins and this dealership.

This is the first time we ever purchased a Subaru and we found Randy Pesikey extremely helpful. He explained all the features in the different level Subaru Foresters and helped us select options. Once we made our selection, there was no inventory available for the model, color and options we wanted, so our car had to be ordered. While we awaited delivery of our car, Randy kept us informed with updates on when our car would arrive. Randy worked out the price of the car without any of the "game playing" that we have sometimes experienced in car shopping. This made our car shopping experience more pleasant. Although we were considering other brands of cars when we first came to Subaru, Randy was not pushy about his brand, he just gave us the facts and let us make our decision. We appreciate that type of salesman.

We just recently purchased our second Forester from Cherry Hill Subaru. The folks there are fabulous , they treat you like family offering you the best deals possible and great service and follow up on your purchases. Matt Collins was great to work with again making this a great experience.Jim in Finances was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we were happy with our monthly payments and also explained the benefits of extended warranties. The owner Mr.Ziad Nashed is an awesome guy making sure your are pleased with your purchase. The service department is great, with Mike Coia there to answer all your questions about your new Subaru. Terry Gilligan was extremely helpful. He showed great patience when we showed interest in the Forrester and then the next day we wanted to see the Legacy and the Outback. We decided on the Outback. Terry found the car in the color we wanted and all of the packages or upgrades we wanteed in a couple of days . Before we left the dealership he explained the working of all of the systems on the car and took us on a drive to point out some of the features that were new to us. In a few words we can say he was great! We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.Jim Confredo explained the financing to us and also went over all the the maintenance packages. He also was very helpful. The sevice was excellent with no 'hard sell', Matt Collins did a good job of explaining the car - an Outback - and let us take one on the hiway for a long drive, the owner met with us and was clear and straight forward, very efficient with the title and all the other requirements - business manager was good, the 4-year financing package is terrifice, we love the car, only thing, it was a demo with 5,000 miles and I should have tried to negotiate a better discount, but we are still happy and we recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill and Matt Collins who is helpful and a good guy.

Nick was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding the Subaru Outback. He gave me a reasonable offer on my trade in and was willing to work with me on the price of the new car. This was the first car I have ever bought, so I took a lot of time thinking about it while at his desk and he was very patient. I actually went back twice before finally pulling the trigger. And throughout this process, Nick was very friendly and personable and not a high-pressure salesperson at all, which made it a very positive car buying experience.

I gave Subaru of Cherry Hill a 5 star rating on every front because it was truly a 5 star experience. Upon entering the dealership, I was approached by multiple people asking if I was looking for a vehicle, whether used or new. Further, they looked to cater to my interests and needs rather than trying to make a decision for me. Next, I was able to test drive the exact car I wanted. The test drive was great and I was shown all the practical features of the car and was able to implement in practice with the assistance of Steve Starner. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Subaru WRX STi from Steve and I could not be happier. Steve is super friendly, understanding and attentive to detail. Overall, I would recommend Steve Starner to any of my friends or family if they were looking to get a new or used Subaru. Thanks Subaru of Cherry Hill!

Buying a new car was not what I wanted to do and it was the first time in over 15 years I had bought a new car.....however a friend recommended Subaru; specifically Cherry Hill and I was on my way. I walked in with a friend of mine and Terry worked with us from the beginning. He put me at ease right away, friendly, knowledgeable and never used any strong arm sales tactics. He was honest, and gave me both his professional and personal opinions from the moment we met. Terry found me the exact car I was looking for and I made the purchase within 48 hours of stepping foot on the lot. Everyone was great, from sales, to financing to the owner. I even attended the new owner seminar on June 5th.....and I actually learned a lot about the service department and the cars in general. I was surprised at the large attendance and even the owner was on hand that night to speak with everyone!I will highly recommend Cherry Hill Subaru to all....and since my 11 year old son is already planning on driving my car when he gets his license......I already anticipate coming back for my next Subaru! Our family loves Subaru. Part of that love comes from the quality of vehicle and the other from working with the Subaru Cherry Hill dealership. Our salesman Matt Collins and the team worked with our family to get us the right vehicle, Forester, at the right price. No pressure and no gimmicks, just straight talk about meeting your needs and price range. Matt especially worked within our timeline of getting our new Forester to us before the birth of our new baby. This is the second Forester we purchased from Cherry Hill and the second time we signed a contract without that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you could have done better. This was my best and easiest car buying experince ever. No haggling on price. They located the perfect car for me right away, and even had it delivered to my place of employment. Terry was friendly and knowledge, and followed up promptly to see if I had any quesions and was happy with the purchase. "Thrilled" probably better describes my feelings.

My salesman helped me in making the decision to buy Subaru. We compared prices/features/other specs online(with all the other car/SUV I'm interested in) which made me more comfortable that I'm making a good decision to pick this one. They also honor the discounted rate from my insurance company and there was no hassle with the price. It was a smooth transaction where both parties are happy.

My experience with this dealership was terrific from start to finish. I received a price via the internet, and the dealership stuck to their word and gave me the price that I was looking for. I was greeted by the owner of the dealership, which was fantastic. He told me that he would absolutely sell me a car, and he did! He made me an unbelievable offer. The salesman (Randy Pesikey) was fantastic. He explained everything in detail. Even though this was a purchase for my daughter as a present, he took the time to tell me about every feature, so that I could pass along the information to her. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, from owner to salesman to finance person. They were courteous, honest and fair with me during the entire process. This was the 40th (not a typo) new car that I have purchased. I have to say this was one of the best experiences that I have had.

Despite some minor issues with availability which cannot be faulted to Terry, the entire experience was the best I have had at any car dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who asks us about the car and where we bought it. Our sales associateRandy Pesikey is a real asset to the dealership. He is very personable and caring . In the past when buying a car we drive off the lot and we are forgotten. Not so with Randy. All salespeople encountered were very attentive, without hovering or allowing you to look without interuption. Another big plus was that , if the lead saleperson was busy or temporarily unavailable, there was someone there to keep answering questions or continuing the process.

I rarely give 5's or 10's or all Yes's across the board on things like these, but these guys were great. I'd say they made it impossible for me to leave the dealership without the car I came in asking for and I don't mean that in a bad way. I had been to a couple of other local dealerships and received all the same pressure tactics that have been noted in other reviews. I went to Subaru of Cherry Hill knowing exactly what I wanted, except for color, and how much I wanted to pay for it and they made it happen.

We visited Subaru of Cherry Hill to investigate and test drive a Subaru small SVU. We were extremely impressed not only with the new 2014 Forester but also with the dealership and our salesman, Matt Collins. After driving Saturns for many years, this was our first experience in quite some time in a traditional car dealership. We were dreading the car "game" that usually takes place with sales of cars. Much to our surprise, our first experience was extremely pleasant. There was no pressure to make a sale or decide immediately. It took us several more visits before we decided on our Forester. Each time, Matt was very patient, had expert knowledge on both his cars and ours, and left us feeling like we would like to become part of the Subaru "family". The owner of the agency was also very available for questions and did not pressure us in any way. Since buying our 2014 Forester we have been back for several lessons on all the new technology features and each time, we felt welcomed and very comfortable. Unlike the usual car dealerships where the sales person disappears after the sale, both Matt and Z and the other people we have come in contact with have been extremely helpful. I am certain we will not only be buying Subaru products for some time to come, but will be recommending this dealership and car products to our family and friends also. A car buying experience could not be better. And we love our car!

