Having almost always had nightmarish experiences with car dealerships’ service departments, I feel that I have finally, after 50+ years of driving, found car service HEAVEN! This team is absolutely the BEST! Kelsey, in particular could not possibly be more accommodating or sweet. I travel here from Manhattan, and pay a hefty toll because I think that these guys have achieved close to dealer service perfection! They even picked up my car in Manhattan once and left me with a first class loaner! Prince awesome too! Here we are about a 1/2 year later since I wrote my service review and I've now had the experience of trading in my old, and purchasing a new Subaru form this dealership. The experience could have not been more seamless with Greg Pla, my salesperson! He was so organized, ...found me the exact car I was looking for within a few days, gave me great money saving advice and had a wonderful, playful personality to boot. I highly recommend him! Working with the finance department (Peter) was also so very smooth and highly organized, ....no two hours with this department on the day of sale, maybe just 10 minutes or so. Also a great guy! I am so pleased with my new Ascent and am so happy that I've found a dealership that really respects, and does its best to serve its customers incredibly well.

That was a great experience at the Subaru of Englewood NJ. Staff were amazing particularly Adam C. he went above and beyond. Adam did not pressure us at all, he helped us from A to Z. He was with us way passed his scheduled time" 2 hours extra". I would definitely suggest everyone to visit the place and you would not be disappointed at all. Service was a five star. The snacks were great, the cappuccino was excellent. They have a play area for kids which was great.

My brother had suggested this dealership to me and boy was he right. If you’re looking for a hassle free, no BS car shopping experience, this is the place to go. I had the privilege of dealing with one of their aces Mike Torres. For several days Mike responded to every text inquiry I had over the different models. You name it, I asked the poor kid. Without any hesitation, Mike was on his “A” game and gave me every second he could to fill in the gaps. Needless to say, when decision time came to purchase the vehicle, all it took was one phone call, informing Mike I was on my way. From start to finish it was smooth sailing. No back and forth. No let me talk to my manager. No gimmicks period! The deal was made. I was happy with the product, but above all, the service, respect and attention to detail. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, give Mike Torres a call, you won’t regret it.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We ended up getting an Outback and Filip was so easy to work with. He made everything so smooth and transparent. He was even awesome and super patient with my daughter. She is five and I was able to keep her entertained with the play room, the snacks and my phone while they all did everything they could to make the process go as quickly as possible. Alex prepped my car and made sure everything was updated and ready to go and even took the time to explain all the features and how they worked. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about them!

Honestly some of the best and most helpful people you could ask for in a dealership. Purchased my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition and could not be more happy. Their salesman Gregory Pla was very knowledgeable, informative and never once came off as a typical sales person with pressure tactics. They also kept me posted promptly on the status of my custom ordered vehicle. If you're looking for Subaru in the northern NJ area...you gotta go to the Englewood Subaru dealership.