This was my first time buying a new car so I cam into the process a little apprehensive at first. I was very comfortable working with Steve at Subaru of Cherry Hill, though. There were a couple things that really stood out to me about the experience. The first is that they were very responsive to what I wanted as a customer. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted in terms of model and options before I walked onto the lot. They did not have the particular trim level I wanted in stock, but instead of just trying to pressure me into buying what they already had on the lot, they went out found a car with the exact trim level, color and features that I wanted. They were able to do a dealer trade and had my car within 48 hours (and I got a very good price on it to boot). The second thing that stood out to me is they were really up front and honest with me throughout the process. They did not try pad their profit margins by throwing in hidden fees or by trying to sell me unnecessary add-ons, They simply gave me a fair deal. Unfortunately that's not something you always get in today's world.Overall, I was very happy and would absolutely recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill to my friends and family.

I gave such great reviews, because I had such a great and comforting experience purchasing a new car. I purchased the new BRZ and was very excited about the car and Subaru of Cherry Team really kept my excitement up through the entire process. They had to order the car, because I was very specific on what I wanted and they had the car at their lot within two days! I requested minor details about the car and they followed every last detail. They offered me a fair price for the trade-in. I only sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes where I was offered coffee, soda, water and a snack while all my paper work was being filled out. The manager who went over the final numbers was honest and explained everything as this is my first "new" car.

Went into Suburu Cherry Hill to test drive and potentially buy, the Suburu Crosstrek. Randy promptly greeted us and within minutes we were on the road test driving the Crosstrek. Randy was incredibly helpful in explaining the car's features and answering any questions that we had. We were quoted a very fair price (we compared prices prior to going in, with the average price paid by consumers in our area). The price we got was actually lower than the average. It was so nice to not have to haggle or feel we were being duped. The process was incredibly smooth and so far we love the Crosstrek! Will definitely go back to Randy if we're in the market for another Suburu.

Went to Cherry Hill Subaru to check out the Subaru BRZ, they had exactly what I was looking for, Terry Gilligan was an excellent sales representative, no pressure, signed the papers and within two hours and took the car home! Terry has contacted me to see how I liked the car, and it could not be a better car and a better experience at the dealership overall.

I came in to this dealership looking for a new car. Nick was very helpful in helping me identify the right car for my needs. I was back and forth over the next couple of weeks as I refined the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately Nick was away for training when I went back to test drive the car and hopefully close the deal, so he set me up with another salesman. That other salesman was busy with another customer when I arrived so Rich filled in and took me for a test drive. I immediately could tell he was disinterested and wanted nothing to do with me. We went for a test drive and Rich did not explain anything about the vehicle and very abruptly answered any questions I had. I did not feel comfortable. When we returned to talk about prices and financing he was still very difficult and abrupt but slowly warmed up towards the end. The real problems I had were after I left, requesting them to find me a very specific color, model and trim. They said they had located a few vehicles in the area and would work for a dealer swap. I put the request in on Friday and they contacted me on Monday to say they had found the car and it would be delivered to them that afternoon. They called me back a few hours later to explain that there was a "miscommunication" between dealers and they did not have the car the other dealership was expecting, so the deal was off and the car I wanted drove back to the original dealership. Hearing this news I was so confused and frustrated. It just seems so unprofessional to have a miscommunication of this magnitude and that they weren't able to work a deal to keep my car on their lot. They then said "no worries, no worries, we will find you the right car, we just need time". This was unacceptable, so I went to Miller Subaru in Mount Holly and they were so incredibly warm and welcoming and helped me get into the exact car I wanted in less than 24hours. Cherry Hill Subaru just didn't seem like they wanted to sell me the car and continued to make excuses why they couldn't get me the car I wanted. If you have a choice I would find a more interested dealership that wants to help their customers into the car they want.

I stopped in to "look". I was "assigned" Matt who listened, brought in "Z" who also listened to what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. I had done my homework and knew price, features etc. I had been at another dealership and had done a test drive comparing the Forester to the Crosstrek. The cars had already sold themselves to me based on that, so when I walked into the showroom that Saturday I was scoping out colors. I was treated fairly, like a person, not condensending to a "woman", that has happened at other dealerships. Based on the rapport of that first experience, I choose to buy my car from Cherry Hill Subaru which is 30 miles from my home instead of the dealerships closer to where I live. No question was un answered and at no time were they in a hurry to get "the deal" over with. It left me feelling like a long term relationship was about to begin.

I ultimately purchased my Subaru from Nick because of how genuine he was. He, unlike all other dealers I had spoken to elsewhere, did not push me to purchase. He provided great information and made me feel comfortable with the decision. I was worried about missing out on a financing deal that was ending and instead of jumping on that and encouraging me to make a purchase before I was ready, he alleviated my concerns by showing me the ranges of interest rates that would likely be a part of the next financing deal. He was also great at getting me a good deal once I brought in a competing offer from another dealership.

This car-buying experience was excellent, and worth the travel. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Terry listened well, was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to us. The dealership did not have the exact car (model, features, color) that I wanted and Terry committed to trying to find one elsewhere and to accomplish a dealer trade in the short timeframe we were seeking. We agreed to what we believe to be a good price, and one that was lower than another dealer had claimed was the "absolute best deal possible." Terry contacted us when he said he would, and came through with the right car. I was pleased that once the deal was negotiated, there were no games played regarding "extras" or other hard sells when it was time to pick up the car. As I woman buying the car, but accompanied by my husband during the initial visit, I also appreciated being treated respectfully and addressed as the primary car buyer during all discussions.

Nick went out of his way to show me everything about the car. His follow up was excellent ! I would never recommend a legacy to anyone but that is the car, not the saleman. He did it right all the way. I work with customer service for 15 years- I would ask my company to hire him in one second. He is the best !!!

I've gone to several other Subaru dealers in the past, and was not happy with the service.Steve Brady's service, on the other hand, is exactly what would have me coming back to Cherry Hill Subaru. He was thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the car. I never felt like I was being talked down to (sadly, a common problem for me, being a woman), or pressured. I also felt that I got a fair price for the trade in of my old Subaru. Even though it was very late once the car was purchased (after the 9 PM closing time), Steve was happy to walk us through all of the car's features, including offering to set up our bluetooth.I also appreciated that Steve was unlike any salesperson I've worked with before. In addition to the typical attributes of a good saleperson (such as the ones I described above) he was sincere, genuine, completely trustworthy, and on the quiet side. These aspects of his character were unusual and very refreshing. I would recommend that Subaru hire more people like Steve.

I walked in with my father and we were helped immediately. Terry assisted us in a kind, cool fashion. He was easy to talk with and encouraged me to get this going. At the same time I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. He helped out in every way I can think of and got me to get the car that I now love. The dealership it self has plenty of vehicles and is in a nice location and is kept in good shape. I got to meet Z and I really liked him. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

02 Subaru wrx The car is full of cosmetic issues, the interior clock doesnt work, the drivers side mirror was replace but does not match the rest of the car, all not shown in photos.When my test drive was over the engine was smoking! DO NOT shop at Cherry Hill Subaru! The sales staff are full of double talk and full retail price is their mission. The management is even worse. They do not care what you have to say and backs the salesmen 100%. Completely disrepectful in ever possible way! They only care about selling cars and not about caring for the customers concerns.

I Just purchased a 2013 Forrester from Randy at Subaru Cherry Hill. I stopped by one night to just get a feel for the Forrester and told him I wasn't interested in purchasing that evening and that I had other cars I wanted to look at. Randy answered all of my questions and had a great attitude and personality, no pressure. I came back a few days later to test drive and work on some numbers. Randy spent a few hours working with me, test driving several cars, reviewing options, answering all my questions and ultimately getting the deal I wanted. He worked closely with "Z" to make a deal I was comfortable with. Randy was very patient with me and worked through all of my negotiations for accessories and odds and end that resulted in me leaving with the car I wanted, the accessories I needed, the price I wanted to pay, and zero percent financing. I've worked with a lot of salesmen over the years and Randy was definitely one of the best. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Subaru. No pressure, no games, very knowledgeable. He also followed up with me through phone and email after the deal was done to check in with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

I went in to shop for my first car and Steve was very helpful, yet not pushy. I wasn't receiving tons of emails or phone calls during the day while I was at work and he worked with me to get to a price that I was comfortable with. He was very friendly and easy to talk to; even my dad liked him, which is saying something. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Steve if you are in the market for a Subaru.

I had a good experience a year ago when my wife bought a subaru so I already liked the salesperson (rich) and the pricing etc. I wanted to get a real good test drive and my salesman let me really experience the car before I drove it. I feel he worked with me nicely on getting the price to where I needed to be. Overall, It was another good experience.

We had previously dealt with a Nissan dealership nearby. The experience left a bad taste in our mouth. However, we found this used car for $5400 from Jay, and buying the car was a pleasure. Our credit check was done in less than an hour, and the paperwork was done for the car in about a half hour. Our plates and registration have just arrived, and we will be picking them up tomorrow. We also had a stone hit our windshield, and got a quote from Jay to get it fixed for much less than the cost of replacement. Jay and the whole staff have been a pleasure to work with, and we plan on giving them more future business.

I actually enjoyed the test drive and purchase process with Steve. I had been to a few other dealerships and most places don't know how to treat their customers. Steve was very patient. He didn't even mind when I changed my mind on which trim package to go with. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Steve wasn't like other salemen that take you for a two minute drive around the block so that they can rush you back to their desk to sign papers. He was the only salemen I felt confident enoght with to give him my cell number. No trickery, just a good car at a good price.

From my initial contact by e-mail to inquire about a specific car in their inventory, everyone that I communicated with was extremely responsive and friendly. Likewise when we arrived at the dealership. Rich and Matt made suggestions but did not try to pressure us into things that we didn't want, which I really appreciated. They offered their opinions and suggested options of different vehicles to try, which was very helpful in allowing us to make our final decision. And they were extremely patient with our questions, no matter how uninformed or basic they were. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill to others.

I met with terry and z the first time to get an idea of how much the 2013 premuim subaru outback is going to Cost at cherry hill subaru. I felt the price was a little high so I left. I went to a couple other subaru dealers in New Jersey and they were all in that price range except for Lynne subaru. I made a deal at that dealer however the scumbag sales associate fudged the numbers and didn't add the interest like I asked him to the final price. I didnt get the car that day because they didnt have the exact vehicle i wanted. When I got home and started looking through the paper work the numbers were not working out to the price promised. I went back to the lynnes the next day and the manger looked over the sheet I received and he couldn't figure out how his sales associate got to that price. However he did put a price on the sheet that I couldn't turn down so I did not get my down payment back. I left and went to cherry hill subaru and they matched that price on a better car that had a couple more bells and whistles. I went back to cherry hill because terry and z made feel more comfortable after being lied to by Lynne subaru.

I had traded emails with the dealership to get their online price for an in stock 2013 Outback Limited. Although the dealership was an hour away, the price was very competitive so I took a drive there after work. I met Nick as I walked in, and although he told me he was fairly new to the dealership, he did have alot of knowledge about Subaru ownership. He was friendly and very easy to work with through the entire new car purchase process. He answered all of my Subaru questions and also coordinated having some accessories added on the car prior to my wife and I picking it up. Don offered a fair amount for my trade, Rob was great with financing, and Z seemed to always be around and available to help if any concerns arose. Everyone seems to really work well together.Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill for a no pressure purchase.

My experience at Cherry Suburu was excellent. I had prepared ahead of time for what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Matt Collins was my sales person and he helped me with some fine points of my final decision of model and options . He was very knowledgable and friendly. The exact car was not on their lot, but they said, no problem, they would get it and they had it on their lot within 48 hours and ready for me to pick up. Matt went over the basics of the cars operation and helped sinc my cell phone with the car in just a matter of minutes. Suburu of Cherry Hill was also very helpful with the transfer of a rental car that I was driving with Enterprise. The Saturday that I bought my car, they arranged for Enterprise to pick up my rental car, and Suburu of Cherry Hill gave me a free loaner for the weekend until my new car came in. That extra service was greatly appreciated. I had to return to the dealership for one added feature arranged for at point of sale. Their service department called me, arranged for the work to be done, and even picked me up at the train station after work to pick up my vehicle. Therefore, I would highly recommend Suburu of Cherry Hill to any of my friends or family.

Steve did a great job of finding a Crosstrek with exactly what I wanted and was very personable and flexible regarding my schedule. Overall a great experience.

Nothing like my daughter and I spending 2 days finding the right car, the right deal, driving over an hour in anticipation of picking up what would be my daughters first new car .... only to find after being there and ready to sign on the dotted line, that the deal changed, from a 2.9 percent finance to 3.9, we were told that Subaru isn't offering that rate at this time, oh and the price changed too, as supposedly the owner flipped out saying we shouldn't be getting VIP pricing (which another dealer was offering and my salesperson said they would match) so for a mere $189 plus the extra 1 percent they let us walk as we refused to let them defer from their word. (BTW every dealership as of the 1st of Oct is running the same program 1.9 for up to 36 and 2.9 up to 72 which we called them on.) So they scrambled trying to salvage the deal, as well as these would be faithful customers, but after our arrival of 1pm where we were eager to take home our new Impreza to hour 4, where I felt the need to walk away from dealing with not 1, not 2 but 3 sales guys who clearly thought they could take advantage of 2 women buying a car, we drove off into the sunset and over the bridge back to PA and rented a car. Clearly, the last thing I want is to look at her car in my driveway and be reminded of how we were treated and taken advantage of on this day for the next 5-7 years. Someone out there will want and have earned our business, as to these fellas, who treated us ladies like we didn't know what we were doing and tried to pull one over on us hopefully felt the slap of their hand and will change their policies going forward, especially when dealing with female consumers. How dare they taint my daughters first buying experience, and try to show me up as an uneducated consumer in front of her, let alone me- being a parent who would not let their child be duped, shame on you guys, you let the car salesman sterotype live on.

I stopped by the dealership to pick up a brochure for a 2012 Outback which I had looked at at another dealership. The dealership did not have the brochure for the 2012, however the sales staff said they could get me in a 2013 for the same cost. I was skeptical, however they were able to match the 2012 price. The service I received from start to finish was superb.Furthermore, while I was picking up my vehicle I saw a poster on the wall and asked the owner (Zee)of the dealership if he might have an extra poster that I could give to my Downs Syndrome brother. He could not find that particular poster, but found a very nice stand-up advertisement from last year. When I returned to the dealer to have wheel well and seat back guards on my car Rich presented me with an entire package of other posters. My brother was thrilled.I will definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends that are looking for a new car!

We knew what we wanted and we were comfortable with Terry. He didn't pressure us or try to sell us more car than we wanted. We found a somewhat less expensive car at another dealership that was a good fit for us, with fewer unnecessary (to us) options and could have bought it at the dealer's invoice. Terry worked with us to get us in a nicer car for only a bit more and still within our comfort zone, even though very few 2012 Imprezas are still available. We have been good customers in your service department and now we can continue that relationship. I would also like to commend Emory and Dave in the service dept. for taking good care of our old Forester, may she rest in peace, and easing our transition to our new ride.

Paperwork took a little longer than expected, but the people at the dealership worked with us and our time constraints that day. I did a lot of research for a new car that can fit a family of five, 2 dogs and also for carpooling that did not cost an arm and a leg. I narrowed down my choices and finally to only one make, a Subaru for its safety and reliability. Then, the next step was where do I buy from. I went to my local dealer for test drives to decide on which model, but was already disgusted with the salesperson complaining about other sales people in his dealership. So, once I decided on the model, I went ahead and used AAA to get a price for the car. I also paid extra through consumer reports to get a great pricing report. I quickly received many phone calls and emails through several Subaru dealers, but only one stood out and gave me the comfort level I sought - Subaru of Cherry Hill. While Cherry Hill is a far drive for me, I was able to secure a bottom line price before heading down for a test drive. The dealership owner was outstanding, and when he was not there, Charles and Dan were both a pleasure to work with. Moving right along, the business manager was so pleasant and quick compared to many other finance people we have worked with in the past. Without a doubt, this is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with and if my new Subaru Outback is as great as I expect it it be, all future cars will be bought here. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

My husband was in the market for a Forrester with manual transmission after our daughter had a bad accident in our 2004 Forrester. Car was totaled but it took good care of her. I was tentatively thinking of giving up my 13 year old big suv, giving that to our daughter to drive, and finding a car for my commute. The used car market didn't have a whole lot we were looking for. So my husband decided to inquire about a new 2012 manual stick Forrester. He was in contact with Dan, got a good deal, taking advantage of the 0.9% financing, which was a very attractive rate. I asked if Dan could do something for me on a new Forrester, gaining him 2 car sales in one swoop while gaining my husband and I commute worthy cars. Dan was able to work out a good deal for me on a new 2012 Forrester as well. We knew we liked the Forrester model from our old one. My husband is thrilled to have stick shift, I like having a car with the hatch back for the dogs, horse gear and gardening supplies. Better gas milage, 0.9% financing, and reliable reputation. Good deal all the way around. Dan worked in the hatch back floor mat, sliding cover and bumper guard for my husband. It was a good experience for us. I would recommend Cherry Hill Subaru and Dan to others in the market. Our neighbors have having a good time teasing us about 'His and Hers Cars". Good thing one is blue and one is red or we would never know which car we were getting into! LOL I'm really looking forward to many years with my subaru.

We had a very positive experience , everyone was helpful and friendly.We drove home with our new car very happy, thanks to Matt and Mr.Z. Matt was very patient as we asked lots questions about our purchase and knowledgeable about the features in the Legacy. We also received a follow call from our salesman Matt checking on us and our new Subaru. It nice to know its not just about the sale but customer satisfaction at Cherry Hill Subaru.

Came all the way from PA to purchase my Subaru. The experience was great and quick. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Matt Collins was my sales person, and he was very helpful, and kept in contact with me while I was waiting for a car. After I picked up the car, Matt still calls and keeps in contact with me to make sure everything is okay. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used car.

My previous Subaru had just gotten totaled in a rear-end collision. Because this was so unexpected I needed another car quickly. I shopped the nearby new and used car lots, newspapers, and the Internet. I came across a 2001 Forester that had just been listed by Subaru of Cherry Hill that day. It was a bit of a drive down there, but worth every mile. The sales rep and everyone there went out of their way to make my Dad and me comfortable and keep us informed as they detailed the (new arrival) Forester while we waited. This is certainly a flagship dealership for Subaru which has their U.S. Headquarters just down the road. There were no hidden costs and I think that I got a pretty good deal. I feel that I got the right car at the right price (as it turns out) from the right dealer.

I love Matt! I would refer my family and friends to him. My brother, Gregory loved my new Legacy. He was 6'2" and a big muscular man meaning he was 53 with a body of a 25 year old in excellent health. After I got my Legacy he sat in it and actually fitvery well. He couldn't believe it. He and his wife said right then that they were going to get the same car. Unfortunately a few weeks later he was killed in an industrial accident at his job. I don't mean to be a downer and this is a hard time for my family but my brother lived every day to the fullest and he would have enjoyeddriving the Legacy as much as I do everyday. When Matt sees me at the dealership for service he always takes the time to chat with me about how things are going with my car. I am so glad he was my sales person as I feel he really cares about his customers.

I ended up going to Subaru of Cherry Hill accidentally. I knew I was interested in a Subaru as one of my top car choices, so I just picked out that particular dealership because it was the closest to my home. That being said, I would go back again myself, or refer someone else to do so, enthusiastically. My sales person, Charles Gianakis, would be the single biggest reason for me to do so. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. I am in sales and I can tell you that he never tried to sell me anything other than what was the best car for my needs.

I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Cherry Hill. I had checked the Outback out at a dealer in my home town and found it to be a total turnoff. This dealer even had the audacity to add an extra charge of $1000 for nitrogen filled tires and cheap door edge guards. Going to Subaru of Cherry Hill was a totally different experience. Rich Robichaud was a very knowledgeable sales person and gave me a fair price for the vehicle from the get go. I needed a few days to transfer my funds from several savings accounts and this was not a problem as Rich allowed me to take the car and pay a week later. I also wanted a remote start and wheel locks added and this was done by the service department which seemed well organized, trained, and very courteous. All in all, it was the best buying experience I have had purchasing a new car. It was well worth the 40 mile drive from my home.

We had an excellent experience when we stopped in to look at an Outback--and the one we wanted (color, options, etc) was sitting right there on the showroom floor. I had reviewed the online inventory of closer Subaru dealers but they had very limited stock and did NOT have the color/options I wanted. Rich was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to check out the car and "work" a good deal. We were both very impressed with Cherry Hill SUbaru.

Great Dealership. I had been in many times over a 2-3 year period. I was interested in the Forrester. I was dealing with Charles Gianakis who was not pushie. I liked that about Charles. The lease on my wifes car came due and she wanted a different car. I had taken her to several dealerships to drive alot of different cars. I thought she would want the Legacy but she suprise me and chose the Forrester. I told Charles we would be back to order 2012 and we did. We've had a very good experience so far.

I bought a Subaru Impreza Limited from this dealer. My experience was impressively smooth & no hassle. I received a lowest price quote from them over the web, and they matched it for a different model, no questions asked (same % discount vs invoice). Loan and sales / registration paperwork was done very fast, I have never had such an efficient experience with a dealer. If you know what you are looking for, they seem to be the place to save for last.

Tom was very helpful when it came to buying my new vehicle. He listened to my needs and was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. I am a kayaker, and he recommended the Forester which will work very well off road. He did not try to oversell me on options and equipment that I did not need.When it came time to discuss pricing, my VIP pricing through ACA made negotiating not necessary. The price was fair, the process was incredibly quick and easy, and I was in my new Forester in no time.

It took me months to decide on a car and dealership. The Forester was the first car I looked in to and it was the one I went to when it was time to buy. Had it not been for the respect, decency and quality of the salesman, I would not have purchased at this dealership. I am overwhelmed at the amount of courtesy and space Matt gave me to make this decision. I dealt with others dealerships during this time and dismissed them for several reasons. I truly felt that all the horror stories of car salesman did not fit the mold for the best salesman of Subaru of Cherry Hill!I will recommend anyone intersted in a Subaru to purchase from Matt.

Everyone from the dealership was very polite and friendly. They really made me feel at home like I had known them for a long time. They gave me an unbeatable price and and were happy to answer any questions I had regarding the car I was ordering. When the car was ordered it arrived in record time. 2 weeks after ordering it the car was ready to be picked up. I believe that is what someone would call: "unheard of."

Dan was great to work with. He was knowlegeable, friendly and accomodating. I came in with a build and buy report from Concumer Reports. When Dan went to the manager to get the deal approved he returned saying that the manager wouldn't honor the deal as he thought that it applied only to cars which had to be ordered. Dan pointed out to him the small print which indicated that the deal applied to in-stock vehicles. The extra effort on Dan's part sealed the deal for me as an earlier contact with a different dealership almost soured me on the purchase of a new Forester. Dan even installed the roof cross bars himself. I would highly recommend Cherry Hill Subaru and especially Dan to anyone interested in a new Subaru!

I was impressed with the straight forwardness and honesty from Thomas regarding the unavailability of the 2012 Outback inventory at the time of my visit to Cherry Hill Subaru. He took my order and said I would have the car in 4 weeks. It was delivered on time! Earlier the same week that I ordered the car, I went to another dealership and was given a bogus reason the Outback inventory was low. They did not appear interested in discussing price or taking an order at that time.I went into both dealerships knowing what I wanted. I would recommend Cherry Hill Subaru to family and friends!

From the min. I walked in the door i felt at ease. Rich was the first salesman to to address me and offered to answer any questions I had and offered a test drive. He was very knowledgable answered my quest. jn detail. After I decided to buy we were able to agree on a price that I thought was very fair. He had Jay answer my quest. about finance wrote up the deal.Both men were professional,friendly and got the job dine without any games or hand offs.I wil visit cherry hill for service or any auto needs that come up it the future.

I couldn't be any happier that I bought a Subaru. Subaru's have a reputation for being great cars so I decided to stop by the Cherry Hill dealership to look at the Impreza. The Impreza 5 door caught my eye. Immediately it became the only car I was interested in because every other car make and model could no longer compete in my mind. I couldn't find one negative thing to think about it. It surpassed everything I had envisioned my next car to be. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day- that was until I met Rich Robichaud. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that this was the car for me. He was very patient with me while I asked multiple questions. He knew I loved the car and wasn't going to let me leave until I was completely satisfied and had the keys to the car. I would definitely recommend Cherry Hill Subaru to anyone who appreciates great cars and great customer service. Rich Robichaud will not dissapoint you and neither will Cherry Hill Subaru. They know that their success is based upon the happiness of the customer. Also, word of mouth is a powerful thing. Everyone loves to hear about a great experience.

We were prepared to purchase a vehicle when we came to the dealership. We had already done the preliminary "what we need; what we want, etc." We were referred to Mr. Gianakis by an acquaintance who recommended him. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and we both found the "buying" experience to be a painless one. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to Mr. Gianakis at the Cherry Hill dealership. He also took the time to introduce us to the manager of the service department. We will return to the Cherry Hill dealership for our maintenance needs on our new vehicle.

I had been looking at used Foresters online and had some free time so went to Cherry Hill Subaru to see what they had. Timing is everything and when I described what I wanted and how much money had to spend, Ken told me they had just gotten in a car that morning that was being certified in the garage that might meet my criteria. He took me out to the garage to show me the car as the mechanics were checking out the engine. The car still had some things left behind by the previous owner (nothing important...can of soda, kids' markers, dog hair) so I knew this was "hot off the press". I really liked this honest and transparent approach. I also liked the car. Because my husband works long hours, they let me take the car overnight to test drive it and let him see it too. That was such a gesture of trust. I appreciated that. Though I really liked the car, the taxes and other fees brought me alittle bit over my budget, so I decided to hold off until I went to another dealer in South Jersey to see if they had anything similar for alittle bit less. That other dealer behaved very badly - trying to get me to buy a new car, having me test drive a car coming off lease that wasn't theirs yet, etc. I RAN back to Cherry Hill Subaru and decided that the little extra money was worth working with a dealer that was upfront and honest. Everyone I've met at this dealer was very down-to-earth and friendly. Easy to talk to. That's what I liked... that I had conversations about what I needed. I wasn't dodging sales pitches. Ken Carson was really great to work with and his support staff (the manager, owner, the other people who helped handle the paperwork) was also excellent.

The employees and customer service were excellent. I feel I was treated respectfully and did not get any of the typical run-around and hard sell that I had at other dealers. They were able to match (and beat) the price I was quoted elsewhere and I didn't have to haggle to get it. My salesperson was excellent and gave me his honest opinion of some of the 'extras' i had questions about - he seemed to really have my best interests in mind.

Amazing car buying experience. Great energy and professionalism throughout the dealership! Purchased a 2011 WRX 5 door. Had the STi short shifter and shifter bushing installed. Work was well done, and the shifter works great and pairs well with the character of the car, especially with the SPT Performance Exhaust.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The car is fantastic (my first Subaru), but the dealer was the icing on the cake. Ziad made me a great deal over the phone for a silver 3.6 ltd Outback, but when I arrived, he had 3 different colors lined up and ready just to be sure. I chose green. He's a straight shooter, very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about customer service.Jay in finance made signing a big contract easy and stress-free. He explained every detail and angle diligently and never tried to deviate from the agreed upon deal.Tom in service when out of his way to rush installing some puddle lights on my new car as well as answer some mechanical questions that I had. Both Tom and the service area as a whole were spotless.Durrel in detailing put the final gloss on my new ride while doing the final prep. The man does excellent work.Every employee in the entire building seemed focused on making customers feel at ease....that explains the full showroom and inventory lot on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. Subaru of Cherry Hill rocks. I will go out of my way to recommend both Subaru and this dealership.

My experience with Subaru has so far been great, not only due to the Outback, but also due to the folks at the Cherry Hill dealership, who have certainly done their part in making my Subaru experience sweet. I have purchased new cars before but this time was different; it was less adversarial from the beginning. Just recently they had a night event introducing the attendees to their service staff. Informing us on how to best maintain out recently purchased cars. What a great idea. Very progressive. This dealership recognizes the importance of making ownership a pleasant experience through building confidence in those who take care of your car. Wow! They know what the word SERVICE means! It's all about the customer.

Our experience with Cherry Hill Subaru was wonderful. My Wife and I went out to test drive vehicles in order for us to narrow down our selection. Before we went out the door, we made a pact that we would not purchase a vehicle that day. Some sales people do a great job in pressuring people to make the purchase immediately and/or buyers get overly excited about getting a new car causing them to make a poor decision. We visited various dealers and test drove many vehicles. We saved Subaru Cherry Hill for last since we knew we liked the Forester. We were approached by Matt Collins when we walked in the door. He was very friendly and courteous and was able to narrow down our search of Subarus. He was able to quickly set up a few test drives in a few different Subaru Foresters. One Forester got our attention and we were very interested. I threw out an offer that I thought was great for me and to my surprise they accepted. Although my offer was accepted, I had to tell them that I was not comfortable buying that day. Once again, my Wife and I agreed we were not buying anything that day. Some sales people would have given me a very hard time with walking away, however, Matt Collins, Nick and Rich were more then understanding. They told me to get back to them in a couple of days, which is exactly what I did. I am happy to say we are the owners of a new Forester XT. As new buyers, Matt and Subaru made us feel very comfortable with the entire process and never pressured us into anything. Thanks Matt and Subaru of Cherry Hill!

I went to 5 different Subaru dealerships for a corporate lease quote. Cherry Hill had the best pricing and most professional service. Other dealers tried to play old and outdated haggling techniques which I found to be insulting. Others took over a week to get back to me. From the sales staff to internet support and finance, I had a wonderful experience with Subaru of Cherry Hill. As it was an over 2 hour drive, they really had to go above and beyond to earn my business and they did. I would strongly recommend the dealership to friends and business associates!

I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years and I have never come to enjoy the process. My wife and I are on our 4th or 5th Outback and have been very satisfied with the Subaru Dealers that we have worked with but Subaru of Cherry Hill was a real surprise.I had negotiated the deal over the phone with the owner Ziad Nashed and while I wasnt crazy about driving to Cherry Hill the deal seemed good and off I went. I arrived on time and the car was waiting for my inspection as promised. We started the paperwork and it was very clear that I had screwed up the trade in paperwork that I had promised. Having negotiated to the maximum that I could pay this year, I was stealing myself to drive my 2007 Outback back to Ambler, probably trading next year.The salesmen, Rich Robichaud and Ziad Nashed didnt complain or try to renegotiate, they spent the next hour on the phone with Subaru in order to make deal work. This was totally unexpected and a breath of fresh air. I wont hesitate to recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill to friends and I will be doing my next trade at Subaru of Cherry Hill.John Barlow

We live in Upstate NY, and while we personally know and are good friends with a salesman at the local Subaru dealership, he could not come close to the price we needed to make a purchase. It was likely the dealership's pricing policy as I am sure our friend did the best he could do for us. They also only had the Premium or Limited Outbacks in stock, and nothing at the base level. So, we expanded our search. We are members of a buying service known to dealers as 'Zag', through my credit union, Pentagon Federal CU. We were in contact with many dealers throughout the Northeast, and for the most part we were left with a bad feeling. While the automated price quotes we received were competitive, when we made contact with the various dealers we were told that the prices were out of date, incorrect, or they didn't have the car in stock. We also had one very poor experience of not honoring a price quoted which I don't need to go into. The good news is that one dealer I contacted, Charles Gianakis and Khilna Vyas at Cherry Hill Subaru of New Jersey, gave me a Zag price that was very competitive. From the very first time I spoke with both Khilna and Charles I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with our search for the 'right' car. They were courteous, professional, returned calls, and a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. When I completed the sale, Jay Cafaro the finance manager was also a pleasure to talk to. I also had several contacts with Z(Ziad Nashed, the Dealer Principal) and he went out of his way to make sure I was being helped. To sum it up, the original price we were quoted is the price we paid, and we couldn't have been treated any better, even if we had been the dealership's oldest and dearest customer! Before, during, and after the sale, I had a great feeling about Cherry Hill Subaru, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Subaru from both near and far!

Dan being a young professional, I was a little skeptical at first that he might not be mature enough to handle my purchase, I am sure he deals with that a lot as I did at his age. I am glad I dealt with him because Dan is very professional and helpful. I will tell everone I know to buy from him and Subaru of Cherry Hill. As for the car, I love it. The AWD is awesome. I think that next time I am in the market Dan will be seeing my wife and I again. Thanks a lot!

I visited Subaru of Cherry Hill twice in the last week. My first visit was to look at new cars for my mother. We were greeted warmly by Dan Leitch, and he gave us his undivided attention for the next hour as we looked at various models.I was so impressed with the Impreza, and with Dan's professionalism and knowledge of the car, that I went back to the dealer several days later and got an Impreza for myself.Dan was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and a straight shooter when it came time to negotiate a price.

I had not driven a Sabaru ever and was curious about the Forester after noticing it many times on the road in the weeks of my car search. I wasn't having much luck in finding my first choice car due to a lack of inventory with another maker, so I expanded my parameters to include the Sabaru. Matt contacted me after I put out a request for quotes on the internet. I met him at the dealer and he was very conversational and had an easy demeanor. He was fairly new to Sabaru, so he was very knowledgable on the car and its features, less so on other facets of the transaction such as warranties, service contracts etc. As circumstances allowed, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Forester with very low miles. It had recently been returned to the dealer by a person who didn't like the color (she bought the same model, different color from the same dealer). So, it worked out well for me in that I got a car with more features at a price that was comparable to a lower priced model. Matt was just unclear of some of the nuances of the difference between 'New' and 'Certified Pre Owned' (even though it had only 1776 miles on it and seemed 'new', it was considered 'pre owned'). But all of that was cleared up, and he was eager to get it right- so I have no complaints and look forward to many years of great, safe driving with my Sabaru Forester from Sabaru of Cherry Hill.

Experience was great and so were the employees I met. Couldn't have asked for a better new car purchase experience! Dan was especially awesome for trying to help me work the voice control feature of my vehicle even though I can never get those things to work for me (still can't). Charles did a wonderful job in listening to what I wanted in a vehicle and helping me get those features as well. And Jay made going through the paperwork for financing a breeze and understandable for a first time buyer.

At the end of December I leased for the second a Subaru Legacy at the Cherry Hill dealership and they gave me outstanding service during my negotiations at all times David was ready to assist and accommodate my wishes in a very professional manner. I have always hated dealing with car dealerships. This all changed today when I walked into Subaru of Cherry Hill and worked with Rich. I never felt pressured or that I was wasting his time. It took the time to answer all my questions and he even answered questions I hadn't thought to ask. He also went over every part of the car Forester I was looking at. I had planned on looking at 4 different dealers today, however after testing driving the Forester and working with Rich, I decided this was the car and the dealership for me. It was the best new car experience I have ever had. Thank you Rich and thank you Subaru of Cherry Hill.

I've been looking over prices of new cars during the month of July, and I came across Subarus offers and theyre specs. The dealership salesman was ready to sell me a car I didnt want at first, but then came around to finding me a good price on the car I wanted. Thats why I rated the price as good, not great. and even at the time when I had to pay up, the only car he found for me was equipped with some slight options that I didnt really want, so I have to pay an extra 400$. Not bad, but not great. I understand that Subarus are low on stock right now, but thats not my problem. The salesmans experience was great, he was able to keep in touch efficiently and seemed to want to help me rather than just sell to me. He was very friendly, and seemed to know the situation I was in. the quality of the car was obviously nice because it was new, even though it seems like whoever detailed the interior was in a rush so again not great, but not bad. And finally, the customer service wasnt too helpful on the phone. I was put on hold indefinitely twice when I tried calling, and then when I got fed up and called back, they answered right away. I understand they might be busy, but again, thats not my problem, I am as much a customer as anybody else.

One of the main reasons we bought our subaru is b/c we were so pleased with David. He was honest and upfront with us. He did everything he could to get us the car that we wanted, which meant he got it from MD. David worked out a price with us that we felt was very fair.

Went to Cherry Hill Subaru to look for a new 2011 WRX hatchback. Initially dealt with Khilna of internet sales and she was a pleasure to work with. She explained the entire process and gave a fair quote for a car that is very limited due to the tsunami in Japan. Khilna arranged a meeting with Sales Representative Rich Robichaud and he was probably the easiest going sales rep I've ever had to deal with. Even with the wiggle room for price being non-existent, Rich helped work out a plan where I can properly finance the car over the next few years. The car was delivered a few days after the transaction and Rich promptly called to inform me of its arrival. The paperwork to get the car was super quick and easy, Rich prepared everything before I was there to prevent any unnecessary time spent there filling out paper work. The entire experience was amazing. Rich was very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, put very little "sales" pressure on me. He listened to what I needed and put me an Outback with an All weather package that is perfect for my family and two large dogs. My first visit was to perform a test drive and upon leaving, there was not any pressure of taking it now or putting down a deposit. The next evening, the entire sale took less than an hour. I would buy another car from Rich and this dealership.

After leasing a Forester with Rich Robichaud at Cherry Hill Subaru 3 years ago (in 2008), my wife and I took the trip down to Cherry Hill from NYC where we live to discuss our options (the lease had matured). We felt that coming once again to see Rich -- rather than stay closer and visit the dealerships in Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens since our experience was positive last time -- would serve our needs well. Rich, and the rest of the gang at Cherry Hill Subaru, always take their time to explain in detail any questions I have and I never feel like they are trying to make the hard sell; instead, it feels more like a partnership for a common goal. I am obviously there to either lease another car or purchase one, and the dealership is in business to make sales. Cherry Hill Subaru (and particularly Rich) listens to our needs and then subsequently develop options and plans that fit our needs. In this case, after discussing with Rich, we decided to buy our next Subaru -- and did so, this afternoon. Like it was in 2008, our 2011 experience was an incredibly friendly, non-anxiety producing situation. They are true professionals, and working with Rich and Jay was a pleasure -- I can't possibly recommend them and Cherry Hill Subaru any more highly.

I feel that Dan Leitch went out of his way to help me to the best of his ability during my new car purchase. Dan was very informative providing me answers promptly to my questions. If he did not know an answer he admitted that he did not know rather than guessing and found someone that could give me the proper answer. Dan followed up with me before my purchase with a card in the mail as well as a phone call. I would recommend Dan to anyone I know that is interested in buying a new car. Also, the other staff members including the owner, finance manager, dealership manager, and other sales staff were all very friendly and helpful during each of my visits.

When we went into the dealership, we weren't sure if we would be buying a Forrester or not. Wanted to check them out based on Consumer Reports ranking them so high. Rich immediately introduced himself and showed us the vehicle - asking what we liked/disliked, needed, wanted, etc.He was very helpful and offered the test drive where we could take it out alone. We were very impressed with the car. We shopped around and went back to Rich because of professionalism and when we had a price in mind to pay, Rich worked hard to met our expectations. We didn't spend long hours at the dealership or have to deal with any run arounds with Rich and the manager and came to the price we desired.Everyone was professional and courteous and friendly.

TLDR version: Dealership did awful brake work, then claimed everything was ok. A tow truck, 660$, 2 days of trouble and 2 lost Phillies tickets later my car appears to be fixed.I took my 2008 Impreza into Subaru of Cherry Hill for 30,000 service as well as brake repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle, on my drive home my brakes began smoking and ultimately I was pulled over on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck back to the dealership. The car was serviced again today and the issue appears to have been corrected.Last night I spent over 5 hours dealing with the car troubles, lost out on the Phillies tickets I had for the nights game and had to get out of bad to turn off the alarm by hand of the loaner car they gave me for the night. They did not give me the keyless entry remote to disable to alarm from a distance.I spoke with the service manager about some sort of compensation for the time and Phillies tickets I lost on because of this debacle to which he offered a free oil change (a 25$ value.) I let him know that nobody from their dealership will ever touch my car again so I am not interested. This manager then had the nerve to tell me that he couldn't find a problem with the car at all that morning and everything was in proper working order. When I asked if they even did anything to the car he assured me that they reseated the brake pads. The fact that he was denying any problem existed leads me to believe that there could have been some gross negligence at play, such as a failure to test drive the vehicle after brake work was done. Smoke was literally billowing out of my wheel wells when I came to stop after driving 60 mph on a highway heading towards Philadelphia. The tow truck driver commented about burning his arms when fishing the chains behind the wheels. There was certainly a problem.My total bill for the repairs was 660$ and I was willing to pay a bit extra for what I expected to be higher quality work by going through a dealership. What I got was 2 days of aggravation followed by a slap in the face by failing to acknowledge any wrongdoing or negligence.I tried to stop my car short when driving it into a parking spot after it came off the tow truck and was unable to stop in a timely fashion. The car gently coasted to stop with my foot stomping down on the brake. Fortunately, I pulled over and did not run into a situation where I had to stop short. However, had I not gotten up to highway speed I am not sure that brakes would have started smoking and god forbid I would have hit a pedestrian or something while driving through Philadelphia on the way home. I made out just fine from the drive; however, the idea that I could have seriously injured myself or someone else is quite unsettling.Emery who handled the phone calls was very pleasant and compassionate of the problem. He let me know that if he'd been doing the work I wouldn't have had the problem. Charles from the sales team was pleasant on the phone as well and had people ready to assist me when I arrived with the tow truck driver. The staff were nice; however, the manager (Mike I believe) was insulting came across sleazy. My car still smells of fried brake pads and to ignore the issue and tell me I was wrong is not a way to do business. I am sure that this dealership can handle simple fluid replacement, but I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere in the event that you should need more involved work done on your vehicle. Especially since the dealership is not willing to stand by their work and ignore anything that may have been done improperly.

My sales rep Tommy Kontis listened to what I needed and made my whole experience easy, fast, and affordable. I got all of my questions answered and I felt like a respected customer. The next time I need to buy a car I will deffidently go back to Subaru of Cherry Hill.

I wrote a review on this dealership on 4/4. At the time i wrote about the professionalism, patience and friendliness of the entire staff at this wonderful dealership. i tried to follow the rules and not go over my alloted words used. However, I felt compelled to return and write why I thought this dealership is unique.He goes by the name Z and is the owner of Subaru of Cherry Hill. He is there just about every day and unlike other owners Z is very assesible. He is always in a great mood and has time for everyone. He certainly leads by example and the entire staff, sales, service and administration follow his lead in making this dealership a nice place to visit and to do business with. I neglected to mention I like it so much I just bought my third car from them in less than 3 years.

From the moment I walked in the showroom I was treated to one of the friendliest atmospheres , I was approached quickly but given time to look around. After expressing interest in a particular vehicle I was made to feel as though this dealership would do whatever it took to get my business, I was offered the car for an overnight so I could really drive it on my own terms,I didn't purchase that day but i hoped that no other dealer would make a better offer.I went back with all my figures ,met with my salesman, (terrific) the GM and the Finance mgr , told them what I wanted to spend and they all came through for me,each one was as good as his word. Both my husband and myself each left with a new Subaru ,they said from the beginning they wanted to earn my business and they did.I have bought many cars over the years but this experience was the best yet.Every person in the dealership was professional ,friendly and wanted to make sure we got the car that would best fit our needs, the Finance mgr wanted to make sure we spent our money in the most advantageous way and the GM pulled it all together.I would recommend this dealership, my salesman and this brand.In addition we love driving our new Subarus!

This is the second time I have returned to this dealership. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with Rich R. who is down to earth, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Rich has a very agreeable way about him that instantly makes you feel comfortable. He works with you and takes the time to make sure you are happy with your final decision.I was contacted by Zee who wanted to know if I might be interested in participating in the certified trade-in program offered by Subaru. I stopped in just to get more information and ended up driving off the lot with a brand new, gorgeous 2011 Forrester!Zee offered me a deal I just couldnt refuse which is saying a lot since I absolutely loved, loved, loved my previous Forrester and had no intention of trading it in. He matched all the extras I already had on my vehicle plus saved me $100 a month in payments.Both Rich and Zee took the time to work with me and after a few test drives we reached a mutual agreement.This was a smooth process from start to finish and everyone on staff that day was friendly and welcoming.I will admit that I was hesitant to return to this dealership due to an unpleasant experience I had with a mechanic regarding my previous Forrester, but Subaru really stepped up and righted a wrong situation and I am very happy to be dealing with Subaru of Cherry Hill again.Thank you!

the dealer's owner listens to little people like me and his leadership makes everyone great. we bought our car from his staff a few years ago and we love our subaru. nobody services our car except barry and rick m. et al. the service is terrific. these two factors, i.e., the initial product purchased from this wonderful dealership and the marvelous service prompt this rating as above. every time i need a car it'll be a subaru purchased from this dealership and serviced exclusively by them.

Great dealership, great staff. Waiting room for service is huge. I bought an Outback last Saturday after two weeks of searching via e mail for the best deal. Very friendly and polite staff. They all seemed to get along and work together. The owner even came over and talked to me for a while and thanked me for my business. Very sincere people. This was hands-down, my best experience ever in buying a car. I had fully researched 5 competitve cars in total, then went to all dealerships this week to road-test each. From the minute I walked into this dealership though the final sale, I found the entire staff to be of the utmost professional & courteous manner. No pressure, no being rushed, no pushing a higher end model. All of my questions were taken seriously & patiently answered. My salesman Rich Robichaud has NO competition out there. As I told him, "I'd come back to you again no matter where you're working".First time EVER I've bought a new car absolutely Pain-Free! He was a joy to work with and worked with me to compromise a very fair price for a car that I love, that is now sitting in my driveway. I now have a whole new attitude about those car salesmen jokes.. Subaru of Cherry Hill rises so above them all. I went to this dealership for a test drive on a Subaru, i had previously reached out to them by email and agreed on pricing, from the moment i walked in i could sense BS. The sales person Charles shouted out across the entire dealership "The STI, i think we sold it right?" then he tended to me. Once the drive was over began the BS theatrics, he started calculating the numbers and it was way over the price that was agreed upon. So i questioned him and pulled out the printed copy of the email. He then proceeded to tell me that offer expired yesterday and that the person who emailed with me was misinformed. After much argument he did agree to honor the price. Then came my trade-in, of course they low-balled me and not only that they insisted my car was in a accident before (i had of course pulled carfax myself and there wasn't anything there). So i asked him for the carfax playing dumb and he said he will show it to me but there is a fee $10 or something. So i said fine i will pay the $10, then he proceeded to change the subject.Needless to say i walked out. I would never step my foot in there again or recommend this dealership. Dishonest but great actors tho.

We had an appointment to test drive a new car. We arrived and waited 15 minutes for our salesperson who never bothered to show up. Finally another sales person helped us. While we test drove an Outback our vehicle was appraised for trade-in. When we got back from the test drive the salesperson said they would call us with a trade-in value. We never heard another word from this dealer. We ended up buying a different car from another dealer.

I walked into the dealership looking for a 2011 STi, Rich said he had one in that was sold but was more then happy to let me take a peak at it back in detail. I was sold on the car immediately and told Rich i wanted to work out a deal to order the car. Rich and his manager went above and beyond meeting a suitable price that fit my budget. If you have had a bad experience at this deanship or are reading these reviews and your weary about it, give Rich a call because my service was outstanding... Also the dealship and shop is really nice if that matters to anybody.

Incredibly rude salesperson said he was busy and if I was not going to buy a car he would not even answer a general question about a subaru! This was a mortifying experience as the salesperson was so rude I could not even believe it. You don't expect to be treated this rudely when considering a new car. Guess it says a lot about value of subaru if these people can afford to be so rude but I will never patronize this dealership. Do NOT buy your car from here!!!

My husband and I went into the dealer to replace my 2008 Subaru Forester. I love Subaru's and knew I wanted another one, so I thought that this was going to be an easy experience for both ends. We spoke with David, told him what we wanted, and he showed us a 2007 Forester (blue) with decent mileage for a decent price. As soon as we opened the driver's side door, I could smell the cigarette smoke. I stated that I'm sensitive to smells and will not buy a car that someone smoked in and added that I don't care if someone smokes, I just don't want to drive a car that smells like it. Immediately, he states that he smokes, can't smell anything, and continues to show me the features basically ignoring what I said. I repeat myself and he tells me that they can get rid of that, so I should just take it for a test drive. My husband and I give in and take it out. When we return, I again state that I don't want it because of the cigarette smell. He then shows us another 2007 Forester (tan) with almost 70,000 miles, a lot of wear and tear (including scratches/dents) and tells us that we may be interested in this one. My husband says that there's too much damage and miles and asks if there's anything else. We end up test driving a 3rd 2007 Forester LL Bean Edition (green). It was a wonderful car and we were ready to buy it that day! However, when we get back into the dealership to talk price, David says that he can't go lower than the sticker ($21,5000) and that we should really consider getting the tan banged-up one. We were going to leave immediately (we're young so we thought that he assumed we couldn't afford anything better), when he insisted that we stay so he can get the manager. The manager tells us that he can't sell us the LL Bean Forester, but that we could come back on Monday to smell the blue one (1st one) after they "bomb" it and we could talk price about that one. Seeing that we weren't going anywhere with this, my husband and I asked if there was anyway we could make a deal on something and the manager basically said that we'll see on Monday if I can't smell smoke in the blue one. We left and went to another Subaru dealership (Miller Subaru - wonderful experience there!!!) and bought a new 2008 Impreza that afternoon! I would suggest taking the extra drive to the other dealership and skipping Cherry Hill Subaru all together. It was a complete waste of time and clearly the salesperson and manager we worked with did not want our business.

They broke a part on my car while it was in for service, then tried to charge me to replace it. This happened after I already spent $1300.00 to have my car fixed. Subaru customer care paid for the repair after I called them to complain about the dealership
